Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Very nice resort!

Me and my wife just returned from our vacation in Cuba. We stay at the Royalton Hicacos Varadero. Resorts classed as fife star and in our opinion is not better than any other 4 star resorts. Hotel and the whole facilities are clean with exceptional helpful staff who are more than happy to help you when you ask them. Beach is perfect , food just OK, like any other resorts we stay for the past 10 years. Royalton CHIC Cancun: BIRTHDAY Vacation

Spent my 50th at thia resort ..it was great! Food was excellent and the service was amazing. I has a sunrise view and It was so amazing...the workers are obsessed with keeping the resort clean..I had a marvelous time.ans would definitely be back!

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Beautiful Location & People!

This is the first time we stayed at a Royalton resort, and we didn’t want to go home! This resort is breathtaking and we’d go back again. Spacious junior suite with comfortable king bed and spacious shower, and latest technology. We celebrated our 30th anniversary so they upgraded us to a swim up room. Pleasing pool, with lots of lounge chairs and cabanas. Get there early to reserve your space! Good portions for all meals with great presentation. Nightly entertainment including Jamaica night, Bob Marley, Michael Jackson tribute, Beauty and Beast, and Steel Drums. As our plane was not leaving till end of day, they checked us out (still use facilities), stored our luggage, and provided us a courtesy room to shower/change later in day before leaving for airport…..this was nice! Jamaican people are very friendly and work hard to please. Whenever we saw someone going above and beyond we tipped. Tasmin from Sunwing/Nexus was a big help and available throughout the day to answer any questions we needed and to arrange excursions. Yah Mon! We loved Jamaica. Irie. You can’t go wrong with Royalton!

Royalton Hideaway Saint Lucia: Hideaway at Royalton Saint Lucia

Overall this was a beautiful resort, however, you need to be prepared for service that is not the fastest where you sometimes can wait up to an hour to be seated at a specialty restaurant and another hour to receive your drinks and appetizers. Bar service was variable; if you stay in the hideaway section, the service at the beach bar (including the grill) is amazing, but if you are at the main pool, be prepared to wait and wait and have others served around you. I understand they have a high t [... read more]urnover in staff, so this might be part of the issue. There are plenty of pools (and pool bars that people stay in all day drinking and drinking and you can figure the rest out) and smoking policies for designated areas only but not enforced by security or staff where people smoke at the bar and pool all day. Concierge service was outstanding and they ensured they knew your name and asked you daily how you were doing and what they could do to make it better. This was the customer service I had hoped for. This resort has plenty of specialty dining and activities, pool etc, but the beach is quite rocky with very sharp rocks and water is rough which makes it difficult for swimming. Bring water shoes with you to protect your feet. Overall, I would consider this resort again, and am hoping since the resort is only a few years old, they will work out some of the issues with time.

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: Had the best time at this beautiful resort

Hotel was so amazing, clean, staff was incredible everyone always smiling. Entertainment was the best I have ever seen. Food was delicious. Pools were lovely, beach is awesome. Was more than impressed. I am already planning another visit to return to this resort.

This was the best all inclusive! 18+, attentive staff, nice entertainment, great food at the restaurants and a gorgeous beach! There is no ATM so bring cash and you will need an adapter for the plugs.

Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Very nice and elegant resort!

This was our second stay. We were just as happy as first time. It's a lovely space, well managed, kept clean, with team that is outstanding from the rooms to the restaurants to the bars... Just steadily great throughout the resort. Terase team of a buffet restaurant was outstanding and we kept going back to converse with these lovely people while having all our meals. If you need to arrange the excursion you can trust it to your room butter. Ronald was amazing. But all butters always are.They are all knowledgeable and nice. Most importantly - everything is safe and guests are all nice crowds - no loud people. Weekends attract locals and get busier, still very nice.

