Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Top Notch Resort

My wife and I have been to Mexico probably around 20 times over the last 40 years and we both agree that this resort is our favorite. This was our second time there and have no complaints at all. Grounds, pools , rooms , staff, food etc. are all excellent. Booked thru Trip Central and all went smoothly.

Hotel Castillo Huatulco: Small decent resort with great beach club!

Resort is clean with super friendly staff. Food is mostly authentic Mexican and yummy! Beach club is great touch although there is a pool onsite of hotel as well. Minimal nightly entertainment. Love the walkable location. Small town nearby to explore. Not a large resort feel...small quaint hotel experience. Not for everyone but would certainly recommend.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: A Fun Trip

The hotel was small, as expected, but adequate. The beaches are gorgeous and perfect for long walks. The food is very good at both the buffet and outdoor restaurant. The drinks were disappointing since the mixes had an aftertaste such as artificial sweetener and the alcohol was rarely premium brands. We were not staying at the VIP Plus category and the price of $36 USD per day did not seem worth it. The only other negative was the women's washroom by the pool has one toilet with a lid, the other had none. Good vacation for the price.

Secrets Huatulco: Great vacation

We stayed in 2210 room, was fantastic. Room was clean, comfortable and the view was great. Hotel is very clean, staff cleaning always. Staff very happy! Drinks were good, food choices were great with plenty to pick from. A lot of returning guests, which speaks for itself.. Went on 2 excursion, felt very safe.

Riu Emerald Bay: Third time lucky, first and second too!

This was my third visit to Riu Emerald Bay, and probably won’t be the last. This time I went with my husband and two other couples, we had a great time. The hotel is spotless, food for many different tastes, lots of good drinks from first rate bartenders, nice pools and right on the beach. My two other visits were with my teenage daughter, she loved the hotel as much as I did, and met people her own age to have fun with. Great value!

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Fabulous Resort

The resort was huge, clean and had plenty of activities, bars and restaurants. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The al carte restaurants were amazing (Italian my least favourite). Beach was rocky, fine if you bring water shoes. Good selection of liquor. Overall a fabulous vacation and I would return.

Selection Riviera Cancun: Relaxing week

The food was really good and thoughtfully presented. Staff was a pleasure, and check in was really easy. Rooms were comfortable and the hotel was well kept overall. Spa is great. We had a lovely week.

Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya: Amazing Resort

Once again Hard Rock in the Mayan exceeded our expectations. Resort is very clean. Service is 10/10. Kids always enjoy the Woodward!!! The entertainment staff keep you and the kids engaged. We typically have a hard time with the food, although at Hard Rock food is excellent!

Villas Vallarta by Canto del Sol: Excellent Location

We have stayed here before and will stay here again. Staff are friendly, rooms are comfortable and food is great. It is close to public transport. I consider it one of the best places to stay in Puerto Vallarta.

The Sian Ka'an at Grand Tulum: A beautiful resort on the Carribean Sea!

This hotel is beautiful! The two things that stand out for me is the fact that it is right on the water ... you can snorkel right out your door and see beautiful fish only a few feet into the water and not all of the resorts are like that. Also, the staff are lovely ... warm smiles abound! The rooms are spacious and clean and their are 4 large pools to enjoy on the property. Ocean Riviera Paradise: Great resort! Not so great service!!

Our groups of friends, 13 ppl in total stayed here Dec. 5-10/18. The resort is really nice,we all have a swim up rooms. Just wish they have bidet in the toilet. Facilities are great. Italian restaurant has the most excellent food & services. The Blue moon resto also has good food & services. Route 66, best chicken wings, on the menu it says “hot wings”, meaning it’s hot/deep fried not spicy. Kind of confusing. Who eat cold chicken.LOL. She said, we can’t have our table ready until everybody’s present. So, when everybody’s there, we thought we’ll be seating in on one table. The hostesses said, they cannot changed the settings of their dining area. Why did she even asked us to wait.!Until our group are all there. If they can’t even accommodate us on one table. We even told her we can use the long table w/ the bench at back as it was almost empty at that time. Well, end up On different tables far apart fr esvh others. The rid eye steak is very tough & chewy. Our server “Baltazar” is so forgetful, he forgets w:c table order what the whole night. The buffet restaurant doesn’t have much selection, in fact the menu is almost the same everyday. It start fresh at breakfast & lunch. Dinner is like left over of lunch. They just rearranges the food in a smaller platter. The best part of activity is the at pool, foam party. And the karaoke night.

Allegro Cozumel: Amazing resort

Wounderfull place people are very friendly. We met the executive chef. Italian restaurant is a must. Drinks were expertly made. Snorkeling right at the resort was great. We did a day trip to a local reef. Check in needs improvement.

Secrets Huatulco: Beautifully designed resort!

The pool areas are amazing. The beachfront and water was spectacular! The French, Italian, and Japanese restaurants were wonderful. The beef served at the Castaways for dinner, and the Oceania for dinner left a lot to be desired. Disappointed that there were no "snacks" available in the bars.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Unforgettable Experience!

I whole-heartedly recommend the Sandos Caracol Eco Resort. We travelled with 2 kids 9 & 5. The family superior room with bunk beds were beautiful and comfy. The kids club was outstanding and the water park a delight! The food was excellent. We simply loved the Eco focus, the jungle like environment and emphases on the Mayan culture. Allegro Cozumel: Phenomenal resort!

I simply can not say enough about this place. Super clean, food is delicious, service outstanding. Love the authentic bungalows, everything is very close. I would definitely love to return with my family.

Occidental Costa Cancun: Unforgettable trip !

Occipital costa Cancun was very clean environment it was very harmonious and the step members were friendly gestured. I really enjoyed dining .my favour food was seafood. I would love to visit Cancun again .

Haven Riviera Cancun: Great resort to relax!

Hotel is brand new, the rooms are super nice and modern. The food is delicious and very high end😋. As it’s brand new they do need to implement entertainment activities. The service was the best thing about it, all the staff always went beyond expectations to meet our needs. The bech towars the end of our trip the first week of December was getting nicer by the day. Hope I can return soon if I get my mom to watch my kids again.

Samba Vallarta: Great resort

Grounds and entire resort are well kept. Clean and tidy at all times. Staff were very friendly and worked hard to make our stay memorable. Many of them remembered us from last year's visit. Samba is an ideally perfect smaller sized resort which would suit those who don't care for the hustle, bustle of a larger resort. Plus it only takes a few minutes to get from the rooms to the pool/ocean and restaurants.

Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabos: Quiet resort

The hotel could use a face lift. It was not very busy when we were there. The out door patios really need to clean the bird poop off the chairs and maybe put up some sort of screen around the patios to keep the birds out. The food was terrible. The service in the restaurants was so so. Housekeeping was really good. Close to the town centre and grocery store. The lounge chairs could use a cleaning and repairs. Not sure if we would go there again.

Secrets Huatulco: Beautiful Relaxing Resort

This was our third trip to this resort and all our stays have been perfect! The views and pools are the best! Staff and service continue to be excellent and we enjoy the special treatment as a returning guest. Secrets food and service is always consistently good. We find this to be a quieter more relaxing resort to go to than some of the other busier areas in Mexico. It will continue to stay at the top of our list.
