Rooms clean and modern, Food in all restaurants good, location excellent, service at the hotel was excellent. Entertainment mediocre. Beach beautiful when seaweed is not there. Bar service very good. Long Bus ride from airport 1.5 hours.

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Beautiful Resort!

My husband and my 9 year old son really enjoyed our time at the resort. The place was grand and the customer service was fantastic. The drinks were amazing, I highly recommend the mojitos. We loved the size of the place and the variety of places to go, such as the variety of restaurants and the access to all spots inside the resort. The beach was a little rocky in places, but there was always chairs available on the beach. The rooms were quite big and well kept. The only complaint I had was the food. I was very disappointed in the food. They had a theme every night and one night was seafood night. They had a mountain of over cooked lobster. It was terrible. Some nights the food was better but the snack bars were usually hot dogs and fries. The restaurants we made reservations at were much better and the service was great.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Anazing resort?

My boyfriend and I had spent 7 days here at the Sian Ka’an Resort, and all I can say is it was a 7 days well spent!!! The food and service from all the workers was truly awesome, nothing but smiles on not only ours but everyone’s face’s. Not a single moment had we been disappointed, every minute, every bite, and every sip from our drinks was PARADISE. Grand Palladium Kantenah: Amazing staff

Amaizing staff, they made our stay! Especially Lily, Yuliana, Uziel, Kevin, and Salvador. They made the place seem like Home and their energy and happiness was contagious. We will definitely be coming back! I loved going to every activity they held and they made me become a very outgoing person willing to try new things

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Beautiful resort

Everything about the resort was top notch and beautiful. The room was big and always made so clean my the workers. You can never get tired of the food at the main buffet, and there are many other restaurants around to keep things different. The staff is also very friendly. I recommend staying at the adults only section because there are always special events being held in the pool. Only disappointment was their poor selection of beers

Iberostar Selection Cancun: Beautiful Resort

We spent a week in late August in this resort. It's a very good size, not so huge that you need to walk 5-10 min to get from your room to the pools and not so small and cramped. Everything is very accessible. Staff are extremely friendly and professional. Food at the buffet restaurant is very good but can be a little more flavorful. They are constantly cleaning and maintaining the resort. Beach is very close and no shortage of chairs. There are some pool activities everyday. Public transportatio [... read more]n(bus) stops in front of the resort and takes you to the shopping center in 10-15 min. fare is $1.00 US. If you have Mexican Pesos is less. Buses are very frequent and safe. I recommend you to go to the mall in evening because it's an outdoor center and gets really hot in day time. They are open till 10:00 PM.All and all, I highly recommend this resort.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Love this resort

Beautiful resort, great food, amazing service, very friendly staff, very clean, very nice beach. We have been to Bahia Principe Akumal 8 times and always love going back, never boring, always so much fun. 😍

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Friendly Staff

Good value for the money. Nice pools, but water was a bit too warm. Beach was beautiful, but not swimmable. Preferred the buffet to the alacarte restaurant. Food quality was inconsistent in the alacarte. We had a room on the east wing of the hotel. LOTS of stairs and walking to get to different parts of the resort, even though it is a small resort. If you have any mobility challenges at all, you will need to request a room on the ground floor on the west side of the building. Our travel companio [... read more]ns moved because one of them found the stairs and long hallways too challenging. Once moved, it was quite manageable for them. Loved the friendly and helpful staff. Bus service to Jose de Cabo was quick and easy. All in all, we had a very pleasant vacation staying at the Decameron.

Pools/Jacuzzi: there are so many to chose from, kids love the slides and jumping from the top. Lots of chairs and shade, good pool bar. Many pool activities to keep everyone busy. Very nice kids club, lots of table tennis tables all around the resort. Dolphin place: just a short 5 mins walk, can swim with them at a cost. Cons: Beach has rocks, not good for kids or if no water shoes. Very disappointed that we didn’t go in the ocean as we normally do. Wifi- would be nice to have complimentary wifi in the lobby. Heard that paid wifi was not that good. Overall very good, would highly recommend for everyone.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Amazing Family Resort!!!

My son and I loved this resort!!! It’s super kid friendly and we met up there with Mexican family and they loved it too!!! We would all meet there again!!! The food was really accessible and tasty! The staff was lovely!! We gave our maid a few Canadian treats and she went above and beyond for us!!!! So a special thank you to our maid , Ana Luisa!!!!

Dreams Sapphire Resort and Spa: Beautiful Resort

We had an amazing time at Now Sapphire. We had amazing interactions with the staff, good food and the smaller resort size made for an excellent vacation! We attended a wedding at the resort and it was beautiful and well organized.

