Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Great staff do your research before going

This resort has a lot of entertainment but no place to just quietly enjoy the beach. Constant and loud music all day everywhere. No swimming allowed at the beach so think carefully about what you are looking for. We booked an adult only experience - this resort certainly is not. Will never use Air Canada vacations again. They were not honest.

Krystal Grand Los Cabos: Not bad, not great

The hotel was good, the staff were excellent, especially Pedro, Angel, and Julian around the adult pool! Overall I had higher expectations, the buffet was mediocre, to be expected I guess. New Year’s Eve was a let down, all restaurants shut down except the buffet, where we had to sit with 6 other people, or The Grill, which we would have had to pay $320 USD to be served at that night, couldn’t even get a drink after the pool bars closed without a long walk to the lobby. Ended up ordering a p [... read more]izza and walking to the OXXO for a pack of beer, happy new year! At least we had a private setting in our room. For my first trip to Mexico I will say it was enjoyable but not worth the cost. I can travel to Florida or California today for the same time and half the cost with a car rental, won’t be able to drink or eat the difference that’s for sure. Sorry Mexico, I won’t come back unless I see value for my money.

Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos: Wonderful staff

The Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos was probably my favourite of the 30 odd some resorts I've been to. I cannot say enough about the staff, from the maids who come by at various times of the day to ensure you have whatever you need, to the restaurant staff, who remember your drink preference and in a few cases, even our names. The check in and check out of the hotel were by far the smoothest I've ever had. I would for sure recommend this place

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: 2nd time and still fantastic,

My husband and I just spent a great week at the RIU Palace and the staff was amazing, the hotel is extremely clean and the food was pretty good. This location is not safe to swim at the ocean but the pools are very nice. Excursions are expensive but we went into town for$20 round trip by water taxi. Had a look at the RIU Baja and might try that next time as it’s a bit more modern. Would suggest NOT booking through Sunwing as they have the worst rooms at the resort and the flights are brutal. Eve [... read more]n paid extra for Elite but still tight and extra for a private transfer which was 30 minutes late and the Sunwing staff are awful. Book this hotel through another provider and it will be a great trip.

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Amazing resort!

Just returned from a 7 day vacation at Hyatt Ziva in Los Cabos with family and we cannot say enough wonderful things about this resort. From the incredible staff & service, breath taking views, amazing food & dining experiences, spectacular pools and rooms. This resort has it all and we will definitely be back!

Riu Santa Fe: the RIU Sante Fe was a good resort

The grounds were well kept and clean the staff were very friendly the buffet food was fairly good with daily variations this resort is mostly a party resort, not really meant for young families and the elderly

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Great, well run all inclusive resort

Had a great time at this resort week of May19-26. Check in was quick and enjoyed the facilities right away! Drinks are good, not watered down and loved the reusable cups Riu provided! Best bartender was Paul by the pool, lobby and theatre! He was very attentive, never not having an empty glass. The resort is very clean, always someone washing floors, sweeping, cleaning the tile floors around the pool. Tons of staff! Keep up the good work Riu!

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Beautiful Resort

The Riu Palace Los Cabos is a great resort! We were greeted from the moment we arrived by our Sunwing Rep. when we arrived at the hotel we received a refreshment and felt very welcomed by everyone we interacted with. The people working at the resort were friendly and very accommodating! The weather was perfect! The company was great and the drinks were cold and the food was fabulous! Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Amazing Resort

Review of Riu The Riu Palace facilities and property were all clean and beautifully kept on a beautiful ocean front property. The staff were always smiling and friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing and plentiful. The pools were beautifully kept and the staff engaged the guests in games, fun and activities by the pool side. Overall it was a great way to spend a relaxing vacation by the ocean.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Great small resort!

First, Jen at tripcentral was amazing. It's a small resort, very clean and well kept and the staff, all of them, are the best and very attentive. I read reviews saying it's old and in need of a renovation. I didn't tho k so, it's quiet and quant. Also, you can step outside and be in the town, which is nice. Beach is absolutely stunning, but you can't swim in it. The food is great too, don't e pect lobster, your not payo g that kinda price... it's good, nice selection and well presented. It wo [... read more]uld be nice if they put a few drinks in the room fridge... but the don't provide anything but water... no towel cards, just take what you need and when. We liked it and would go back.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Perfect Resort

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find it was very clean and perfectly manicured landscaping. It was small and that is what we were looking for. The food and drinks were great, and the servers and room cleaning staff were excellent and very attentive. We spent 7 days from April 20 to the 27th and there was nothing but blue skies! We would recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for laid back and relaxing fun.

