Ocean Riviera Paradise: very nice family resort!!!!!!!

We were in El Beso adult only. Rooms are big with bathtub and shower very comfortable. Restaurants are great food very good .No need to go to a la carte Buffet restaurant has everything you desired. Very nice service. Very excellent night intertaiment :shaws ,bands. Only one problem water is not in you room you need to call room service to bring it to your room which takes time==you might call a few times Generally nice resort I could recommend.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: The best resort had ever been!

The hotel is absolutely amazing! Great size - small, intimate, service is excellent! Beach is very nice, snorkeling and diving (there are couple dive shops on the same beach) is great - lots to see: fishes, turtles, calamari, stingrays, urchins. Food was great - seafood, excellent lamb, beef and beef ribs to die for. ALL rooms have ocean view and jacuzzi tabs. Would come back 100%!

Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun: Great resort

The resort is realy great and well maintained, staff are friendly and care about guests, you can feel management works well enough. Food is very good specially in the mexican restaurant, only entertainment was short. Rooms are beautiful and very clean aswell.

Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: Great time

My fourth time at this resort always have a relaxing time. Whether it’s morning on the beach or afternoon poolside always a relaxing atmosphere...lots of activities to take part in but no pressure from staff to participate... they always asked me if I wanted to participate which is awesome customer service! Barcelo Maya Grand Resort: Huge resort

Rooms were not very clean buffet was not very good unless you pay 170USD per day for premium level access. I would never stay here again you get charged for absolutely everything we ended up spending. An additional 3000$ on activities such as seadoos its a complete rip off and I’m very upset.

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Grand siren is Mayan beach

Grand Siren is afaboulas resort, the rooms were large and very nice. There was three beautiful pools you could choose from and they have a children’s pool also which I think was very nice for the family if they didn’t want to stay at the bigger pools. The resort was very clean and well lit at night. People working there were very professional and attentive to our needs.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Great place for a vacation

This resort was nothing short if amazing. Because its an eco resort everything was in its natural habit. What we loved most. The animals were awesome. The food, drinks and pools were amazing too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone 😀

Kore Tulum Retreat Wellness Resort: Beautiful Resort ~ Wonderful Experience!

We can't say enough great things about Kore Tulum Retreat Resort. We were there for one week and it was with heavy hearts that we had to say goodbye to all the amazing staff and to the many friends we made there. The grounds were beautifully maintained; very clean. The pool was lovely and was cleaned every morning. There is no beach access at this resort but the views of the ocean are spectacular. There were more than enough lounge chairs and the constant supply of fresh, clean beach towels  [... read more]was very nice. We spent one day on a beach bed right by the ocean and it was terrific. The staff clean the beach bed sheets and pillows and draperies every single night and put fresh ones back on every morning. I've never seen that before!! Our first night there we had dinner on the beach ~ they put on a terrific buffet. Every night there was a delicious buffet laid with different themes: Mexican, Agentinian, Italian. All very delicious and fresh. Breakfast was always delicious and fresh. We will definately be back. Oh, I would be remiss if I didn't say something about Juan (the front desk manager); Jesus (the front lobby greeter, bag carrier and all-around super helpful guy) and, of course, Cecilia (she worked the grounds and pool area serving drinks and food) honestly, that girl never stopped and always so gracious! Allegro Playacar: Great resort.

This resort is very clean: nicely laid out..grounds and buildings, recently renovated, very good food and liquor served up by a kind, caring and knowledgeable staff. It's location close to town is a plus. The beach is superb. I decided to attend a time share promotion connected to the hotel. This was entirely my decision, and I was fully aware or what was involved...no purchase made. I would highly recommend this hotel for all the reasons mentioned above. Mike Brady

Grand Palladium Vallarta: A Great Family Sporting Property

This being our second visit to the Palladium and feel that they have scaled up the service levels and courtesy to their guests. Great clean beach for surfing, bogey boards and swimming. We will be back.

