Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Great resort! Would come back.

My family and I had an amazing time at the Hyatt. The staff were all so friendly and we loved the food (especially the jerk chicken). They had tons of entertainment each day too so that kept you busy. They also let you use the kayaks and paddle boards for free which was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Hyatt Regency Waikiki: Breakfast was good

Hotel and my package were good, Air Canada delayed for 6 hours and when I asked for a blanket on the plan they told me I need to pay 7 USD.Overall the hotel and the service was good and we had a good time.

Krystal Grand Cancun: Good times

Was fun and good people working. Being all inclusive is great but bothersome with always having to sign for your drinks and meals. But fun and events always happening. A quick walk to the nightlife so no cabs needed and easy to get to off resort restaurants.

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta: Beautiful resort

I did enjoy the resort. The elevators were very slow and the rooms were great. The food was excellent. Dining at the Blaze was awesome. Oscer was our waiter and his was the best. Very attentive and so nice.

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Great Resort!

It was great however I needed more time to see the entire facility! The people were amazing hosts. I enjoyed room service very much! I was looking for seafood night but no avail. Overall it was a good!

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

Everything was perfect! The service was a highlight of this resort. Everyone is very happy and willing to help! We loved everything about this place. The separate area for Adults only was fantastic. Lots of choices and places to roam around!

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: INCREDIBLE PLACE!!!

I was so IMPRESSED with the Grand Accomodations; The Activities were fantastic, Yoga, Power boot camps , Reggae dancing, the Beach and pools were gorgeous, the drinks delicious, THE FOOD options were over the top amazing; I have already told my Mom about it; I will be going back for sure.. everything about this resort is fantastic! The staff are AMAZING and the place is so accomodating ; I felt like a princess the entire time there!

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: 5 Star all the way!

The Hyatt Zilara hotel has it all! Visited with friends and everyone agreed the food was simply incredible! Lots of fun activities, beautiful beach area...Loved it! The staff were simply the best! We all felt so welcomed! We will be back!

Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach: Excellent vacation!

This was our first trip to Hawaii and we couldn't ask for a better hotel for our budget. Our room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious and the location was great. We enjoyed the valet service and the hotel staff were all friendly and accommodating. We stayed on the third floor so we could simply walk down the hall to breakfast every day. We could easily walk up one block and take in all the sights on the strip every evening. The only thing I would change is the coffee. Hyatt Place Orlando Universal: Great place to stay!

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, nice pool, very close to Disney/Universal, good hot breakfast - overall good place to stay. I wish it had a balcony but a lot of the hotels in the area do not have balconies.

Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach: Very friendly and helpful resort

Room no.433 assigned to us was spacious and clean. Infact, sometime we could get the room cleaned in our presence. Balcony was overlooking terrace restaurant and swimming pool. Breakfast although with less variety but was sumptuous. Wind played the spoilsport for the breakfast as food particles were strewn everywhere...it appeared totally unhygienic. Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa: Great trip

We had lovely time at the Hyatt. The hotel is located right on the beach which was very convenient. The pool area is very nice but quite busy. Staff were very pleasant. However we found the resort very expensive and there were a lot of additional costs.

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Incredible Resort First Class!

The Hyatt Ziva is a wonderful resort. Incredibly helpful staff, great restaurants and first class facilities. Great pool. Beach is just okay and a bit rocky but everything else is great. It is worth the upgrade to the Club Lounge. Staff there are so helpful and kind. Housekeeping is professional and great. Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Rooms need improvement

The hotel itself seems magnificent from the outside however once inside, you quickly realize that the inside needs to be updated. The seating area has seen better days; the foam can be seen coming out from the sofas. The first room assigned to us was nothing like what we asked for; it was on the ground floor, facing the pool, we had asked for a room higher up and away from the pool, the room itself was old and smelled of mould although we asked to be placed in a room that would offer a reprieve [... read more] to an asthmatic. The paint on the wall was dirty and spotted as if they applied the primer and forgot to paint the walls. We asked for a different room and were moved to a room placed in the old buildings again however this time we were higher up still facing the pool, the room was old, the painting in need of a refresh. Room order was an other frustrating fact: each time we ordered, we were betting on what item would be missing And every single time, a food item would be missing. The cleaning staff was the greatest, the room was spotless. The food was good, the jerk shack was incredible. The beach area needs to be enlarged and they need to install more shades on the beach. Over all, it is supposed to be a five star hotel and if I were to give a five star, it would be for the staff. The hotel bets on the fact that it was a Ritz before being purchased by the Hyatt conglomerate. The pricing needs to be adjusted to the overall service provided before I recommend this hotel; in other words, lower the price until the hotel has been renovated in its entirety.

Hyatt Zilara Cancun: Terrific Resort

Hotel rooms, food and service great. Although the hotel was busy they seemed to be able to cope with it easily. Was able to book A La Carte with no problems and the buffet was good for all meals. Beach beds and loungers always available. Enjoyed playing in the ocean jumping over the waves.

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Worth Every Penny!!

My wife and I truly enjoyed out stay! Though we wished to stay and join another couple friends who were staying on the Adults Only side of this resort, there was no issue moving between the two sides of the resort. The upgrade to CLUB level was worth every penny! The service was outstanding and we felt pampered. They set up our bed with a wonderful Birthday display using flowers and champagne as it was my birthday on the Tues. The staff was very helpful and fun to deal with!!! Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Great Resort in Jamaica

We recently stayed for two weeks at the Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall and as any hotel we found great and not so great things with this hotel. Most positive that negative things, for sure!...and the small gestures described below made all the difference to us... Among the positive: - Very friendly staff - Great daycare service for the kids - Beautiful setting - Nice beach - Nice shows There were also many details that we have that we found refreshing. Just small things like: - Not having to w [... read more]orry about loosing the towels' ticket they generally give you at many other resorts they arrival day or they would charge you extra - The fact that there were not many tour agents fighting to sell you their tour, but one point of contact and no lineups - the fact that you don't need advanced reservation to go to the restaurants and you can pick and choose on the spot - The welcome lounged at the airport - The direct shuttle services to the hotel, rather than one big bus that would have you deliver 50 people to 10 different hotels before reaching your destination - But the one gesture that we welcomed the most was the fact that we did not have to deal with hotel staff harassing us to become a Hyatt member or upgrade our status in exchange for a breakfast meeting and the promise of arranging our shuttle to the airport for departure, as it happened to us in many other Caribbean destinations with other hotel brands. Among the negative: - Not enough restaurant options if you travel with kids and stay longer than a week - The bathrooms for general use, although they looked nice, they often were out of service and they smelled bad on a regular basis - Rooms facing toward the main food-court and entertainment area where often subject to very high noice levels and music volume, so if you are travelling with young kids and/or hope to go to bed before 10PM this could be a real challenge.

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta: Great Resort!

From the hotel room, grounds and the wonderful people, we had an amazing time. The beach was private where drinks were served all day. The Breeze Restaurant was by far the best restaurant on the resort, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner by the oceon. The malacon is a five minute cab ride costing only 70 pesos, which is a must see.. Can't wait too return..

Hyatt Zilara Cancun: Simply amazing

The greatest vacation ever!! This place is spectacular!! If you r looking for a first class ( everything vacation) look no further..the staff is truly amazing.. Great job, thanks for all your hard work!! We will be back!!

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta: Was fabulous

Was the best "all inclusive" ever The employees made you feel special, and the food was beyond my expectations! Will definitely go back to this resort. At no time did it feel unsafe, and no wristbands was another bonus. The rooms were very spacious.
