Excellence Punta Cana: excelencia

When we arrived at the resort Excellence Punta Cana, we were treated like royalty, served a nice, cool champagne and our luggage taken straight to our room. The check in process was brief and complete and we really appreciated that given that we were tired after a delay and a long flight. The following 5 days were heavenly - beautiful, clean beaches, blue, genuine, unwavering service, clear water, very comfortable and clean room, delicious choice of a la carte meal options at delightful restaur [... read more]ants. Excellence Punta Cana: Excellent resort

The hotel was spotless, our room was very clean, the food was fantastic , the staff very friendly and helpful. The beach was also cleaned daily-seaweed etc. Overall an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this resort!!!

Excellence Punta Cana: Wonderful 5 star resort.

Had a great time at Excellence Punta Cana. The friendliest staff we have ever had in many years of travelling. We have been to many of the Sandals Resorts and this was every bit as nice and even better then some. Food was good, many dining options and liked that we did not have to reserve to get into restaurants. Top brand alcohol and wine. My husband liked the sports bar to watch his game and enjoy wings and pizza. My favourite was the French restaurant. We definitely come back here again.Lot [... read more]s of pools to sit buy or at the long stretch of beach, all with padded loungers. Only downside was that you couldn't swim in the ocean as strong undertow. If looking for waterspouts, best to book elsewhere.

Excellence Oyster Bay: Setting a high bar

From jump, we knew we were in for a singular experience. The resort is on a secluded peninsula, with beautiful views of both land and sea. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The food was varied and delicious, with little overlap between restaurant menus. We had minor problems with some construction noise and restocking of our mini bar, but the staff was, as always, friendly and responsive. Highly recommended.

Excellence Oyster Bay: Loved it all!

We really enjoyed our stay at Excellence Oyster Bay! The resort was beautiful, the staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. We fell in love with the jerk sauce. Order a pizza at Oregano with a side of jerk sauce and thank me later. We’re really glad we did a beach house, we loved our room and it gave us access to the entire resort, including the villa area. I can see how not being a part of the Excellence club might make the resort feel a bit small but for us it was the p [... read more]erfect size. We also had a great beach right out front of our patio. We had a lot of fun at Spice for the teppanyaki. The wine for purchase in the restaurants was better than any other I’ve seen at an all inclusive. We also visited the spa quite a few times which we really enjoyed. This was definitely the vacation we were looking for. Something relaxed where we felt pampered and could unwind.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Excellent resort

Awesome everything from service to food. Would definitely recommend. Would definitely return. The grounds were well kept the entertainment was excellent. We ate at most of the restaurants and enjoyed.

Best resort I have ever stayed at. Right from greeting at the front door to the amazing rooms pools food beach and service I have never been more amazed at such a great resort. The atmosphere and the service and the people were amazing.

Great resort with large comfortable rooms. Pools and beach were excellent. Food was good and we had a gluten free person and everybody was quite accommodating. Gym was very well equipped and super clean.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Beautiful resort!

Gorgeous grounds and great food! Great concept with the pool spread all over. Bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb Just ok entertainment at night but that’s pretty normal. Price wasn’t cheap but value was ok. Would go again.

Excellence Punta Cana: Excellents Punta Cana

Just returned from our 12th trip to all inclusive Excellents.Punta Cana. The service and quality of food and accommodations is still A1. We did notice a smaller number of guests this year. Staff said it was possibly due to the trouble that one resort had earlier in the year. Since we have visited many times the staff remembered us and went out of their to make our stay all that more enjoyable, spoke to a number of first time guest and they all said they would revisit. We will visit again next ye [... read more]ar, but wii increase our stay from 10 days to 2 weeks. If you are looking for a great holiday, give this resort a try, you won’t be sorry.

Excellence El Carmen: Another fantastic time

This was our second visit to the resort in a year. Loved it even more this time. The staff are great - everyone has a smile on their face. The entertainment crew is fantastic and always full of energy. The rooms are spacious and cleaned twice daily. The resort is spotless with beutiful grounds. We never had to wait for a drink or to be seated in any restaurant. There is a great selection of meals at every restaurant. I love the option of going for breakfast buffet or to the Lobster house [... read more] for a served breakfast. We will be returning to this resort again!

Excellence Punta Cana: Amazing Vacation!

Everything from the room, pools, food, staff and service was fantastic. Padded double loungers were awesome to relax on. The pool was wonderful. Beds were so comfy and room service was excellent!! Breakfast and lunch buffets were so great with so many fresh options. The a la carts dinners were all fantastic. We didn’t have a bad meal al week. The tenderloin at The Grill was perfect! We met so many people who return year after year and now we understand why.

Excellence Punta Cana: Wonderful resort!

The grounds are very well manicured at this hotel and the rooms are very large. We had an ocean view suite and it had a fantastic view with a wraparound deck. The food was great in all of the restaurants although the lobster was a bit overcooked at The Lobster House. The staff work very hard especially Ariel who is a waiter at the pool. He was very attentive and always quick to fill our drink order. Just would have thought that a resort of this calibre would be serving great mixed drinks. We will definitely be returning for the rooms, lovely beach, service and food.

Excellence Riviera Cancun: Top notch!! The best resort to stay at!!

Excellence resort is absolutely a gem. The grounds are beautiful and clean the pools and the lazy river pool are amazing. Service is above and beyond. All the restaurants and buffet were delicious something for everyone. Nightly entertainment was great!

Excellence El Carmen: Amazing resort!!

The resort was outstanding! Everything was so clean and well kept. The food & service were both great! We were there for our honeymoon and they took such great care of us. We highly recommend this resort and will definitely be going back.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Terrific service and food with a resort atmosphere

I have been to several adult only resorts in Mayan and this is the best. ( Valentin Imperial, Secrets Marina and Iberostar Grand Paraiso to name a few). The service and food was phenomenal. It didn't matter if you are at the a la carte buffet, beach, or room service the food was amazing. The French Restaurant was the best... French onion soup and filet mignon. The Aroma coffee shop had delicious desserts, sandwhiches,handmade icecream, fruit and juices. The only negative was the mosquitoes which was not the resorts fault. The resort did everything they could to get rid of them. I would definitely return to this resort.

Excellence El Carmen: Absolutely stunning resort

This was really one of the best resorts i have been over the years of travel to different places in the Caribbean. The restaurant choice was the first time that had such a different selection, that i did not have the time to visit one of them. Rooms were EXCELLENT, so were the staff etc. We had an amazing time and i will definitely not hesitate to now always pick the Excellence resorts.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Great resort for food and rest!

Great place for good food and to rest quietly… Could improve on animation (shows and animation by the pool). Rooms, pools and surroundings are spotless and very well maintained by staff who take a lot of pride in their work.

Excellence Oyster Bay: Amazing Resort - we will be back.

The resort has some growing pains however even when we were there it was getting better each day. The views are spectacular and the staff are friendly and accommodating. There were some hiccups with the restaurants however they want you to communicate that so they can improve. I highly recommend this resort. The staff at spice Arlene the manager and Kerida were the absolute best and so was Akeem from Zenith. See you next year!
