Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana: Best so far

An excellent week with great beach and best food so far in the many resorts I’ve been to. Minor glitch was handled quickly and appropriately. Easily met many new acquaintances from all over the US. Staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful.

Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana: A wonderful resort!

My partner and I just returned from a week’s vacation at the Jewel Palm Beach Resort. We had a wonderful time! We upgraded to the VIP club and it was worth it. We had a nice room overlooking one of the club pools and we could see the ocean. The king size bed was very comfortable. The staff we interacted with were great! Shout out to Emilio at the VIP adult pool bar. The service we received from him was “Excellente”! Also Anthony who seemed to be there for us whenever we needed something whether  [... read more]we were at the buffet or the Two Palms Grill. I would definitely recommend this resort.

Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana: Beautiful resort.

Lovely rooms with a large balcony and lots of storage. Beds were comfortable but pillows could use to be replaced. Food was excellent and beautifully presented. Lots of choice for restaurants. Buffet was terrific but only open for breakfast and lunch and for dinner it shifted over to the family side (ziva) which was noisy and really catered to kids. Most of the entertainment was shared with the ziva side. Nightly shows were at the theatre in between the two hotels. Not much entertainment  [... read more]on the Zilara side. The beach is gorgeous and huge. The water is calm as there appears to be a break wall further out.

Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya: Not what I expected

We booked this hotel for my sister’s bachelorette trip one of the factors for booking us hotel was that it was a Hyatt and Hyatt does have a good reputation. It was also an adults only resort so we thought that it would have a really good nightlife. There is no nightlife other than a Mexican show at 8 o’clock or karaoke at 10. There was nothing actually happening on the resort there was no beach party there’s no lounge with good music to drink too, and stay up so we were basically going to bed a [... read more]t 11 PM every day which was quite boring for a bachelorette, the resort itself was beautiful very well-maintained and very clean. There was never a spillage of slushy drinks on the floor and didn’t see any dishes lying around that needed to be cleaned up. The pool was clean. The beach was clean. However, the food was very disappointing. There was no real actual snack bar where you can just grab food and go sit down on your lounging chair. There was a “Lola beach snack bar” which consisted of pizza a Poké bowl a burger with very minimal fries less than a fistful. It just wasn’t like other resource that I had been to where you know you could just grab a bowl of nachos and go sit on your lounge chair, so that was quite disappointing. We were, however, provided with a hospitality room because our airport shuttle was arriving at 3 PM and we opted out of the $50 per hour late checkout fee. They gave us a hospitality room which we could book for half an hour per two people which was nicer than going to go use, shared showers like other resorts do. All in all, I would give this resort a five out of 10 especially because we were going for a bachelorette. This was an adults only resort, and I feel like this hotel did not take advantage of it being an adult only resort.

the gardens and restaurants were good.the main pool bottom was patchy and moldy.tge lazy river pool had mold along the top.my chest was covered in green when I leaned on it. the food was just okay at best. the rooms looked tired

Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana: Amazing resort

I would recommend this resort: clean, well maintained, good food, excellent service friendly respectful staff nicely maintained grounds; only drawback was it did not have full access; travelling with a walker could not access french and italian restaurants nor could I access the VIP restaurant dos palmas as the stairs and mini ramp were too steep; otherwise no complaints

Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya: BEAUTIFUL , CALM AMZING RESORT

GROUNDS ARE BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN only thing we pay alot to go to the resort !!! You have to pay for a cabana , you have to pay for a massage which I don't mind but the hotel prices are crazy ! employees are great!!! Also It's insulting when you just check in and try to sell time shares !! WE JUST WANT TO BE ON HOLIDAYS WITHOUT INTERUPTIONS

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: Nice place

Nice hotel, great service. Employees are really nice. Bedroom are nice with good mattress. Great sushi restaurant.Downside no beach and not enough seating place around the pool and general area. I would go back.

Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort and Spa: Hyatt Ziva

Rooms and resort was very clean ! Rooms were massive and clean, comfortable beds . The staff was was friendly, but I found they were lacking staff. The wait times for dinner were about 2 hours . Felt like they didn’t have enough staff for service, the staff they did have worked so hard and running around like crazy , I felt bad for them . The chair situation by the pools were a bummer cause if you didn’t wake up at 6 am to claim a spot you were screwed for the day . Oh and the beach sucked , you [... read more] couldn’t even go in , was so rocky and tons of seed weed . My 10 year old said it was the best trip ever! It’s a very family friendly resort, he really enjoyed the water park. Oh ya 1 more to add, maybe for the coffee shop you guys should set up a grab and go self serve station with coffee. I waited 30 mins in line each day for a regular cup of coffee in the morning.

