Ocean Riviera Paradise: Excellent rapport qualité-prix!

Cet hôtel est très bien entretenu, l'aménagement paysager est fort agréable et la nourriture proposée est à la fois très diversifiée et appétissante. Nous y séjournerions à nouveau sans hésiter. Le piano bar ne devrait pas servir au karioke.Chaque hôtel doit avoir au moins un petit coin tranquille et chaleureux pour les conversations en soirée.

Posada Real Los Cabos: Friendly environment

Nice , cozy resort with authentic cousine and friendly stuff. Small destination, not overcrowded. Beautiful beaches , close to hotel. Rooms are a bit old but clean and equal to price. Very affordable vacation.

Paradisus Playa del Carmen: Fantastic resort for adults or families!

I've had the opportunity to experience a number of different all inclusive brands in different locations and nothing really comes close to Paradisus La Esmeralda. Everything from the rooms to the service to the food and entertainment were all first class and unique to anything I had previously seen at an all inclusive resort. Bana and Mole were certainly our favourites but there was something for everyone and the decor and service were second to none. Beach The beach certainly isn't what you come to this resort for - there are definitely issues with seaweed and the accompanying smell. However, the service on the beach was fantastic. Our chairs were always set up to our liking and food and drink delivered directly to our seats. Pools Pretty standard fare. We spent most of our time at the La Perla adults only pool but the pool bar was adequate for our needs, there were always plenty of seats and the food from the pool grill was surprisingly good Rooms The rooms at this resort could be compared against any major chain or even boutique hotel in a major city. The amenities were fantastic and the room service was out of this world Entertainment Rather than the standard bandshell entertainment, there were a lot of live bands and other events taking place that felt unique to the resort. Live band karaoke, the Frankie Valli cover band, and casino nights were definitely highlights YHI Spa The spa is amazing. Get there early to make use of the hydromassage pools. The deep tissue massage was one of the best massages I've ever received Decor The entire resort feels like a New York City hotel dropped in a tropical paradise. The decor was tasteful and eye catching. Everything has been carefully considered, right down to the lighting near the pools in the evening I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I can guarantee you it's an experience you will not soon forget and will make going to any other resort very difficult after setting the bar that high.

Breathless Cabo San Lucas: Breathless Cabo San Lucas - Great location, great view, average food

Breathless has a terrific location right on the marina with an amazing view of the boats and the ocean, it is also on a swimmable beach which was really good (many/most beaches are not swimmable in Cabo). There are 2 pools at Breathless both of which are very nice. One pool is more of a relaxation pool with a great view of the marina and no loud music playing. The other pool is a party pool with a really good DJ and a nice view of the ocean. The bar fridge contained sodas, water and Corona's. The view of the marina was also terrific from the balcony. The quality of the shampoo/body wash/conditioner etc was very good. The restaurants at Breathless were good but IMO are a step behind the other Secrets and Karisma chain resorts I have been to. If food is a top priority for you, I would choose Secrets Puerto Los Cabos over Breathless for this reason alone. Room service was really good and came delivered as ordered each time. The areas directly outside Breathless felt very safe and walkable any time during the day or evening. The nightly entertainment is top notch with plenty of skilled dancers, singers and entertainers. All in all Breathless is a very nice "party" resort with a great marina/beach view in a great location. I recommend it to those who like to enjoy drinks and sun by the pool all day in a good party atmosphere. For those who demand the best food and are looking for a "quieter" vacation, I would perhaps look at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos instead. TandD

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Second time and will come back again!

This was our second time visiting the Luxury Bahia Princepe Akumal. The staff are amazing and so very friendly. The buffet's are actually GOOD and the a la carte's are a great experience. The beach is very well kept and it's great to be able to access the other resorts. We visited with our 2 year old and he loved it! We'll be back.

Riu Palace Baja California: Great resort!

A newer resort...some kinks still to be worked out (your floor depends on which elevator you take!). Staff mean well and try hard but need to let guests pass first (they usually barge through but not in a rude way if that makes any sense). Food was of very good quality. Rooms were clean, modern and bright. Numerous pools to lay beside. A short taxi ride to town. I would stay there again! Thank you Gina for a great recommendation :)

Barcelo Maya Grand Resort: Beautiful Resort!

