Grand Palladium Riviera Resort And Spa: Great resort

Super resort. Great food and beach was breath taking. Of all the spots we have been over years, (12) this resort is the best. Great selection of restaurants. We were a group of six and everyone truly enjoyed themselves.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great resort

Everything was great except our room was very dank and mouldy smelling. Unable to run the ac as the mouldy smell actually cause a flare up of my asthma. The grounds are very large but the shuttle was wonderful. Like the ability to go to all the hotels.

Barcelo Maya Beach Resort: Good spot for a vacation

We were very happy with the cleanliness of the rooms. The hotel had a variety of entertainment for all age groups. There was a dolphinarium, a shopping mall, and plenty of restaurants and bars. There was also a large selection of excursions. The hotel food was always fresh and delicious. The staff were all very friendly. Definitely would vacation here again.

Ocean Coral by H10: Awesome time

Had a great time at ocean coral. We stayed at oceans punta Cana which brought us to this resort. Excellent food, great atmosphere. Rooms and resort were kept super clean. The shows and entertainment and the entertainment staff were second to none(special thanks to Dedr). Only downfall we would have(if it is even considered on), is the organization of the a la carte resturants. There were a few mishaps on bookings, but nothing to lose sleep over. All in all this is a recommended resort from us.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Amazing Resort!!!

The resort is wonderful!! We've been there twice and plan on going back. The grounds are beautiful and impeccably clean as are the beach and pools. The food will please everyone especially the a la carte restaurants. Don Pablo and Mikado are our favourites.

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: One of the best places I have stayed !!

The place is beautiful with a staff that was very freindly and helpful. With a concerige at each block , any amenities you needed were easily come by. all the food ate every resturant was great. the beach bar, beach food were good and the cooking on the beach was a fun treat. Lots of choices for pools and the beach close by. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Riu Yucatan: FIRST RIULAND EXPERIENCE!!!

Flawless vacation top notch entertainment and accommodation......Food fabulous not only in taste but in presentation as well. Staff remarkable everything positive....newly upgraded with bright cheery colours.....would definitely come back here.....

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Beautiful resort

Bahia is a very nice resort, a little sad about my room location. After requesting any floor other than the ground floor I was not happy to be on the ground floor and facing the jungle which gave me no breeze what so ever. It is a very large resort so with that being said make sure that u try all of the beaches before you opt to settle with the golden section as it is nowhere near as nice as the other three sections.

Hotel Marina El Cid Spa and Beach Resort: Relaxing small resort

Small and friendly best describes Marina El Cid on the Mexican Riviera. We visited in early April & enjoyed great weather, great people & great food. However, the resort is expanding with new buildings scheduled to open this summer. The only negative we found was the aggressive approach of "concierges" as soon as we arrived at the lobby pushing timeshares, They offered great discounts on excursions & features at the resort if you attend an information session. Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Oasis on the Beach

The Valentin in Mexico is a very luxurious resort for adults only. The grounds are lush green and well maintained. It is a short walk to different venues - the beach, restaurants, etc.. There are quiet pools connected by a river for those who just want to hang around and relax. There is a very large pool which is more active during the day. The beach is incredible with terrific swimming. Food was superior. Service was top notch. Only downfalls are you can't see the beach from your rooms and if y [... read more]ou don't like walking, it can be tiring. You don't have to make reservations for the restaurants, but the wait was usually 30-40 minutes. Entertainment was good. I would definitely go back.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: so much fun!!

Had a amazing trip! Very fun, beach was great, water great, rocks... Not so great, bar tenders are something else! Watch out for chocolate nipples! :) I would go back in a heart beat!! If your looking for a Nice place this is it!

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: A perfect experience !

Everything about this resort is perfect. We have travelled quite a bit and it was by far our best vacation. The rooms are spacious, spotless and modern, the food is EXCELLENT, the restaurants à la carte (we tried the brazilian, mexican, italian and the grill) and the buffet as well. I am a picky person and lactose intolerant but still had a lot of variety to choose from and liked everything I tried. We received great service throughout our stay (concierge, restaurant staff, beach waiters, enter [... read more]tainers). There was plenty of activities organised by the staff (water aerobics, soccer, beach volleyball, waterpolo, etc.,) to keep us entertained. The resort is located near most activites (XCARET, etc.). The resort may be big but it was nice to walk around at night, felt very safe and well maintained. The beach has different areas, one with a lot of rocks but another one without rocks on the bottom and very little waves which make it nice to relax.

