Beautiful Resort

Beautiful resort, great service, excellent food, clean rooms. The staff is always ready to help you with any of your needs. The only thing negative, the resort is very isolated and in my opinion the hotel should provide transportation for the different tows around, even for a fee, it gets extremely expensive to take a taxi to go anywhere. Besides that EXCELLENT!

Treated like Royalyu

Beautifully situated right on the Ocean, surrounded by a Golf course, with everything/everybody needed to make your vacation perfect! My only recommendation, every room is exactly the same, other than the view, we were upgraded to the Jr Suite Ocean walkout, room 3003, other than our room having a walk out to the beach, patio with loungers, chairs, etc, protected by a surf wall, the room was the same size as others. By definition, a Jr. Suite should be larger. Fantastic Resort with amazing food and activities!

This is the most modern up-to-date resort I have ever visited...eg. WIFI everywhere - rooms, restaurants, pool areas, all included. Extremely clean and well kept. The pool area is clean with plenty of chairs and shade and the beach also has lots of chairs and umbrellas with help to put them where you wish to sit. Resort where my dreams came true!

I can' t say enough positive things about this resort. The rooms were ALWAYS up to par, the staff always ready to serve and very friendly, the food and dinning experiences were the best I've ever experienced and being there with the CHFI crew is one I will never forget. The resort was the setting for Ms Erin Davis to make a dream of mine come true. Thank you Air Transat for getting me there and back without a hitch.

Relaxing Paradise

This was our second stay with this resort. It is truly a wonderful place to be. The staff treated us very well, the food is great, the buffet has more selections than I could sample in our time there. The beach is peaceful, lots of entertainment at night, we were very happy there and will return.

Amazing trip!

Best trip of my life. What a beautiful wonderful resort. The people are so nice, The grounds are so well kept. The rooms are gorgeous, very clean. Food is absolutely delicious! Breakfast, lunch, dinner dessert to die for! I loved every second of my trip!

RELAXING YET FUN

Everything was great about this resort. Staff were very polite and friendly. The entertainment staff were excellent. Night shows were very well done. You could lie around the pool all day or keep busy following the activity schedule.

Beautiful Resort!!!!

The resort was beautiful! The food and staff were excellent!! The beach is very choppy and stoney, as is expected in a bay, but there were always plenty of comfortable lounge chairs available by the pool. The only negative comments ~ We were disappointed in how we were treated with our a la carte reservation, and were told restaurants were booked up though they were never full and found out too late you could just show up for a table without reservations. Also we found it very unusual that when  [... read more]booking our excursion they did not include transportation and we had to cover the cost of our own taxi to and from?? This we have NEVER run into before!

This is an amazing resort !! The food is great, grounds are well kept, hotel staff are the best around. had a great time will be back for sure !!! pools very clean, service around pool was great . lots of activities if you wanted to do something staff were fun & easy to get along with !! go there you will not be disappointed !!

Very beautiful resort!

Amazing resort. However,the beach had a lot of pebbles and had extremely high waves. So did not get to swim in the ocean. Restaurants were good with a variety of food at the buffet. A lot of chairs so always got one no matter what time of day! Always had activities going on. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Great stay!

Hotel was spacious and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. Activities were fun and lively. Food was varied and enjoyable. Really enjoyed our stay, would return.

Fabulous Resort

Very clean, from the grounds to the public washrooms. rooms are comfortable but can be a little on the damp side. Staff are friendly and most speak English fluently. I would highly recommend this resort!!!!

Amazing Everything Resort

Very impressed with it all. The grounds are spectacular. Entertainment is Excellent. Rooms are nice cozy. Food is great. Staff are friendly & helpful. Beach and pools are clean. Lots of Shade/sun seating.

Beautiful and Amazing Resort!!!

My husband and I spent 7 nights and it was ****Amazing****. The view from our room was spectacular, the food was delicious (I am very particular and picky about my food), the entire resort was kept extremely clean - always someone around cleaning something somewhere. The service was great!! All the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. There were activities for everyone of all ages - from kids to seniors. Although it is a hugh resort, it never seem crowded in any particular area. You can [... read more] always find a quite spot to relax and read a book or take a nap. The only annoyance were those black birds!!

Relaxing Vacation

We were there from Jan 10 - Jan 17, 2015. The grounds are very well maintained. The pool area was great. Food was very good. Rooms were very clean and nice. Beds were comfy for a hotel. The beach was awesome. Big waves but still able to enjoy the water. Loved the sound of the surf. Actually could see whales jumping from the beach one day. Just incredible. The only negative is Ait Transat. Worst airline I have ever flown. Seats ridiculously tiny and I am not a big guy. Bad service as well. I know [... read more] this has nothing to do with the resort. If possible fly another airline. The resort is worth it though.

Simple.. It was amazing!

The only thing I can say that it negative is that the food could be warmer. Other than that the food was great and so was the variety. The activities was ongoing and FUN! The staff would only ask you to join there was no coaxing . If you want to relax NO problem but a can tell you the fun is none ending. I would so return to this resort and bring friends along for the adventure!

Excellent Time!

We loved all the restaurants and the buffet was always enjoyed. This hotel was top notch and all the staff were warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone thinking of visiting Mexico. Hola!

Beautiful & Amazing Resort

First, I would recommend this Resort to anyone, because the place is clean and beautiful. The staff at the resort were very friendly & pleasant. The food & service was great, but would not recommend the Steak House. When you needed something, you only had to tell the front desk & it's there when you get back to your room. The only thing I would say, is to ask for a room with a tub, because the shower glass is to short & the water leaks all over the floor. Aleex & the rest of the entertainment staff were great, they had most everyone participating in every event. Daniell from Tripcentral was great & very helpful.

Fantastic resort

Very relaxing. Quiet. Exceptionally clean. Beautiful grounds. Delicious food. Fabulous pool. Attentive staff. Wonderful spa. Great amenities and activities for both adults and children. Lovely beach to enjoy the ocean.

Amazing and great for wheelchair accessibility

This property is gorgeous with an unbelievable layout with an endless pool and a roof top overlooking the beach. This is ideal for travellers with physical limitations to admire the ocean at the same time enjoy a Margarita. The staff is attentive and all fine details of a chocolate placed on top of your pillow each night made me feel welcome. The hotel is exceptionally clean and everyone welcomed us with open arms.
