Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Worst service level - Total waste of money

Let me start with the good points - Royalton Negril has best views swimming pool is facing the carribean sea. That’s the only good point. Service level of the hotel is the worst I have ever seen. We have been going to carribean for last 10 years. Rooms are very outdated. Food is below five star level. Two days in a row we got rotten pasta from Buffett. Waiters and staff are rude and very lazy. Their Al-Carte restaurants are very dirty table mats are filled with stains. Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Great resort!

It’s was our first time in Cuba and we was ready for something really bad as we heard a lot of stories about horrible food and hotel service (bedbugs, no toilet paper etc), but we had a pleasant surprise with this resort! Good very clean rooms that has everything you need, good choice of different food, a lot of fresh fruits every day, variety of fresh fish, cheese,meet etc, it’s impossible to stay hungry there! Great service and amazing beach! We will be back!

Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: Wonderful place for vacation

It is all 5 star, nothing to complain. From beach to hotel room’s all are perfect. My wife and 3 kids have enjoyed the place a lot. Tons of activities from morning to evening. You won’t have time to get bored.

Royalton CHIC Cancun: Nice vacation

The hotel was very modern. Kept very clean and regular maintenance was happening in little areas all over to keep it looking it's best. Not overwhelming though. The food was GREAT we definitely did not go hungry with all of the options provided. The beach was beautiful (even with the ONE day of seaweed that invaded the property.) Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Paradise beach

We loved our stay at the Royalton. The beach is an absolute 10! The pools and resort area are well maintained. The resort has lots of activities and games available, but some equipment is run down, broken, missing parts, etc. Our only disappointment was having some personal toiletries stolen from our room the day we arrived, but not surprising given the economic crisis in Cuba. Royalton CHIC Cancun: Best resort I’ve been to!

Beautiful resort, gorgeous decor with very friendly staff and great service. My only issues were very slow elevators, poor house keeping (replacing glasses cups, no wiping of tables or vacuuming) and faulty USB charging stations in our room.

Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Great resort for couples

We loved the room, garden view was phenomenal and the room was clean.Butler service was responsive to all our needs. Food was good, but it was lacking fresh vegetables.In terms of the entertainment I loved all artists performing. We had opera, classical music, jazz.. It was amazing.

Every resort has good and bad but this resort is mostly good. Beach is awesome, food is great, service is good. The resort does show its age in places but we watched workers painting and repairing. Our room was right beside where the maids store their things so was loud with them working and chatting early in the morning. Royalton Antigua Resort and Spa: Amazing resort

Neeed more people in the service area, lunch breakfast, dinner, trips were the worst ones I been to, around the island a disaster. Stuff friendly , beach amazing, hotel amazing. , kids friendly, amazing kids clubs and pools

Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: Disappointed

Everything was good, just three main minuses: 1 A lots of mosquito, no one spay can help, was eaten alive 2 No buffet, only one restaurant with only two chooses of meal (the menu is really bad, plus one evening we get juice completely fermented). 3 Big cockroaches in the room, which is very disgusting (they live besides the wood bad frame)

The grounds, public area were all very well kept. The food was good. Lots of sea food which was my favourite. Special barbeque day on one of the days we were there. Went to celebrate my birthday and there was a champagne bottle with cake waiting for me. The downside was the fact that there was a lot of stagnant water around the resort which created a lot of mosquitos. I have a lot of mosquito bites.

Everything was perfect in this hotel!The rooms were clean,the food was perfect with a varaity of dishes,the staff were very friendly and willing to serve you with a smile on their faces and the best of all..The beach was fantastic!!it was like heaven!For sure we will be back soon!Asta lavista!!!!!!!!!

the hotel and service was great the pool was also great, the beach was a disaster full os sea weeds we could not walk on beach as we alwais like to do. the other disappointing `point was the very limited choice of wine included in the all inclusive package. there was only one choice of house wine very cheap that i could not drink. what i don't understand is that the all inclusive package allows guest to sit at the bar and drink all kinds of liquor all day long and yet limit only one choic [... read more]e of wine at any restaurant. I an not a drinker but I enjoy having a glass of decent wine with my dinner. with your current system that requires extra payment. If the company is concern about cost, why not limit the amount of alcohol consumed at bars and increase the choice of wine in the menu for the all inclusive package?

