Crown Paradise Club: disappointing
The good: Nice beach Clean rooms The bad: Had to wait in line for breakfast almost every morning. Once for almost an hour. Once we arrived at 10:40am (breakfast closes at 11am.) We finally got in at 11:05am.We went straight to the omelette station, by the time we were through the line up they had removed all the food from the buffet. No toast, no fruit, nothing! The ugly There was a constant smell of sewage in the hallway going from the main reception to the north wing! We have s [... read more]
Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya: One of my favourites
I’ve travelled a few times with my young kids and this resort was my favourite. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. There are so many thoughtful details in the set up and execution of everything they do that make it extra special and kid friendly. The resort feels very safe. It’s clean. The variety and quality of entertainment is great. I loved the dinner and show events. The layout makes such a large resort feel very close in how they group buildings together. Building seven was t [... read more]
Secrets Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Amazing staff, resort, facilities… bad beach
All around we had a beautiful stay, all we were looking for, staff was fantastic, resort was looked after well, very clean, friendly, entertainment could be worked on, and the beach, biggest disappointment…
Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great Resort for all ages!
We had a great time with our family at this resort. The food was great, along with the activities and the entertainment. Everyone from my one year old up to my grandmother had a great time. They had something for all ages. I would definitely recommend this Resort!
Secrets Mirabel Cancun Resort and Spa: Not like other secrets
We recently stayed at this resort and had a mix of great moments and some disappointing issues. The good: The food overall was very good, and the drinks were consistently well made. Service around the pool and beach was excellent — Guillermo, Anteljo and Elvis, who truly went above and beyond and made our days by the water enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well maintained, which we appreciated. The not so good: The new restaurant reservation policy was a major downside for us. While so [... read more]
Krystal Grand Cancun: Amazing Beach Reaort
The beach was spectacular. White sand, clear turquoise waters, warm. Chairs and beach umbrellas were great. The hotel was nice, clean, and restaurants and food very good. The altitude building was amazing, the main building a little older and more basic. Pools were a little cold, but very nice. Overall, if you are looking for an amazing beach and nice resort, this is a great choice.
Platinum Yucatan Princess: Love it here!
This was my second time at this resort, and it didn't disappoint me. I will definitely go back again! The staff is friendly and accommodating. This time we stayed in one of the swim-up rooms and loved it! I would like to say thank you to Bryon and Rogelio in the buffet dining room, Juan in the resort's boutique, Adelaida and Lucita at the Spa, (apologies if I spelled any names wrong). There were many others who made our stay so exceptional, too. The Spa is highly recommended. We loved the Relaxi [... read more]
Decameron La Marina: Decameron la marina
Thank you to the staff as they were excellent. The hotel was clean and well kept. Rooms are spacious. Lobby bar could be kept open later allowing older people to stay away from sports bar.was way too loud .Need to tone the volume down as it echos in design of hotel. Food was hood but needs more variety in evenings from day to day. Use of the other decameron hotels within walking distance is a plus. Would rate it a 3+ stay
Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: It was fine
The resort was fine. The grounds were beautiful. Our room was perfectly fine. Shower was good no mould as stated by other reviewers. Because the resort is a family resort I understand that they have to accommodate for kids eating, however, most of the food was not appealing to us. The fruit was adequate however, most of the time it was not ripe enough to eat, the food at the buffets was hardly ever hot. There were such a shortage of beach, loungers that people had to put their towels on the sand [... read more]
Grand Oasis Riviera: It’s ok for the price
First impressions weren’t great to be honest. No welcome drink, room was hot upon arrival as the AC was off, and our fridge wasn’t working (it was heating drinks instead of cooling them) so needless to say we were in desperate search of a cold drink after checking in and getting to our room. Our fridge was fixed the next day after a reminder to the front desk. Also regarding the fridge: only the water was restocked all week, not the sodas or beer. Before I get into more negatives, we enjoyed the [... read more]
Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Good resort, so sorry service
We enjoyed the resort itself-the pools, waterpark. But the beach was far away. In order to have access to other resorts and use their bars, pools, waterparks and restaurants, we had to pay extra. We enjoyed the grounds. Staff were not helpful. Lots of confusion. Sometimes we had to ask several times, if you tip, you get better service. Guest services were often not available. We got more information from other people. Even though we loved the food, the entertainment, the animals-I would not go t [... read more]
Grand Palladium Kantenah: Good resort overall, rooms not great
The resort is fine. Very modern in some senses (app to book restaurants, bracelet key, they aren’t militant about the pool towels, etc.) but the rooms are lacking in most ways. Very little storage (zero drawers), no bathroom counter space (instead there are two sinks which is not necessary). One very tiny garbage. Our safe was broken, they fixed it. The TV was also broken but we just left it, didn’t want to continuously have people in the room fixing things. Food is good, lots of selection and i [... read more]
Secrets Huatulco: Relaxing vacation
We’ve been going to 5 star Mexican all-inclusives for 10+ years This resort is low key and enjoyable - no wrist bands and no towel cards - eat “a la carte” every night if you want and few to no line ups - helpful and pleasant staff - we would return to this resort

Flamingo Cancun Resort: Flamingo
The hotel is older, staff are NOT friendly, seen one staff eat a spoonful of yogurt and put the spoon back in the bowl, this was at the buffet where guests eat…food wasn’t good it’s like it’s recycled from previous nights. No entertainment, main lobby bar closes down at 11:00 pm. No beach chairs, have to use your towel to lay in the beach…I would never go back here or recommend to anyone. Way too much money I would rate this hotel as a 1. Very disappointing.
Breathless Riviera Cancun: A Vacation to Come Back To
We found everything to be clean, upkept and pleasing to the eye. The rooms, grounds, and restaurants were beautiful. The food was better than most all inclusives, the entertainment was fantastic! We definitely recommend and would return.
Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta: Good New Year’s
The food at the resort is good and the daytime entertainment was fun! Bartenders were awesome at the adult swim up pool, where I spent most of my time. There are only two nighttime bars that close at 1am- the sports bar didn’t have much for sports and we couldn’t get the fire sticks to work. The rooftop bar was pretty cool. Not much for nighttime entertainment so we went into bucerias for bars and music. Good luck finding a chair on the beach or at the pool. My room was big and clean [... read more]

Friendly Fun Vallarta: Friendly Hotel Puerta Vallarta
We had a great time. Accommodations were perfect, amenities were very well used by all & food was excellent. Great location for getting around. Only downside was the volume of the music played by the pool, everyone yelling & no one could hear each other, most over heard was WHAT. Other than that great vacation!
Friendly Fun Vallarta: Amazing resort!
Wonderful vacation with family of 8! Resort was everything you would want for a holiday. Food was delicious and plentiful. Hotel was spotless. Staff were always cleaning something. Rooms were superb!
