The Sens Riviera: good resort

-grounds, site, buildings, nice and clean,recently renovated. -good variety of food and buffet, and specialty restaurants. Only the japanese restaurant was disappointing, as it was on a patio outside of the buffet area, but, food was good. -nice coffee and snack shop, poolside snacks was good. -entertainment was only 2 nights a week, all others were karioke nights. -room air conditioners were strange, preset to 16.5 degrees, no matter what you set the thermostat at. Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya: Hotel Zilara Riviera Maya

Lawrence from Trip Central was fabulous and found us a lovely vacation package that met all our needs. This older but well kept hotel delivered exemplary customer service throughout the entire duration of our stay. Food was excellent, rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Club service insured we had dinner reservations and a poolside chair ready for us every single day. The beach was cleaned constantly to minimize sea grass. Hyatt Vivid Cancun: excellent!

Hotel was wonderful.....except!!! not enough lounging outdoor chairs, there are plenty of loungers by the pool on the beach but I'm 64 years old and it was getting comical how I was getting on and off the lounge chairs!

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Perfect all Inclusive

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. The resort is spotless and well maintained. The staff was open and responsive to any need or accommodation we requested. The SPA and GYM/ Pickleball Courts are busy and top notch. The food and restaurant experiences were beyond expectations.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Good budget resort

Food was ok, rooms were alright, however there are no elevators except in one building. If you were to end up on the 4th floor there is alot of stair climbing. Nice short walk to Bucerias Centro square with lots of shopping, bands playing and awesome street tacos.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Great resort

The hotel and grounds were immaculate, staff were friendly, food was good and lots of selection of drinks. The beach was disappointing, almost impossible to get a chair unless you were willing to pay for an upgrade, and a long walk to get there.

Grand Oasis Cancun: Worst trip for stress

We had nothing but stress on this trip. Air. Ananda royally dropped the ball on this one. Changing plane schedules without notice. To the worst possibly run resort in history. We were greeted with rudeness and conflict. Absolutely no help from them and we had to go on our own to find our room without help or direction after our 8 hour late plane ride landing us there without transportation to the resort. Then the place had so many blocked areas that had to be paid for before entering. So much fo [... read more]r all inclusive. Too bad this place is run so bad as it is actually a beautiful place. And again on the way home air canada was late and we had to run to get to our connecting flight. What a stress tha we did not need and wanted to get away from. Now I hope that after buying many tickets over the last 2 years trip central can step up to the plate and help us recover all the extra money we had to spend just to stay there.

Grand Oasis Riviera: Grand Oasis Tulum Mexico

Our check in was a little disturbing ...when we found out our room was on the 3 floor with 25 steps up.. We were shocked..this hotel does not have elevators..My travel partner freaked when she realized it and directly when to the Lobby to explain .. She is 65 years old and I am 72..omg...They finally with some discussion put us on the 2'd floor..12 steps up..what else could we do?? Also very surprised to learn the Sewer Tax was 139.00 dollars American not the very small amount we were told.  [... read more] The Room Was absolutely beautiful, great beds, lots of good soft pillows.. immaculate.. The food was amazing, lots of fresh fruit, every kind of meat, shrimp, on & on... Fresh Salad bar with great variety. Has a specially Coffee shop which was great. The Beach was unkept, lots of garbage around..hardly any beach lounges.. The Pools around the Hotel were nice but very cold..not many people used them. Complained they were so cold. Snorkeling was a 4 out of 10..Very rocky, very cloudy, Would not recommend this for anyone that wants to snorkel. No night entertainment..when it gets dark the day is done. People working their were very nice. The 1hour & 30 was a long way to and from the airport, bumpy, but the Transfer Bus was very nice.

Dreams Jade Resort and Spa: Beautiful Resort

Beautiful resort with wonderful staff other than the reservation desk staff which need to work on their skills with dealing with the public and solving issues. Our week started off on the wrong foot with check in however we enjoyed our wonderful bartender, Panda. The food at the restaurants was amazing and the housekeeping/ grounds keepers were always busy keeping the resort immaculate. I would definitely return to this resort.

Samba Vallarta: very good small resort among the big expensive hotels

excellent service throughout the resort , small but big enough to have everything needed , food is excellent , drinks are as you expect , closed to Bucerias , transportation to downtown vallarta available through local bus or uber

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Love the Valentin

Our 6th time here and it’s still exceptional. Great food; so much to chose from! Friendly staff, lots to do if you want and quiet space if you want that too. Love the lush gardens and the fact you can walk Around and not see the buildings. Love the day time entertainment crew. The shows are ok at night.

GR Solaris Caribe Adults Only: 7 Star ?

Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel and Mexican Charm: Tired Old Resort

If they would just refurbish the old tired bathrooms we could have enjoyed our stay a bit more. The shower door was broken & didn't close proper. Water temperature fluctuated from hot to cold almost burning you at times. Whoever changed the sink certainly wasn't a handyman. Such a poor job the faucet was so close to the wall you couldn't get your hands around them. The tiled vanity top must have been done by a child. Very poor job and grout missing all over. It just didn't look sanitary. The toi [... read more]let seat flopped all over the place and needed tightening. You needed to hold the flush button down or it didn't flush anything down. Apparently the last upgrade was back in the early 80's and it shows. The room had very few plug ins for charging. Our view was the roof of the dining room. Not terribly attractive. Daily maid service was very inconsistent. Sometimes in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon & sometimes in the evening. Should have been more regular. Food was ok but nothing special. Very repetitive . No ice cream but the desserts were good as was the baked bread & buns. The plastic glasses from the bar were rinsed and used over again & again. Yes rinsed not washed. The Mexican employees were always very accommodating & friendly. This was the best part of the experience. I guess you get what you pay for. We like to enjoy the Mexican culture but this was just a bit too dated & shabby for our liking.

Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort and Spa: Great Resort!

This was our first family all inclusive trip with my two daughters Ten and eight . We had a amazing time the resort, room, the food everything was awesome.. The resort itself wasn’t overly large which we loved , it gave the kids a little more freedom to roam around in their own. The water slides, the splash pad all the pools, kids just had a great time. The entertainment at night was easily the best we have ever seen at resorts. Highly recommend this resort to other families!

Barcelo Maya Palace: Beautiful resort

Huge resort, very clean , beautiful, pretty modern nice and open would definitely recommend to friends, great food , adult pool section was also great.. quiet and calm....peaceful resort !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hyatt Vivid Grand Island: Great resort!

The food at the specialty restaurants and the beach club was great. Nice rooms as well. Beach club is off site but well worth the 8 minute shuttle. We loved the resort! We would recommend to friends and would also return.

Barcelo Maya Tropical: Very nice resort

Advantage of this resort is the access to other resorts and restaurants of Barcelo Maya. Nice, clean, high level service, everyone could find activities by their needs. Our room in Tropical was outdated and needs some fixing.

Armony Marival Resort and Spa Punta de Mita: Amazing place to spend vacations

We enjoyed 7 days all-inclusive in Armony resort. Beautiful nature, delicious food (a lot of choices), comfort and luxury and very friendly staff. Great memories of nice long walks along the ocean on soft sand. No weeds in very clean water and the water was pleasantly warm. Every day we could watch whales playing in the bay, turtles on the beach, pelicans and other little birds and fish in the water. Surprisingly no mosquitos or any other flies. No humidity. Usually, the waves were getting smaller in the afternoon but you need to be a good swimmer if you would want to swim in the ocean water

Sandos Playacar Beach Resort: Overall an amazing gem in Playacar

This is our first all inclusive experience and Sandos Playacar definitely put a high bar for us. Food - great selections from buffet to ala carte options. If you could book the ala carte restaurant right after you get your room number please do so as they booked up pretty fast. We are lucky to have been able to try all of their ala carte restaurants by booking them in their Sandos App and walk in on others as they were fully booked when we get there. Walk in aren’t guaranteed but its worth the s [... read more]hot, just be genuine and polite to the staff. Pools were great, just a little cold than what you would expect. Beach were great especially if you come when there’s not much wind as these brings huge waves and seaweeds on the shore. Entertainment - the best!!! Theres a night show every night, daily activities by the adults pool and family area. Not to add that there’s multiple food and beverages sections around the beach area. We got the select superior room which gave us a gold bracelet that allows us to have premium liquors and access to places that other tier such as Blue bracelet can’t get into. Service - we really enjoyed our experiences in all of the ala carte as they are more fine dining than your normal buffet. We find that service is much better and amazing ambiance overall. Thank you Isaac, Hermelindo and Pedro for giving us the most memorable experience at Le Gourmet. Spa - we got treated poorly by the front desk staff Sebastian just because we change our treatment from full Body to Relaxing treatment. The massage for my partner was great but the person did mine wasn’t relaxing at all, it was way softer than anything Ive experienced. Booked our tours through seek and go! Thank you Cristobal for going above and beyond and making sure we got our transport sorted even after your shift! Another shoutout to Lorraine for being sweet, and calm. Called midnight to ask for a cream for sunburn and she made sure we got them on time. Overall great experience except for the room quality and spa desk staff experience.

Dreams Sapphire Resort and Spa: Wasn't as good as looked

People were very nice...food very mediocre....no bath tub service was very slow pool was freezing Japanese restaurant was very good the kids also really enjoyed the entertainment and dancing at night they went to kids club alot and enjoyed that
