MGM Grand: MGM GRAND LAS VEGAS

Overall good, room was studio king, not huge, no view, smoking inside casino is not good. Buffet for breakfast was way too expensive. $40 US per person seems high for breakfast. Needs a shuttle to pick up & drop off at airport

MGM Grand: Decent resort

The original room that myself and my girlfriend were booked was horrible. Our view was of just a wall on the 7th floor and we couldn’t see a single building. We booked with another group and fully expected to be on the same floor as them and as close as possible. Somehow they were given a strip view from the 23rd floor and we were stuck with a wall on the 7th, several minutes of travel and waiting away from our friends. After speaking with the front desk the following day after arrival, they w [... read more]ere able to book us a new room on the 21st floor with strip view, but I had to pay for the upgrade. Other than that hiccup at the start of the trip, everything else was amazing. I can’t wait to come back and explore the rest of the strip and have a great time.

MGM Grand: Really solid hotel!

Hotel location is excellent, not being restricted by the strips traffic while also having a fantastic view of the airport. Good rooms, good casino features, solid food court. Only gripe I have is being charged to use the supplied mini fridge, I mean come on, you’re already charging resort fees daily ! 4.5/5

Circa Resort and Casino: Great Fremont Stay

The hotel itself is almost brand-new, so it's so gorgeous and well-maintained. The check-in experience was quick and easy (and so smart to have the Bell Desk right next to the check-in counter). Our room was great - very spacious and beautifully decorated with a super comfy bed and giant TV. The bathroom had 2 vanities and a giant shower which was awesome. The only downside would be that our room faced Stadium Swim which was great when we wanted to see how busy it was, but the music starts from [... read more] 8am and goes to 11pm and you CAN hear the bass in the room, but a pair of earplugs does the trick. Otherwise, I will definitely be back!

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas: Good experience, except for the number of times had to get a key

Overall Virgin was a great hotel to stay in. Lots of selection for food in the area and inside the premises. Only issue was in 4 days I had to get 5 key cards and at one time the person in the desk kept on repeating they are "very sensitive". Poor customer service, especially after I explained that I have kept the key inside the card, in my pocket and tried to keep it in a safe place, yet it kept on failing.

Treasure Island: It was a good resort.

We were assigned a two queen bedroom. As we did not want to pay for an upgrade. The room was clean, they supplied bathroom amenities. Our room was cleaned daily and all towels were replaced as needed. I did find the bath towels to be small and thin. Digital safe and mini fridge came in handy.The pool area was Ok however you were not allowed to bring in any drinks water or alcohol. That was disappointing. The restaurants in this hotel were OK. Overall I would give this hotel 3.5/5

Sahara Las Vegas: Ok resort

Nothing special. Very few slot machines and the smell of cigarette smoke was disgusting. Maids were friendly, Bell Hop Very friendly too. Front registration desk no so friendly. They were happy to take our resort fee, asked if we wanted a room upgrade for an additional $20.00 per night when we said no to that. Next thing is a $300.00 deposit?? I ask what us this for. Answer was damages to the room. They wouldn't take cash, only wanted a credit card or debit card. The monies would com [... read more]e off immediately?? Never heard of this. I've heard that they hold your card until check out. When we said we don't own a credit card and my debit card would be used for parking when we returned home. The desk clerk pretty much said she can't help us. Even though we had traveled a long way to get there. I asked to speak to the manager... she told the manager what was going on ge pretty much told us we'll you can't stay here!!! So Cecil spoke to him and eventually he agreed to a $100.00 deposit which is American so it actually was $164.00 . We weren't getting any hand towels so I asked the maid she said I don't have any I have to request them needless to say we never got them. Two days later ask another maid she gave them to me so not sure why they were so hard to get. One evening we went to Chickees and Pete service was horrible as was the food and the price. The Mexican restaurant at the hotel was delicious and well worth the price.

Sahara Las Vegas: Okay resort

This hotel was in a great location great access to Freemomt experience aswell as the strip. Room and hotel very clean, however the staff is almost impossible to get help. When i i did get ahold of staff they were rude. I did get a manager at the end who compensated me for my concerns. That turned things around at the end. Some of the Pools were closed and ones open had no towels or bar. Random people came up to the pool and were stealing from guests aswell as swimming in the pool with clothes o [... read more]n. I believe they were homeless. The food at uno mas was dry and felt like it was sitting for awhile. This was disappointing.

