Blue Bay Villas Doradas: Fantastic small resort!

Great resort small perfect for older couples to get around. The staff was amazing. Really nice beach lots of water sports to do lots of tours. We went to paradise island had so much fun. My husband lost his sunglasses in the ocean and a employee that was in charge of the water sports Felix put his goggles on and went looking for them in the ocean. He found them! My favourite was breakfast smoothies they made fresh right in front of you with fresh fruit that I picked with honey and almond milk. They had lots of fresh fruit everyday. The alacart restaurants were great also they had a seafood, Japanese and steakhouse. The fried chicken they had at the beach snack bar was delicious if you just wanted to get a quick bite to eat st the beach. The negative part about going to this hotel where the locals on the beach trying to sell stuff, braiding hair and even doing pedicures on the beach which I would never get because of sanitary reasons. I don’t understand how people would get pedicures done without the tools being sanitized properly. They would be very aggressive to wanting people to buy stuff from them even coming up to you when your reading and having a nap. It was very annoying and it would be the whole day different people bothering us. Another thing that annoyed us was this was a all inclusive resort but the lobby bar drinks we had to pay for them. We never saw people get drinks there so I don’t see the point of having that bar there waste of space. In general we had a great time the weather was great and I had great company to share my holiday with made more great memories that’s what life’s about😀

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Beautiful resort

Grounds are beautiful. Rooms are very spacious and up to date. Food was great especially in the Asian restaurant. There are lots of loungers around the pools and beach. Only problem we found was service. It was very slow in the lobby bar and nonexistent at the pool. If you wanted a drink you had to get it yourself

Bahia Principe Grand San Juan: Great Resort, Great Staff

This was our first time in Dominican Republic and in this resort. At the beginning we were not really sure, but when we arrived we realized that we made the right decision. The place is beautiful, the food was great, the staff were very polite and helpful. very clean and organized. We had a blast with shows, entertainment and karaoke. Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort: Third time. Will come back again.

This was our 3rd time at this resort - 3 of 6 bldgs and the buffet have been upgraded. Our room was not in the newer bldgs but was more than adequate(clean & comfortable). Grounds are spotless. The VIP beach is wonderful (beds always available) but the beds are not right on the beach. Covered cabanas at the adult pool are the best. Restaurants are nice and the food is very good. Casa Marina Reef Resort: amazing resort !

Me and a friend went to casa marina for a week and it was an amazing experience! we LOVED everything about this resort! it’s all newly renovated and beauitful, staff was incredible! We will be back!!!

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Amazing, fun, clean resort!

The hotel was beautiful-the rooms were so clean-the grounds were absolutely beautiful! The entertainment was so much fun...BEBA was a blast and I so enjoyed her! Our butler Edy was wonderful! The wait staff were all so friendly and so HAPPY! I loved that .The food was so good...even the buffets were more like a la carts. Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Absolutely amazing resort/vacation spot!

The Iberostar Costa Dorada in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic is a beautiful, very well-kept resort with a variety of restaurants, and buffet choices. Very friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your stay an even greater one. Rooms are clean and well-kept - always hot water and excellent water pressure in the showers. We were a group of 23 people and we all had a fabulous time. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Casa Marina Reef Resort: Amazing vacation!!

Location couldn’t be any better, close to airport, town, beaches. Staff were all very friendly and there to make sure you were happy and had everything you needed. Our Room had not yet been renovated but was still very good. Hotel was quick to respond to any issue we had. Entertainment was fun and there was a good variety. Food was good though we didn’t really like the seafood a la carte. We will definitely be back. It’s a great resort and we had a wonderful time!!

Marien Puerto Plata Hotel: “Just Right”

This resort was just the right pick for my friends and I.The resort is laid out perfect not too big everything a short walk away.The grounds were beautiful well kept and clean.The pools were huge and clean very pretty all lite up at nite.We didn’t spend much time at the pool as we are beach people.The Beach was very nice not the crystal clear water and white sand of Cuba but very nice no rocks or coral to be seen and you can walk a very long distance.The rooms were large and very clean maid se [... read more]rvice excellent never a problem with towels or hot water.The food was average buffet offerings but lots to chose from .The restraunts were very good but the air conditioning at the Mediterranean is very cold wear a sweater.The staff were professional but not overly friendly but were very busy.I would recommend this resort and would probably stay again .

Royalton Splash Punta Cana: Greatest Family Vacation

Everything in this resort was awesome. The hotel was very clean, the people are so friendly, and the food was great. It was our first all inclusive family vacation in 12 years and wouldn't hesitate to go back. We booked with tripcentral online and called them with questions and concerns. They were able to answer all of my questions and made changes that were needed.

Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: Overall Good

Great overall but they need to address some issues: Pros - Superb new modern large rooms - Swim out - Great quality food and bistros - Great wifi everywhere - Super nice beach - Great staff - Game room for kids Cons: - beach lounge chairs insufficient - Reception system not efficient and slow - No Restaurant reservation system - Key cards (bracelets) frequent malfunction - No bank or exchange, just machine for pesos

Occidental Caribe: Not bad, not amazing

Overall good experience... Pools and beaches were well maintained and cared for, rooms were dated but fair size, food was just okay, only good food was the Japanese restaurant, staff were all very pleasant and professional and very good English for a Spanish destination.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Amazing Resort

One week of bliss is an understatement. The resort was beautiful, the grounds were kept impeccable by the gardeners. Edy our butler spoiled us rotten. The food was amazing. The staff was tentative and friendly that became extended family by the end of the week. Beba, Cappuccino, Cholate and Julianna were just a few staff memebers that went out of their way to make our stay memorable. I would definitely recommend this resort as a perfect getaway.

Marien Puerto Plata Hotel: Loved this resort!

Everything was great, very much enjoyed our first all inclusive. The place was great, Room was clean. People were wonderful , Weather was perfect. We went snorkeling for my first time and loved it. Would love to go back!!

Grand Sirenis Tropical Suites: Ok Resort

The resort, beach and rooms were nice. But the concierge service was horrible all they care about is sales and if your not interested in buying what they are selling they ignore you and don’t want to help anymore, we were sapped to have 3 ala cartes and only got 2 and when we requested the last one he said no and he couldn’t help us. Very unprofessional and not organized at all. The food was absolutely DISGUSTING i give it a -50 out of 10. It’s too bad because it’s in a very nice area.

Cayo Levantado Resort: Almost Perfection

This resort met and exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the staff was always eager to please. The grounds were beautifully manicured, the private beach was small but always found a sun lounger. The pools were very clean, no bird dropping on any chairs. We enjoyed both buffet restaurants and the a la Carte, especially Don Pablo restaurent. We didn't participate much in the nightlife but nightly shows were available. I would definitely return. TRS Turquesa: Amazing Resort...repeat customers

this was our 7th time back here, we love the swim up rooms, very quiet and relaxing. from the minute we arrived we were looked after, bell boys all excellent. Dionisio, front desk manager was excellent as usual. our butler Charlie, excellent as well...bar staff at bar near swim ups had great staff Esmerelda and Camille. lobby bar staff Jonathan and Frank really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Good trip

Beach is beautiful with long walk on both side. Food at the buffet with lots of choice for every one with sea fish and exotic fruit every day. Staffs very helpful and friendly. An employee from the resort will approach you to join their Privilege Club Membership, DO NOT BUY, it will cost you more to travel every year, and you have to pay a big deposit sum of money at the beginning.

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Excellent resort

The resort is simply amazing. The grounds are kept in pristine condition all the time. The food is great. Several different restaurants to eat at and lots of choice at each one. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Pools and beach are also great.
