Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: warmhearted resort

I love the ambiance ,,, the grounds makes you feel at home with all the nature surrounding you . love the eco friendly approach , love the two divisions adults very calm,,, and the familly side so perfectly adapted !!! Bring your shoes for the ocean you will have so much fun !! short staffed at the restaurants only thing to say :) pools are small on the kids side ,,, but beach is perfect

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great time

This hotel did not disappoint. Grounds were impeccable, rooms large and clean. Our AC worked well and no issues with water in bathroom. The room was cleaned and stocked daily. The pools were great! It is true that you have to get your chairs early as by 8ish all the ones with shade are taken but that is likely because more people stay by the pool then the beach. The beach was gorgeous - they work hard to remove all the seaweed. The waterpark was a hit with our girls and we ended every day there. [... read more] The kids club was also very good with lots of activities. The food was delicious, especially the a la carted gran Tortuga and the show table at mikado. All in all a great family trip !

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Grand Sirenis

I would say really wonderful and thank you for the advise on this hotel. Great! I would say 5 star . Beach was great, lazy river was wonderful for the kids and myself. The restaurants were professional and the people were great and live shows were great.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Not very luxurious

Very disappointed in everything. Rooms with dead bugs on the walls, construction going on just steps away from our room, no cold drinks, al lecart dinners booked up the day we arrived until 2 days before we left, wait time for a drink at the swim up bar was at least 25 mins...why bother.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Beach and Facilities could be much better

Service was very good, but beach was covered with weeds. Had issues with room AC and septic smell in bathrooms. Moved rooms - very inconvenient. Location of resort was very good. Excursions extremely expensive.

Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya: Very good time

room was great. Pools good. Beach had quite a few weeds that they worked hard to clear but would come back almost instantly. Definetly use the resort credit to get a cabana. Well worth it. Food was good. I used a resort credit to get a rack of lamb. The salad was amazing. We had a few monkeys out side the room. How cool is that. Mini bar was always full. I was looking to book another one as soon as I got back.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Wonderful Vacation

We had a fabulous vacation,transfers from airport to the hotel was easy and comfy,check in was quick,the hotel grounds were neat clean,the food was excellent ,service was quick ,the rooms were absolutely 5 star ,it was a very satisfying experience .

I was prepared to write a detailed review, but given I'm limited to 200 characters, there just isn't enough space to express anything helpful, really. Just lots of EXCELLENT RESORT! and BEST VACATION.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Great Hotel!

Enjoyed the Grand Palladium Kantenah, The food was great, accommodations-rooms were clean, need some updating. Fridge was stocked daily with beverages. Al a carte's were very good, Japanese and Columbian restaurant were very good. However reservations very difficult to get. Pool was clean, beach lots of seaweed, however all of the Mayan is dealing with this. Mostly, the staff was phenomenal so pleasant, and very helpful, kind and worked very hard. Oasis Tulum: Didn't get what we paid for

Casa club guests are not at the main resort and treated by some staff (welcoming concierge) as second class. We booked a family fun suit that had a separate bedroom and living space with a pull out couch..... We never got this room!!! Some of the staff were excellent! Rooms were clean, resort was nice..... It was the treatment by some of the staff and not getting the suit we paid for that ruined our time. Grand Sunset Princess: Well organized beautiful well kept grounds

- very well organized from airport to hotel in newer buses. - our check in greeting started with a bottle of champagne with the manager! - rooms were very comfortable and anything you asked for they responded (extra pillows / kleenex, etc) - spider monkeys, resident cats and song birds a bonus! - food was great at the buffets, but making reservations for each "a la cart restaurant" was time consuming having to line up to see your specific agent. - large resort with lots happening. Check out the  [... read more]"Chill Out" Restaurant on the beach early in your stay. Its a pay for dinner (not incl) menu but gives you access for the rest of your stay at the private beach area. Nicer chairs, drinks in glass not plastic, and service at your chair! be sure to tip at day end!!! - Men... remember to bring long pants for dining in the theme restaurants! or you will be buying over priced anticipated purchased pants for $75 USD, from the on resort stores. - we had no water or food issues, and the breakfast buffets offered everything! All the buffet staff were attentive. - the beach had bbq lunches ongoing daily. - they could use a few fresh water showers near the lounge area to wash off salt water. These were available but on the way back from the beach. There was 1 in the Chill Out area, another reason to hang there! - bring your walking shoes- this place is large and the shuttles could run more often!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great for kids

Very large resort. Many dining options. Everything was satisfactory. Check in was delayed by 2 hours . We were asked to go on a presentation for the privilege club told us it would only be 90 minutes but after 2.5 hrs I finally had to get upset to get out of the presentation not the way I wanted to spend one of my mornings!!!

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Great family getaway

A perfect family getaway if you have kids. Lots for them to do (water park, daycare, etc.) and cleanest we've been too. Excellent food and amenities. Recommend you upgrade your suite, basic is not so great. 4.5 stars

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Tullum was amaizing

Grand bahi principe Tullum was great. Clean, nice staff and lots to do for the kids. Unfortunately a lot of seaweed on the beach but we can't do anything about that. The Xelha excursion was awesome!!!

El Dorado Royale: Mind-Blowingly Amazing!

Outstanding food, service, rooms and pools. The only downside was the beach, but everything else was so amazing that it more than made up for it. We were in the swim out Casita section and we'll worth it.

Hotel very clean. Food excellent. Was disappointed with the weeds on the beach, they tried their best to keep it away but it was too much. Did not like the huge resort complex, found it took too much time to get around.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Fantabulous Resort!!!!

This was an amazing trip.from the suite to the swim up bar pools to the hospitality... Excellent!!! Clean grounds.. Rooms. The food was fantabulous... U could not get enough of anything!!! I recommend this resort to all!!!! Hope I can nake it back!!!!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: One of the best trips since our honey moo!!

We booked at the luxury Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an and it was the best trip we've had since our honeymoon. This adults only resort is calm and relaxing and everything we were looking for, for our summer vacation. the staff ifs beyond awesome, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The pools are so nice. And the entertainment pool was very fun. We had our private section on the beach and it was amazing. Beach bar was excellent. And recommend this hotel to anyone looking to get away from noisy kids and have a relAxing but fun experience.

Valentine is beautiful to walk in, our room was beautiful had beyond what we needed. The place is spotless in the rooms and outside! Restaurants have large menus that would appease anyone. Go here!!!!

The VIM was an amazing resort. The pools and grounds were clean and inviting. The food was the best I've ever had at an All Inclusive resort. The room was clean and refreshed twice a day. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation!
