Barcelo Maya Caribe: Wonderful Holiday

We so needed a holiday and we were not disappointed. Fabulous resort, great food and service was unbelievable! The beach was great, we even had a sea turtle swimming back and forth at the edge of the reef directly off shore from the resort. We would go back again in a flash!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: very big !!!

I found the resort too big.rooms were ok, food was good, service was very good. Grounds were kept nice and manicured. The snorkeling was great! Wish they had drink service on beach as que que was long at times and quality of liquor was jit and miss. It's a long drive from Cancun.

Catalonia Playa Maroma: Amazing Beach @ Catalonia Playa Maroma

This resort is set back into the Mayan jungle with luscious vegetation and well kept grounds. It is a pleasant walk from the main lobby and breakfast buffet back to the pools and the beach with lots of coati to entertain you along the way. We upgraded to VIP as soon as we checked in and were glad to receive a room closer to the restaurants and the beach. The VIP package also included loungers and sun beds in a sectioned off area on the beach. The beach was the main reason we booked at this resort. This resort was recommended by our Travel Agent just for this reason and we were not disappointed! The sand is white and powder soft and seemed to go on forever! I loved walking along this beach every morning. Moving on to the second most important thing on your vacation, food and drinks. The food at all of the restaurants we ate at was always very good with top notch service! Everyone working at this resort seemed genuinely happy to be there and it reflected in their service. The drinks of coarse were also always good. Top shelf rum & tequila and the bartenders were never stingy with their pour. Overall we enjoyed this resort very much and would consider a return trip.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Exceptional.

If I could afford it I'd live here. Great facilities and service. White sandy beach. Warm water. A choice of good restaurants. Walkable and a convenient shuttle service. Close to Tulum, but I didn't leave the resort on this trip!

Reef Club Playacar Beach: NICE,CLEAN, SMALLER AND FRIENDLY RESORT

SMALLER RESORT, CLEAN ROOMS, GROUNDS ARE VERY NICE AND CLEAN FEELS LIKE YOU ARE IN A JUNGLE. WE HAD UPDATED ROOMS WHICH WERE REALLY NICE, FOOD WAS GOOD, STAFF FRIENDLY, BEACH VERY NICE, 15 MIN WALK TO 5TH AVENUE PLAYA DEL CARMEN, VERY RELAXING.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Beautiful resort

Everything at this resort was perfect, the rooms, the food, the pools and service. We went with a big group but the check in was done very quickly. It was our first time at an adults only resort and we loved it. We will definitely be going back there again.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Great resort!

We really enjoyed our vacation. There are activities for everyone, my older daughter did snorkeling, lots of fish to see, middle daughter liked the kids club and son didn't want to leave from waterpark. Great beach. Lots of green trees. One small issue we had is lack of towels in the afternoon. So pick your towel up early in the morning.

El Dorado Seaside Palms: Fabulous all inclusive-adult only !! Excellent !!!

Food was excellent, liked the fact that we didn't have to make reservations ahead of time, in case you changed your mind or your time. Staff was very attentive and the spa... OH MY !!! FABULOUS!!!! Would definitely go back!!!

Grand Oasis Riviera: AWESOME RESORT!!!!!!

This was our second time at this resort.The grounds were beautifully maintained, the staff was exceptional- especially Emmanuel at the snack bar Arreciffis. The beach is very clean and the water crystal blue. The pools were well maintained and very clean. The spa facilities were very nice as well. The food is very good-better than some of the resorts we have visited in the past.

Real Playa del Carmen: Nice Resort

overall good resort except for the food.. undercooked or overcooked meat and poor cuts.. The staff in this resort were exceptional and went out of their way to please. We watched and listened to many rude customers from Quebec andFrance. the staff handled themselves with dignity.. clean grounds and pool. Loved the pet iguanas that hung out at the poolside!!! Rooms could stand a little upgrading. Very clean though.. generally good.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Nice but HUGE!

The Grand Palladium Kantenah is a very pretty,very large resort.A bonus was that we had unlimited a la cartes. You just got a beeper and when it went off your table was ready-all the restaurants we ate at were very good. The salt water pool was incredible as it was connected to the ocean and all the fish came in so you could snorkel as much as you wanted.The wooden walkways were in disrepair and needed fixing.They had trolleys to take you around the resort as it was so big which was good as some [... read more] of the restaurants would have been a 20 min walk-the are 5 sections to the resort and itis quite spread out. It was over an hour from the airport.We went to Xel Xa for a day excursion and it was breathtakingly beautiful-fantastic snorkelling and good food at the restaurant that was included in our excursion.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Trip to paradise!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful!! Our room was huge and bathroom was gorgeous and we had no problem with bugs at all!! It was a huge resort and some of our dinners were on the other side but they have trolleys to take you and they come every five minutes. The food was overall pretty good the whole time! We never went hungry and always found something we liked! Whether it be a pasta bar or a yummy steak, or even a midnight snack of fries. The entertainment was great and the staff always had something to do if it rained. Overall we were EXTREMELY happy with this resort and bragged to everyone about it! Ocean Coral by H10: Beautiful Resort!

This was our third time staying at Ocean Coral and once again we loved it!! We love the layout of the resort and it has everything we are looking for when on vacation. We will definitely go there again

Riu Tequila: Great resort

The staff were always helpful and constantly smiling. The food was always good and well varied. The lobby bar staff treated us like friends and paid attention to the details. It was sometimes hard to locate beach chairs. The grounds were always kept clean.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso del Mar: Best anniversary vacation spot!

My husband and I have 0 complaints. The people, the food & drink, the service & cleanliness of the property were all above our expectations. We love Omar at the pool bar and Fernando at the buffet. We will be coming back here next year!

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Excellent resort

Great food, great services, great people. Scuba dive shop on site. Big standart rooms with concierge in all blocks. Beach somewhat small. Buts lots of pools including a "running river" that kids had lots of fun with. NOt far from some mayan arcgeological sites. Only cons : Still haven't figure out why gym is about half a kilometer from nearest . room. Overall 4.5 out of 5

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: 5th vaca with a Tripcentral GBP #1

We stayed at the GBP, Coba for 7 nights in April 2014 and it was the best vacation ever. It's perfect for all ages and all types. The service, quality and grounds are incredible. Def will be returning!

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: mostly great

The property, staff location and food were all average to great!!! What turned us off was upon arrival we were practically forced to transfer to the upgrade hotel across the street for 2 days. Found out later many others were moved too! Excuse for us; no lock on door. Made it seem like they were doing us a big favour. In fact there not; we have only a few days and hours of vacation and we lost in total 7 hours - they did this to 6-8 other couples we know of that week! Up selling?!

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Excellent Resort

The resort was fabulous, it was very large and took us a couple of days to get to know where things were located and how to get there. The only shortfall was the construction, but at least one could see that this resort is being well maintained. The rooms were gorgeous, loved the hot tub and the multi-shower heads for a full body shower. It is a beautiful place to stay.