Fiesta Americana Riviera Nayarit: Fantastic beach

Dreams is a beautiful property situated on one of the nicest beaches on Banderasa Bay and Julio, our beach waiter, is one of the best waiters ever. Check in was smooth, but there were a couple of anomalies with our stay. We were in the Ocean View tower, but only one elevator was working, which meant long waits, luckily we were on the 3rd floor so we could use the stairs. We had really good food for the most part, but one day the Barefoot Grill and Oceana were both closed at lunch (somethng wron [... read more]g in the kitchen) so we went to the buffet. But the buffet was almost completely lacking in food - no taco station, no fresh veggies for the pasta station, no bread, no cold cuts - basically you could have a lettuce salad and pasta with plain sauce. Luckily the issue in the kitchen was resolved and we were able to get a hamburger form the Barefoot Grill. But, overall our vacation was fabulous and the food at Portofino was divine. Our room was good, but I think its time they got rid of the jacuzzi tub on the deck and the giant bathtub in the room. Air conditioning worked great - which is always a plus. The staff we dealt with were all very helpful. All of the beach waiters were really good, never had to wait very long for a drink but our checkout was a bit of a trainwreck - only one clerk to check out way too many guests. But yes I would go back - mainly because the beach is so beautiful - soft golden sand, no rocks, gentle slope into the water so the waves weren't too powerful. Spent all our time on the beach and could always get a lounge chair under a palapa - rest, relax, read - take a dip in the ocean then into the pool to wash off the salt and back to the lounger. Doesn't get much better than that.

Everything is special at grand and it is love at first sight! I was looking for a beach vacation after 2 years and that was very disappointing and no one mentioned anything at Trip Central about the beach! That was heart breaking and disgusting with those sea weeds and the smell.

Barcelo Maya Palace: Would Return Again!

Stayed here for 5 days with my 14 year old son. Reception went well. Rooms were very clean and stocked every day. Pool was huge and the sea was beautiful. The buffets were very good and loved the resturants! The Rodizio was our favorite. We went there 2 times. Clean resort and nice staff.

Beyond expectations and more The resort grounds were in immaculate condition. The rooms were clean and furnished with modern furnishings. All staff at the resort were extremely friendly and helpful. Food and alcoholic beverages lived up to high expectations

First time in Mexico. August 14 to 19 for my Birthday. Grounds, public areas and rooms are very nice. We tried 4 a la carte restaurants ( French, Mexican, Stake and Seafood) and all were good. People, worker's on the resort are nice and cheerful. The beach looks nice, but the ocean is full of seaweeds. The water is shallow and you have to walk through seaweeds, which is not pleasant. Little disappointed how the show stage is plane, but the dancers were OK. Management:My husband lost his band, as he ripped it of the pool walls ( you have to climb to exit, there are few steps only and far from the beach side and shade), and couldn't find it. We had to pay. I think that was not aright way to do it., They should take our explanation in the consideration. Overall we had very nice time, as I was with my kids and husband for a big reason. I would recommend this resort partially. For food , stay and entertainment for example.

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta: Beautiful resort on private beach.

Location, outside town is perfect for relaxing away from the hustle & bustle of tourists, but still close enough for easy access to down town by taxi. The trip takes only a few minutes and experiencing the local history and culture well worth the time. Taxi drivers are very friendly and helpful. We took the evening sunset cruise from the Marina, loved the sail and views if the coastline, especially the mountains, then watched the sun set on the water-just lovely! We loved being in the warm ocean and strolling the beautiful white sandy the beach. Wonderful attentive staff attend to all your needs. The adult only infinity pool was our choice for relaxing, but the two other pools were always lively for the fun loving active holidaymakers! We were treated twice to turtles laying their eggs on the beach. Overall a great vacation spot with lots of options to suit different personalities.

Grand Sunset Princess: Beautiful Resort!

First impression when I got to the Princess is this resorts architecture is absolutely beautiful! We were welcomed with drinks and a big smile. Staff is very nice, some more than others. A go to person who helped us a LOT during this trip is Miguel. Bartenders are very fun, one in particular is Abdiel. Ocean Riviera Paradise: Totally awesome place to be!!

What a wonderful experience we had at Ocean Reviera Paradise. My two teenagers and myself enjoyed the experience so much that we definately want to return some day soon. Hopefully when there is no sea weed problem at the beach. :) We felt safe and I found comfort in knowing how safe the place was as they enjoyed time with friends. Seeing how long they worked in the hot sun, servicing everyone and to still manage their smile and have such energy made me have more respect for them. Two thumbs up for the ALL the employees at Ocean Reviera Paradise!! One thing that would be nice to see is a teenager night club. Where teenagers can go dance and have fun. Teenagers (ages 13 to 19 or even those just turning 20) want a place to go dance within the resort. In the rooms there should be at least 2 blankets left in the room for those that want to be extra warm from the air condition. The shower floor in the rooms need to be looked at. The water seems to leak out while showering and sometimes flows outside the bathroom. I like that you added a scale in the rooms. It's good to know how much your luggage weighs after you purchase other things to bring home. "Or ourselves after we've eaten so much throughout the day" lol. And to not forget to say... The Food was Delicious!!! The chefs and cooks did such a wonderful job.
