Butterfly Beach Hotel: Solid 3 star hotel

Hotel is a solid 3 star hotel for those who are on a budget. It is a clean, friendly, well run hotel. There is a nice coffee shop across the street and a good grocery store within a 10 minute walk. The Oceanview rooms are a good size and offer lovely balconies with spectacular views. There are no sun loungers offered on the beach so you have to drag them yourself down from the pool. Sandals Royal Barbados: Sandals Royal Barbados

Overall nice resort, friendly hospitality, a lot of amenities with adjoining Sandals Barbados. Ample loungers around pools & beach at any time of day. Twenty restaurants on site. Staff too busy to justify club concierge upgrade costs. Many cellular antennas / IT equipment on site and surrounding area that may interfere with sleeping depending on room location and sensitivity.

Sandals Barbados: Would Highly Recommend

This resort was absolutely amazing and impeccably clean. Meals are 5 star. Staff were super friendly. In terms of Covid 19 they are very cautious. Masks are required where you eat and hand sanitization mandatory.

Divi Southwinds Beach Resort: Loved the location

Very happy with the Divi. Just what we were looking for. One bedroom apartment with kitchen. Lovely pool. Numerous restaurants,bar and grocery store just outside of hotel grounds. Beach very nice but rough waters. I would suggest upgrading to pool view rooms.

Sandals Barbados: Mediocre older sandals

Older bathrooms in guest rooms, not much happening entertainment wise, first morning security rang our doorbell at 6am and barged in screaming security only to say oh sorry wrong room, when I reported the incident to manager they said security would contact me, never did

The Sands Barbados: Amazing trip

Very clean friendly small hotel. Beach was beautiful and water warm . Turtles right out front to the left of the resort most mornings. Always plenty of sun beds. Food was excellent quality. If you want 100’s of things to choose from this is not the hotel for you. Always a nice selection of food and well presented. Room saver rooms are small but very clean and comfortable , if you want a balcony and water view pay for it. We loved the small hotel vibe. Sandals Barbados: Christmas in Barbados

Just returned from this resort after spending Christmas there. The Merry Monkey English Pub was the best place for service by far. The staff there was amazing. Especially Jack & Joy!!! Beach/sand is beautiful! The water is a beautiful turquoise blue/green. Water was rough every day so we couldn’t snorkel. It would be more like an ocean view room, as a huge pool and restaurant separate the building from the ocean. This was disappointing as we feel like we didn’t get what we paid for. The Sky Lounge is a must see. Your pre-departure PCR test with quick test results is part of your all-inclusive package . That was a nice perk. COVID protocols were pretty good. They enforced mask wearing. A lot of the wall-mounted hand sanitizer dispensers were empty, but there were lots bottles of hand sanitizer on the bars. It would have been nice if they had someone enforcing social distancing when lining up for restaurants. The person/s behind you were uncomfortably close at times. We had a great time and absolutely loved the beach. Although it was nice to experience another country, our next Sandals vacation will be Sandals Grenada again.

Sandals Barbados: Outstanding Resort

We had one week at the Sandals in Barbados and enjoyed every moment. The resort grounds and pools were fantastic and clean. We loved the white sand beach on the South Caribbean Sea and the food was exceptional at every restaurant. The staff was attentive and friendly. We appreciated the strict Covid protocols that were in place and felt safe. The resort went beyond by ensuring we had our PCR tests done in good time for our return trip home. Highly recommend!

Sandals Royal Barbados: Sandals Barbados - Very Good COVID protocols

We spent a week at Royal Barbados and the cleaning protocols and mask wearing requirements were very good. Staff were constantly cleaning touch points and all staff were wearing masks and some wore gloves. Guests were asked to wear masks around the resort also. It was windy the week we were there so the beach wasn’t as pleasant and the waves were rough. The restaurants eee hood and each guest had to sanitize before they went in. Of note - Some of the bar staff and others were not as friendly as you would expect from at a Sandals. Perhaps it’s the stress of working in COVID times - I don’t know. We have been to 10 Sandals. Jamaica SouthCoast still ranks number 1 with us. Royal Barbados is beautiful we felt safe and it was very clean but some of the staff weren’t inviting. Good trip - enjoyable week

