Dreams Estrella Del Mar Mazatlan : Not 1 complaint!

We just returned from 1 week and it was amazing. We have stayed at Dreams resorts before and they sure do spoil you for other places. We booked a deluxe king ocean view and when we arrived I asked to just upgrade to preferred amenities and keep our room. The first price they gave us we were not interested. When we went back to see if the room was ready they gave us a price of $50 a day so we took it! With preferred you’re able to use the adults only pool which is nice! We love our kids b [... read more]ut when you want a holiday you can choose to be entertained with kids or have a more quiet time at the preferred adults only! We had upgraded booze when available most days I had coors light. And a better grade of vodka! Food was awesome. Not one complaint. We only did the buffet for breakfast. Used all al le cartes for lunch and dinner as reservations are not required. Twice that week there was a buffet set up at the main pool area it was a BBQ/ Italian type which I had steak it was lovely. The other night it was like seafood and it was up by COCO cafe. We totally missed it. That’s one thing they don’t announce them on the app which would be nice to know when they are Our room was beautiful and our view was spectacular as we were on the top corner floor #4800 we did see whales and dolphins pretty much everyday. All in all Dreams did not disappoint us! Definitely would recommend this resort

Dreams Sapphire Resort and Spa: Wonderful Staff!

Great family resort with exceptional food for an all inclusive. This is an older resort that needs a bit of revamping….new building Indigo is beautiful with large rooms and beautiful ocean views. Make sure your travel agent books the correct room. Preferred club is NOT the new building as had been confirmed prior to our trip. We ended up paying $600.00 US to upgrade. Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf and Spa: Amazing resort

This place is awesome...highly recommend. Clean, beautiful, many many activities for children of all ages, gorgeous beach. I would definitely go back another time. Staff is very friendly and all the speciality restaurants are one of a kind experience.

Dreams Playa Esmeralda Resort and Spa: Beautiful New Resort !

The beach is beautiful,great for walking. Having the restaurants all together was convenient. We went to the Secrets adult only restaurants and the food was great. À la Carte restaurants and Buffett had something for everyone and great service! A very walkable resort with everything you need within 5 minutes. Rooms were spacious and clean. We had a third floor partial ocean view and also a view of the pool areas and it was amazing ! High speed elevators were convenient. Service from wait staff a [... read more]t bars including beach and pool was fast and friendly. The bus ride from the airport is long but beautiful scenery and not a dealbreaker at all. This is a quieter resort and was a perfect fit for us travelling as a couple with a desire to rest and relax. We travel yearly with a group of 14-16 and would not recommend this resort for a large group. The public spaces such as the lobby are smaller and not really set up to seat a group. We would definitely return to the Dreams Playa Esmeralda!

Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: Go somewhere else

Hotel was very nice. We've always loved D.R. and when we first booked we wanted to stay longer than the original group pkg. but our travel agent was hard to reach, I watched a waiter steal two pair of sunglasses off of the table and when he was confronted gave them back, but no repercussions for him as far as I know. He may have taken other peoples things, Service seemed to be a chore even though our group are big tippers. Won't return. Didn't feel safe or welcomed. Too many time share peop [... read more]le bugging as well. Will probably seek out other vacation places other than D.R.

Dreams Huatulco: Bucket list - Dream resort!

This was a 2 week trip for my 86 year old parents. They used to snowbird every winter ( first to Mexico then the US) but things changed and haven’t been able to go anywhere for years. Huatulco was on their bucket list and they’ve been longing for the sun, beach and ocean. I selected Dreams because there is elevators and the resort is located very near the beach. The food was amazing, the ate dinner at one of the restaurants most night but said the buffet was also excellent. Every need was attended to quickly and with kindness I highly recommend staying at this resort.

