Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana: Nice Resort

The resort was in a good condition, clean and well maintained. the service was "excelente" we enjoyed our vacations there. Information, activities, and assistance were on time and accurate, all the staff was always friendly. I love the food...really fresh. OMG, I recommend the Spa, we spend quality time there. Good recommendation by the Tripcentral representative.

Dreams Los Cabos: Dreams

We loved our stay at the resort. Everyone was very helpful from the time you checked in until we left. The room we had was a suite and was beautiful and the cleaning staff were exceptional with keeping it clean. We loved the pool and it never seemed busy. Watching the waves at the beach was astonishing and beautiful. We knew you couldn't swim in the beach which was not a problem.

Great resort! Incredible staff, good food, very clean, really good entertainment, and great beach! Everything was wonderful! The only downside was the shower in our room - needs an upgrade. Well worth the money. Would definitely recommend this resort.

Dreams Riviera Cancun: We had a great week

The beach area around the beach chairs could have been much cleaner,, lots of straws, cigarette butts, bottle caps etc. There was lots of sea weed but the staff did the best they could to stay ahead of it.

Excellent all inclusive experience. Food was excellent. Loved not having to book a la carte restaurants. Customer service was truly excellent. Staff tried to go above and beyond to make customers happy.

Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Disappointing. Was expecting much more from Dreams

Overall OK. But you might want to consider the following: AC unit was not working properly, and very noisy. Room finishing was very poor (light bulb missing in one of the lamps next to night stand, bathroom calking peeling off). An event was thrown with very loud music, until midnight, so if you have young kids, you might want to think twice before booking. As for the food, quality was great. However I felt they were poor on their “seafood” menu.

Staff were always friendly and helpful. Grounds were immaculate. Loved the free form pool enabling us to swim the full length of the resort at our leisure. Abundance of lounge chairs and pool floating mats. Never felt crowded because of the pool design. Loved all the food, including buffets, restaurants and beach and pool BBQ's. The evening entertainment was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We loved our room with the beautiful view from the 3rd floor. We had no complaints at all. I have stayed at a Dreams Resort previously Punta Cana and this resort surpassed my expectations! Beautiful resort, great restaurants and wonderful staff. The beach is beautiful, great place to kayak and be in the water.

I just returned and I have to say it was the best resort I've been to yet. The service was exceptional , the resort was beautiful, the food was fantastic , the people very friendly and helpful and everything everywhere was clean from the beach to the rooms to the food areas.I would like to note that our concierges Melania and Mary went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Incredible experience

From the moment we walked into the lobby to the morning we left to return home the experience at this resort was top notch. The service was impecible, the staff friendly and very helpful. The food was absolutely delicious with lots of variety. Any other time I would be sick of the buffet by the third day but they had endless options. I ate at the Italian and the Asian restaurants and the food was amazing. We had a room on the 6th floor with an ocean view and balcony. The ocean was warm and shallow. The beach its self was decent. We never had too much of an issue getting a chair. I will definitely be back to Cancun and highly recommend this resort!

Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana: Dream come true at dreams

Mature grounds, well kept gardens and pools, excellent facilities, everything clean and in good working order. .Never crowded. Moderate size but all areas easily accessible. Staff friendly and well versed in a variety of languages. Fodd and beverages were excellent.

Dreams La Romana: 10***** Resort

This is by far the most beautiful resort my husband and I have had the luxury of visiting. The food is 5* all the way.......we can't stop raving about it! I will definitely be returning. Go Dreams Go!

Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Good food and service but issues as well

The staff were great and provided excellent service. The quality of the food was very good, especially at the a la carte restaurants. The hotel is an old property that has been upgraded. The beds were excellent. We prefer firm beds and slept well the entire week. The bathroom was too small and had issues, sink and tub leaked. Our air conditioning unit leaked down the wall and onto the floor and ruined the plaster on the wall. We had to call to get the AC fixed twice during our week stay. They d [... read more]id fix it fairly quickly and repaired the wall damage. The beach is eroded and very small. If you walk to the left of the resort you can walk on a nice long Beach. The beach in front of the hotel smelled like sewage and rotten seaweed. This is a solid 4 star property that is trying. For the price, it is a decent place for a vacation. However, we would not return.

