Grand Palladium Vallarta: Grand palladium

We have been to the hotel last year and absolutely loved it. Parts have even gotten nicer like the children's waterpark area. We have been disappointed with the kids club this year. Last year it was absolutely amazing and our daughter was looking forward to the kids club, this year unfortunately the girls didn't do anything that was on the schedule but mainly turned on movies for the kids and let them play video games for hours. Grand Palladium Vallarta: Surf, sun, sand and the friendliest staff around!

The Grand Palladium is now officially my favourite place in Mexico!! Spent a week there with my boyfriend! They just got brand new longboards in for guests to use at the surf break right out front! And for those who don't know how to surf, they give you lessons!!!!! So many sea turtles and cool fish in the warm, clear ocean water!! The food was amazing and there's something for everyone! Grand Palladium Select White Sand: Ok Resort

The grounds were not kept that well. The layout of the pool was not overly inviting. The staff were not overly friendly and the housekeeping was terrible. Our room wasn't completely ready when we were given our keys and it took them 6 days to finally get that we had 4 people in our room and needed 4 towels, even though we left tips each day! The food was good and they bent over backwards accommodating us with our gluten and dairy restrictions. But they ran out of gluten free foods (pizza, muffin [... read more]s, brownies etc.) Our travel agent told the resort of our dietary needs prior to our trip, but I guess not all guests had done that as the manager told us they had about 30 people each day requesting gluten free foods, so we lost out.

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Amazing Resort

Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, excellent food - especially the a la cartes - Brazillian and Mexican was delicious! Awesome beach party and foam party at the Punta Cana pool. Fantastic bartenders, especially at Hemmingways.

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Relaxing vacation

Facilities & Rooms - very clean - the cleaning staff will only leave ornamental towels if you tip them. Service - ok, but not over the top exceptional. The sports area offered the best service! All staff were helpful though if you needed something and asked for it. Drinks - mojitos were delicious, but otherwise they were overly sweet & not a lot of alcohol unless you asked for more. Food - buffets were ok, but you should do a-la-carte every night for the dinners. ** The a-la-carts do not take re [... read more]servation, so if you want to get a table at the good ones (Steak House) you need to get in the line up 20 minutes before they open. Even still you will be in line for an hour, but at least you can sit by the bar **

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Beautiful resort

This resort has all the amenities you would want. It's a big resort that is divided into four sections with shuttle services through out the sites. There are activities and entertainment if you so desire to participate. My family of three had a great time and would definitely return to this piece of paradise.

Grand Palladium Palace: Great pools

Service: few people spoke English and not very welcoming. Food buffets were better than expected. Steak, Japanese, and Mexican were good bit lower expectations if you go to high end restaurants. Pools:amazing, had midnight pool, cold pools, deep pools, everything except water slide

TRS Turquesa: Just what we needed

My husband and I were looking for a peaceful getaway and this was it. Food was great. Breakfast at Royal G patio every morning. Beach service amazing. Pool bar a great place to meet people. Beach and private pool for alone time.

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Really Good Resort! Family Friendly

Exactly what we were looking for. Food was good, pool was great (little dirty at times), but the drinks were cold :) Family Friendly (Designated areas for kids and parents, or just to leave the kids there). Most important, the people were welcoming! Very nice people there and made me feel very welcome at the resort. There were a couple times where the people were a little pushy with the sales, but I don't get upset about it, can be annoying to some. I would go back. I think we just had good timing.

Grand Palladium Colonial: Best Resort We've Ever Been To!!!!!

The hotel and surroundings are spectacular!! We love the feeling of being in a resort that resembles being right in the jungle with all the beautiful flora and fauna. The different animal life is fascinating. We even had the opportunity to feed some of the baby coatimundis. The staff is genuinely friendly always willing to please with a huge smile. Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Very good resort!!!

