Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa: Highly recommended!

The food, service and facilities were great! Best all inclusive may family and I have visited. No reservations at the a-la-cartes worked great, you walked into your choice without waiting...it was a great experience!

Iberostar Waves Paraiso del Mar: Wonderful Vacation!

A gorgeous resort hotel, sister property to the Paraiso Beach (shared facilities available). A short transfer from the airport in air-conditioned comfort helped us get off to a great start to our vacation. Plenty of options to enjoy a quiet vacation (quiet pool is available), or more active fun (nice gym, included classes, etc.). Amazing buffet food and service--paleo friendly, for eg. Included ice cream and creperie at the shopping centre were appealing. We loved the food at the Brazilian Rodizio restaurant--the service, less so unfortunately (may be hit and miss). Room internet service was slow--likely better in the lobby. Room noise was noticeable at times, but not a problem for us--bring earplugs if you are a sensitive sleeper. The staff remain outstanding--very friendly, multilingual, and eager to help without any tipping expected--genuinely wonderful. This is our second time to Iberostar--we stayed at the Beach last year--and we would love to return next year, too!

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Brand New and Amazing!

Stunning resort, great food, wonderful vacation. We recently stayed at the Royalton Hideaway and had a great time. People are great pools are amazing and drinks plentiful! Special thanks to Mocca - great lady!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Large and in charge

This is a massive compound. Not close to the ocean at all, but lots of pools. There is a trolley system to take you where you need to go. Well manicured, clean and friendly helpful staff. Ocean can have a weed problem when the winds are right.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Fantastic!

Our family was truly impressed with this resort. Our children, 10 and 8 could say enough about how great it was. Our room was in a beautiful quiet setting, the food was excellent and the service - superb!!! We were treated like royalty at the al a cart restaurants where the food quality and taste was over the top. The beach was beautiful and the snorkeling was amazing, right off the beach. We would definitely go back to the Bahia Principe Tulum resort again.

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: A bit of heaven on earth

Our trip to iberostar lindo was more than we could ever had hoped for in an ideal resort vacation. The grounds were beyond expansive as well as the amenities. The staff, accommodations, and food fare were beyond what we could hope for a visit to paradise. The staffs friendliest and sincerity was felt. Our room, dining and entertainment areas, gym facilities, and beach area and grounds were, to say the least, spectacular. The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Great Destination with Much To Do

I was part of a wedding party of 57 people. An initial first night in a room I did not care for aside, I found my next room in Villa 14 to be comfortable and well appointed for the remaining stay. Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, activities and a variety of cuisine to suit most anyone's taste makes Azul Five a good value for your $$$ in my opinion. I do recommend venturing in to check out Playa Del Carmen for sure! I enjoyed my overall experience so much that I am in fact considering returning in as soon as the next two months. The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Good...but could do better!

Restaurants menus are limited and repetitive...rooms need repair and updating. Staff is friendly, but there is still a major language barrier for many, Flavours restaurant...flavourless and limited...time for an overhaul! Overall the spider monkeys stole the show...variety of pools to attend which offered a tranquil setting or a loud kids zone as you like!

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Eco all the way AMAZING

The Resort was great. The jungle walks were great, never knowing what you were going to see. All the trees and many different animals.The three part show was amazing and being held in different parts off the resort was top notch. Went with my daughter and two grandchildren but would definitely return again just as a couple. Love the whole resort

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: fantastic

I was nervous about booking the trip after reading the reviews. So happy that I ignored every one of them. It was everything I could want in a resort and fabulous vacation!!! Highly recommended!!!! There was more than enough space, pools, restaurants etc. for everyone.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Going to be great!

