Royalton Punta Cana Resort: Fantastic resort

Overall experience was great...resort, food and grounds Pool bar was fabulous 🤗 More evening entertainment would be nice Foam pool party is a must to see and do I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a nice quit getaway

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Gorgeous resort and amazing holiday!

What an amazing hotel to take our family our vacation to! From the beautiful rooms and pools, to the delicious food and drinks! All the restaurants including the buffet were able to accommodate my gluten free diet! Thank you so much to the wonderful staff! We were made to feel like royalty at the Royalton!!

Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: January 3-10, 2020 sejour

This is the second time in less than a year we are staying for a week at Royalton Hicacos in Varadero because it is a great resort. I have to say that the rooms are a bit outdated they are very clean with good quality mattress and bedding, mini bar, coffee, etc. The room maid did an excellent job every day (building 2500) and Davis the butler was very nice and helpful. I also have to say few less positive things that were not so good compared with our last visit in May 2019: 1) the breakfast and lunch at the buffet was very repetitive compared with May 2019 when every day used to have a different theme (like Canadian, Italian, Asia, etc.) The same food choices every day, cooked, cold cuts, etc. 2) the hot water in building 2500 between 5-7 pm was lukewarm every day. Did not experienced this before. 3) at the initial check in not much info provided especially about evening programs and shows, where to make al a carte restaurant reservation (the system is changing now), etc. When we went later at the front desk to ask what show was on that evening the personnel was not sure, and they were asking each other. Minor things, not a deal breaker. We would definitely like to return. I forgot to mention that the beach is very nice! Thank you Royalton!

Royalton Antigua Resort and Spa: Very Nice Resort

We were very excited to travel to Antigua as we had never been here before. We chose the Royalton and were excited but concerned due to previous reviews. I would like to say I wonder who wrote those reviews. We were very pleased with everything from the moment we arrived. We were greeted warmly and checked in very efficiently. The grounds were lovely. Everything was very clean. The rooms were very well appointed and the view from our room was great. The staff was excellent. We did not have to wait and we had great service at all of them right down to the buffet. There were plenty of chairs by the pool or on the beach. We did rent the cabana's for the week and it was so worth it. We were spoiled by the service of Sean, Joshua and the grill master Cecila. Would definitely recommend this resort you won't be disappointed.

Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: Amazing trip!!

My husband and I have traveled to Cuba in the past but had gone to Varadero. We thought that beach was nice. Then we recently (last week) stayed at the Royalton Cayo Santa Maria and omg...the beach is GORGEOUS!!! We had a fabulous stay. We upgrade to ocean view room (so worth the money). We have traveled to many places and this was by far, the best vacation. The resort is likely the best in the area. The bbq near the beach serves delicious fajitas for lunch! The manager (Luigi) is very hands on and genuinely wants to ensure the guests have an enjoyable vacation. With two pools (one quiet and one with more action) gives great options for your mood. The bartender at at quiet bar (Dorian) is awesome!! Great guy. Housekeeping staff is very friendly and they do a fabulous job. We are definitely returning and can’t wait to do so!

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: WONT GO BACK

This resort is not worth the money they charge. The rooms are beautiful and so it the beach. The food isn't great not a lot of heathy options for the kids and lots of processed food. There is not services and tips are expected. We had to tip the guy on the beach everyday just to get a chair and we had paid the extra for diamond club. Even with diamond club if you want a cabana it will cost you a minimum of 80 USD up to 160 USD depending if you would like food and drinks in you cabana per day. Th [... read more]ere are people in the diamond club section that have just the standard bracelets. The services is poor to non existent. Their time share people will harass you everyday. They wait at the bottom of the building at breakfast time and dinner time and the bottom of the escalators and will try to convince you to go their breakfast and their presentation. When you tell them your not interested they will follow you to where ever you are going and continue with their speech. Don't go! Other people staying at the resort warned us, high pressure sales and they will eat up a whole day of your time. We had paid extra for a butler we saw him the first day and never say him again the whole week. I have stayed at other resorts in the same price point and gotten much better services. it is really to bad because it is a beautiful resort and a beautiful beach but make not mistake it is not close to all inclusive.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Royalton Riviera Maya

We stayed over the holidays for New Years. Service was awful. Food was good. Facilities were clean and okay. We had our daughter who had food restrictions (Gluten) and they made it VERY difficult for us. We even upgraded to Diamond Club and that did NOT improve the situation. Waste of money... never going to Royalton branded hotel again

Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: Exceed Expectations!

We have stayed at multiple resorts in Cuba and this is the best by far! Santa Maria beach is perfect with the powdery white sand and crystal clear calm waters. We were there Dec. 27- Jan. 3 at peak time and never had to search for a chair at the beach or the pool, even if we didn't arrive until 10:30 a.m. In fact, there were always extra chairs around throughout the day. Yes, the food is repetitive, but we found some really delicious options: eggs made to order for breakfast, quesadillas at the beach, hamburgers and BBQ grill at the pool for lunch, thick freshly made daiquiris (pineapple and lime were yummy!) at the upper pool, cappuccinos and cocktails at the lobby bar...I definitely wasn't starving. Dinner at the a la cartes were edible. I didn't miss waiting in line at a buffet or eating out of food that's been sitting around for hours. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and we always had hot water. Can't complain. We will return for sure!

