Universal's Endless Summer - Surfside Inn and Suites: Amazing Resort

Loved the comfy beds it was sleeping on a cloud. We got the two bedroom suite with the kitchenette and loved having it. The hotel was so pretty and roomy and it felt like a home for the week we stayed.

Beautiful. Staff were excellent. Resort was great. Colours of interior of the building was warm and inviting. Food was the best. Easy accessible to other stores. Walking distance. Shuttle busses were appreciated with small children. I wouldn’t change a thing. Thanks for such a wonderful stay. Skyler, Ryland and Patsy Corbiere.

Universal's Endless Summer - Surfside Inn and Suites: Parking is Expensive Food isn't great

Tripcentral & Sunwing forget to tell you that there is a $150.00 (CAD) parking charge. Had I known about this extra charge, I wouldn't have bothered getting a flight / hotel / car package. The food is boring, and not very good at this hotel. The pool is nice. The bar had good drinks but very expensive. $14.00 for a cocktail.

Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort: Awesome resort

Large family resort. Lots to do. Great bus connections to universal. Pool and lazy river are the best. Always seems to have special events for all ages. Walking distance to Volcano bay water park. Tons of options for the entire family.

Vacation Homes: Wasn't the best but was ok

We stayed at Alexander Florida vacation homes and the home was so out dated and the community felt unsafe. None of our neighbours had their yards upkept and some had boards on their windows, garbage in their yards. My sister in law came to visit and her shorts ruint bc of the old spray painted outdoor chairs. I got pinched from 1 chair. The bed was so bent out of shape it made my back so sore. The sofas and carpets needed a good steam clean. They were supposed to be off white with floral designs [... read more] but were brownnin most spots. The dogs were non stop barking all around the property. The neighbours played loud music. It wasn't in a gated community. Only the 3 small burners worked on the stove. We had to pick up the key approx. 45 minutes from the house. We had to pay for wifi. The crib and highchair were so outdated and so unsafe (probably from the 70's or 80's). The so called closed in pool had holes in the screen where lizards and a cochoroach were daily visitors. I wouldn't recommend this vacation home to anyone. But the good things about the house it had a washer and dryer, starter package of food and a pool.

Disney All Star Music Resorts: Fantastic family fun vacation

The resort is beautiful and very well kept! A lot of fun activities and things to do! Our room was perfect for sleeping, we didn’t spend a lot of time there because we were so busy. The only downside was the food - I found the options on the resort to be ok, but not a lot of healthy options beside the fresh fruit that was available. Aside from that - the staff has been very help and kind and the transportation has been amazing to and from the resorts!

Ramada Gateway Hotel Kissimmee: Very close to all the Disney parks

Hotel very close to the Disney parks, we stayed in the deluxe tower which looks newer and more quiet area, but for sure the hotel needs some renovation, the room are clean but it looks old. The staff are friendly

Thank you Carol for every thing. We had a fantastic time in Orlando. Not one bad thing to say about our trip. Everything worked out perfectly and everyone treated us so well. Will definitely be booking our next trip through you. Thanks again from all of us

Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort: Great resort

Loved the lazy river, good variety of food, very clean hotel with ample towels in room and by pools. Thought the common space was always kept too cold. Loved the shuttle bus to Uneversal parks and the short distance to the parks. There was always something fun to do.

Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort: Cabana Bay Resort

Facilities was adequate. Carpet in the room needs to be clean for it has a retained wet smell. Food in the restaurant was pretty much the same everyday. Bus service is very convenient going to Universal Citiwalk and theme parks.

Disney Pop Century: Amazing Resort

The hotel and staff were fantastic! Food was deliciouse, great variety, always more than enough. We would recommend anyone with young children to stay at Pop Century or any Disney resort. The onsite busses were quick and easy way of transportation to all the Disney parks....excellent job Disney!

Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista: Awesome resort

Happy I didn’t listen to reviews, it was a great hotel , the staff is super accommodating and we were very happy with our stay which was 9 days so close to Disney springs it was one of the best trips I’ve had thank you !!

Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort: Wonderful hotel

The Disney Caribbean Resort was beautiful. The grounds were gorgeous and the room was immaculate. The staff went above and beyond and averted a potential mishap to the end of our vacation when I forgot to empty the contents of the safe in our room which contained our passports and valuables! We were on the bus headed to the airport when I received a phone call on my cell alerting me to the situation. The staff at the resort told me to not panic and they hand delivered my items to the WestJet [... read more] terminal at the airport! Talk about service! I couldn’t believe it...they totally saved our vacation!

Delta Hotels Orlando Celebration: Convenient location with decent shuttle service

The rooms were slightly dated but the hotel is going through a full renovation which seems to be going smoothly great for family slide for kids good security. Shuttle service was good And friendly responsive staff

Sheraton Vistana Village: Beautiful Resort

We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo with our 2 kids and there was definitely plenty of room. The stocked kitchen was a nice touch, we just went and bought a few groceries and were able to make meals if we wanted. The onsite bbq's were a bonus which got some use as well. The location was perfect....within 20 minutes to all the parks and only 5 minutes to SeaWorld. The restaurants was excellent with good service. Westgate Town Center Resort and Spa: Awesome resort

Had a good time. Room was the best room I’ve ever stayed in on a vacation. The washer/dryer was a huge plus! Staff was great. Tour for timeshare was required but you get. $75 Visa card so hey. No big

Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista: Awesome Value!

Hotel room was clean. The bed was comfy. The AC was a bit noisy but worked well. The pool was clean and very warm. Location is fantastic. Tons of food and close to Disney Springs and all the parks. Service was excellent at check in. Very friendly. Will definitely return for another family vacation. For the price, I can't complain at all.

The Grove: Awesome place

The Hotel was beautiful we actually received a room upgrade, the watermark was perfect for my 8 year old granddaughter she loved it, the only down I must say I didn’t really like the pizza Or the buffet breakfast a bit downscaled for such an upscaled hotel like The Grove. I would definitely suggest stepping it up been to Florida often and the buffet breakfasts where I’ve been and the pizza were much better. Overall, pretty exquisite place, would need more shuttle time also, other places I’ [... read more]ve stayed every 15 minutes, the night now came back at 9 or 9:30 when the fireworks start at 9 at Disney not practical. The Resort did not have my reservation when I arrived and graciously offered me an upgrade.

Holiday Inn at Universal: Below average

Front desk service is good, the room is fine bedsheets was not tuck in properly, the bathroom was not clean enough especially the bathtub as soon as you step in you can feel in your feet the dried soap and dirt that stick sorround inside the tub. But the thing i really mind most is their cleaners doesnt have consideration to their guess my room beside the staff room. everytime they go in to that room they always bang the door so loud that sometimes i got startled when im taking a nap.

Disney Port Orleans: Needs some improvement

I decided on this resort as they are the only ones to have royal princess themed rooms and my daughter is all about Disney princesses. I didn’t realize how far it was from magic kingdom and the bus service can be inconsistent depending on the time of day. The food was subpar at best. Pools were great. Rooms clean Would stay closer to Magic kingdom next visit.
