Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Had a great time!

Lots of restaurants to choose from and very good food! Staff incredibly friendly and rooms sparkle clean. Very satisfied overall for pretty much everything. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only drawback is how farsi the hotel from downtown but not much we can do ha ha. Happy New Year!

Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres: Fantastic Resort

Loved staying at this resort. Best food we have ever had at a resort and we travel a lot. Loved all the areas to eat, drink and relax. Lots of lounge chairs, me e had a hard time finding a spot. Rooms are spacious and loved the huge bathroom

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: A lil paradise😊

My hubby and I stayed from Dec 22-29 and we truly had a great time.The hotel resort is beautiful, very clean, wonderful staff and the food is so delicious. Love our suite in the 3F overlooking the garden; the capuchino place, rumba fit at 11am, and we also found a new friend - bartender Juan, who spoiled us with the drinks. I jog around in the mornings,played pingpong and checked their sister hotel. I'd suggest that they add a tennis court. Hard Rock Hotel Cancun: Had a blast at Hard Rock

The Hard Rock hotel was great. Although it was a bit outdated, it was well maintained to be clean and service was great pretty much everywhere from bars to restaurants. There were variety of entertainment everyday during my stay but the highlight was a live rock concert for me as a hard rock fan myself!

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Fantastic resort

Grounds are amazing. New staff need some time to learn the Valentine's excellent service. Food is very good in all the restaurant. Rooms are excellent, and maid service was fantastic. This was our 4th visit can't wait to return for our 5th visit.

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Amazing resort!

This is the fourth all inclusive resort I have stayed at and by far the best. During our stay in December 2018 we enjoyed the nightly performances, delicious food, walks on the beach, and exceptional service from the staff. We were a large party (~33) with young children and we felt very welcome and accommodated. Would definitely recommend this resort.

Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya: Great time at Secrets Akumal

This was our first time at an adults only resort. And it was a lovely time. Good food (vegetarian and gluten free options in the restaurants), beautiful beach, and very nice rooms. The nighttime entertainment was fairly good most nights as well.

Secrets Vallarta Bay: Secrets Vallarta Bay

This is a great resort. It was our second visit to this location. The food, staff, and grounds are all top notch. We had a perfect room with a fantastic view from the 9th floor. The resort does have music playing until 11:30ish on many nights. If you like to go to sleep early then bring some ear plugs. The music didn't bother us but it might be an issue for some.

Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta: nice place

nice place everything very close, clean , nice room, ocean and beach beautiful, food very good . only complaint was check in was very disorganized and took way too long ( 2 hours ) Close to 3 differant towns , cabs very reasonable and very accessible, overall great vacation spot!

Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres: Great Restaurants & Service

We just returned from a 7 days stay at this large resort 12/20-12/27, 2018 . Be prepared to walk to get to just about anywhere from your room. The best part of this resort are the restaurants in the Village Area of the grounds. We stayed in Bldg. 16 which is the main Grand Palladium Tower (4 stories), Main Lobby, Lobby Bar and Buffet all on the ground floor. My wife and I were in room 16229 (King Bed) and our adult children in 16430 (2 Dbl. Beds). Large suites, well appointed and decorated both [... read more] had Courtyard Views with plenty of sun shine. The most notable part of this resort were it's Restaurants. The service was great as was the menu offered, standard al ecarte service; do not expect BIG PORTIONS. All the restaurants serviced a very elegant plate, well presented and tasteful. If you really like to eat big portions go to the Buffet, the food there is just a good as what is available at the Village Restaurants. Only one place for Breakfast and that is at the Buffet in the main Bldg.; long waiting time to be seated if you are not an early riser. The TRS Hotel also on the same property have their own restaurants; guest there can also use the ones in the Village and they can also book reservations to all restaurants. Those guest in the Palladium wings are only allowed to make reservation to the Japanese Restaurant the rest are a first come first serve. Shuttles both land and water are at times necessary to use regardless of the building that you are in. The grounds are not designed for guest that have mobility issues. Very few ramps if any to get over steps etc. In the evening the grounds are not very well lit. The Main Pool really needs a second bar and toilet facilities opposite the existing Swim-up bar. The back of the house (that's the part as guest we do not see) needs to be more attentive to the details when it comes to cleanliness of plates and cups, utensils and linens. Nothing worse than finding lip stick stains on your cup, stained utensils and plate settings. This resort is new, opened in November 2018. I can understand that it is going through it's growing pain stages and I trust that things will improve as it matures. Give The Grand Palladium Costa Mujures a couple of years to have a real Paradise feel. Workers continue to finish walkways, landscaping, hardscape (paths) etc... to the grounds and Bldgs. The over-all finish to the resorts appears to have been rushed to make the grand opening date.

