Tropicana Hotel: Great Location

One of the few hotels in the romantic zone on the ocean with their own palapas which is super convenient. Staff are friendly and rooms are just fine for the price. Whenever we are in PV we always stay here and it's never let us down.

Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos: Awesome Resort

The Barcelo Grand Faro Resort is an immaculate place, the grounds were manicured and everything clean. The rooms were large and in good condition. Our room had a king and double bed and was kept clean by our maid daily. We had lots of bottle water. The staff were great from the front desk to the maid and waiters in restaurants and at pool. Both of these men went above our expectations. The alacarts, Los jicama and Los gondola and Los olas all provided exceptional service and great food. The evening shows in the lobby were good but would be better if had a theatre for them. This Resort was a good size, easy to get around and close to a shopping mall, la Comer. Overall, we would recommend this Resort for a relaxing stay.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: One of the best resorts

I have gone to this resort 7 times and would return Other than a request for the third floor all our expectations were met and that was dealt with immediately This resort is large and kept clean and everyone including the grounds keepers are friendly and helpful Mats of choices for food

Riu Palace Mexico: Kids friendly fun resort

Clean, well-designed, great beach, delicious food, nice staff. Great layout and all the amenities are easily accessible. Water in the pools was a bit cold, even during the day. Fun shows at night and animation staff are very nice. All resort staff were quite attentive to needs of guests

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Great experience

The hotel is very large and there is a long walk to the beach. Lucky I enjoyed these long walks. The main pool with many great activities and a large buffet restaurant are located on the beach. This combination worked really well for my family as no one was missing out on anything. The beach was beautiful and we did a lot of snorkeling in a nearby cenote. The entertainment and the night shows were exceptionally well done.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Our holiday at Sandos

Sandos is fun family resort. We vacationed there for Christmas The property is beautiful to see animals, hike, bike ride & enjoy snorkeling; and plenty of fun Christmas activities for kids. The beach is unfortunately rocky, definitely not nice for swimming, the food and restaurants are average, the line up for buffet was average 40 minutes to an hour! Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Had a great time

Amenities, food and drink selection, and cleanliness was great. Staff was welcoming. However, daily room up keep or room service was lacking or very slow. Would visit again easily, one word of advice the beach was not the best for swimming.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Outstanding Experience!

I don’t want to write a positive review and reduce our chances of securing our suite for next year, however everything at Siam Ka’an was too good not to compliment. The service, from booking to greeting, friendliness of all staff, and the resort itself. Outstanding, see you next year.

Azul Ixtapa Grand Resort: Amazing resort.

Everything was perfect. Nice, clean room with jacuzzi, amazing view, good food, drinks, fast check in and check out, friendly staff... We really enjoyed our trip. We would like to go back in the future!

Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres: Amazing resort!

We had a wonderful vacation here! Beautiful resort, great customer service, variety of restaurants ,good quality food there are some unfinished details, but it never bothered our vacation here. We will be back!!!

Secrets Aura Cozumel: Again, great resort

This is our second time at Secreats Aura Cozumel, we like that it’s an adult only resort and we wanted to go diving again in Cozumel. Our last saty there was 2 years ago. The food, drinks and room was excellent with a comfortable bed. Loved every minute of our stay!

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Simply the best !

I have been to this resort three times and each time I come back.... it gets better ! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is great, the drinks are awesome....full sized and they don't cheap out...and the beach is gorgeous. This really is an "all inclusive" resort....everything that you'd ever want to eat or drink is provided for you and the service is wonderful. Riu Dunamar: Great vacation and amazing resort!

Overall, my family and I had a great experience at Riu Dunamar! We had everything that we needed inside the resort, it was nice and clean and the staff were great. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone who is planning on going to Cancun.

TRS Yucatan: One of the best resorts that we ever had been.