Grand Oasis Sens: Very Disappointed

I was very excited to stay at the Grand Oasis Sens, the location on the beach was excellent but that was it. Biggest complaint is the lack of food options. Breakfast was the only time you could eat at the buffet, not at lunch or dinner. The buffet was OK but nothing special. Lunch had 3 choices, Mexican; food was fine but why did we have to sit inside? It had a very nice outdoor patio but they didn't open it for seating so we sat indoors in our wet bathing suits! Second option was the I [... read more]talian which is the only place readily available for dinner so we didn't want to have both lunch and dinner at the same place each day. Last option was a little BBQ area, which is where we ate almost every lunch. Dinner options were a joke! We arrived on Friday evening, Saturday morning I tried to make reservations. The first available reservation was Wednesday! And then they wouldn't let me make a 2nd reservation until after Wednesday past, therefore I only ever got to make one reservation for dinner. First dinner option was "The Box" which only had 2 seatings a night of about 15-20 people each. If you didn't line up before the first seating you were out of luck, they sat people for the 7:00 seating and took names for the 8:30 seating, so if you didn't get there at 7 to put your name down you didn't eat at 8:30. The only other restaurant was Moonlight which was "Italian". There were always seats available there but we had to wait up to 40mins sometimes. We ate at Moonlight 5 out of the 7 nights we were at the resort, not out of choice but because we didn't have any other options. There were 2 other restaurants but they cost an additional $65USD per person! That's a lot of money considering its supposed to be ALL Inclusive, and the food at resorts isn't remotely good enough to justify that cost. My other huge concern was security. The beach vendors had full run of the resorts roped off beach area. They hung around the bar, drank report beer and socialized with the staff all day. More than once they asked guests if they wanted to buy drugs or smoke weed. I reported one of these incidents to the front desk, (with a photo of the particular vender ) she said she would call someone. Ten minutes later a security guard came down to the beach, said hello to all the venders, including the one I reported, and then watched as the same guy that I reported walked up into the resort to "use the bathroom" . Obviously the vendors have far too great of access to the resort and guests. Another minor issue was that the bed sheets were too short for the mattresses and couldn't be tucked under at the foot of the bed. I hated sleeping with my feet on the rough, scratchy mattress.

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Wonderful resort

We were impressed the minute we walked in! The resort is large and spacious and is extremely clean!!! I’ve travelled to many distananious and this was by far the best! The customer service was exceptional, from the front desk to the building representatives to the hard working restaurant and pool-servers. The rooms were large and very clean. Haven Riviera Cancun: Amazing Resort...

This resort is wonderful....We arrived and were checked in right away.From there we were driven to our room with the luggage...Room was very clean and a perfect view of the Haven pool and the ocean.Whirlpool tub is on the patio which has a small couch....King size bed was perfect and comfortable.We asked for a early room clean and got it everyday.Plenty of towels and face cloths....Grounds were well kept and it's a smaller resort but we liked that...Pool service was great and Jardy is the best p [... read more]ool side guy you could ever meet.From Sunday morning on we tipped him when he literally went out of his way to get our chairs,roll out our towels make us a pillow out of another towel and also set our pool chairs that go in the water up.We go out everyday after this and he had our spot all set up for us.Amazing to what he did.Even if you didn,t tip he still treated you good....It was well worth tipping him to...They deserve it.,..There is another pool on the other side of the resort but we choose to stay on Hardy,s side of the pool because of the excellent service....a god was good,but as I always find not very warm...Not a big problem for us....Tasted good anyways....Buffett area is small to....There is only A la carts after 6 pm,no Buffett...A La Carts were good especially the steak house....No reservations needed.Not much of beach though but it's clean and plenty of chairs...Theres no nightly entertainment except in the Bar....For a couple of hours...Bartenders are very nice and good at what they do.I find it's not a party resort ,but I liked that,quiet at night...Overall great resort and excellent workers....

Sandos Playacar Beach Resort: Missinformation around staus of hotel during construction and beach access.

