Amazing Resort!

This resort was absolutely amazing. I have traveled to mexico more than 10 times, and this was absolutely one of the best resorts I've been to. The property is perfectly kept, the staff is amazing, food is out of this world, the main pool is incredible, and the beach has an awesome setup! I went with a group of 26 and we all agree on our experience. The resort is huge, but not big enough that we couldn't find each other everyday. We never had a problem saving seats at pool, or eating together at [... read more] large tables. The buffet is honestly one of the best buffet setups I've experienced. They change the menu everyday, keeping the staple items & it was awesome. I usually get sick as I have a sensitive stomach, but I didn't have an upset stomach at all this year (which says a lot). The main pool is where we spent most of the time and its awesome. The bartenders were beyond friendly & make great drinks! There are also bars everywhere so no shortage of drinks! The entertainment staff was incredible, very friendly & put on great shows every night. They could have done more activities during the day at the pool, but we kept ourselves entertained so not a big deal. The only real complaint I have would be the checking in process. Its quite slow & we had some members from our group have issues (some had to wait 2-3 hours for rooms to become available,) but everything was eventually resolved & they were very apologetic for any problems had throughout the week. This is a great resort for all ages, especially families with young children due to the water park, and lots of other areas designated for children! Awesome place & can't wait to go back!

Iberostar Lindo - Great Resort

Iberostar Lindo is an excellent resort. Grounds are well maintained, staff are friendly and helpful, a choice of pools, entertainment and restaurants. Management and staff go out of their way to ensure guests have an excellent vacation. This was our 6th trip to the Lindo and will likely go again. Our only complaint was the return shuttle from the hotel to Cancun airport was organized by Sunquest. The shuttle van was too small for the number of people being transported and I felt the travel [... read more] conditions were not safe. Other than this one small drawback the holiday was perfect.

Great family vacation!

My husband and I and our 7 year old son spent the week of Nov 25th at the Paraiso Lindo and were very impressed by the grounds, beautifully landscaped. The room was clean but could use some updating. The best part for us about this resort was the Kids Club. Our son didn't spend a lot of time there because he mainly wanted to swim in the main pool with us but because they had a very detailed schedule of activities that were happening for specific age groups throughout the day, he could pick and c [... read more]hoose which activities he wanted to do. The kids also got to perform in a show each night if they wanted to. The staff at the kids club were great, so good with the kids. Buffet was ok, lots to eat if you're ok with being a little adventurous. I found it a little annoying that when we would go to the buffet, that the staff would be quite pushy in trying to get you to sit in their section. (they learn very quickly who the 'tippers' are) Overall, great resort and we would go back.

Home Away From Home!!!

12th trip to the Iberostar property. I am never disappointed!! It's great to see familiar faces and enjoy all that these properties have to offer. If I had anything negative to say it's that it's very hard not to gain a few pounds with so many wonderful option of places to eat!!

Very nice resort

Iberostar Paraiso Lindo is lovely. The food, grounds are lovely, staff are extremely helpful. However, the superior standard room was a disappointment. There were 3 adults in this booking. Our agent thought the superior room was a larger room. However, that was not the case. The resort told us that the "superior" was due to the ideal central location, not a room upgrade. The room was an older basic room. We needed a repairman for the safe and the door lock. We also had the coffee bar a [... read more]rea sprayed for very tiny bugs. Recommend the hotel but get a room "upgrade" I enjoyed the gym, and surprised by the superior quality of the gym classes. Their staff were obviously very knowledgeable and experienced trainers. We wanted to use the spa facilities, but ran out of time. Lots to offer there, but pricey. Also the entertainment staff were wonderful, especially Moises. The evening shows were superior, as well as the daily activities.

Outstanding resort

There were four persons in our party and we all agreed that this resort was one of the best we have stayed in. This was our first time at an Iberostar Resort, and plan to make it one of our regular locations (I assume the others are just as great). Although it rained a few times, we still had a tremendous time - there was so much to do - the beach was amazing but even more so, we lost count of all the pools and the water features throughout - we applaud the architects / designers etc.for such an appealing plan...We were in Rooms 5269 and 5273, and our housekeeping staff (Frances) was outstanding - our rooms were always impeccable. I want to especially congratulate and thank the 2 concierge at our building - Julie and Karen - always cheerful, very professional, friendly and extremely helpful (what a joy to be greeted by such pleasant ladies who obviously loved what they were doing and made us feel welcomed and cared for. Julie even called a pharmacy off the resort to get some medication for me - they did not have it on site - had it delivered and brought to me ---thank you, thank you. The entire resort was fantastic, but Julie and Karen went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay memorable and enjoyable - and because of them, we plan to return as soon as we can. Our thanks as well to all the staff at the resort - obviously well trained, organized, friendly and helpful.. Amazing place

I’ve travelled for 20 yrs at least two times a year some times three ! I have to say hands down beautiful resort food amazing and drinks staff had the best experience I will be back to that resort ! I’ve told all my friend ! I had the best time ! Will be back with a group this time ! Over all hands down best resort I’ve ever been too !