Riu Palace Baja California: Amazing resort

Excellent resort, very clean, food was excellent. Service was great. Had a problem with our safe twice. They took care of right away. Would go to this resort again. Weather was awesome, a little windy at night and cool. Put it this the desert.

Riu Palace Baja California: Beautiful Resort

The hotel was exceptional. Choice of food was also fantastic. The room was very roomy and clean with a very large and comfortable bed. The servers in the restaurants and buffet areas were excellent.i would highly recommend this location and a short cab ride into town to Cabo Wabo was well worth it.

Riu Santa Fe: Excellent

It is very large Hotel is very large. We were in building 7 (only section with elevators). Make sure you ask for a room closer to front of hotel as there are Riu parties happening 4 days out of 7, with 2 being at night, they are very, very loud. Of course you get the drunk people coming after parties which you can hear up and down hallways. Rooms were large and comfortable, very clean, no issues. There are a number of pools, 2 of which with swim up bars are adults only. Pools kept clean.  [... read more]The bar staff, is exceptional, Carlos was the best. The food at all restaurants is good, go early so you do not have to wait. Entertainment was lacking, kids entertainment was annoying night after night. Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Fantastic resort 2nd stay there

We cannot say enough about how clean the resort is. The staff are all very friendly helpful and seem to be smiling all the time. Our daily room staff, Sarah, was beyond lovely. As was Oscar at Mar de Cortez restaurant. There is a lack of evening events at the hotel, they are all now at the sister hotel next door, catering to a party crowd, it was disappointing not to have any events right on site if you weren't up to a rave. There has been a lot of improvement with keeping vendors from  [... read more]the ocean front view, good work on that. I look forward to seeing how this huge hotel chain follows up on their promise to look after the feral kittens now on site. They were not there 1 1/2 years ago. Spay/neuter/vaccinate and then adopt is what was discussed when I stayed and loudly broached my concerns for their well being. The views are breathtaking, the scenery, lands end, and of course the sunrises and sunsets have to be seen to be truly believed. There was always a variety of fresh food to choose from even for a vegetarian! The room service menu however could use a revamping. There is now a huge Walmart and Costco across the highway as well as the beautiful town of Los Cabos itself. For anything you may need. (Beware the taxis) We walked to Los Cabos marina and town along the beach which was really enjoyable and the entire stretch of Beach was very clean and safe. Overall the hotel does an excellent job of helping us feel relaxed, taken care of and on vacation. That's what it's all about after all. I would 100% go back but only if there was some entertainment on site without having to go to the party hotel. It was not well advertised that events were next door

Posada Real Los Cabos: Super friendly

The hotel is a little dated, the rooms are clean the beds comfortable cleaning services are excellent. Overall a clean small resort the gardens pool and beach areas are spotless and maintained. The reason wea have been back four times however is the exceptional service consistent throughout all the wonderful and friendly staff. It's not for you if you're looking for a party place

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Absolutely Wonderful Resort!

The food was amazing, service was excellent, the resort was very clean and the staff were constantly keeping it clean. Bar service was great and the selection of beverages was extraordinary. The beach was great to walk on, but due to the waves/surf, you could not swim. Scuba Caribe day trip to the Cabo Arch and Lover's Beach was excellent and very affordable. Overall, 10/10!

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Close to Perfect

Riu Palace is immaculately clean. The staff take pride in their Jobs in all departments. Always smiling. Was also here in October 2022 & it WAS Perfect. They have moved most evening events next door to the Santa Fe. Way younger crowd & "dancing" sure isn't what it used to be. All food is phenomenal & choices galore! Totally go back again & again. Nice, clean resort. Friendly people working hard in the resort. You can find many different programs. You can choose from excellent dishes. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Our two weeks here were very pleasant. We will definitely come back to this resort
