Riu Playa Blanca: Very clean resort!
We found the hotel to be very clean and the staff was very friendly. On a down side they did not fill the bar fridge often enough leaving us short on water and pop. Overall a very nice experience. Very nice well taken care of grounds.

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: Great location beautiful beach
Most of the staff was extraordinary, tu te friends well mainyained except should not spray that bug spray during the day do at night when people are sleeping. Garbage and Bund should be next to each other for dropping off dishes after eating. Bathroom a are a little far from the beach Should have huts or umbrella to get shade on beach Toilet bowl really badly placed behind the bathroom door There should be a better means of transoortation from airport to hotel small airplane helicopter [... read more]

Riu Palace Aquarelle: Riu Palace Aquarelle Jamaica
The hotel is located approximately 35 minutes from the Montego Bay Airport. The property is relatively new, the rooms are attractive, and most offer at least a partial sea view, if not a full one. However, the check‑in experience was disappointing, as the staff were not particularly welcoming. Food: The buffet provides an excellent variety of options for all three meals, and we were consistently satisfied. A noteworthy detail: Thursday is lobster night, and the lobsters are large and delic [... read more]
Riu Palace Mexico: brilliant hotel
could do with elevators at the pool side area up to the rooms as there are a lot of older people who struggle up the stairs and more toilets especially near beach its a long walk to the dining room washroom
Riu Flamingos: Had a wonderful time
Had a wonderful stay at the Riu Jalisco. Would go back any time. Staff was great, the beach was clean, the room was always cleaned, overall service was very good. Preferred the Japanese restaurant of all.
Riu Palace Pacifico: Great resort
The food was excellent and the beach was fantastic! You could walk for miles both sides of the resort. We did ask for a quiet room and then last minute for a partial ocean view. We were apparently upgraded to that but wouldn't call it an upgrade. We couldn't get to the full deck on the first floor and the view was more of a construction site and couldn't see much of the ocean. We still would return to the resort though as it was very clean, friendly staff and didn't spend much time in the room [... read more]
Riu Latino: Wonderful resort
The food was fantastic, great friendly service. The staff always remembered us. The hotel was beautiful. Great view, room always cleaned before lunch. Comfortable, quiet. The grounds were beautiful, the staff were always tending to it. The entertainment group was fantastic. Aquafit was my favourite! Highly recommend this resort!!
Riu Republica: I will not return
I had a very disappointing experience at the hotel’s spa, where I felt I was treated in an unprofessional and discourteous manner by the receptionist. I reported this incident to the general manager; however, I did not receive any acknowledgment or apology in response, which was particularly disappointing. On a positive note, the food was generally of good quality and offered a wide variety. That said, a few of the restaurants appeared to be mismanaged, with long and, in my view, unnecessary [... read more]
Riu Palace Pacifico: Beautiful Vacation Spot
My daughter and I certainly had a wonderful time. The grounds were lovely The bedroom was comfortable and spacious. The food at the daily buffet was all anyone could ask for. A great array of food. We also tried the steak and lobster at the steak restaurant. The Mexican restaurant was very good. We loved the Crystal restaurant as well. The last night we went to the Asian restaurant for a nice meal. The entertainment at night was a little lacking but we heard the light show was terrific at the J [... read more]

Riu Latino: Amazing resort
Hotel was very clean, location was perfect not too far from airport. Staff were very friendly and Helpful. They were always on the go. Never seen any of them just standing around. Atmosphere and food was truly amazing. Will definitely be going back this resort and would recommend
Riu Santa Fe: Amazing Experience at Riu Santa Fe
My brother and I had an amazing experience at Riu Santa Fe. From the Airport to the resort and back, everything was very well organized for us. The resort was very clean, friendly staff, great food, and very fun with lots to do. It was a great balance of fun for young college adults, as well as for families that enjoy good vibes. I would recommend this all inclusive to anyone who want a fun experience in Mexico.
Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Really nice Resort!!!
Rooms were very clean and loved the bathtub when you need to relax, especially for moms or kids (to calm them down). We used the dining rooms quite a lot during our 10 days, but also the common kitchen area, which was without complaints. We used the pool a lot during our stay as the beach was full of sargassum. In the morning, it was fine as they cleaned the beach, but then it's back up again. We went in anyway, soaking our feet and taking pictures. But what we liked the most was definitely the [... read more]
Riu Palace Peninsula: Great stay
Our family of six spent a week here over March break. Things we loved: staff, that it was easy going (not fussy about the small things), enough or almost enough chairs, the food was great… probably our family’s fave buffet ever, and we go to a lot of resorts, drinks, it was clean,..sand & water are nice. Towels are a cute colour. The path out front is great! I like that the gym is open 24/7 (even though I didn’t like the gym). Rooms were always cleaned nicely. Things that were fine: rooms, [... read more]
Riu Flamingos: Amazing vacation
The Reno’s are great lots of room everywhere you can always find a spot to hang out around the pools or the beach shade is an issue on the beach till the trees palm out but for $20 u can get an umbrella for the day The food is fantastic at the buffet as well as the steak house and the Italian service was great everywhere and the app is great if you need coffee beer or soda for your room they are on it right away And thank you tripcentral for the calls before and after our vacation to Mak [... read more]
Riu Republica: Horrible experience
My stay at Riu Republica Punta Cana was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property is not being properly maintained. The grounds felt neglected, with visible wear and a lack of cleanliness in several areas. The room itself was in poor condition—outdated, not properly cleaned, and in need of significant upkeep. Basic standards of comfort and hygiene were not met. I am convinced there were bed bugs. The public areas were eq [... read more]
Riu Palace Macao: GOOD RESORT BUT BOOKED WRONG 2 WEES.....
HOTEL FULL OF 20 OR LESS YEAR OLDS WHO RUINED THINGS FOR MANY REPEAT CUSTOMERS WHO WERE LOOKING FOR REST AND RELAXATION. BEACH BAR MILES SEEMED FROM THE LOUNGES ON THE BEACH. OUR ROOM WAS OVERLOOKING THE LOADING DOCK OF THE HOTEL NEXT DOOR. TRACTOR TRAILERS IN AND OUT AT ALL HOURS OF DAY AND NIGHT SO OUR BALCONY WAS NO REFUGE FROM THE DRUNK KIDS !!!!
Riu Palace Antillas: Awesome Resort
Well kept hotel Buffet and restaurants served awesome food Nightly entertainment was awesome, although did not care for the Karaoke night. Nor did the other guests given attendance was minimal. Easy access to downtown Walking distance to shops to the west.
