Couples Swept Away: Fantastic resort

Grounds were very well kept. Beach was amazing. All inclusive snorkeling etc. was great. Best fitness centre I have seen on any vacation. Outstanding! rated a 4 star probably because it is not user friendly tor people with disabilities. No elevators and wheelchair access so that could be a problem for some people.. Dining at all restaurants was great. Resort was full so only got into the 2 specialty restaurants once.

Couples Sans Souci: amazing resort

We loved this resort - 3rd time visit! A lot of stairs but we love to walk. The pool areas are the best. The beach isn't great for long walks, we walked the grounds more. All the staff are fantastic!

Couples Negril: Great Resort

The resort was clean but does need a bit of paint here and there. It is not big but perfect for our vacation needs. The rooms were clean and well kept. The room given to us at first was ok but to busy. We asked to relocate which they did. Thank you so much.This was a huge game changer for us as we enjoyed sitting on the patio at night and watch the beautiful sun sets and listen to the local venue. The food was good. Couples Negril: Best resort ever

We will continue to make this a yearly trip. Great food, accommodation, staff, beaches and environment This is the first resort we have gone to more than once. Now nothing compares so as much as we’ve tried, we haven’t been able to find a match anywhere

Couples Tower Isle: Awsome wedding / honeymoon

The resort was by far one the best stay that I have stayed in. I have been traveling for nearly 20 years. This was our 2 wedding the staff made memorable in our every day stay there . weather was beautiful . restaurant where very flavourfull .

Couples Tower Isle: Great staff. Great food

Loved 8 rivers restaurant dined there 3 times. Didn't care for the Fusion restaurant. My wifes lobster was overcooked and food was too spicy even when asking for mild. Staff were great in all areas including the garden staff that answered all our questions regarding local flora and fauna. It was also nice not to carry around a bunch of cash because there not allowed to accept tips, and we tried. Room had a bit of a musty smell so they upgraded us. She really seemed to enjoy her job. We realized afterwards that they had a different themed buffet everyday so next time we'll try it more often, but there is so much to choose from you can't try everything in 7 days, but we tried.

Couples Sans Souci: Lush garden setting amazing

This hotel is set into the side of mountain. Each of the walk up 3 level buildings are at different areas on side of mountain. Lush gardens conceal the elevations. There are plenty of stairs between elevations. If you have ambulatory issues you may not be able to enjoy this resort to it's fullest. There are hidden mineral grotto and hot tubs and quiet zones. There is a mineral pool. Private beach. Food was amazing and beautifully plated. My only complaint is that there was no buffet for dinner  [... read more]so you had to a la carte every night with sit down service. We got back late one night and all food services had ended. Grill didn't open till 11 pm. We had crashed before that.Our suite was ocean front with absolutely beautiful views. Staff were polite courteous and loved to show off their work place. I will be back this place is so totally different from others. It used to be a mineral spa.

Couples Negril: Resort was great

Our first impresion was disappointed with the front desk. It looked like a effort to be there. After that things improved greatly and the rest of the staff made up for the front desk, beach was great with all the sand.

Great beach, friendly staff, great food and many guests have stayed there before(repeaters). Entertainment was amazing at the piano bar, thanks Donovan, an hour wasn’t long enough. Security keeps an eye on you! Snorkelling and sunset cruise included with your stay, lots of water sports, paddle boarding and hobbie cats to take sailing with staff of on your own.

Couples Tower Isle: Exceptional resort

We chose this resort as not only for a holiday but for our wedding as well. They went above and beyond. The resort itself beautiful and private, yet plenty around to do if you want to do excursions. The staff and service were phenomenal. The food was amazing and plenty of restaurants to chose from. The grounds are beautiful....from front ocean view to the back garden area. A big thank you to the spa whom did my hair,make-up and complimentary massages. Definately returning in the future.

Couples Sans Souci: Can’t wait to go back!!

