Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Intimate and Elegant

When we arrived and escorted to our room we were so surprised! We had the most beautiful view of the pool the beach. Every night we fell asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. Very lovely room which is tastefully decorated. Modern furniture and spacious. Very clean and comfortable. We received excellent service throughout our week stay. We were close [... read more] to San Jose where we walked to the Art Show. Beautiful experience. We went snorkeling on our own and took the local bus to get there. Felt very comfortable. Most of all, the excursion we really enjoyed was the camel tour. The guides walks the camels while two people sit on a saddle. It was comfortable ... I suggest the person with the longer legs sit at the back... me with my short legs felt like I was doing the split! LOL! It was beautiful to ride along the beach. The scenery was just amazing. We even saw in the far distance some wales while on the ride! The guides were so funny and entertaining. On the same tour, we visited the largest cactus that must of been a few hundreds of feet. I didn't know that cactuses could grow that high! We tasted the best homemade Mexican food and had a little tequila lesson. That was the best tour ever. What an awesome experience.

Riu Santa Fe: Very comfortable stay!

The hotel staff and signature staff were all very accommodating and made our vacation great. I would recommend any of the Riu hotels. We tried every restaurant they have in the hotel and were pleased with all of them.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Great time

We had a great time at the Hotel, The people at the front desk tried to be helpful, they couldn't make a decision without approval though. The room was clean, not a lot of drawer space. The food was good, no problems, good variety. No shrimp though. The pool was pleasant, the bar didn't open till 11 a.m. The nightly entertainment got better each night. The disco could have had some real disco music from the 80's. The hotel was close to the Mega store so if you wanted something they didn't have,  [... read more]you could go across the road. Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Luxurious vacation , stunning views

Been to many Riu resorts but this one was the best yet. Clean, spacious, and attentive staff are usual in Riu resorts but this one was exceptional. Our room had a king size bed a balcony and we overlooked the pool nearest to the spa with a view out to the ocean. The grounds were immaculate and staff are constantly in the grounds keeping it looking pristine. The large windows outside our room by the elevator gave us the perfect spot to take photos of The Arches and the beach beside it. There are [... read more] two big pools and the one nearest the spa was clean and well maintained and we never had a problem getting chairs. The beach is sandy and you can easily get a water taxi from the beach into the town which takes about 10-15 mins at most. The food at the Riu Palace was very good. We were lucky enought to eat at Kystal twice. The ambience and presentation matches any fine dinning restaurant in a big city. I would suggest that you go to the service desk as soon as you arrive and book your a la carte resturants, the only one you book on the day you want to go and eat there is Krystal, but its worth the wait. Breakfast buffet was big and there is something for everyone, even the picky eaters. We used to have ours on the patio with table service for drinks . In the evening , the same place becomes the dinner buffet which we also enjoyed with their various themes. We met up with other vactioners and as one had a birthday, we arrived at our table on the evening of his big day to find the staff had set our a birthday table complete with decorations and confetti and a small birthday cake for him. The staff really did go above and beyond which we really appreciated. We would love to go back to the Riu Palace Los Cabos and we have recommended it friends as for the money we think its the best place to stay in Los Cabos.

Royal Solaris: Great hotel.

My wife and I had a wonderful week. This is a great resort. Food was great. Everything was well maintained. Great location. Just a short walk to shopping and city. Lots of chairs at the beach and around the pool.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Perfect Vacation

Very relaxing and comfortable hotel, staff and vacationers very friendly. Beach lovely and quiet. Only draw back is that you could not really frolic in the ocean due to the undercurrent. Beach cabana were plentiful and the odd whale swimming by was a bonus to be sure. Lovely safe area

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Thoroughly enjoyed this resort & Cabo

Modern touches, well maintained, no restrictions for a la carte, love the martini bar - the weather was awesome along with the luxury sailboat excursion. If travelling to Cabo, I recommend considering this hotel choice.

Riu Santa Fe: Great Resort

Overall a good resort. The grounds were clean, rooms & dining areas clean. Friendly staff. Food was good, however my husband did get food poisining. So because of this we were not able to enjoy the trip as much as we wanted. Enjoyed the Baja coast

Riu Santa Fe: Awesome resort

Completely different from anywhere we have ever been. Something for everyone at this place. If you can't find something to do here you should have probably stayed home. Huge resort with beautiful grounds and lots of amenities. great food and drinks. Friendly helpful staff. Clean updated rooms. A great place to stay. Would love to go back with a bigger group for a second visit. Recommend going on the whale watching expedition in the Zodiac boat for the thrill of a lifetime! Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabos: Great location

We travelled to this resort with our two older sons and were concerned that they would be bored due to the location. Not to be they had lots of excursions to take as well as an organized bar crawl to Cabo San Lucas we Mark enjoyed. The hotel site and village were extremely clean and all the vendors in town were very friendly and not pushy as in some other locations in Mexico.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: FANTASTIC TIME

We visited in December 2013. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with friendly staff and we had no problems getting to our rooms, the front desk staff was very efficient. The rooms we received was to be ocean view but only had 1/4 view of water and 3/4 of side of the hotel looking to a road way. We called down to the front desk to see if we could have a full view of ocean for I wasn't well and had to spend most of my time in room and they were very accommodating. Our next room was full  [... read more]view of ocean on the upper floor we were amazed!! The buffet had a lot of variety no complaints and the services was top notch. The beach was lovely lots of white sand very clean. I'm more of a pool person and spent most of our time there, it was well maintained and clean. Service around the pool was good, we only had to get ourselves a drink a few times during the week. On departure our flight was cancelled due to weather and the travel adviser was not well informed at his job, this is my only complaint which has nothing to due with the hotel. We walked over to the Riu Jalisco to find out how they were handling there guest and after 3 hours of waiting we found out that we would not be flying home and their guest were already taken care of. Back to our Hotel we informed our travel adviser and immediately the hotel re booked us back into rooms. I will definitely go back to the Riu Palace, one of my best vacations.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: AWESOME RESORT!!