The grounds were beautifully kept, the flowers, trees and greenery were above average. The resort was incredibly clean. The food was very good with a large selection. The beach was beautiful; a bit more seawood than I would like but that is up to nature. They did a good job cleaning it up. The no reservations theme for the a la carte restaraunts is good in theory but had to line-up before opening to get a time slot, so in effect it does end up being a reservation. Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Fabulous Hotel

The food is excellent and the site is very well maintained. The villas are spacious , incredible views of the sea and the outdoor shower was exoticism. I recommend this hotel for people who like to go to the pool because is the biggest I've ever seen.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Great Vacation Getaway!

Very nice facility, well kept and very clean, great food and entertainment and bartending staff. Huge resort so there was always new areas to explore, this was my third trip to a Grand Palladium Resort and would have no hesitation with returning to another.

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Beautiful resort!

We returned to the Grand Palladium for the 2nd time this year - last year we stayed at the Grand Palladium, this year at the Punta Cana, next year hopefully at the Bavaro which seems to be the nicest of the 3. We enjoyed restaurants at all 3 resorts and most enjoyed the steak house at the Punta Cana, and the Mexican at the Bavaro. We would prefer to be able to make reservations for dinner in advance; for the hotel to advertise "no reservation necessary" is misleading because at the steak house,  [... read more]for example, we had to line up to make a reservation at 5pm the day we wanted it. I would prefer to make all my dining reservations for the week in advance. One thing we did not appreciate this year was receiving a telephone call from our Sunwing representative at 8am telling us we had missed our briefing. We had no intention of attending the briefing, as we find this is a waste of our time given we are not interested in having excursions forced upon us, that we don't intend on taking. To be awakened by an early morning telephone call while on vacation was not appreciated. Also, we were given an "up sell" while enjoying a drink in the lobby from somebody in guest services trying to convince us to book directly with Grand Palladium next year. That said, with the exception of these 2 minor experiences, we had a wonderful time. The grounds are immaculate, beautiful beach, clean and comfortable rooms, good food. We would definitely go back for a 3rd visit and recommend this resort to others.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Great resort!

My husband and I really liked this hotel! The accommodations were good and the food was good. And as the water is filtered, there's no worry about eating salad. The adult pool and bar were nice and quiet. Nice to have three separate beaches. The jerk hut is also very good. I would definitely go back to this resort. The infinity pool is beautiful. The sand is not fine like Cuba but it's good. Some pebbles / shells make certain spots hard to walk bare foot but we walked bare foot without a problem [... read more]. The staff were nice but not overly friendly.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Huge Resort

The hotel is big and the rooms are very nice. The foods are good and the services are also good. The waiter and waitress should smile a little bit not just doing their job because they have no choice. I was served by one waiter which I find it rude but since I'am on vacation, I did not let this situation bother me.

Resort grounds and pools are lovely. Room was huge and maid service was impeccable. Breakfast buffet at the pool was amazing - what a view! Jerk chicken at the beach for lunch was great. We ate at all of the à la cartes (except for the Indian) for dinner and enjoyed them all - great that there are no limitations on how many times you can eat at these restaurants. We did one excursion - catamaran trip to Negril/Rick's Café - it was a blast:) Beach was OK - manmade so not great for walking and the sand felt funny but the water was clear and warm for swimming. Location - a bit isolated - i.e. expensive taxi fare and long bus rides to anywhere. Flights with Transat were on time. I would definitely go back!

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Excellent Resort

This resort was awesome - Food was excellent . There was plenty to do and the events in the evening were wonderful. The staff were knowledgeable and aimed to please, providing us with both Jamaican insight and the opportunity to experience the islands full beauty. I would certainly go this resort again.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: excellent resort

I booked it for my daughter and son in law's honeymoon and they love it. They would go back. They enjoyed every minute of it. They said the resort was beautiful, the food was great and the pple and service excellent.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Jamaica is the best, amazing pool and hotel

Beautiful property, great service, friendly people who are singing and enjoying life. Jamaica has a positive vibe and is a wonderful country with blue waters. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I hope to return.