TRS Yucatan: Excellent

Beautiful resort, great service. Loved the adult only pool. Lots of places to walk and explore, adult only beach was great. Clean rooms with big balcony and hot tub. Bathroom is not so private, however that wasn't an issue for us.

We have been to many resorts In Cuba, Dominican, Panama and Mexico etc, but the. Bahia Principe Coba is definitely our favourite. Beautiful grounds, great pools, excellent food and the staff are wonderful

this resort was everything we expected and more. We have been twice in the last 6 months, staff are friendly. lots of activities never have to leave the resort. Food was great loved the Italian restaurant.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Not so amazing service at this resort

Hello, Looks like it went downhill since we left that resort. I’m getting private messages from tripadvisor members with “horror stories” about how that resort changed in just few months. Few times in Mexico but first time at this resort and our stay was fun but unfortunately there is that but. In not to many words resort is gorgeous, location is very nice, beach long enough for a walk ( my favourite ), accommodation more than adequate, facilities - something for every taste, food acceptab [... read more]le ( food is not my first reason to go places) same menu repeated every day with small changes/additions with frequent shortages of some items ( hurry it wont last too long) but the crown jewel was staff - compared to last years Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda this resort gets 0 cause i cant rate negative for service. It was a shock to see empty tables and no one around to set them up until you asked for it many people set up tables them self taking utensils, glasses and napkins from the cart because there was no one around many many times. There were big misunderstandings between staff and tourists ( some staff had no English language skills i would think otherwise would have to accuse them of malicious behaviour ) - in buffet restaurant its normal to go for the second plate and come back to your table what is not normal is to find your table cleaned and prepared for new clients. It happened to us and initially we were joking about it but when couple beside us also from Canada had the same experience after explicitly telling the waiter WE ARE COMING BACK ( next waiter came and cleaned everything) it stooped being a joke. Because preset tables shortages were frequent one older couple from Russia or just Russian speaking had nasty awakening - they sat at one table and did not notice a piece of paper left by Premier Club representative who had a presentation at that table and just left with his quests to show them around i guess. When he came back his reaction was anything but expected - he shouted at them that this is his table and then moved on to another but cleared everything from that table leaving them empty - no fork, knife, napkins or water glass. Considering that this was a Premier Club rep. and 5* hotel in Mexico i have no words to explain this behaviour. Two day after coming back we both got stomach flu - i'm sure from Mexico because three - four days into our stay they started to offer hand sanitizer at the restaurant entrance so it was not a coincidence. Overall like i sad i don't go for a food and hotel was wonderful, Mayan ruins unforgettable and weather was gorgeous, nasty stuff that we did catch at the resort comes and goes. Will probably check another hotel next time.

Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya: Beautiful Place to Stay

Loved the ability to have access to an adults only section but access to the offerings of both resorts. I was very sick for about 8 weeks after this vacation, was diagnosed with campylobacter - Public Health called me to trace my activities and to ensure I was taking precautions for avoid the spread. They say it is a risk of traveling abroad, but it was the first time it ever happened to me - It made me second guess my next experience when traveling, but didn't let it stop me. Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Great resort.

Spent a week in Feb and loved it. Grounds were impeccable, staff courteous, friendly and efficient. Rooms were very clean and well appointed. Lots of food choice at the buffets, and no problem getting reservations at the specialty restaurants. Also enjoyed the nightly entertainment. Beach and pools were great, and felt very safe on the resort. Will definitely return.

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Always a great time.

This is our second time going to the Maya Colonial Beach, and we have nothing but great things to say about the facilities and the staff. Great pools, great beach, great people and great rooms! Love the fact that as there are no palapas (palm leaf umbrellas) on the beach that you don't have to get up at 6am to reserve a chair! We went during the high season and there were always lots of places to sit on the beach.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Amazing resort - best one we have been to!

This is a great resort. The La Hacienda offers a great place to gather as well as to buy souvenirs without leaving the resort. Twelve a la carte with great food and a welcome drink at each - only three of the require men to wear long pants and closed toed shoes - wonderful. Pool and beach are fantastic. Rooms were excellent, clean and a good size. Easy to get around this big resort complex with little "trains" running every few minutes. We truly enjoyed and plan to come back with more family!