Royalton Antigua Resort and Spa: Royalton resort that is getting better everyday

With all of the negative reviews we were very hesitate to go to the Royalton Antigua. Thankfully we didn't listen to those individuals who were upset as we had a great time. As a new hotel they seem to be doing very well with how they are managing all of the growing pains. They were ready to listen to my feedback and I believe they want to get it all right. My biggest issue was a few members of there staff. We seemed to be a bother and were downright rude. The majority of the staff are amazing and our butlers were out of this world. Kanna and Khem made sure we had everything we could ever want. These two individuals are a huge asset to Royalton and made are vacation a treat. We felt the money we spent on Diamond Club was well worth it and enjoyed all of the perks that went along with it. If you have an open mind and can handle the odd hiccup book this place and enjoy the amazing amenities and incredible beach. I would go back next week if I could. Worst part of the trip was Sunwing changing are direct flight where we had to go to Montreal to pick up passengers first. It added about 2 and half hours to our trip. I hope to never fly Sunwing again in my life.

Royalton Punta Cana Resort: Amazing Resort!!!!!

The cleanest resort we have ever been too!! The food was so delicious at every restaurant and buffet. The pools were so clean and the beach was too beautiful. We went as a group of 22. There were kids and adults. We had so much to do for everyone. The all white party, the fire show, the foam pool party and so many tours offered by nexus tours at the resort. Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Love this place!

This was our third time at this resort. If you want friendly service, good selection of food, great entertainment and a stunning beach - this place is for you! The resort itself needs updating in some areas but the homey vibe overrides any shortcomings in that regard - best place in Cuba!

Royalton Saint Lucia Resort and Spa: Beautiful Resort

Overall was very good Specially the service Manager Manuel was very polite and his service was amazing. The place was very nice and clean, the view was wonderful. We were e very big group and had a very good time thanks to Mr Manuel and his crew. Thanks Julian

Hotel incredibly beautiful great pools, the staff was the best so hospitable!! From al-Wayne and Jodi-Lynn at the pool bar, to Andre who made my omelette and put a smile on my face every morning,to Joyce who is from the martini bar.. and countless others who made our stay anazing I loved that the wifi was strong and worked everywhere, no room keys needed it’s all part of your wrist band, no towel cards required.. food was awesome had the best steak I have ever had st hunters steak house!! Royalton Saint Lucia Resort and Spa: Amazing Resort

This is the best resort I have been so far. We were a group of 30 people and had an amazing time. Very clean and relaxing. Staff was great but service was slow. The food was great everywhere. Lots of pools and the water park for the kids was amazing. The only bad thing is far from the airport and the road wasn't so pleasant Manuel was the greatest guy, he made our vacation unforgettable

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Fantastic Resort

This resort exceeded all expectations. Beautiful grounds, impeccable service, wonderful friendly staff. The Royalton Is a must! Check in was fast and efficient. The food was delicious and freshly prepared every day no complaints or faults to report. The ocean was absolutely beautiful with crystal clear warm shallow water. Family friendly but not overwhelming! Melissa our butler/friend went above and beyond she is exceptional!!! Wonderful resort! Love Jamaica!!

Royalton Hideaway Negril: Fantastic Resort

The resort is just beautiful from the landscape to the sea and rooms.The food is very good but they can offer more seafood like shrimp whole fish and lobster, we had lobster in one of the restaurants and they were the size of large shrimp.The beach on the The Hideaway was very small weedy and rocky but the beach on the Royalton side was just beautiful .The diamond section on the Hideaway is not worth the extra money.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Amazing resort!

The Royalton Negril is a wonderful resort. My mom and I went there for a week to relax. The service was great, and so was the food! We stayed in Block 6 room 6018, and it smelt a bit musty in the room, but that's to be expected due to the humidity. It was also to the side of the mainstage, so you could hear the performances that start at 9pm every night, so be aware of this if you book in this Block. The room was clean, and so were the grounds. The beach was great too. They do rope off the [... read more] area you can swim, and I wish it went out a bit further, but nothing to do about that. The only thing I could say is that they didn't seem to have a lot of snorkel gear on hand, as it is free for everyone to use, but once it's loaned out, there's no guarantee of when it will be returned so, it would be better to have more on-hand. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I recommend it!

Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: Fabulous stay!

This was our second visit to this resort and we were equally pleased. The beach is second to none in Cuba and the people were simply amazing. From resort management in Luis who welcomed us with open arms and made sure our stay was what we wanted, to entertainment staff including Blanca, Sousa and Yuri! Perfect location on the beach. So many choices for physical activities for all ages. The staff were amazingly supportive & respectful. Wide variety of food choices @ the buffet, but also @ various restaurants.We were a party of 9 4 teenagers & their parents + 2 seniors.
