Grand Palladium Colonial: Highly enjoyable experience!

Went to Grand Paladium Colonial with my husband and five year old. Greatly enjoyed ourselves. The food at the a-la-cartes was great! The buffet was well-appointed with great variety. The grounds were lovely and well kept. The way the resort was situated was great too! In short distance, we had rather immediate access to the kids pool, the main pool and the ocean. The swim up bar was in its own spot so those who liked to drink a lot had their space. We had access to two other resorts as well whic [... read more]h meant that we didn’t have to eat in the same place twice. It is large but that was not a detractor for us. Having visited a few resorts, this was hands down our favourite so far. We’d definitely go back. Highly recommended!

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Very Enjoyable

A very nice complex with a great walking beach and very nice grounds. Lots of pool activities with support staff. Specialty restaurants were good but not exceptional ... enjoyed the food at the French the most.sport casual attire is all that is needed at the restaurants. A large Hilton resort currently under construction next door. Would definitely go back some day.

Riu Dunamar: Review Title

The Riu Dunamar in Cancun where I recently spent a week was amazing; my beef is with Sunwing; our flight home was supposed to be a direct flight and it was not. We were lied to by several Sunwing reps when we complained, ruined the whole experience for us, never booking with Sunwing again.

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Valentin - January 15-29/2019

Air Transat to and from - very good Ground Transport - direct, very good. Check In/out - very good Room - central location. Very good. Food and Service - very good. Towel service - very good. Grounds - immaculate. Beach/Pool - Too much competition for a lounge chair and umbrella. Not enough loungers for the number of guests. Staff - very good Bar Service - very good. Entertainment - very good.

Krystal Ixtapa: Krystal Ixtapa

It was all acceptable but the resort appeared to be lagging a bit in maintence. In our room we had broken furniture, light bulb out , air conditioner that was either full blast or off with nothing in between, tears in the curtains. The staff was excellent and did what they could to make our stay nice. The pool area was fine. The food services were not as good as we have experienced in 6 other resorts with the exception of Bogarts restaurant which was exceptionally good. No major complaints.

JOIA Paraiso by Iberostar: The best

The best vacation ever. Risently we return back from our vacation trip, adjustad with help of Tripcentral. It was above all expectations. Agents help was very professional, highly qualified. I recieved max information and good advices without waist of time, Plus price was very loyal. Hotel and service are exclusively good, above all our expectations.Definitely recommend it for vacation.

Paradisus Playa Del Carmen Roulette: What a great place!!!

My wife and I spent a week at Paradisus Play Del Carmen. This resort is 1st class all the way, from the moment you arrive until you leave, you are treated like royalty. The staff there are really great, they work very hard and they bend over backwards to make your stay a perfect one. The rooms are gorgeous with marble floors, and they are very clean, in fact the whole complex is spotless with granite and marble everywhere. FOOD----- [... read more]-----------The food at this resort is the best (by a large margin) food we have ever had at an all inclusive Resort, and we have stayed at many over the years. BEACH---------------The beach has nice fine sand that is great for long walks, but the ocean has lots of seaweed. They work hard to keep it clean, but there is seaweed in parts of the water. You can pick a section of the water and swim without any seaweed. I found that they could use a few more lounge chairs on the regular (not 1st class) side. One thing that makes the beach extra special is the Beach Concierge, His name is Miguel Agvilar. This fellow makes you feel like you are a royalty. He can't do enough for you. The beach service is also excelente, you won't be looking for service there, because they make sure you are well taken care of . The bottom line is this resort is the best resort we have ever stayed at, in fact we were here last year and booked it again this year, because of the quality. (we haven't ever stayed at the same resort 2 years in a row until now). I would recommend this place without hesitation. We booked through Trip Central (which is my favorite website) and our agent was Sara Zubiak, she is so knowledgeable and is pleasant to work with . The only negative we had on our trip was with Park"N Fly, I found them to be disreputable and I wouldn't park there again.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: We love it!

This is the 5th time we have stayed at Sian Ka'an and, as in the past, we find it a special place to stay. The staff, food and accommodation are wonderful and you feel like you are a special guest. Access to the 3 other sister resorts provides a great variety in dinning, pool and beach options. We will definitely return soon!

Ocean Coral by H10: Incredible Service!

We booked our trip with a Privilege Upgrade and that is the only way to travel! The level of service at the Privilege Lounge was exceptional. Our good friend Angel in there took incredible service for us and provided us with incredible meals. Thank you also to Isabel the chef. How she is able to prepare the meals she did in that small kitchen I don't know, she is a magician me thinks. I strongly recommend everyone check out the Privilege level of service at this resort. Villas Vallarta by Canto del Sol: Villas Vallarta Great

Villas Vallarta is a great mid budget hotel.Wonderful pool,restaurant and rooms very clean for an older hotel.Most rooms have been upgraded with new bathroom showers ie:direct rain shower heads wonderful.Also with the use of the Canto Del Sol hotel it all makes for a great stay.I would highly recommend as I've stayed here numorous times.It is centrally located to downtown Puerto Vallarta only a short bus ride experience or a cheap cab.Book Villas Vallarta for a great stay.