Just returned home from a stay at the Barcelo Maya Grand Resort. Everything was amazing. Well kept grounds, wonderful food, incredibly friendly staff and I could go on and on about how amazing everything was. The best thing about it was how accessible it was for the lady we traveled with who is in a wheelchair. This is the first resort I can definitely say we will be returning to.

Sunscape Dorado Pacifico: Complete

We’ve travelled thru different parts of Mexico and find the combination of perfect beach and waves, friendly staff, food, good for a all inclusive, proximity to two towns that are full of life made this our favourite hotel You almost don’t want to give a good review to keep this area a secret

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Amazing Family Vacation

From beginning to end this trip was amazing! Staff are friendly and very accommodating to whatever we needed. The grounds are very clean and well maintained. Rooms are always swept and kept clean with fresh towels.....even slippers and a robe! Our kids ( ages 2 & 4) had an absolute blast. The waterparks are close to the rooms and everything else ( buffet, mall, market, a la cartes)- I didnt have to separate from the fun adult group we were travelling with regarding waterpark, pool and beach- Per [... read more]fect proximity to everything. Barcelo Maya Palace: Something for everyone

We stayed here around 12 years ago and we wanted to return to relive some memories. We stayed at the Palace in a Premium room. The service overall was friendly. Breakfast service is spotty but not unusual for all inclusives in Mexico. Getting your coffee how you ask or even at all is 50/50 at the most. Luckily you can serve yourselves at the multiple coffee machines in the buffet area. The outdoor seating for breakfast is very nice. Lots of hammacks Great snorkeling on site with friendly fishes and turtles. We will likely return. The numerous kid waterparks are calling for our kids to come next time.

Dreams Riviera Cancun: Restful stay

Dreams is a nice small resort with everything very handy. Rooms are decent size however beds a bit hard. Great beach and lovely pool. Never a problem getting chairs and staff are great. For a five star resort we expected more from the food. Terrible buffet with limited choices. Other 5star (and less) have carvery stations while Dreams simply had carved meat (and scarce at that) under hot lights. Disappointing. Breakfast at beach was by far the best meal, and lunch at beach was good as well. [... read more] A few of the restaurants were good but the majority was never quite hot. For this reason I would not go back. Entertainment was limited as well. For these reasons I give it only a 4 star.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Very good things here - and some not so good.........

Rooms are quite nice and very clean; very old, and very high lampshades makes for little light !! Good, clean beaches, very good pools, very good entertainment. Food: Breakfast has everything and very good. Lunch and Dinner system not so; Poor quality, same stuff (re-filled and mixed) not appetizing......... ( can get sick ) and did !

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Great Food, Rocky Water

Restaurants were all great, with a wide variety of a la cartes available. Beach was weedy during our stay, but there's no control over that. The water was rocky, unfortunately, with no good spots to go in the ocean. The pools were very nice, and there were a lot of good activities available on the resort, including archery and air rifles. There are also a large number of animals wandering the resort, including at least two families of cats when we were there. The green spaces between the haciend [... read more]as and the lobbies were nice to walk through, but there are shuttles available if you want to use them. Rooms are fine but nothing special - they're not something I look for in a resort, however, so they had no real impact on me. The bed was a bit hard. Resort is close to Akumal (15 mins: snorkeling, swimming with turtles), Tulum (30 mins: archaeological site, nice beach), and Playa Del Carmen (30 mins: nightlife, shopping).

NYX Hotel Cancun: Disappointed

The beach was beautiful however the hotel was very disappointing. The music coming from the lobby in the evenings could be heard in our room. The gym was not at all what was portrayed on the website. The front desk and management were blasé about listening to our concerns and seeing if we could use another hotel gym.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Amazing resort

Grand Bahai Principe Coba is a beautiful resort. The food was excellent and the service was, as a whole great. The resort is pretty far from the airport, though. Be prepared for a 1 1/2 - 2 hr ride. Playa de Carmen is about a 30-40 min drive from the resort. Not really worth the drive. Stay on the resort, free food and drinks! I would definitely return. Thank you Janet from TripCentral made the booking very easy, especially with all her post booking information.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Great place