This is the third time we have visited Couples San Souci and it definitely won’t be our last. The grounds and views are breathtaking. The staff are the kindest, most hospitable people we have ever come across while on vacation. Our meals have always been top-notch. I can’t think of a single negative when I think of Couples San Souci - all I can think about is when we can go back. I’m missing it already.

Couples Swept Away: Nice Resort for busybodies

Vacationing is expensive so I want others to get the facts. Trip from airport is 90min. Check in is uneventful but courteous. The food was fantastic even though food selection tends to be better at many other resorts. The staff were very friendly and provided exceptional service. The public beach is beautiful with plenty of chairs. Lots of vendors walking the beach but not overbearing. Only have 2 very small pools by restaurants including 1 small swim up bar. You have free access to all the w [... read more]ater toys like paddle boats, sail boats, cayaks, catamaran.. Nice added feature of a tennis academy, 8-lap pool and lounge area across the street. Entertainment was good with mostly singing acts at buffets. The VERY BAD- No sleep since many of the rooms are by the road. You can hear the busy traffic. If your closer to the ocean, you can hear the waves slam all night. Either bring ear plugs or White Noise App to help somewhat. If you love the water activities and like access to a very nice fitness area across the street, while accepting less sleep, this resort is for you. There are many other resorts out there that can provide me a better experience for less money but I’m still glad I stayed here (once).

Couples Sans Souci: Wonderful romantic resort

This resort was everything I was hoping for. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and wanted to go somewhere special. Couples Sans Souci has beautiful grounds with lots of stone stairs and romantic places to walk. No mosquitoes or insects at all despite the lush tropical vegetation. We stayed in one of the beachfront rooms (block A) and our room was beautiful and newly renovated. The beach was quite small but clean and there were always loungers available in the shade (my preference [... read more]) or sun (my husband’s preference). What really set this resort apart for us was the service - it was fantastic. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved their no tipping policy - no need to bring your wallet with you anywhere on the resort (unless you chose spa services). This policy was one of the main reasons I chose this resort. There was a mix up with our room when we arrived, and it was handled immediately and to our satisfaction by the front desk staff and management. We met so many nice people at this resort. Many of them are repeat customers which says a lot.

Couples Swept Away: Superlative!

Superb resort from every point of view: accommodation, food, beach, facilities, programs. What is most unique is the all-inclusive sports, including tennis lessons, sailing lessons, scuba, and the like. This is the ideal resort for the active couple who doesn't just want to laze by the beach and drink alcoholic drinks...

Couples Negril: Outstanding property

Loved the layout of the resort. Everything easy to get to. The staff were amazing. Weren’t to happy with the change of flight time’s in both directions. Otherwise had a great vacation. The beach was our favourite water was always very clean and warm

My husband and I have never been able to take a vacation so after 25 years, we decided to treat ourselves and it was absolutely amazing!!! The resort was immaculate, the views were breathtaking, the food was fantastic and plentiful but most of all, the staff were definitely by far the main reason we had such a great time. Couples Tower Isle: Amazing resort, friendly staff

We absolutely loved this resort!! Only 220 rooms. No line-ups for anything! Food was great, staff were very acommodating. The nude sunbathing island was definitely our favorite part of this resort. No more tan lines. The fact that there is so much included is also a huge bonus. Trips to Dunn's River Falls, catamaran, glass bottom boat, water-skiing, knee boarding, all included. Couples Tower Isle: Great staff. Great food

We had a problem with a mildew odor in our room. I know it happens in the tropics, so they moved and upgraded us. The only difference we could see was a better ocean view and no odor. We didn't seem to have any control of the temperature in the room, you could adjust the thermostat but it never seemed to shut off causing some cold mornings. We never addressed the problem with the hotel so im not blaming them we just wanted to relax in the heat outsde and enjoy our trip. I've never had better ser [... read more]vice and food anywhere and the fact the staff are not allowed to take tips (we tried) makes it that much more relaxing. I would highly recommend this place.