This was a great spot, staff was very accommodating , food exceptional, an overall great resort to go to. If any draw back it is there is a lot of walking with no pickup spots. This was very hard on me.

Great resort and amazing beach. The staff keep this resort neat and tidy. This has to be one of the only resorts where the staff (front desk, bell boys, groundscrew, entertainment, bartenders, tstaff, cleaning staff) constantly ask how you are doing and if everything is okay. The food is excellent. We ate in the buffet, oceana, Italian and French the sports area had everything you could think of. The grounds have beautiful gardens, parrots in the tree by main lobby, flamingos and peacocks! It is a large resort with no golf carts so you need to walk a lot which may be an issue for those that cannot walk far. I would highly recommend this resort.

Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Absolutely the best!

My sister and I had a FANTASTIC week at Dreams Sands. The resort was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. The resort property is beautiful and very well taken care of and the staff were superb. The catamaran trip with Jonathan was a highlight as was the kayak tour. The food was amazing too -Porto Fino was a highlight -thanks Josée! The entertainment was great too with the very talented fire works dancers and the Cancun tenors being a particular highlight. This resort is one of the nicest and cleanest places we have stayed at. The pool area and beach is spectacular. The people working at the resort are friendly and accommodating. The food and restaurant choices are also top notch.

Dreams Riviera Cancun: Amazing resort

This is an absolutely fabulous resort. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are great, the pools and area around are fantastic and the beach was lovely! There are so many different restaurants.. delicious! Very kid friendly.

Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya: Great Little Resort

We booked this resort at the last minute, one week before leaving during March Break. This resort may be small is stature, but is big on offerings with customer service that sets the bar for other resorts! The rooms are spacious, very clean with a nicely stocked mini fridge. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, once in the morning and again in the evening for turn down service. Anything we needed in our room, example hangers or an iron, was delivered to us within 10 minutes. The bathtubs could use [... read more] a little love as the caulking is showing a little age, but everything is clean. Our room overlooked the Dolphin pool. What a beautiful way to wake up each morning, to the sights & sounds of Dolphins playing! The pool is smaller than most resorts, but never really seemed over crowded. You do need to get up early to get a lounger, but this is par for the course at every resort. The Animation Staff are wonderful. Every resort has Animation Staff, however, there is something special about their staff. They seem GENUINELY friendly, they encourage guests to get involved without being pushy. It's just a very friendly environment. There is something happening everyday. From Aqua Arobics at noon, to a friendly game of pool volleyball, to bubble soccer on the beach, beach volleyball, beach Aqua Arobics, and last but not least, an AMAZING bubble party in the pool! I have never experienced so much activity at a resort while still being able to relax. The food is very good. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with a Crepe station! So yummy! The a la carte restaurants do not take reservations but instead are on a first come first serve basis. If you do not get there before 6pm, you will have to wait about an hour for a table. The drinks are great, the water served at the restaurants and ice are safe to consume, none of us were sick at all. The resort itself is located inside of a smaller gated community which consists of 3 or 4 resorts, condos, houses, a marina, shops and restaurants. You can take a bike from the resort and ride around. It is very safe and quite lovely. There is a little pressure from sales people at the concierge desk but if you simply say "no thank you", they will leave you alone. Otherwise, you will be stuck in a 4-5 hour sales pitch! Be warned. The Dolphin swim is amazing! We did it on the day we left. What a wonderful way to end our vacation. The price is reasonable, however, the photos are expensive. You can barter down the price a little bit, but not much. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely go back. If you are looking for a smaller resort, no long lines, no crowding, good food and amazing customer service, this is the place for you.