Housekeeping was not good. First day we arrived we waited 2.5 hrs for our room to be ready only to go in and c that there was someone else’s hair in the tub, floor was very dirty & sticky, as was the table. The balcony was very dirty not swept in a really long time. I requested housekeeping to come back & clean and nobody showed up, also when he/she did come we tipped good for that week, but not everything was cleaned! And most times we had to get our own drinks for the fridge, he only showed [... read more] up 2-3x during our stay . As for housekeeping - a score of 3 out of 10! Also coffee & condiments? I had to go to the front desk every day and get my own until I insisted onth bringing me some for everyday of my stay . Also went to a restaurant on the beach side and I was sick for two days after I eat when you’re vomiting the food that you actually ate at the restaurant and you know exactly what it is I had all the symptoms of food poisoning also when people go to the pool side and they reserve a chair with a book and a towel on it and it sits vacant from nine in the morning till five at night something needs to be done about that

Krystal Grand Los Cabos: Decent but underwhelming resort..

This is decent hotel for the budget conscious. It is close to the highway so be prepared for some noise. Service throughout the resort was excellent! Nice to have a Martini bar and Coffee bas separate. The al-la-carte restaurants were good although closed on occasion. The buffet was weak (variety, temperature of food) and sometimes closed. Full disclosure - we were traveling with a 2.5 year old and booked this resort because of the kids water play area. The hours of the buffet are annoying, especially with younger kids. The buffet closes at 11:30am, may or may not reopen for lunch, and may open for dinner around 6:30pm. The beach is gorgeous although the strength of the waves kept most people out of the water. This is not a party resort and hence relatively quiet at night which is nice. Rooms all have ocean views. Comfy beds.. relatively clean. This is a 3 star resort which offers ok amenities. If the kids pool/play area was warmer and the food had better access and variety, this would a 4 star for us. Delfin Beach Resort Puerto Vallarta: Fabulous Vacation

I just spent 12 days at Hotel SAN Marino and will definitely go back!!! It is excellent value for the price! The location was the best possible!! Walking distance to everything you want or need!! The staff are all very friendly and helpful! The hotel is very very clean and charming. Lots of lounge chairs and tables to relax at. Food was good, housekeeping did an excellent job and bartenders were friendly and efficient!! I Highly recommend this resort!

Riu Flamingos: Good Value For Money

The Good: Service is always good at Riu Hotels and this one is no different! Hotel is always kept clean for the most part the do what they can to make you stay as enjoyable as possible. We always came back to a clean room even if we got up a little bit later! Most resorts ive stayed at if you miss breakfast you are out of luck for food until lunch but at this resort there are always snacks available at all times of day which is nice. The Bad: We had a pretty terrible view from our room (i know all rooms cant have great views) ive stayed here before and have had great views overlooking the fountain/common areas. I find the food on the resort mostly very bland (i know they get a lot of families that probably have picky kids) but it would be appreciated if there were more authentic mexican cusine as well. but on the other hand the a la cartes were better. I do like to travel into downtown and it was annoying that since we had to cross a state line that the cab fares would basically double because you have to pay for the fare both ways basically. Would stay here again!

Allegro Cozumel: Good

Grounds were beautiful, well kept. Rooms also nice, small but nice - liked the hut idea. Food was ok, experienced better in other resorts in Mexico. Since we were limited to two a la carte choices (although we managed to get a third), the buffet for lunch and dinner was very repetitive. We were also not allowed to take any food out from the buffet so each meal had to be a sit down one (even if you wanted a quick snack).... we had no grill available during the day by the beach or pool so now [... read more]here to get a quick snack with the exception of the sports bar which often had not so attractive choices (hot dogs, etc.). The resort would also benefit by having somewhere to get a coffee/latte. They had two machines only, one was out of service the entire week we were there and the other only available while the main buffet was open. The Beach however was incredible, friendly staff and our weather was amazing so it made up for what we were lacking. I would recommend the hotel if someone was looking for a decent affordable place as the beach is incredible, great location to explore Cozumel, plan snorkel and/or scuba diving activities.
