Iberostar Waves Tucan: Great Family Hotel

Special thanx to Wendy from TripCentral she was able to organize all our family members travel plans making sure we were all arriving within hours of each other. We were flying from Montreal, Edmonton & Toronto. She recommended the Iberostar Tucan & It was a great choice we all loved it! Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Amazing resort

The resorts are amazing and alacarte restaurant are great all the staff always with smile easy going to other resorts I love to go back there thanks to my agent bill for his advice Very clean and mini club has a lot of activity my daughters still talking about there the beach in not good for swimming with a lot of rocks otherwise everything is amazing

Secrets Huatulco: A really relaxing time

Secrets is a perfect spot to spend some time to rejuvenate. The restaurants are great and we never waited for a table. We found a shady spot by the pool each day without putting towels on the loungers early each morning. The resort is very clean and the staff are very happy and always willing to help or serve you.

Buenaventura Grand Hotel and Great Moments: Amazing Resort .

This hotel is awesome , convenient to go everywhere , 5 minutes to downtown . Easy to catch public bus , right in front of the hotel . The rooms are beautiful , clean , ocean view .The restaurants are fantastic . Highly recommend it .

Selection Riviera Cancun: Excellent food!

This was about my 15th all inclusive and the first where I could honestly say that the food was excellent. Dishes all arrived hot and perfectly cooked and unlike some resorts the food did not all taste "the same". Make your way to the adult pool bar for some excellent service from Mariano, Zakeo, and Evelio, who have the ability to make any drink that you can imagine. We even managed to do a bit of decent snorkeling from the beach, and saw lots of corals and fish including a nurse shark, eels, lobster, and a stingray. My one disappointment was that a beach walk got cut off in both directions from that resort. Beautiful resort. Great staff! Great food!

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Beautiful & wonderful resort

Me and my girlfriend stayed here from Dec 4-11th. After weeks of researching resorts we finally chose this one based on a couple things. The main thing we wanted was a swim out suite that was somewhat private. Secondly the resort was brand new and we thought it would be great to experience a new 5 star resort. Upon arrival at the Palace we were met with delicious welcome drinks and proceeded to check in. The lobby is beautiful and elegant. You can smell how new it is.The check in process was very smooth and quick! THE ROOM: We were given directions to our room and our luggage was delivered. The room was gorgeous. We had an end swim out suite. The mini bar is stocked with 4 bottles. Vodka, Run , Gin and Tequila. The fridge has Pepsi, 7up, tonic, 7 beer cans and a few large bottles of water. The bed is soft and comfortable. The swim out looked a lot better in person. Its deeper and bigger than I thought and having the ocean for a view was amazing. The patio itself was a good size as well. The toilet is separate from the shower/sink area and has its own door. The shower and sink area is an open concept with no door which is a little strange and I can see that being an issue for families. I also found the tub in the middle of the room strange and its on the smaller side so if you're a tall guy like me its not useful. The shower is a nice size and I liked the optional rain shower head. Room 9/10 GROUNDS: The resort is BEAUTIFUL. You really feel like you're in paradise being there. It feels, looks and smells new and fresh! There are 5 pools and they were not crowded at all during the time I was there.There is a 24 hour lounge close to the main lobby where you can relax and watch TV as well as get drink and food (the same bottles that are in the room are here). There is another lounge area near the center of the resort that has a bar and a shop called Capuchino where you can sit and order drinks, snacks, espresso, milkshakes, dessert (the cheesecake was delicious!). I spent quite a bit of time here as I found it to be a nice place to relax. The beach is long and beautiful and well shaded with palm trees. You can get a massage down on the beach for around $30-$40 (Not ran by RIU, Theirs is a lot more expensive). There were plenty of chairs available so no need to worry about getting there early for one. Grounds 10/10 The Food: The food was the best I have had at a resort thus far. I was really happy with the options available at the buffet on a daily basis.There are 5 A la cart restaurants; Japanese, Mexican, The Steakhouse, Italian and Krystal (A fusion restaurant). The Italian restaurant was open every night and only 2 of the other restaurants were open ever night (Most likely due to the resort not being that busy). We did not the Japanese or Krystal as nothing on the menu peaked our interest. Our favorite was the steakhouse. The lobster and fillet minion is just outstanding! The Mexican restaurant was pretty decent as well. There is also a lunch restaurant/bar area called Pepe's by the pool area. There's mainly grilled things there such as steak, burgers, pork chops.Overall we couldn't ask for anything more and we were thoroughly satisfied with the food. Food 10/10 Conclusion: This is the best resort have been to. The service is impeccable. Everywhere you go there is somebody there to serve and take your order. The service is great and the staff are very friendly an upbeat. Due to the fact the resort is new it wasn't overrun with people. There was no wait at the bars or restaurants. I loved the peacefulness and the seclusion on the Costa Mujeres Peninsula. We used the 24 hour room service a few times and it came in a timely manner. Housekeeping was cleaned the room well and we tipped them daily. Anything you call the front desk for is taken care of swiftly. There were some small kinks such as the fire alarm going off a few times but understandable as its brand new.The only thing I wished was on the resort are cabana beds. That would have put it over the top for me but overall an amazing experience. I would definitely return. P.S Keep your customs card as you will need it when you return to the airport. We had to pay $30 USD each to replace ours.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Top Notch Resort

My wife and I have been to Mexico probably around 20 times over the last 40 years and we both agree that this resort is our favorite. This was our second time there and have no complaints at all. Grounds, pools , rooms , staff, food etc. are all excellent. Booked thru Trip Central and all went smoothly.

