Grand Palladium Colonial: Beautiful Resort

The rooms and grounds were always kept clean and the staff were very friendly. My friend and I are became sick from the food. Not sure what it was that made us sick but we didn't drink the water. Went on a Cenote trip that was amazing at Azumal.

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Amazing Resort

This resort was all I expected for cleanliness lovely grounds great pools and the food was great staff was very friendly and eager to help with any needs .It had a great childrens area if you have kids which we didn't so we stayed around the adult areas. There was a new mall with Strikers bowling ,Snooker Video golf and outside wake boarding and minuture golf. ALL IN ALL Great resort. However its an hour or so from Cancun Airport and the Bus that transfers you is( very very) cramped I believe it [... read more] was designed for children and other resorts we have been to Transfer you in Full size Greyhound type Buses. Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen: Incredible resort. Impeccable service

This was our 6th visit to this resort. We have travelled to many all inclusive resorts in several Caribbean islands and while we have enjoyed them all this is the only one we have come back to repeatedly. The rooms are beautiful with double jacuzzi tubs in even the base rooms. The location and service is what draws us back. Beach access and front entrance is a block from 5th avenue. Food is great. I don't know of any staff that weren't happy. The same staff the were at the concierge desk and the [... read more] main Buffett restaurant that we met three years ago so staff must be treated well.

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Amazing first visit to Mexico

This was a great place to stay. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Yes the resort is large but it allowed us to do a lot of exploring. Staff everyone were very accomadations. Our room was beautiful..

Dreams Riviera Cancun: Excellent Service

Good Dining area and top quality foods. Nice pool . perfect Wedding party. Good cleaning services. Twice a day! Good Beach seats plus Jacuzzi. Nice and comfortable lounge.good drink service and brands.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Great Resort!

Overall, a great resort for the price. Check-in was expedient, rooms were clean and well maintained (+ AC functioned properly), the food was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area is quite large and finding lounge chairs was never a problem. A sail boat was available to take out on your own (not always the case), and we enjoyed the snorkeling expedition we took that left directly from the resort property.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: lovely resort

staff awesome,grounds spotless,food very good,room although at times damp (maybe a dehumidifier) was lovely. Could have used consistent room cleaning and stocking of mini bar,dirty sheets left on the floor one day near the end of the stay. Lovely towel animals in the first 3 days but none after that. An altercation between management and a guest took place in the lobby in front of the check in desk ,the guest was loud and rude. This confrontation should have been moved to an office or private ar [... read more]ea. It made a few guests uncomfortable. This was my first stay at this resort.

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Amazing service fro Trip Central/Carol Webb

All service provided by Carol at Trip Central was above and beyond. We will definitely be calling her for our next vacation. I have been to Playa Del Carmen 6 times so I have a lot to compare to. This resort is very different and very cool! Really awsome jungle experience Amazing service from the hotels guest services in spite of the front desk being horrible. But we still really enjoyed this resort and would definitely go back after all front desk employees are fired!! :)

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Great , Clean Resort

This restort is huge, the rooms are spacious and exceptionaly clean , staff where welcoming and very helpful. The beach was maintained daily, both pools were refreshing and inviting. Iwould recommend this restort to everyone whos looking to relax as well as those looking for adventures.

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Excellent resort, great value

Service, food, entertainment, pools, weather, rooms- all great! Beach- not so much, seaweed problem and very rocky but still beautiful with beach built around Mayan ruins. I wish the beach would have been less rocky but everything else made up for it. It wasn't the end of the world. Go to the Dolphin Discovery- worth every penny!

Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort and Spa: Beautiful resort, couldn't ask for more.

Every where was spotless, not one complaint. Everyone went out of their way to make our vacation memorable. Pools were spotless, service great everywhere on the resort. Would definitely return to this resort.

Our second time at this amazing Resort was as memorable as the first.Beautiful grounds,Pools and wonderful Service.I would like to see walk in steps in more of the pools.Being a Senior we find the ladder hard to manage.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Great Resort, spotless, very beautiful

Me and my boyfriend chose this resort for my first trip down south and we had an amazing exprience! Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, good service on the resort overall by concierge, at the restaurants, on the poolside bar, the essence pool. Also great service from staff finding us spots on the beachfront (beds, umbrellas) Really liked the fact that the resort was close to Playa Del Carmen. If I decide to get married down south I would consider this resort. The only cons for me were  [... read more]that - it is not the greatest resort for couples, mostly families. I would add a section for couples only. -no baileys/vodka in room bar fridge Lastly, even tho the beach was cleaned every morning. Therm beach wasn't the nicest for swimming. Overall great resort.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Great Stay

Offered all that you would expect from a five star in Mexico. Very friendly and clean. Awesome food. Awesome weather. Totally happy with our stay. Very large resort but easy to get around. Just over an hour from Cancun Airport.

Very enjoyable stay, great service, friendly staff, very clean and well kept facilities. The weather was great, and there were lots of activities. The hotel provided transportation around the resort was very helpful

Stayed here 12 years ago on my honeymoon and the resort met all my expectations the second time around. Brought my mom on this trip and she couldn't have been happier.....absolutely loved the resort!! My husband and I are planning a two week vacation in Jan of 2016 and the Bahia Principe Club and Resorts are high on our list to return.

Excellence Riviera Cancun: Amazing resort and relaxing vacation

Very relaxing resort .. Rooms nicely renovated, gorgeous grounds and very quiet spots along the lazy river.. Staff very friendly and loved the Indian and French restaurant.. We have been to 4 sandals resorts and excellence is on or above par to sandals resorts.. In our travels this is the only resort we have come back to for a 2nd visit.. Not the nicest beach ,but loved the spots around the pool.. Book now as you will not be disappointed.. Also loved the gym as great equipment, clean and modern.

yes you have to go. we just got back from here we had a swim up suite do not be confused with a swim out all blocks have there own pools your choice is whether you want a noisy one or a quiet one and they have grass in front of your suite with your own lounge chairs and then the pool. all suites on all the floors are laid out the same except presidential ones. see resort pics what you see is what you get we wanted quiet and we got it thank you front reception .The resort is showing its age but o [... read more]nly in the architecture .thank you Esther for plying us with drinks constantly by the pool and Jorge for the terrific job you did cleaning our room. the restaurants are all good but the best meal we had was in the seaside grill but foie gras in the french was awesome too the only bad comments i have about the food is cook the veggies more !!!!! oh even room service is great too and thank you Juan at brekkie too. ok entertainment if you want to party till four in the morning this is not the resort for you everything shuts down at one but they all work their socks off to keep you entertained the resort is beautifully laid out with not a lot of walking any where . now the beach problem sorry people the seaweed ain't going nowhere so if your a beach person go some where else they try real hard but its all along this coast all the hotels this side of Mexico have the same problem all year round. thanks to all the people in concierge who help us with the problems with sun wing and their really bad service don't fly sun wing unless you really have to.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Good Resort

We stayed at this resort 4 years ago and again this April 2-9.2015. There were a few things that we noticed had changed since 4 years ago. The most important was the food, it was not as good this time. The selection seemed to be the same most days and most times the food was only warm. We ate at Tulum a few times and it was better. Also the service was less this time. Not sure if it was because it was Easter weekend as the resort was packed and maybe not enough staff. Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Valentin Maya Playa D Carmen

WOW ! What a great place to relax ! We went snorkeling for an afternoon, highly recommended. Book at the pool side (Barracuda), they pick you up at the pool, 10 minute drive and you are off snorkeling. Food A+ Service A+ Staff A+ Entertainment A+ It's an adult only, so no kids A+ Highly recommended
