Occidental Caribe: Nice resort

I enjoyed this resort. Large resort but very accessible to everything. Located right on the beach Staff is very friendly. Clean. Pools are large and beautiful. Only bad had things stolen out of my room. Nobody could of done it except for the maids. Very disappointed. Next time I travel I won't be having room cleaned. I will exchange my towels everyday myself. Stay out of my room. I would return to this hotel, but a bit smarter to be one step ahead of the maids.

Sunscape Coco Punta Cana: Everything I expected and more!

The Be Live Grand Punta Cana is exactly what one should expect from a vacation resort especially for the price. If you want to spend another $500+ you could get a resort you might find more modern or with better upkeep, etc. but I'm not sure it would have everything the Be Live has to offer. While the adults only package wasn't quite what we were expecting, the upgrade was well worth it in the end. Lots of food choices meant that even a picky eater could manage to find things they liked.

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Really Good Resort! Family Friendly

Exactly what we were looking for. Food was good, pool was great (little dirty at times), but the drinks were cold :) Family Friendly (Designated areas for kids and parents, or just to leave the kids there). Most important, the people were welcoming! Very nice people there and made me feel very welcome at the resort. There were a couple times where the people were a little pushy with the sales, but I don't get upset about it, can be annoying to some. I would go back. I think we just had good timing.

Majestic Elegance Punta Cana: another great stay at the majestic

was nice to see a lot of improvements in the adults only section.it was our third visit to this resort was very nice to see some of the same staff with outstanding service starting with the main lobby bar Francis , Johnny, Rademere, George, Knorky,also at beach bar with Maxima and the girls.good old Felix at pool bar. Our trip was made extra special by DAVID our butler he went beyond customer service and really made our stay memorable and full of surprises. The grounds have mature plants well cared for. GARDENERS, GROUND keeping does an amazing job. New adults only snack bars is very nice improvement. The food will always bring me back the STEAKHOUSE is our favourite but we enjoy All the different selections. THIS WAS OUR 25 WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. We spent our 20th at the MAJESTIC ELEGANCE 2009 THEN AGAIN 2011 BALLI beds in adults section is totally recommended. Clean sheets are provided upon request pool is steps to the ocean one of the best set ups i've seen. ENTERTAINMENT STAFF work really hard all day and into the evening to keep you laughing. special hats off to ELVIS at front lobby for taking care of all patrons. Looking forward to returning for a 4th visit in the future.

Grand Bavaro Princess: Relaxing vacation

Grounds beautiful , staff helpful food good ,felt safe . Nightly. Entertainment was fantastic . Beaches were beautiful. However found large coach roaches in room. Rooms were musty. Everything else perfect.

Royalton Punta Cana Resort: Beautiful resort, fantastic service, amazing food

Overall this was an amazing resort. Everything was nearly perfect. The food selection and quality was superb. The service was five star with incredibly pleasant staff. The grounds were upkept beautifully and the pools were great.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Grand Bahia Principe Punta Cana

everything was great. Grounds well maintained, staff friendly, food was good---more variety if you did a-la carte resturants, Rooms could have been a little cleaner ( dead cockroach in my room was never cleaned up, Was never picked up.

Occidental Caribe: Great resort for small children.

Everything was great. No complaints. I wanted a resort that was good for my 5 year old and this was it. I found that the buffet food didn't have alot of food gear towards little kids but that was not a huge issue.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Excellent choise for my vacations

We have been at this resort first week of the June. It was the second time and we loved it! Everything was amazing! The food was incredible and the staff very nice! A big thank you to Richard Morales- assistent manager, and through him i would like to thank all resort personnel for the amazing services, in an amazin infrastructure, activities, food and drinks.

Occidental Caribe: Fabulous Vacation

This hotel has lots to offer. The beach was pristine - what seaweed they did have they removed immediately. Service was excellent, restaurants were amazing. The rooms however are in need of upgrading.

Occidental Punta Cana: awesome place

Good food, got everything compacted in a relatively small area so you don't have to walk too much. Lots of bars, buffets, restaurants, pools, the beach is close and really good. The locals are wonderful people. Kids friendly environment too, got playgrounds and game room. Just loved it.

Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana: Third time and still great

Flew with Sunquest and it went without a hitch. Our drivers to and from the resort were great drivers and very pleasant. The hotel had made all the special arrangements as I had arranged with the e-concerige and the room was expected. We spent most of our time in a quiet area of the pool and there were always chairs to be found, both at the pool and at the beach. We don't do the games, but there was plenty of action for all ages. We watched one night show (Circus) and it was fabulous. Our bed was extremely comfortable and everything in our room worked, so no complaints. The standout this visit was the food. The Director of Food and Beverage and the Executive Chef have done an amazing job in securing suppliers and ensuring great cuts of beef. I don't eat much beef but steak twice and short ribs once - all of which melted in the mouth. The pastry and bread bakers are to be commended. I ate way too much bread and croissants and chocolatini's - they were melt in your mouth as well. All in all, a great trip. So glad we went.