New resort, just opened. The design, amenities, atmosphere all satisfy a discerning standard for a 5-star all-inclusive resort. The food was great but not amazing - choice was exceptional. The rooms were impressive - beds comfortable, showers huge! + Gym/spa/tennis (3 artificial grass and sand courts), gelato/cappuccino and retail shops, sophisticated bars and the lobby lounge. - Hideaway pools feel too enclosed, significant settling of all the concrete paving areas throughout the resort means t [... read more]hey will be working on repairs for some time (seems like quality was sacrificed in a race to complete) - will band-aid solutions suffice or will a major reconstruction be required during the low season? This construction activity was noticeable but not a nuisance. The pools and buildings are not suffering from the same settlement issues.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Goin back!!!!

Truley an awsome resort! Everything was excellent , definatly going back with other couples (that we recommend this resort. )next year. Staff was super nice and resort was very clean, food was exceptional, beach was nice and the rooms were fine, although the bathrm could be bigger, not a big deal! Going back love it!!

Iberostar Waves Tucan: Better than expected

Why waste time and money with any other property? We have travelled a lot and been to many 4 and 5 stars. The food here was fantastic, service kind and experience amazing. It was close to playa central and we would definitely recommend it to anyone and return.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Only two complaints

Resort was exceptional We were given an upgrade to get into the building we wanted. Food was very good. Ocean and beach were beautiful. Pool was exceptional. Entertainment was mostly very good. Wildlife was wonderful Negative. Air Canada Vacations would not accept our $100prepaid card. Julie Renaud from Air Transat Vacations got it approved for us. Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Beautiful resort

We just finished telling our daughter and her friends about the resort. It was one of the best experiences we have had. The bus service, hotel, food, room, pool, everything was amazing, staff. Thank you for your services. It was a dream worth waiting for, our first honeymoon experience, although we didn't share this with anyone. My husband and I have been married 27 years, this was the first honeymoon we had. We most definitely are thinking of going back some day.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Amazing resort

We just came back from a week in Iberostar Paraiso Beach in Mexico first the rooms were really nice beds great and the maid did and excellent job we had room 3244 top floor and when you go outside if you go out back way you just walk few steps to the pool and poolside bar they organize activities everyday and shows every night. The food was excellent and service too the ala carte resturants we tried Japanese, steakhouse and Mediterranean very good, snack bars on beach and bar of course -friendly [... read more] staff always willing to help we had been to Mayan before so we didn't do tours we were down for a rest so it was nice to relax we enjoyed our stay very much and 30 deg every day who could ask for more.. My only disappointment was that we could only use the del Mar iberostar next door and I wanted to use the lazy river at Lindo iberostar since I can't swim and you can't use their pool but otherwise great ocean just beautiful can't wait to go back.

Resort was at max capacity and the staff could still manage to please everyone. Rooms were very nice, modern look, everything worked, free wifi in the room. We went to the beach most days there is always carts available to take you where you need to go, we also never had a single dinner in the buffet we ate in the a la cartes every night, booking was tight but they managed. It is a long drive from the airport but its all along one highway so the transfer is relatively painless. Riu Palace Mexico: Beautiful Resort - Medium Food

The resort was beautiful. The beach was gorgeous. There was a fair amount of cigarette buds on the beach which was pretty gross, and a bit of garbage too from people not cleaning up after themselves. I didnt like our room very much, only because it was right beside the theater so on the night we went to bed early, we couldn't sleep cause there was constantly loud music. The room was also very moist. Clothes that were dry, became damp and nothing every dried unless you put it outside. The food wa [... read more]sn't the greatest either. There was alot to choose from but nothing tasted good.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Great Resort!

We have no complaints about this resort. Staff we're great and we're right on top of things. My only personal preference was I prefer music by the pools and in the restaurants. Have one pool be the quiet pool. None of the pools we went to had any music. Besides that it was lovely!

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Amazing honeymoon !!!

We absolutely love this resort! We just cane back from a 1 week honeymoon and could not be more thrilled. As mentioned previously you should bring water shoes as the beach has pieces of coral in it. ...which means amazing snorkeling! The food for a 5 star was not top notch compared to riu or bahia principe however the resort itself made up for it. Also make sure that you visit the spa! Wow! Absolutely amazing.