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: Great Place

We stayed for 10 days at the beginning of March. The location is excellent. One block from 5th avenue. The resort was clean, staff was friendly, food was excellent whether you went to the a la carte or buffet, and the rooms were spacious. We had no problem booking a la carte restaurants. We went to the restaurants 6 out of the 10 nights. One night we did the romantic lobster dinner. Highly recommend to pick the gazebo option. We went at 6:30 which was a perfect time to watch the sun go d [... read more]own. There are only a few downfalls to this resort. One is there isn't much of a beach and you can't swim in front of the resort because of the rock. If you walk one minute down the beach there is a nice swimmable area. There are no umbrellas at the beach so no shade if you are sitting in loungers unless you can somehow chase the shade under a tree, which are few. The pool area isn't the best. One side of the pool is filled with very crowded lounge chairs and the other half of the pool has cabanas that you have to rent at a costly daily fee. Tip - the cabanas on the beach that don't have a reserved number on them are first come. No charge.

Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana: Amazing stay

Our group had the best time, the food was the best I have had and the bartenders make ever drink I asked them for. Such wonderful people, the resort was clean and the pools were lovely. Found the pillows a bit large on the beds and the matress was just ok but we were there for sun sand and great times and that's just what we got!!!!! Hopefully we will return again next year ?

Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana: Jewel Palm Beach is an amazing resort!

From our first day to our last our large group of 18 people were completley satisfied with the Jewel Palm beach resort and staff and have all decided to rebook for next year. We usually always go to different resorts, but not this time as the Jewel Palm stole our hearts. The resort grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, the workers are constinatly cleaning up the grounds and beach. The Food, no one in our group had anything bad to say about the food. We loved the Buffet and the rest [... read more]urants equally. The drinks were delish, frozen slushie drinks to the best chocolate espresso martini, you can find it all. We have already recommend to a friend and they have booked for this April. We will be returning to this resort for sure! Joanna

Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana: Girls Trip 2024!

The hotel & resort was amazing!! Staff were so friendly and helpful. The beach was clean, service on the beach was prompt & the staff were great at making suggestions & getting us what we needed or wanted. The water was calm, peaceful, clear & warm. I cannot wait to visit again!

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall Montego Bay

My husband and I just got back from this amazing resort in Montego Bay and what a wonderful place. A true 5 star with a private beach, many options for dining and the pools and gardens are gorgeous. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. We will definitely go back

Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana: Magnifico

Not a thing to complain about. We were upgraded as soon as we got in. The food was terrific everywhere! The service was excellent. The grounds are spotless and the beach was a Punta Cana beach. The weather was 89 degrees Fahrenheit and sunny every day... Pretty boring?

REVISION - please repost - My family and I would NOT return to this resort. During a family stay March 4-11, 2024, we enjoyed the resort to the best of our ability. That said, our flight was delayed a couple of times and the transportation from the airport to the resort took quite awhile - arriving 6+ hours after our original time. We were noted at reception as 'no shows' and had no rooms assigned!!! That took another good hour to get this resolved - finally in our rooms at 6 am and this wit [... read more]h a 6 and 14 year old exhausted children. The food was okay, nothing spectacular and often cold by the time it arrived to the a la carte table. The house wines were fine; no need to purchase overly priced bottles. The bar staff were okay but more attentive if a US Dollar was flashed :-( For beach lovers - this is not the resort for you. There is very little beach left and the water was not inviting - I'm a beach lover and playing in the sea/ocean - not once did I feel like getting wet. Lounge chairs are hard to find; good luck with that. My family and I would NOT return to this resort. A couple of suggestions for The Hyatt: 1) install drying lines on the balconies; there is plenty of room to do so 2) try and stop very early morning lounge chairs being taken with towels and nobody showing up for hours 3) add more lounge chairs and sun covers

From the moment we arrived to the moment that we left , we were thoroughly impressed!! Beautiful room, friendly staff, great food and a beautiful beach! We are looking forward to returning some day!

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Fantastic Resort- especially for kids

We had the best trip to Hyatt Ziva. This resort had unbelievable food options, and many restaurants had a kids menu which was so appreciated. The pools were beautiful and very clean. The service was stellar. Can’t wait to go back.