Ocean Coral by H10: Wonderful Stay

A fantastic resort. Upgrading to Priveledge Class well worth the money. Food at all restaurants exceptional except for the 'Marina' where food was cold and service was poor. Even though this restaurant is know as the Steak Pit I do not recommend it. Priveledge Class has a Priveledge Lounge which has exception staff. Angle and his chefs are the best. All resort staff friendly and helpful. Our buttler Manual was awesome. Easily a 4.5 out of 5 and would have been a 5 if not for the one poor restaur [... read more]ant. There are 8 restaurants in total and 7 of them really were exceptional. This was our second stay in 2 years and we will be returning in the future.

Allegro Cozumel: Nice resort except for the rooms

The rooms at this resort are terrible. They're small, dated, not the cleanest, and our upper-floor room had a leaky roof (so did our friends'). Staff aren't quick to repair the roof, they just ask whether it's leaking on the bed (if not I guess it's not a priority), and tell you to move all electronics away from the leak. Beyond that, they attend to it when they see fit. There was a distinct smell of raw sewage in our bathroom all week. You either get a king-size bed or two double beds, and it b [... read more]ecomes very difficult to switch if you don't like what you initially get. The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbours conversing at normal volume even with your door and windows closed. In the evenings, the show/entertainment can be heard from almost every spot on the resort, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. If the quality of the room makes or breaks your vacation, do not stay here. Nice beach and pool areas, very clean, easy to get a chair in the morning, bars and washrooms are well-located. Service is good (except for front desk). The food is great, lots of variety and good quality. I have several food-related sensitivities and I had no problem finding adequate meal items. The meal times are great - they don't hem you into a two-hour lunch window, etc. Drinks are served in reusable (not disposable) plastic cups, and there are no straws. So if this type of thing bothers you, bring your own. There's no lobby bar which is a bit odd. This resort is geared towards families with small children- there is a pool dedicated exclusively to kids (play structures, water slides, etc). It looks like a great place to bring kids. The resort is small and easy to navigate.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Our 2nd Stay

Resort is still excellent 2 years after our last visit. We had a very noisy room on the 3rd floor which had a lot of late night traffic, drunks,carts,etc. We asked the Diamond Club if we could pay to change room and there were no available options. Our Butler Everisto was the best we have had. Food options were first class.

Barcelo Huatulco: Nice resort

Enjoyed this resort..very clean and friendly. Comfortable beds, food is good. Long lineups to book a la carte. Had the Italian a la carte, it was terrible..was fried mozzarella with tomato sauce, chicken parmesan and dessert..the fried mozzarella was cold and sits on tomato slices (no sauce), the chicken was so tough you couldn't cut it and the dessert was so hard it was like a rock. The food on the buffets is good, lots of variety. The beach is ok..the sand is hard to walk in. The pool is n [... read more]ice, not too crowded. If you want a lounge chair you have to get up real early to put your towels out to save your chair. This resort is fairly quiet..had a good time.

Barcelo Huatulco: Good Resort

The grounds are very well maintained. The beach was good but hard to walk due to the slope and sand you sink in pretty much up to your ankles. Staff are very good and very clean rooms. Downsides were you need to get up at 5:30 a.m. to put your towel out on a chair or you are not getting a spot. Also, line ups to book an a la carte restaurant are ridiculously long.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Palladium Vallarta Wows Again

This is our second time coming to Palladium Vallarta and we loved it all over again. We got greeted in the mornings by Antonio at the Breakfast Buffet and it continued throughout day with all the great employees there. The resort is just an amazing setting. We took an excursion to Vista Paraiso with our guides being Eric, Roberto and Papparazi photographer Ozwaldo on a 4 Wheeler tour of the area which was our favourite tour yet.

Catalonia Yucatan: RUN DOWN

This was our 2nd time at the Catalonia Yucatan. 1st time we loved it, 2nd time not so much. The rooms are very tired and food was certainly not up to par. The resort caters to French. Which is an issue as we don't speak it. At night in the lounge/bar area they had French night parties and there is no other lounge to go to. I love the location as you can ride a bike down to the marina and have beer and food at one of the restaurants by the dolphin area. Catalonia Yucatan: disappointed with our second visit

We were disappointed with our second visit to Catalonia Yucatan. The location is awesome & most of the staff are so very friendly (including the wait staff, bartenders & cleaning crew, the party staff basically ignored us). This resort was recently sold to a French company and it is very clear that they cater to the French speaking guests. If you do not speak French, stay away. We travel south 2 - 3 times per year & were hoping to make this one of our "go to" places, due to this bad experience [... read more] we will not return to this location.

Friendly Fun Vallarta: Wonderful resort

We have been to this resort 3 times and the name fits this resort to a T. The staff are amazing. Food is very good and there is always something to do for everyone What makes it unique is the staff who actually care about you and actually remember you.

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: Gréât Resort

Confortable and well located. Great service. Excellent Food. Would have enjoyed more evening entertainment but would recommend to friends. Beach was okay. Great restaurant choices. Was very pleasant.
