Grand Palladium Vallarta: Amazing resort and great customer service

My bf and I hsve been to this resort twice. First time was April 2018 and more recently September 2018. The first time we came we loved that the resort was not as huge as some of the others see have visited. If you are a surfer this is the place for you as the beach has amazing waves and surf boards to use. Better than surfing in Sayulita. He went over and beyond to get us the best room possible at the price we could afford. Bety the Barista at the coffee bar near the gift shop makes the most delicious iced Frappacunos. Eder the sport staff in the surf area will teach you how to surf or boogie board or paddle board and Jesus is an amazing bellman and concierge. As you can tell we loved this resort because of the staff who work here and have made sure Jose the general manager is aware. If you are looking for a beach getaway that is not overly crowded with western vacationers this is the resort for you. The Rooms are great and service is amazing. If you gave isdues they will be resolved right away. Love the jacuzzi tubs. We will be back a third time most definitely,

Iberostar Selection Cancun: Blissfull trip

My boyfriend and I took a holiday to Iberostar this September. I don't think words can describe how perfect our vacation was. From booking the flight, to going and coming home every single part was smooth. Nothing about the people or the place deserves a bad review. I suggest booking with Marlena Bielak. She made the process easier than expected. The food was amazing, the staff was accommodating and fun. This trip was worth every penny. The price is well worth it for the vacation you will have.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Terrific resort

I was impressed by the resort in general. There is a high standard of cleanliness throughout the resort and all staff were eager to help and addressed any concerns or questions quickly. The size of the resort takes a little while to get used to and to find your way around, but after that you feel very comfortable.

Temptation Resort & Spa: Five Stars 95%

We agree with all the good reviews. Fun and relaxed and a safe resort. Any one a bit relaxed about the topless ladies and you will enjoy. (makes us wonder how folks can allow their kids to play with guns, violent games, murder and killing on TV or movies but get all neurotic if their kids see a naked boob. Not a swingers place at all unless you are one already i.e. they seem to come in their own groups (you can hardly tell, they are just normal people really). Just folks wanting to be bit sexy, party a bit and have fun. Food, Service and Cleanliness is for sure 5 Stars. Economy rooms are very good, but 4 stars in size. However you can upgrade rooms as your pocket book allows for 5 star room. Evening parties are fun, entertainers are excellent, it is just adult risqué but not more than the average on TV or movies really.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Gorgeous resort

My fiancé and I loved it here!!! It was super gorgeous. The staff wasn’t overly friendly. But that’s my only negative comment. Rooms are gorg, food is great. Well worth it. The pools were outstanding.

Allegro Playacar: Great staff

This was our second time at this resort. They did a great job on the renovations. Check in was quick and Lucy spoke good English. We had a room on the second floor with an ocean view. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the room kept clean. The grounds are very nice and it's easy to get around as it is a smaller resort. The staff were amazing especially Nestor, Humberto, Rafael and Fernando. We were treated exceptionally well and most spoke good English. Grand Palladium Vallarta: Hit and miss

Grounds pools , waterfront and rooms were very nice. Personal service was hit and miss with times when you had to look for employees for the simplest things like a drink. Barcelo Maya Grand Resort: Amazing resort!

Thank you so very much!!!! We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful resort!!! The ground, the area, the restaurants, the rooms and specially the staff are just amazing!!! It was our 27. anniversary of happy marriage and our 10 years anniversary living in Canada we celebrated in Barcello resort!!! We will definitely come back and for sure recommend this place to our friends ❤

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: average resort

although a clean looking resort, it is dated, food was average, service was fair to good compared to other sites on the same property such as akumal and sian kaan. the beach was nice but unfortunately at this time of year covered with seaweed both in the water and on the sand. overall the trip was a success with great weather. The people that worked there are always happy and are really good at what they do. The food was excellent and the weather was great! The only thing I would make better is that the maids would come to our room before 4 or something so we have time to get ready for supper

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great vacation

Wonderful place to go on vacation with family and friend. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food delicious and great variety. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The beach had a lot of seaweed but thanks to the hotel crew cleaning the algae constantly, crew we can enjoyed. On the down side, the Privilege Club in a very gentle way they try to attract you their club but surprisingly you can't sign without your partner presence and consent. Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Iberostar Playa Mita (Riviera Nayarit)

Stayed at the Iberostar in Sept.2018. Grounds: excellent Service: excellent Food: buffet was great A la carte restaurants: Japanese was so so, French was great, Mexican was so so, did not try the steakhouse. Room: clean, spacious, good storage, good view of the ocean in the prestige section.

Paradisus Cancun: Amazing resort

Hotel was very well kept. Food was amazing. Service was exceptional. I would definately return to this property in cancun and visit other paradisus properties. The beach had a lot of seaweed which was the only downfall

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Would return for sure!

The hotel was well kept and clean. The buffet food was always good and the restaurants were all amazing. We enjoyed every part of this resort. There was no shortage of evening entertainment going right till midnight when the disco opened. We flew with Air Canada and got the premier package which we did not know till we arrived. Great service from our rep who made sure we knew who he was the minute we arrived and checked in with us every day when he saw us. Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Excellent resort!!!

We rested from September 1 to September 8, 12018. In this place we are the third time. I like this resort very much. The work of the resort so that every guest feels comfortable. Excellent service, good food, very clean rooms, good beach. Good drinks. Everything for guests. Special thanks to the hotel supervisor, unfortunately I did not remember his name.

hotel was amazing, our only complain is that there were way too many screaming kids at the restaurants and the pools.There should a separate area for parents with little kids. We are older people and like to be with people( and kids, I was a kinder garden teacher!!!!) but not with so many misbehaving, spoiled brats whose parents don't care about other guests.We would love to come back, it was our third time at this resort.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great time

Got upgraded to an ocean view room in tulum resort. Great place, huge hotel, good service. Lots of seaweed, but guys work hard on cleaning it every day. Very warm water this time of the year. Got a great deal too, booked 2 weeks in advance

El Dorado Royale: Beautiful Resort

This resort was amazing. Great food and entertainment, along with such a peaceful atmosphere. I would highly recommend this resort for a relaxing vacation. Make sure to visit all the activities on the resort.

Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya: Loved this resort!

Beautiful grounds, clean new buildings, excellent facilities, excellent service. Very comfortable and top notch service from the staff. Everyone was very friendly. Loved the relaxing atmosphere and the vibe. Clean, beautiful gardens and wildlife right on the grounds. Beautiful beach and the nicest pools I have ever been in. Nature and zen.
