Grand Palladium Jamaica: What a resort

This resort is huuuuge!!! We were there for a week, and there are parts we never got around to check out! The pool is amazing. The food is ok, could have been a bit better. We were travelling with a group, and from sharing our experiences we concluded that the restaurants seem to have good and bad nights. They also seem to take some creative license with the dish compositions vs what is written on the menu, probably according to what they have on hand. Might have something to do with our being t [... read more]here during low season. The rooms and staff were awesome. Wish the jerk chicken hut wasn't at the furthest beach! Sunset Cove is the best beach though, calm water and nice sand, if a little harder to get to. Thank god for the shuttles that constantly zoom around! Our wedding was wonderful, very glad we chose to have it here. The staff really went above and beyond to give us a special day. One minus is that the lobby and way to the restaurant/buffets always has staff trying to sell you on spa services and excursion, and some can be a little aggressive. We were descended upon not 5 minutes after our arrival, without so much as a chance to actually check in. One lady who I think was trying to sell time shares actually scolded my sister-in-law for not going off with her to listen to her spiel. So that was annoying, but as the days went on we got better at ignoring and walking away.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Destination wedding

Dining was very nice. Service was above and beyond. Bars and common areas were pleasant. There is always someone asking if we would like a spa treatment. Rooms are nice except the bathrooms. No exhaust and always felt damp and mouldy. Staff were excellent

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Awesome resort

Beautiful setting, spacious and clean rooms, great variety in dining. Only negative dining event was the filet I had at the steak house. Friendly and efficient staff and they weren't pushy in trying to sell anything, be it services or retail.

Grand Palladium Select White Sand: Great resort

Great vacation everything went well only thing would recommend is blood pressure machines lot of older people and would like to make sure it is ok only other thing some of pool stairs not marked with different color t to see end of step very dangerous do fall once myself going down pol stairs.

Grand Palladium Riviera Resort And Spa: Really awesome resort

I have been to this resort 5 different times and I still am amazed. There is lots of cool entertainment ( activities at the pools, and the shows at night) The bar tenders at the White Sands ( Joel and Pedro) are awesome. We had a lot of fun with them. Lots of variety of drinks and shots.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Beautiful place

Very relaxing experience,friendly staff,food and drinks were so good that I miss them already.The room was always done every single day no to forget to mention the salty piscine for sure a place to come back soon.

Grand Palladium Select Bavaro: Beautiful resort

It is a large resort, but manageable to get around by train or by taxi. The resort is well maintained, the staff is very friendly and always making sure that you have everything you need. There is a large choice of restaurants with a good variety of foods. There are large pools with swim up bars, the bartenders are very friendly. Miguel at imperial service was great. Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Average resort

My thoughts on this hotel are. The grounds and public areas are clean and fairly maintained. The rooms are big and average. The service and maintenance of our room was below average. Noisy A/C unit (when it worked). Had an issue with our A/C thermostat on our the first day in the resort, the T-stat batteries need to be changed. The maintenance staff replaced it with old batteries on the same day. In the middle of the night the A/C stopped working again, took 3 days to get it fixed, and the main [... read more]tenance and resort supervisor had left our room door open with no one inside except the maintenance key left on the key holder to keep room lights on. Door to balcony did not close well. Cleaning services was below average, cleaning staff would ignore the used towel tho be changed and place them back on the clean towel rack. The food at GP in the a la carts and buffet are great. The service from the waiters/waitress was below average. drinks would take a long time to arrive at the table at the buffet. The self serve drink stations where shut down. In order to get great service at this hotel, be prepared to tip the staff with anything above $5 American dollars.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: SUMMER GET AWAY IN THE MYAN RIVERIA

