Riu Playa Blanca: Wonderful Resort

We had such a wonderful time at the resort. The food was amazing and so was the cleanliness of the place. The only problem was that one of the pools bleached my bathing suits. Other than that, we had a great time.

Riu Palace Costa Rica: A Terrific Time at Riu Palace, Costa Rica

Eva and I had an excellent stay at this resort! All was top notch from our room to the condition of the grounds, pools, lounging areas and food options. Activities around the pool were fun and service from staff everywhere was great making sure you had everything you wanted and a good drink was in your hand whether in the restaurants or around the many pools. Riu Negril: Resort was average, beach was clean but food whole different story

We go to Caribbean a few times a year and we always go with open mind. Our agent Martine Reid always give us good advise about the resorts and places to go to and to avoid. To begin with we had to wait at the airport in the bus for almost two hours waiting for a couple who was not even coming to our resort. Instead of making different arrangement for one couple Sunwing made the whole bus full of passengers suffer for so long. Resort was average, clean, beach was kept well, service was very good, friendly staff. This was not our first trip to Jamaica and we always enjoyed Jamaican food. But this resort had bad food. These was so called touch of Jamaica but I tell you it was just a say. We could not even keep the food down.

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Great resort

Nice place and I would definitely go back just I felt the staff was not that friendly but still good 👍. The food was good but the Japaneses and French restaurants do not want to serve lots of people so you got to go early.

Riu Playa Blanca: Amazing Resort

The resort is very nice. The food is great. Very friendly workers. Room very spacious and clean. The beach is not the best though. The water is not very clean and we had to get away from the jelly fish. The resort could use more elevators. We had quite a walk from the elevators to our room. The only other alternative was to take the stairs that were closer to our room but we had to climb 79 steps to get to the 4th floor. All in all, we had a great time

Riu Ocho Rios: Riu Ocho Rios

This was the best resort I’ve ever been, absolutely beautiful! First time in Jamaica and we loved it🇯🇲 From the food to the beach, the room, the staff everything was amazing, we shall return as soon as possible 😁

Riu Palace Antillas: Beautiful resort

As usual the RIU did not disappoint. I enjoyed the beach and pool area. Food was superb and staff very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable although the bathroom lacked any kind of towel bar or hook. It was inconvenient as there was no place to hang towels. I did not have a an ocean view room. The only negative was a construction project right next door of the new St. Regis resort and a barge in the water in front of it. It was noisy all 7 days. But that can’t be a negative about RIU, ju [... read more]st a comment about the surrounding area.I enjoyed walking to the strip at night, felt very safe. Took public bus to Orajenstadt, it was a beautiful short ride, getting to know the island. Cost was US$2.60 one way. No need to take taxis or tours. Lots of tourists everywhere. My vacation was a success.

Riu Republica: A Great Time

I found the hotel varied and large, but not large enough that it was confusing. It was easy to find my way around, and I never ran out of options for places to enjoy a drink, swim, or food. Nightlife was excellent, there was always a party on. Only downside was being placed next to an ecological preserve which gave off a weird scent that wafted into my room. Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Our Return to Mexico...Amazing

Beautiful Resort, grounds were clean and stunning. Our room was clean and we never wanted for anything. This was by far one of the best resorts we have been to. From entertainment to food, pools and beach we were impressed. Thank you for having us.

Riu Latino: Amazing experience

I've been to a few resorts in Mexico, and this was by far the one with the best service. The staff was always smiling and helpful. The resort itself is very clean and well maintained. We went after spring break so we didn't have to fight for our lives for a chair. The buffet is very good, and the Menu à la carte restaurants are among the best I've had so far, and no reservation needed. The water slides are a really nice touch if you're into that! As for entertainment, the silent disco [... read more] was amazing, the foam party too. My only minor critic is the daytime music: it's kind of the same thing over and over, but again, far from a showstopper.

Riu Playa Blanca: The place where great vacations happen !