Grand Sirenis Tropical Suites: Amazing Resort!

I absolutely loved this vacation! First time to the DR. The room was spectacular. We had 1 Room in building Q007(king bed) and we had another in building N002 (double bed). Both were gorgeous. The bar service by the pools, swim- up bar, and buffet were fantastic. Excellent hospitality and amazing taste at all the buffets and a la cartè restaurants! I tried the steakhouse (get the chicken!), American (was okay), and Italian was great. Workers: (manager) Haveyere (if that's how his name is spelt) [... read more] and this amazing guy Pilar in the concierge made our stay most unforgettable. Thanks soo much. Beach was okay, I much preferred the pools, clean and beautiful. Ooh and the water park Extreme fun for the whole family! They also have nightly entertainment and an old school Casino still fun. Great Trip over all. If any excursion will be explored do the Catamaran, bar far the best! Enjoy!

Iberostar Selection Bavaro Suites: 3rd Time's a Charm!

Our 3rd time visiting this beautiful resort in Punta Cana and it just keeps getting better! From the moment of check in, we were treated like royalty. The staff are so friendly, accommodating and genuinely care about the guests with no expectations of a tip in return for this service. The resort remains immaculately clean and so well cared for. The food continues to be outstanding providing variety and high quality food clearly labelled and replenished. What I found remarkable was the auditing o [... read more]f the presentation that took place at each meal. Management observing the presentation of the food, the labelling and ensuring the staff were cognizant of what was required to make it even better. We requested the same room due to location in advance of arriving and they did everything possible to accommodate. We were welcomed with a bottle of rum and fruit platter upon arrival. I celebrated my birthday while there and at teh end of the night, I returned to find a chilled bottle of champagne with fruit platter and a birthday card. So impressive and truly made me feel special. I always provide balanced feedback in my reviews so here are the cons I came across during this visit: 1. The rooms have excellent air conditioning but should have temperature control vs. high/medium/low. We were freezing in the room but if we turned it off, it was too hot 2. On my previous visits, the entertainment staff were extremely sociable and visible. Each morning, they would walk the beach, stopping to say hello to all guests and set the stage for the day's/evening's activities. During this visit, we noticed less entertainment staff working, they were not very visible during the day. They truly make the experience while you're there so would like to see them increase their visibility and sociability during the day to ensure a better stay. Overall, I have travelled to many other places over the years and always draw my comparison to this resort. Simply outstanding resort! I will be returning to the Iberostar Bavaro in Punta Cana for a 4th time.

Occidental Punta Cana: An OK place

Great place to meet new people and learn new things. Lots of ammenities provided by the resort, so if you are a sporty outgoing person, you can never get bored or hungry. Tourists in general are friendly, but beware of locals who will miss no opportunities to con you for excursions they offer. Also, some excursions aren't as good as they make out to be.

Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: Nice resort

Hotel was well kept and clean. Food was very average. The beaches were nice however weren't maintained in frong of resort. Too many solicitors as you walk on the beach. Weather was great. Staff were awesome.

The Reserve at Paradisus Punta Cana: Fantastic Resort

The hotel was very clean, spacious and had great amenities. We had access to several pools, the beach, nightly entertainment and 11 excellent restaurants. The staff was amazing and very helpful. There was an array of customers at the hotel and many that I spoke with had been to Punta Cana several times and each said this was the best hotel they had stayed at. This is the first all inclusive that I had participated with and had heard of some negatives from people that travel more frequently but  [... read more]the food was excellent and the drinks were well made. I was very happy with this package and would suggest this location to anyone looking to spend some worry-free time away from home. I would definitely return to this resort on a future vacation, very impressed.

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Welcome to Paradise!!!

Majestic Colonial was absolutely beautiful!!! The grounds were immaculately kept, everywhere we went was very clean. Every staff member was friendly and courteous and made every effort to do anything to help us. Our lovely housekeeper who put special effort into making our room beautiful especially on our 25th wedding anniversary day. Another special mention must go to Candida, our talented connoisseur of special coffees at the buffet !!! He is creative and humourous and it is obvious that he takes pride in his work!! Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Very good resort!!!

The grounds were beautifully kept, the flowers, trees and greenery were above average. The resort was incredibly clean. The food was very good with a large selection. The beach was beautiful; a bit more seawood than I would like but that is up to nature. They did a good job cleaning it up. The no reservations theme for the a la carte restaraunts is good in theory but had to line-up before opening to get a time slot, so in effect it does end up being a reservation. Very good resort, clean, friendly staff, good food, alot of activities, nice rooms and very good service. it was great experience. i would recommend this to friends and family and may visit again soon