Hotel Castillo Huatulco: Small decent resort with great beach club!

Resort is clean with super friendly staff. Food is mostly authentic Mexican and yummy! Beach club is great touch although there is a pool onsite of hotel as well. Minimal nightly entertainment. Love the walkable location. Small town nearby to explore. Not a large resort feel...small quaint hotel experience. Not for everyone but would certainly recommend.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: A Fun Trip

The hotel was small, as expected, but adequate. The beaches are gorgeous and perfect for long walks. The food is very good at both the buffet and outdoor restaurant. The drinks were disappointing since the mixes had an aftertaste such as artificial sweetener and the alcohol was rarely premium brands. We were not staying at the VIP Plus category and the price of $36 USD per day did not seem worth it. The only other negative was the women's washroom by the pool has one toilet with a lid, the other had none. Good vacation for the price.

Secrets Huatulco: Great vacation

We stayed in 2210 room, was fantastic. Room was clean, comfortable and the view was great. Hotel is very clean, staff cleaning always. Staff very happy! Drinks were good, food choices were great with plenty to pick from. A lot of returning guests, which speaks for itself.. Went on 2 excursion, felt very safe.

Riu Emerald Bay: Third time lucky, first and second too!

This was my third visit to Riu Emerald Bay, and probably won’t be the last. This time I went with my husband and two other couples, we had a great time. The hotel is spotless, food for many different tastes, lots of good drinks from first rate bartenders, nice pools and right on the beach. My two other visits were with my teenage daughter, she loved the hotel as much as I did, and met people her own age to have fun with. Great value!

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Fabulous Resort

The resort was huge, clean and had plenty of activities, bars and restaurants. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The al carte restaurants were amazing (Italian my least favourite). Beach was rocky, fine if you bring water shoes. Good selection of liquor. Overall a fabulous vacation and I would return.

Selection Riviera Cancun: Relaxing week

The food was really good and thoughtfully presented. Staff was a pleasure, and check in was really easy. Rooms were comfortable and the hotel was well kept overall. Spa is great. We had a lovely week.

Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya: Amazing Resort

Once again Hard Rock in the Mayan exceeded our expectations. Resort is very clean. Service is 10/10. Kids always enjoy the Woodward!!! The entertainment staff keep you and the kids engaged. We typically have a hard time with the food, although at Hard Rock food is excellent!

Villas Vallarta by Canto del Sol: Excellent Location

We have stayed here before and will stay here again. Staff are friendly, rooms are comfortable and food is great. It is close to public transport. I consider it one of the best places to stay in Puerto Vallarta.

The Sian Ka'an at Grand Tulum: A beautiful resort on the Carribean Sea!

This hotel is beautiful! The two things that stand out for me is the fact that it is right on the water ... you can snorkel right out your door and see beautiful fish only a few feet into the water and not all of the resorts are like that. Also, the staff are lovely ... warm smiles abound! The rooms are spacious and clean and their are 4 large pools to enjoy on the property. Ocean Riviera Paradise: Great resort! Not so great service!!

Our groups of friends, 13 ppl in total stayed here Dec. 5-10/18. The resort is really nice,we all have a swim up rooms. Just wish they have bidet in the toilet. Facilities are great. Italian restaurant has the most excellent food & services. The Blue moon resto also has good food & services. She said, we can’t have our table ready until everybody’s present. So, when everybody’s there, we thought we’ll be seating in on one table. The hostesses said, they cannot changed the settings of their dining area. Why did she even asked us to wait.!Until our group are all there. If they can’t even accommodate us on one table. We even told her we can use the long table w/ the bench at back as it was almost empty at that time. Well, end up On different tables far apart fr esvh others. The rid eye steak is very tough & chewy. Our server “Baltazar” is so forgetful, he forgets w:c table order what the whole night. The buffet restaurant doesn’t have much selection, in fact the menu is almost the same everyday. It start fresh at breakfast & lunch. Dinner is like left over of lunch. They just rearranges the food in a smaller platter. The best part of activity is the at pool, foam party. And the karaoke night.

Allegro Cozumel: Amazing resort

Wounderfull place people are very friendly. We met the executive chef. Italian restaurant is a must. Drinks were expertly made. Snorkeling right at the resort was great. We did a day trip to a local reef. Check in needs improvement.

Secrets Huatulco: Beautifully designed resort!

The pool areas are amazing. The beachfront and water was spectacular! The French, Italian, and Japanese restaurants were wonderful. The beef served at the Castaways for dinner, and the Oceania for dinner left a lot to be desired. Disappointed that there were no "snacks" available in the bars.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Unforgettable Experience!

I whole-heartedly recommend the Sandos Caracol Eco Resort. We travelled with 2 kids 9 & 5. The family superior room with bunk beds were beautiful and comfy. The kids club was outstanding and the water park a delight! The food was excellent. We simply loved the Eco focus, the jungle like environment and emphases on the Mayan culture. Staff were lovely and the facilities were spotless.