Hyatt Vivid Cancun: Good vacation destination

Hotel was above average, clean, modern updates, variety of specialty restaurants. However the sports bar needs more modern entertainment, rather than Karaoke most nights. Main pool was nice, but families used the main pool rather than the children’s pool as the area was too shaded by tall buildings. Area was often cool and windy. Beach was lovely and well maintained

Dreams Dominicus La Romana: Wonderful time at Dreams Dominicus

We stayed as Preferred guests. Definitely worth it to stay under the palapas in the preferred beach area. Having a butler to meet all your needs is a bonus as well. The beach is 10/10. White sand and clear calm water. The food was very good. Loved the idea of no reservation needed for restaurants. The buffet had a lot of choices. The beef was a bit tough but otherwise all meals well prepared and presented. Quite a few bars with lots of drink choices. Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort and Spa: Best holiday ever

We had a swim out room. Everything about this resort exceeded our expectations. Food, service, rooms, amenities. Would 100% recommend. View was and location are excellent. Only down side is as the beach right out front could be a little rocky.

Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: Amazing resort!

We stayed at Secrets, Royal Beach- beautiful resort with excellent food. We most appreciated the super friendly and helpful staff. A great big "Thank you" to Dyanara whose attention made our stay that much nicer! We absolutely loved her "Let me help you" approach.... and always with a smile. We also want to thank Sammy and Junior. Also a thank you to the staff in the main buffet restaurant who were always helpful and smiling.

Very impressed The staff were so friendly and helpful particularly Dayanara our Butler She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed The food was excellent with so much choice and beautifully presented Great beach with plenty of chairs and amazing service from keen servers

Travelled here with a group of 10 family members ages ranging from 12 to 71 years old over Christmas. Wonderful family resort. Safe, clean and beautiful! Staff was excellent. Preferred club was definitely worth it. Water park was a great bonus. Food was average for all inclusive but everyone always found something to eat. Shout out to our Butler Osvalda.

Dreams Huatulco: Lovely beach, lovely resort

We feel very lucky to have stumbled across this resort on the trip central website... We are a family of four and used many of the amenities! but every day we were back on the gorgeous beach at some point, with its perfect sand and nice waves and protection from the small island...super beautiful and relaxing. From beach volleyball to paddleboards to small sailboats, there's something for everyone who wants to play by or on the water! Picklebar courts were discovered too late! The food was a nice mix although the week we were there, there were several banquets so the chance to explore the different restaurants were limited. Highly recommend the coffee bar!

Nice beach good pool good people too Beware of price gouging and fees not previously disclosed….table reservations for restaurants $150-$300 USD how is this an all inclusive resort?? Never again !! Also swimming with time share people that promise the world but never tell you it a time share scam until they have you off resort

Dreams Jade Resort and Spa: Very nice

Small and easy to get around. Excellent service and food. Love no wrist bands and no huge complex with resorts all over. Pool chair saving excessive, people were out at 5 am and never came back for hours. Ocean was rough and rocky so if you're a beach person not for you. Upscale on Xmas eve was such poor taste by resort when people have already paid so much.

The flight there no complaints. Kids club was awesome. We got priority seating and my son got a set of headphones and a colouring book for the flight. Our transfer to the hotel was brutally long. Although we only had two other families with us the driver drove half way dropped off a couple, drove all the way back towards the airport and then drove an extra half hour to our resort. Check in went well. The grounds were so so. While we were there I saw 3 cockroaches in the lobby. Room service was o [... read more]kay. Longer wait times and they got our order wrong a couple times. Dinner options were okay. Lots of kids options and my son ate well. The steak was horrible. I had to send it back twice. First time it was full of fat and the second time I asked for it medium and it came out blue. Wait service was good. Staff were all very friendly. The best Resturant by far was the Mexican place. Lots of options and really great atmosphere. Our room was good however we had to request cleaning and drinks in the mini fridge the entirety of our trip. The beach was nice. White sand and good control of the seaweed. The pools were great too however absolutely no seating. Families go out at 6am to reserve chairs. We had one chair for the three of us. Spa was incredible. I got a facial and fell asleep. Very very relaxing. Overall it was an okay stay. Good but not great.

Dreams Onyx Resort and Spa: What a great places to relax ?

This hotel has everything anyone could ever want. Great pool side sever provided by Nelis and Ismael also Angle and Jean. They really took care of us. Our butler Nelson did a great job at taking cake of all our needs. Overall this resort is a definitely a return place.

There is a reason why this resort gets a 5 Star Rating, the resort is amazing! Can’t say enough about the experience from beginning to end! Glad I choose this resort for my Dominican Republic vacation.