Royalton Saint Lucia Resort and Spa: Great Resort

This resort is very clean and well kept. The staff are friendly and smile and say hello every time they see you. We went at the beginning of June so it wasn’t busy at all and we didn’t have to wait at any restaurant lineups etc. The one thing I was disappointed with was when I called room service and they told they were sold out of peanut butter and the inventory wasn’t coming for a few days. The cafe has a peanut butter milkshake so how could the resort be sold out of peanut butter? They basically lied to me and I don’t know why. I needed the peanut butter for my picky kid who needs it in his cereal every morning. Also, sometimes at the buffet, they didn’t come around for water or coffee and we had to ask. But overall, a clean place and great for kids as well with lots of pools. I found the beach to be smaller than some other places I have visited. The location is also very far from the airport. It is a 1.5 hour drive to the resort from the airport.

Everything was good and professional there only some staff gave attitude to people for no reasons but the rest is perfect and beautiful.I think they should add room service and bottles service for room and free wifi to get improved.

Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Amazing Beach!!

The resort entrance and grounds were beautiful. There are pools that span throughout the main area which makes walking around very pleasant. The rooms themselves are a bit seasoned although very spacious and comfortable (I had a junior suite). On the other hand most of the public facilities are of a newer construction. There is a balcony with two chairs to every room. Every room has access to butler service. The beach is amazing, fine sands, warm waters and good seating. There are several a la c [... read more]arte restaurants. You have to make reservations for each of them at the kiosk in the main building. Be sure to do this as soon as possible as the time slots fill up quickly. There are nightly live shows between 8:30pm and 9:30pm and eating a meal will on average take about an hour, keep that in mind for the reservations. The steak was always the best choice regardless of the restaurant. The seafood choices were not usually very fresh although the fish was alright.

Royalton CHIC Cancun: Great Location

This property is great because everything is in the one building. Great for anyone with mobility issues. This was our sixth visit to a Royalton, but it was not up to the standards that we expected from a Royalton property. Concerns are mostly around service and applying policies consistently when it comes to dining. We found some staff rude, when there were much better ways of handling the situation. We were promised multiple times from supervisory staff that a manager would be in touch reg [... read more]arding our concerns, but no one ever did. Every time we asked, we were told that the general manager was not available. This lack of care attitude is definitely trickling down to their supervisory staff at giving excuses for policies that make no sense. Please explain how it is unsafe for a man to wear sandals when a woman can wear flip flops? Many resorts have policies regarding dress code, but they also realize that people are on vacation and are not stringent on this policy. I would return to Royalton again, but not to this property.

Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: Relaxing and Very Clean

Having a butler to cater to your needs is one of a kind. We were lucky to have Alexis and Javier as our butlers- making sure we were well taken cared of. Thanks Alexis for the surprise birthday treat for both my husband and our friend👍! The beach is gorgeous as well as the pool. The rooms are well kept, other than problems with the patio door. The restaurants are average, not enough on the menu to choose from. Sunset patio restaurant can offer more food choices. Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: Loved it!

This is a beautiful resort!! Loved almost everything about it. Beach most days was fantastic... some days a bit of sea weed but other days crystal clear. Food was delicious. Restaurant unfortunately didn’t take reservations so sometimes there was a wait.. if we didn’t wanna wait we just headed off to the buffet. Rooms were large and clean... there is no bad view room as they all face towards the pools area. Everything was very nice at the resort. Very clean. Beautiful beach. The food was good. We had Diamond club which we felt was worth the extra money. The entertainment was very good here and special touches like Cuba day and diamond club reception with dinner where nice.