My wife and I where looking for a exotic get away and where undecided as to where to go. I made a call to a vacation sell off company and there phone just rang, no one answered. My next call was to Trip Cental, Westcliffe Mall location and my call was received immediatley. I was greated by a very helpful customer service rep who after talking with me about what I would like to do and my price point. Grand Palladium Vallarta: Awesome place.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Feels like the resort is well managed. Lots of employees wearing different uniforms for different jobs, but nobody was just sitting around. Everybody had a purpose of being there. 1) The grounds were clean. We liked especially abundance of greenery between the buildings, the botanical garden and the zoo. 2) The pools were also clean. Appreciated several toilets outside the pool area and on the grounds; did not have to go to the our room for that reason. Also we [... read more] liked that there were several showers on the grounds to rinse the salt water or the sandy feet coming up from the sea. 3) Food is amazing. Daily decorations at the buffet is nice. All four restaurants were a nice addition; however the buffet was so bountiful, we tended always to come back for desserts. Our favorite was Flamed Crepes with Edgar. 4) Activities at the main pool are for all ages and for all tastes and will keep you active all day long.We loved water aerobics with Tania or Fernando, crazy games with Daniel or Martin, trivia questions, bar tending classes with Alehandra, tequila tasting classes, salsa classes with Tanya "Bonito", archery with Martin, volleyball tournaments employees against guests. 4) The only negative comment is due to the nature's design of the see shore. See shore is rocky, especially dangerous under the water, when you can not see the rocks. Both of us injured our toes when the waves lifted us and threw on the rocks.

Resort was great. Flight home was terrible. Trip central can't be faulted for,that Air transit is now at the bottom of our list. It was our 30th anniversary. Flying home was almost 8 hours instead of 4

Grand Palladium Select Bavaro: Beautiful Resort

My family and I had an amazing time at the resort! The staff and grounds people were constantly working to keep everything clean. The property was immaculately kept at all times. The room we stayed in was beautiful as well. Tons of food and a variety of it every day as they held different theme nights, Italian, Mexican, international, Asian etc... We went on a village tour which was amazing. Also did the pirate tour where we swam with sharks and got close to stingrays after being taken out on a huge pirate boat by some very entertaining pirates! If I had one negative thing to say about the resort, it's the same as with most resorts, don't get sucked into the sales people trying to "give" you something as no one will give you something for nothing. Otherwise, great resort for kids and the whole family. The beach had a lot of seaweed but that's happening all over the Caribbean and isn't avoidable. Luckily there are lots of pools at the resort and they are amazing pools. Lots to do..would go again!

Enjoyed the Grand Palladium Kantenah, The food was great, accommodations-rooms were clean, need some updating. Fridge was stocked daily with beverages. Al a carte's were very good, Japanese and Columbian restaurant were very good. However reservations very difficult to get. Pool was clean, beach lots of seaweed, however all of the Mayan is dealing with this. Mostly, the staff was phenomenal so pleasant, and very helpful, kind and worked very hard. Excellent resort.....costumer services to the finest. ....food and facilities really good. I'm going back.,Their costumer services should be an example for other hotels in the Caribbean. Tripcentral again allow me to have an awesome vacation with the family

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Great family getaway

A perfect family getaway if you have kids. Lots for them to do (water park, daycare, etc.) and cleanest we've been too. Excellent food and amenities. Recommend you upgrade your suite, basic is not so great. 4.5 stars

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Amazing resort

Good place for vacation. Staff very supportive, clean rooms, excellent food and drinks. All inclusive package is worth every penny. Missed 24 hr. english movie channel. Thank you filpe, armando, roberto and patricia (chef) for excellent service.

Grand Palladium Palace: Grand Palladium Palace, Punta Cana

The room itself was nice, we had a beach view which was amazing. The staff was friendly at the hotel and restaurants, they try to accommodate your needs. There is a market place located on the beach by the hotel which has nice souvenirs to select from, if you don't mind walking out of the resort, there is a small market place not too far from the hotel as well. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach, I think it's typical for July, the water is cloudy which makes it harder to see fishes.

Public areas well kept, variety of foods available, but a bit salty on the meats. The al acarte restaurants were not impressive in terms of variety and sign up periods were way too long. People were kind and friendly in general.

Food and shows are excellent! Beach is great, service is great. Rooms are very nice and clean. People that work in the hotel is very friendly. We loved the trains that move people around the 4 hotels, lots of restaurants to choose from.

TRS Turquesa: would never go back

My husband and I spent a week at this resort and we would never go back, terrible customer service, at check out they accused us off taking a bottle of champagne and wouldnt let us leave uless we paid for it, needless to say when my husband told them to call the police they had us sign a weaver saying that we didnt take the bottle and then we could leave...