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Very Disappointing

I will never go back to the Royalton Rivera Cancun Hideway ! The staff in the hotel is not friendly or helpful! The cleaning staff is very nice and the rooms are very clean and the property! They staff in the Royalton only cares about selling you shares for you to return to the diamond club and only if you stay in the diamond club you get exceptional service other wise no one cares about your needs or complaints! Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: Nice resort

Flight Travelled with Air Transat and flight was changed from 6 am to noon so we got to the hotel late at night. Sunwing same flight time and day kept their flight. Misleading when buying a package. Restaurants It’s three restaurants that they prearrange for you and it’s the same food. Food is hit or miss. There is a pool restaurant open 24hrs that serves minimal items. No buffets. Beach Beach was ice. Some days had jelly fish and the hotel posts warnings. Thoughtless people reser [... read more]ve cabanas and never show up or show up later in the day. Rooms We’re clean although we found a roach in ours and millipedes were seen daily. They load the mini fridge with two beers, soda and water. They do always provide water. Entertainment Most nights it was singers in the lobby. For New Years and the next night there was a water show with dancers, very good. Lots of mosquitoes! New Years We went for New Years and staff seemed more preoccupied with helping themselves to the party favours and serving management. There was a huge buffet that night but waiting at each station meant your food was cold by the time you returned to your table. There was Champaign served.

Royalton CHIC Cancun: Interesting experience

Really nice hotel and excellent location. There were inconsistencies with service quality - some staff was great some was terrible - and the quality of patrons themselves - beach chair cat fights, etc

Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: Great resort

This hotel was exactly what we expected after having read the reviews; the grounds were beautiful, rooms clean and bed comfortable, best beach in the area and food was simply great! Restaurants were great, but the Japanese zen reservation was un-necessary as this was our least favorite restaurant.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Wonderful Stay at the Royalton Hideaway

We stayed at the Royalton Hideaway, overall it was a great stay. Unfortunately, we had an evening flight that was delayed, by the time we reached the hotel we were ready for bed.Once we were checked in we went to our room, and the key didn’t work. We then had to walk back to the concierge, where they were unable to fix our key. We had to have security let us in and we were not able to leave our room until morning when they would be able to fix our keys (thank goodness for room service). The resort staff were wonderful, food was excellent (no reservations made it difficult to get in at times) and they always ensured to ask for allergies/food restrictions before seating you. The beach was beautiful, the grounds were well maintained, and the entertainment was always interesting. All in all it was a wonderful fun trip, and we would highly recommend your next vacation at the Royalton in Puerto Morelos!

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: No Complaints!

This resort is a perfect example of “You get what you pay for” but in a good way! For that few extra hundred to book at the Royalton we were treated like Royalty! Everyone was so kind, food was tasty, not one complaint! What I loved about the A la cartes was that it was first come first serve basis. It was nice because in the past we have been places where all of the restaurants were booked with reservations to the point we could not get one. Before coming to this resort we did read about the sales pitch for the Time Share thing. It was never pushy or annoying and as far as I’m made aware, every resort is now pushing these time share presentations. We simply said no and they did not bother us. One thing I could see being a complaint for others (it was no issue to us) is it you booked the Hideaway, the adults only section. Considering the main building which hosts check in, restaurants, buffet and the sport bar is part of the kid friendly area, this could be an issue for some. The hideaway is a nice little area exclusive to the adults however if you want to access any other amenities, you will encounter families and children. This did not bother us however we could see how it may affect somebody else’s stay. We booked a swim up suite room. It was amazing, the water temperature was perfect and it was still a part of the action enough to hear the music and see what was going on in the big pool. We did not book the diamond club, but every waiter came right up to our pool to offer us beverages and food almost as though we had our own butler anyways. So it was great. Also, the Diamond Club exclusive pool is a family pool. They do not have an adults only area. Overall, it was one of our best experiences and there are really no complaints. I would say this is the best all inclusive we have gone to by far ! Another bonus is that it was only 15 minutes away from the airport :)

Peaceful, Tranquil Adults Only Resort with beautiful gardens, clean rooms, very friendly staff, good food, great variety of cocktails to choose from & THE MOST AMAZING spectacular beach. Everything you could possibly want on your vacation and more.

Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: Nice resort, needs some improvement

Grounds were nicely kept, plenty of bars but not enough spaces in the buffet. Spent too much time in line waiting to get to food. Also would appreciate not being hounded for joining a time share or " getting your welcome gift" every time I entered or left my building. Cleanliness could be improved as well. Utensils and dishes were dirty.

Beautiful grounds and buildings. Many lovely pools and amazing staff. The food is second to none. The room service impossible to reach and slow to restock the water. Very minor glitches and would happily return

Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: all good except!

the hotel was as expected, clean rooms, good food, good bar service, nice beach, good room service, cold AC in room. room smelled must at first but got dehumidifier and it cleared it out. transport back to airport was problematic and chaos at punta cana airport was to much to bear. excellent vacation overshadowed by very poorly run airport check in. and because of that my party of five will not return to DR.

Decent Resort with good activities for kids. Bring money for tips otherwise no one is going to pay attention to you. I was getting annoyed near the end having to repeatedly ask for simple things. Get ready for "Dominican time", it's a real thing! Rooms are all connecting and the locks on the doors between rooms are broken. So anyone can walk in from the connecting room at any time. Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Amazing experience

We absolutely loved our time at the resort. All of the staff was amazing. The food was great and fresh at every meal. The afternoon and evening entertainment was great, the resort had to work with lots of rainy weather and did their best to make it work. The gym is comparable to upper class chain of gym( Goodlife etc). Angelica in the gym was amazing. Take one of her classes.