Nice resort with great beach access. Variety of food was decent except that the tastes were often bland. Fruit was fresh and plentiful. Deserts were well crafted but again lacking in distinct taste. Staff were friendly, grounds well maintained. Maids were accommodating and rooms were well cleaned. Not enough time was taken during check-in to explain services and entertainment. Too few options for those with food allergies and not enough food services staff were were trained to assist with aller [... read more]gy alternatives. Not recommended for celiac guests.

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Brand New Modern Resort

This hotel is beautifully landscaped. The layout of the hotel is different. Off the main lobby is the Lounge which has an eating area and a sitting area and is open 24 hours. Coffee, tea, alcohol, food is available here and is self serve. It is a very clean, comfortable room. The lobby bar and the main buffet are facing the pools and the ocean. The view is amazing. The a-la- cart restaurants, auditorium are placed in close proximity for easy access. All the rooms are beautiful, modern and very [... read more] clean. The beach is very long with fine sand and beautiful palm trees. It is a wonderful hotel with excellent service. We would return again.

Marina Fiesta Resort and Spa: Great place to be for family vacation

Resort is ideally located, very convenient to amanities in the marina and town. Resort staffs are very friendly and professional. Food is well prepared by all restaurants associated with the resort. Swimming pool has not been as crowed as other Mexican resorts we stayed before.

Tropicana Hotel: Great Location

One of the few hotels in the romantic zone on the ocean with their own palapas which is super convenient. Staff are friendly and rooms are just fine for the price. Whenever we are in PV we always stay here and it's never let us down.

Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos: Awesome Resort

The Barcelo Grand Faro Resort is an immaculate place, the grounds were manicured and everything clean. The rooms were large and in good condition. Our room had a king and double bed and was kept clean by our maid daily. We had lots of bottle water. The staff were great from the front desk to the maid and waiters in restaurants and at pool. Geremias in the Las Olas buffet was great, he provided excellent service. Jorge, waiter at pool was awesome helping us get drinks and providing information ab [... read more]out the Resort. Both of these men went above our expectations. The alacarts, Los jicama and Los gondola and Los olas all provided exceptional service and great food. The evening shows in the lobby were good but would be better if had a theatre for them. This Resort was a good size, easy to get around and close to a shopping mall, la Comer. Overall, we would recommend this Resort for a relaxing stay.

Riu Palace Mexico: Kids friendly fun resort

Clean, well-designed, great beach, delicious food, nice staff. Great layout and all the amenities are easily accessible. Water in the pools was a bit cold, even during the day. Fun shows at night and animation staff are very nice. All resort staff were quite attentive to needs of guests

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Great experience

The hotel is very large and there is a long walk to the beach. Lucky I enjoyed these long walks. The main pool with many great activities and a large buffet restaurant are located on the beach. This combination worked really well for my family as no one was missing out on anything. The beach was beautiful and we did a lot of snorkeling in a nearby cenote. The entertainment and the night shows were exceptionally well done.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Our holiday at Sandos

Sandos is fun family resort. We vacationed there for Christmas The property is beautiful to see animals, hike, bike ride & enjoy snorkeling; and plenty of fun Christmas activities for kids. The beach is unfortunately rocky, definitely not nice for swimming, the food and restaurants are average, the line up for buffet was average 40 minutes to an hour!