Lots to do!!

Just came back from a week vacation at the Iberostar Paraiso Lindo. The resort was beautiful and felt luxurious. There were lots to do for our family (2 kids ages 5,7). We spent a lot of time going from lazy river, pool, wave pool and water playground. We also visited the lazy river at del mar. People working at the resort were very friendly and helpful. Never felt any pressure to tip.

Beautiful.resort

When entering the resort it is visually beatuifil. Check in was fast and friendly. The room was very nice comfortable bed and great shower. The steak.house and.Italian alcarte were great we upgraded to star prestige which was very nice. For.us the only down side for this property was way to many kids. From.here on in its adults only for.us. Shout out to.Raul our concierge he was fantastic

Had an Amazing Time!

This hotel and resort were amazing! It was clean, the grounds were stunning, the staff were incredible, the food and selection were delicious and the room was gorgeous! As this was my first ever vacation, the only negative thing I have to say is that I wish I had done my research to find a resort that had pools opened past 6:00. That was a little disappointing, but not the resort's fault at all!

Something for everyone

We enjoyed our stay at Iberostar!!! We stayed 10 days in April 2017 The resort is HUGE, so it literally has something for everyone. The staff was first rate!! Everyone from cleaning staff to the night lobby staff went out of their way to help and always with a smile! Good food!? Wow.. GREAT food! and first class service at every restaurant and the buffets! This place cost a little more but wow they deliver a first class vacation!

Amazing resort

We went for the second time to paraiso lindo and enjoyed it as much as the first time. Employees went out of their way to make us feel pampered and meet our wishes. Resort is clean, food is good and the snack bar at the beach came in handy when we didn't want to go up to the restaurants to eat. Ice cream is always available around the resort. It's a beautiful resort overall and would definitely go back there.

Fantastic!

Beautiful resort, beach to die for, multiple salt water pools, amazing food and service, fun show's every night. Only 30 minutes from the Cancun airport. This is one to book for your next family vacation.

Amazing family resort

I highly recommend this hotel for families, Food was great, and lots of stuff to do with the kiddies super pleased with this hotel and will absolutely go back. The service was great there was a concierge at every other building which made making dinner reservations easy easy. loved that/

Great Resort!

This is my 3rd time to this resort. Food was excellent, went to the Buffet for dinner twice, Steak House, Italion, Japanese and the taco bar at the shopping area. All very good. Staff are friendly, room was nice. Pools are big and awesome and the beach is nice with nice waves for playing in. You get served drinks on the beach!! The nightly entertainment is mostly exceptional for a resort. The only downside was we went during the American spring break and there were a lot of teens.. it was  [... read more]quite busy with people, so next time will not go at end of March. This resort is also located 1/2 way between Cancun and Play Del Carmen if you want to do some excursions!

Grand Resort !!!

The grounds are extensive....but kept very clean,. Never a shortage of things to do, or just veg out on the beach. The food is awesome and there are lots of restaurants to choose from. The shows are amazing. We had a room right next to the beach and the sunshine was great.

Great getaway

Excellent resort. Clean, great service, beach and pool areas were perfect. Not to far from the airport. Food was very good. Came home relaxed. Evening entertainment was good, but not great. Not enough for 18 to 21 year olds.

Fantastic hotel

Great food, particularly the Steak and Gourmet restaurants. Great beach (comparable to Varadero or Punta Cana). Fantastic pools. Great service. Excellent entertainment. Very kid friendly. Highly recommended!

Tropical and elegance all in one package

We've never had a more wonderful vacation. The resort had the feel of the tropics but was so elegant wuth its marble walkways and tigerwood walkways. The water features in the evening were so beautiful. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. It was evident they wanted to make sure you were enjoying yourself. The food was amazing. First time returning to a resort ...so worth it

We visited here 3/4 years ago and it was so good we decided to return to the same resort which is a first for (we usually try a new place every vacation which is 2x a year). Iberostar is def taking their guests whole vacation experience seriously as they have improved the food and night shows. The only improvement left would be pillows and mattresses ;)