The resort is beautiful , very stylish and classy. Extremely well maintained. What makes this resort so special is their staff. Everybody is so kind, professional and very had working. My family enjoyed the free access to all resort bars and restaurants located at TRS Yucatan Hotel and the Grand Palladium Mayan Riviera complex. Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Akumal Bay

Very clean and beautiful little resort. The rooms were clean and spacious, the buffet restaurant was quite nice very eager to please, with a good variety of different types of food and fruits. My only complaint is that Tecate is much better beer than Doseke XX ! The beach was gorgeous especially with the snorkeling right there

Visited for the first time after being away for 5 years, previously been here 4 times. Food - ranges from bad to really good and it depends on what night and what location you eat at. Find the La carte restaurants better than buffets. The Buffet by section 1 really bad. Loved the Italian and Japanese restaurants, Brazilian good too, but if you say no they only come around once for each type of meat. Do not have pizza, it is awful, not cooked and plain. We even asked for it to remain in th [... read more]e oven for a few more minutes but they would not do it. Reservation system for dinner in the carte restaurants really sucks. I am on vacation, I don't want to get up at 7! All the pools are good, we mostly stayed at the adult only one but did visit the others. Hate how people reserve loungers early in the morning then don't show up to use they until 2 or 3 in the afternoon. Beach - nice, lots of room, ocean can be a little rough. The waiters in the restaurants and bars are extremely courteous, and pleasant, really want you to come back to their sections. Wifi is only in the lobby areas but then again we were on vacation so really did not use it much. Rooms are basic and clean. They are musty smelling, bring air freshener with you, I have done this in the past. Biggest complaint is that there are no fridges in the rooms, (I forgot about this when I booked). I checked with Air Transat and they said they would put request on the file for our check in. I also sent an e-mail to the hotel (twice) requesting the fridge and explaining why we needed it. (Medication that need to be kept cool and taken 3 times a day). We did get a fridge on the second day but it was very stressful until then, wondering if it would be OK or not. (sitting on ice can make it too cold) Found that the evening show are not as good as years ago but still worth going to. Do need a bit more lighting in the seating area before and after the show. Would go back as you can get a great deal here!

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Good resort.

I like this resort because of it's proximity to Bucerias. Easy to go to local shops and restaurants. The staff is pretty good. The food has gone downhill. Booking for the a la carte is absolutely ridiculous! One 7:30 a.m. booking location so you have to be up and over there by 7 a.m. at the very latest to hope for a restaurant reservation.

Secrets Playa Mujeres: Not what we were expected

Booked this hotel to celebrate moms's 70th and my 50th. First is not easy to get to down town Cancún or Hotel zone. It was 30 dollars each way to go out of the hotel, we were told it was 15 minutes from the airport and close to downtown it was not true. Is sold as a Resort & Spa "Adults only" so you expect quite time: Well it was not quite... there was too much noise full of drunk people. Noise until 2 or 3 in the morning. Upgrade is not need it. Why pay extra money for something you are no [... read more]t getting? This hotel is advertised as a 5 dimonds!!! Well is a long way to get there. The food is not what you expect from a five dimonds resort. I know it is all inclusive but you are paying a lot to be there and beside that the upgrade for the concierge privilege club is no necessary you get the same as eveybody else. Room service was very good and accommodating to our needs since my BF got sick (maybe the food?). There was lots of not smoking signs even in the washroom and there was not even one sign regarding not to drink the tap water im the room. The better restaurant was Oceana. Service was good, food was good. The main buffet has lots of room for improvement starting with the food contamination. The ideal on any buffet is that the last customer find the food as if he was the first customer... yes is a high expectation but when you pay that money you can't lower your expectations and you will losse your appetite when all you can see is like leftovers. Tried Gaucho at Dreams... lots of noise, i knew there was kids around. 1hr wait to seat 1 person and then the buffet was nothing but Disgusting. The French restaurant was ok. The italian restaurant was the best, food and service excellent, presentation was great. After complaining to the concierge Manager fir 2 days they offered a bottle of red wine not the best but hey! was included! After all we were happy at the wine cellar where we were allowed to have dessert just because we were getting engaged! But we got nothing special from the resort. All the employees are happy and willing to serve you very attentive but food management has room for improvement. Oh one last thing as a club privilege upgrade we got access to the Spa to the hydrotherapy... we asked for bathrobs and we never got them on our visit to the spa.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Good Family Resort

overall good family resort. Beach was rock, so bring water shoes. There is lots of ocean life that complements the eco theme of the resort. There is always room for improvements, but nothing was really bad enough to complain about. Watch out for the vacation club sales pitch. A la carte food was really good except the vegan.