Great hotel once you upgrade to Adult only section ( at a cost). The beach area for families and others is well down the beach from the resort, thus if you want to remain near the resort and take advantage of the mature shade trees and cabanas you must upgrade to Adult only.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: 2nd time; another awesome holiday!

This was the second holiday my husband and I spent at the Royal Decameron in Bucerías. We were just as impressed this year as last. Rated as a three star, this resort gets reviews like a four star. The grounds are immaculate, the buildings colourful and always being maintained. The staff is always super polite and friendly. The beds are admittedly hard, and the rooms can be rough around the edges, but really, who spends their time in the hotel room when there are crystal blue pools, an incredib [... read more]le ocean, and food and activities all around!?

Paradisus La Perla Adults Only Riviera Maya: Beautiful resort

Beautiful resort ,clean , food is amazing,staff is very friendly and attentive.The was negative thing was the beach , very small and lots of sea weads.We upgraded to swim up room and it was amazing.Food in the restaurants was good especially the lapalapa I highly recommend , my husband had stake and I had an octopus it was amazing.

Grand Oasis Sens: Mould and Lack of food

Will not stay at an Oasis ever again! We had to throw out our suitcases and leather coat and shoes still smell like mould 2 weeks later. Black mould in room and on the pool tiles. Buffet is only open for breakfast and only two or three restaurants open during our stay and lineups and waits to get table only to find many items including bread all gone. Next to no entertainment and totally understaffed except for security staff walking around. With a couple of exceptions, most staff trying to [... read more] avoid guests rather than making them feel welcome. Tried to switch hotels but Air transit rep quit job and we were left hanging. We were willing to pay extra just to get away but no help from anyone to make it happen. Disco is small room in basement. Treacherous floors with multiple small level changes make heels dangerous, lots of people limping or injured from falls while we were there. Staff even agreed hotel is mismanaged and although price is lower than many hotels, it was a waste of money versus fewer days at a better resort, especially since we had to throw out our luggage.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Fantastic Resort

This hotel was way beyond our expectations. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were fantastic. The place is huge and offers many restaurants, bars, and pools. Many activities so you dont even need to leave the resort. The highlight for us was the wildlife you saw on a daily basis. The monkeys and coati would come right up to us. Such a cool experience. Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Great family resort

if you have children its a very good resort. it feels more like a large Hotel rather than a resort not fancy at all. The food is ok. The restaurants a la carte were amazing. Every room has an amazing view. The staff are not so friendly for an exceptions of few of them. the shows were fantastic. The game room, the movie theatre were fun for the kids. the bar had a nice selection of drinks design just for children like Barbie , ironman drinks , captain America , hulk and etc.

Buenaventura Grand Hotel and Great Moments: Friendly resort in prime location

I would like to thank you for making our stay at your hotel a very enjoyable experience. The vacation started out a little rocky because first, our flight arrived 13 hours late, and second, we were told your hotel was temporarily closed and hence we were sent to another hotel. That, by the way, turned out to be a pleasant experience. On day three of our vacation, we did finally check in at your hotel. Our room was not big, but comfortable, and fitted with a balcony offering not a full panoramic view of the ocean, but nevertheless a nice slice of view over the bay of Banderas, as well as a city and mountain view. The service was impeccable throughout, the food very nice. We loved the traditional Mexican cuisine, and the fried fish served at lunchtime at the Sunset restaurant was simply delicious. We dined one night at the lovely Corazon Contento, where the food was presented with sophistication by super friendly staff. The dishes were tasty, the only criticism I have is that it was all served somewhat lukewarm rather than hot, something I think should be fundamental for a classy restaurant. Other meals we had at the Frutas y Flores buffet were delightful, again with a service by friendly staff that can't be beaten. We appreciated that the hotel and its grounds were meticulously clean and well maintained, the location and the vistas from the hotel area are simply spectacular. I was bothered just a little bit by the music, especially that there was competing music from the Sunset bar and the speakers spread out on the grounds. I would rather have liked to have quiet times, although the Jazz that was played at the Sunset bar was completely compatible with my taste.