Great ocean view from our room Friendly staff, great meals with plenty of foods to choose from ! Excellent entertainment and overall atmosphere ! Resort personnel works constantly to maintain the cleanliness the 5 star requires We had a Panama Canal tour that was well planned and very informative ! We will come back !

Riu Santa Fe: March Break Santa Fe

The hotel was gorgeous. The views were amazing. The food was good and plenty of it everywhere. We didn’t know it was spring break also in the United States and our hotel was like a frat party for the majority of the week. When Friday and Saturday finally arrived there was a different atmosphere at the hotel. You didn’t feel like you had to fight to get drinks but someone was coming to you to ask if you want a drink. We were told to come back at 7:20 but watched the man take others before our reservations or others that spoke Spanish. They very much encourage you to use their app when you are there so it only makes sense that you should be allowed to make reservations on the app as well to help reuse people having to get dressed and then find something to do for an hour before they are allowed to have dinner.

Riu Flamingos: Fantastic week at RIU Jalisco

We're not resort people, but would go back in a heartbeat! Hotel rooms are spacious, beds are super comfortable, lights, toilet and shower are in excellent condition, mini bar was restocked every other day! Loved the view from from 4162 - great balcony with built in drying rack. In fact, bonus points for the awesome foldaway drying rack. We're vegetarian and were delighted with the food options. Super easy to rent a car through Alamo - which they brought to the hotel. We drove ourselves to Sayulita for the day. Didn't do any paid day trips, but heard good things. Kudos to RUI for the endless eco efforts: no straws, reusable cups and plates, great signage in rooms that encourages re-use of sheets and towels in order to waste less water and electricity. LOVVVVVVED the non-smoking policy!!!!!!! Only downside: every time we went to dining rooms there were dirty tables and drink service was slowwwwww. Seems like bars and restaurants were understaffed. But we would still go back and recommend the property to everyone.

Riu Guanacaste: Amazing Resort!!!

1st time for us at a Riu establishment. Def a top choice for all future related holidays now!! Absolutely beautiful resort with all the amenities. Very clean, super friendly staff, large pools and ample sitting space around the pool area. The layout of the resort is so well planned, everything close by (restaurants, pools, conceirge) and yet it felt like a large complex. The excursions offered at the resort cater to every style - from short 4hr ones to full day 12hrs! 1st time for us at Cost [... read more]a Rica - def. not the last! Booking through Tripcentral was a breeze too. I made a tiny error with my booking and was quickly able to resolve it with friendly staff at Trip Central. Thanks guys - a very memorable vacation for the family. Already recommended this spot to a few people :)

Riu Guanacaste: It was a great resort

The resort us a bit older in its decor but it is kept very fresh and very clean. The setting was beautiful, beach was amazing and pools beautiful. The people, the food and the services were excellent. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I had a couple of issues with the room and they were addressed right away. As far a covid measures, there was nothing at all put into place to encourage covid public health measures.

Nice resort that is very clean ! Grounds are well maintained. Lots of pools ! Nice staff and very safe environment. Good resort for families Rooms are a little dated but still functional No drink service at the beach though..

Riu Palace Baja California: Excellent Resort in Cabo

The resort was beautiful and had every service and ammenties avaialable as expected. We booked a standard room which was beyond expectations with the size including full bath and balcony. Service was excellent and rooms and hotel cleaned daily. Food was five star with many vegetarian options.Overall location wa stunning with views of the Arches and close to Medano beach.

Riu Guanacaste: Great Vacation

My family and I have just returned from our trip. We have been to CR several times and almost always stay at this hotel. We love the location and the staff. The food is great, the beach and pools are gorgeous and my kids LOVED the wildlife and the waterpark. Highly recommend it to anyone!

J'ai juste le goût de retourner mais plus longtemps la prochaine fois....

Riu Palace Antillas: Excellent resort !

Hotel was really great. Rooms were large and clean. Service throughout was efficient and very friendly. The buffet was very extensive and of high quality. The other restaurants were excellent for dinner although there could have been a couple more for greater variety. The location of the hotel being right on the gorgeous beach was perfect.