Sandals Barbados: Perfect Resort

If you have already been to a Sandals this one keeps up with all the things that Sandals does right. Clean rooms, great staff, amazing food. The resort had a ton of fun things to do and entertainment every night. COVID rules are still in place. Sanitizing hands when entering restaurants and wearing masks is mandatory. Walking outside things are a bit looser, but masks are expected still. We were there on the 1 august until the 8 As for my comments on the resort the personal is very nice ,the room are clean the foods is average not a 5 stars most of the restaurant were closed Du to the COVID they kept it limited Still some construction going on they should tell they’re clientele especially The resort is pricy for what they are offering most of my travelling is in 5 stars Don’t mind paying but I expect more for resort that advertise what they cannot delivered

Starfish Discovery Bay: Excellent Resort!

This resort is in a great location away from the big city feel. You fell relaxed as soon as you walk in. The staff are friendly and the food quality was excellent! Many guests we met were return guests who had been coming to this same location for 3 or more years...some 20 years! That speaks volumes. It is unfortunate that the resort will be replaced with a 5 star resort starting in April. The charm of this place could not be replicated.

Accra Beach Hotel and Spa: Perfect hotel in a perfect location!

Hotel is situated on beautiful Rockley Beach. Caribbean is clean and warm. Great to wade into. Beach staff very helpful. None of that annoying loud music blaring. Enjoyed the sun, the water, and walk along the beach and Boardwalk. Hotel is clean, staff are helpful, 3 bars to serve your needs. We didn't go all inclusive, nor did we eat at the hotel. Accra Beach Hotel and Spa: Had a very nice time there. Location, beach and pool are great.

Have stayed here three times and unfortunately do not plan to again. It has fallen to a three star. The bar tender at the pool was great and so were the waiters at breakfast. Had to ask for face clothes each day, The ice machines were broken and my sister and I who are both diabetics came to lunch at 11.30 and when we asked for lunch their response was that lunch was served at noon. Even though we explained we needed to eat now. Had to leave hotel to get something to eat. There should be a place [... read more] open all day so that one may get something to eat in a emergency.

Bougainvillea Beach Resort: Beautiful resort

Resort is in a great location on a beautiful beach. Lush grounds, and great pools. The lighting around the resort in the evening is really lovely. Resort in the evening is quiet and there is often some entertainment until 10pm.The food is pretty average and somewhat expensive, but to be fair, food in Barbados is generally expensive. The staff at the resort are friendly. Overall a lovely tranquil resort. Suitable for an older crowd.

Turtle Beach Barbados a Tribute Port: Great resort

We really enjoyed our stay at Turtle Beach Resort. The beach was beautiful, the ocean amazingly turquoise and super warm. The weather was perfect. The resort was really nice and kept very clean. The staff were constantly cleaning the building and grounds. The staff were extremely accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. You never had to worry about finding one and if you couldn't, one of the beach staff would drag one over for you and then bring you drinks or popsicles. Super service. Great holiday. Loved Barbados! Felt very safe.

Time Out Hotel Barbados: Barbados vacation

This hotel was a great place to stay. The restaurant and bar Amigos always had great entertainment and food was good. They were also very accommodating to the Timeout guests. Other restaurants close by are good as well. Right across the street from an amazing Dover beach with fabulous sunsets. There is a convenient Dover market for buying your own drinks and food. The hotel provides a microwave and toaster in the lobby.

The Sands Barbados: Amazing times in beautiful Barbados

The beach was everything I expected and more. The people were exceptional. The rooms were clean. The food was great. The drinks were strong. We were updated to a studio loft which was with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and 2 floors. The only thing was that we were only able to use one washroom and one bedroom, but the view from the balcony was amazing. It is an all inclusive resort. My only real complaint was at breakfast, you had to enter a time for lunch and dinner. I am not particularly great with having a schedule on vacation. The location is in walking distance to Accra Beach and The Gap. It felt safe to walk.

Blue Horizon: Blue Horizon

We have stayed at the Blue Horizon before and enjoyed it. It is clean, well maintained, and the staff are friendly. It is close to the beach, stores, restaurants and he board walk. The restaurant is ample although it is not clear or explained what is included in the continental breakfast package. The waitresses seem not happy and seem to bring down the mood.