Loved the resort! Nice and clean and pretty looking. Staff was so friendly and fun! Pools were clean and fresh. Food was great. Lots to do. Rooms were up to date and super clean. Staff took care of them daily. Loved having a safe in my room.

Sandos Finisterra Los Cabos: Amazing Birthday!

I give the Staff a 5 Star! They were just incredible...they made my Birthday celebration perfect! I would most definitely recommend this resort for couples. The only negative is that if you love to swim in the ocean this Resort is NOT for you as no swimming is permitted.

Dreams Los Cabos: Resort was beautiful!

The staff we terrific, friendly, more than willing to help. Rooms were clean and very modern. I would recommend this hotel for any couples looking for a relaxing time. Great for honeymooners with the romantic settings.

Riu Santa Fe: Beautiful Resort

Absolutely georgous resort. Beautiful scenery, with the mountains and ocean. Resort is located in a cove where the gulf of California meets the Pacific Ocean. Food was great on the resort! Buffett was delicious! Los Cabo was a great and fun city to walk around, try some authentic Mexican cuisine. Report was unreal will be hard to ever beat. Will be coming back to the Sante Fe for many years

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Amazing beautiful resort!!!

I travelled here with my hubby .... January 18 - 25th. I won it through our local radio station! What a great place to win a trip!!! So much variety to see and do and just relax. This resort was awesome. Smaller intimate resort, very easy to find your way around. At Check In...welcome drinks... after a long day...someone took our luggage and showed us to our room. Nice touch. Loved the couches/sunbeds all around the resort as well as on the beach. Always able to find shade or sun and never ha [... read more]d a problem finding a lounger. No chair hogs here. All the resort areas were new and beautiful. Only about 3 vendors on our beach, were not a bother at all. Beautiful very long beach , we walked it every morning. Walk about 20 minutes down one end and you will come upon Zippers Restaurant, and a cold corona waiting for you. Loved it, popular spot. It is a shame though that this beautiful beach is basically unswimmable due to undertows... if you keep walking the beach there is areas where people do enter the water with caution...which we did. Pools were awesome, heated... which was very nice, and all pools had swim up bars Loved the pool on the upper level, where you could be having a drink and watching whales, this is also the quieter pool, when you are wanting that. The 2 other main pools on lower level had fun entertainment going on during some times of the day. Buffet was excellent..loved all the food, no sickness what so ever! Snack bar near main pools had really yummy burgers nachos mozza sticks hotdogs pizza tacos wings...yummy!!! Main center bar/entertainment area had a fire pit and heat lamps all around, with comfy round couches, very nice to sit by at night while watching the variety of entertainment. One night they had a rock band, it was great, a real party. Room was super nice, plush new beds, tons of plush pillows and duvet... never had that luxury at any other resort. And towels replenished constantly and again plush and soft. Free safe in room and plenty of space and closets/drawers. Free wi-fi ... and I had no problem accessing it during my stay. Room cleaned regularly every day, fridge stocked, our maid was very nice, we had a main floor with patio... steps from the main entertainment/bar and the pools, perfect! 1 a la carte, went for welcome and farewell party with our group..I liked the buffet food better but just my opinion...many enjoyed the food at a la carte. All drinks were great and loved their beer, dark or light. Was told over and over again how very safe Los Cabos is...we walked a few nights after dark down the strip past all the resorts and stumbled upon nice cafes/bars/restaurants/shops...enjoyed getting out there exploring..never felt comfortable with just the 2 of us doing that anywhere else we have travelled. Resort is very close to San Jose del Cabo... bus or cab...very cheap or about half hour walk in ... we went a few times...nice little town...nice souvenir shops...and bars/restaurants galore...we went to Shooters Sports Bar there...loved it...even went in town a second time and went again...sit at the bar ... you will get to know the owners..Canadian family...very nice people...we loved this place...and cheap cheap beer/food....music and tv's all over for sport watching...highly recommend going there ... fun times! Can cab or bus into Cabos San Lucas...again we went a few times...a must place to visit ... more busy than San Jose...lots to see and do ... have to visit Cabo Wabo Cantina while there and take advantage of all the excursions out of the Marina. Lover's Beach ... a must do... so beautiful for swimming as well as the famous Arch...pics do it no justice...see it in person. Take advantage of free admission for Royal Decameron guests to watch dolphins at the Dolphin Discovery right across street from resort. Best touch of all ... the night we were all in the lobby waiting to leave by bus to airport..late flight....entertainment staff guys came around giving some of us hugs goodbye, joking with each of us, very nice touch, so sincere, stands out with me ... thank you to them...they were the best.... I have never experienced that at any other resort ... made a hard time leaving a little easier! I agree this is a solid 4 star and I would even give it a 4.5/5 star! Will definitely do a repeat of this vacation again in the future. staff where very friendly ,rooms very nice ,pool was wonderful very nice location it also was a very safe place to visit it was close to the town and our visit to the habour as great could have spent more then a week there

Had to wait to be served for lunch and had to wait 30 minutes or more for the food to arrive Staff did not understand English not enough choice at the buffet. Very meagre in terms of amount of food. No variety. The same thing everyday.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Nice resort

Not great for families, Pretty good good, nice sized resort and wonderful, fun staff:) great price for Los Cabos. Inappropriate behavior at the hotel, which should not have been tolerated. Entire resort was talking about select few individuals which made parts of many people's trip awkward or uncomfortable.