Bellagio: Beautiful Resort

Most beautiful Hotel in terrific location. Our room was wonderful with view of the strip. Housekeeping was not the best and missed 1 day entirely. We were well taken care of and would definitely return.

MGM Grand: Very nice

The staff was very nice and accomplished us very well. Our room was clean and we liked it. The food/restaurants were sooo expensive it was crazy. The air purification in the casino was horrible The smoke was really Bad. That would be something to work on. It would help considerably Otherwise will stay again

Aria Resort: Top notch resort!

Absolutely loved this hotel! It had a brighter, happier air than other Vegas resorts we’ve stayed at, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier and more accommodating. The pool was clean and we always found chairs in the shade. If we hadn’t had such a busy itinerary, we’d have been happy to spend all our time at the Aria. The Patisserie on Casino level was our favourite stop!

The Cosmopolitan: Best Vegas Hotel

Beautiful Hotel. Amazing location. Tons of food options and bars. Room fully stocked. Beautiful 2 pools with views and beautiful decor. Check in takes a little while due to the demand of people for this resort. Room Service is decently priced. Highly recommend booking at Superfrico and checking out their speak easies.

Flamingo Las Vegas: poor customer service

the hotel grounds and amenities were great, nice room but the resort fees, check in and service level were gouge, terrible. Check in was under Terry not Sylvie causing a very long wait and frustration. not enough staff at hotel to help people. very very poor check in. No human interaction was very disgusting.

Bellagio: Nice resort

Well tough to give a good review when there systems were under a cyber attack during our stay which makes things very inconvenient. We paid to stay at bellagio but had to go to other hotels to play the slots.check in took forever and lineups for all restaurants were very long

Vdara Hotel: Breath of Fresh Air

My husband and I stayed at the Vdara for 4 nights. We primarily chose this non smoking non gaming hotel due to my husband having asthma and not being able to tolerate smoke well. This hotel was a breath of fresh air. So fresh and clean and well managed. When we went out for the day we really looked forward to coming back to this hotel. It was calm and quiet and no chaos whatsoever. We virtually left the madness of Vegas behind us as we stepped through the front doors. It was well located in  [... read more]City Centre. Very convenient walk thru to the Bellagio. They are constructing a walkway to the Cosmopolitan which will be complete soon. That will make getting to that hotel and the Vegas strip much easier. Rooms are all suites with kitchenettes and even full kitchens. Lovely bathrooms with soaker tubs and walk in showers and some of the best views of Vegas and the Bellagio Fountains. Our king bed was very comfortable as were the array of pillows we had to chose from. We arrived at the hotel about 1pm. Elizabeth a lovely front desk rep. offered us a fountain view studio suite which we paid for on the 27th floor right than and there or a suite on the 53rd floor but she couldnt guarantee when that would be available. We waited for the 53rd floor for about an hour and a half. We walked to Bellagio and had a drink in the Vise Versa lounge while we waited. The wait was soooooo worth it. We had a SPECTACULAR VIEW of the Bellagio Fountains. We were given a Parlour Suite. Elizabeth made our entire vacation. Staff at this hotel were all so very helpful and very nice. Their Market Cafe was well managed, quite reasonable and had a little bit of everything that you might need. We would stay at this hotel in a heartbeat if ever venturing to Vegas again. Loved the peace and tranquility of the hotel yet close to everything. Well done Vdara.

Caesars Palace: Great location

Physically this hotel is beautiful. The rooms and surrounding shared areas were always clean. The staff were friendly, informative and always ready to help whenever you had a question or looked lost! You could easily spend an entire day or two in this hotel. There is so much to see and do here.

MGM Grand: Carol Mack (agent) - Las Vegas - MGM Grand Hotel, Air Canada

I called this company that books packages to Las Vegas, perhaps other locations as well, and I dealt with a Carol Mack, booking agent. She was terrific for the start. I really appreciated her professionalism and flexibility. She creatively found me a flight and hotel for Las Vegas and was responsive to my questions and issues. I was able to call and email her with a timely correspondence back from her. Everything went as planned and I would not hesitate to use her services again. Mark

The Venetian Resort: What a breath taking resort!

This is the most incredible place I have ever stayed. It’s beautiful beyond words. You have to see it to believe it. Very clean, rooms are large, ours had two queen beds, a sofa, two TVs, a small dinette and a gorgeous bathroom Colette with bathtub, walk in shower. A seperate area with the toilet and double sinks. As for the rest of the hotel it was massive, lots of dining and shopping areas. The design and decor were very opulent. Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino: waste of Money

the hotel was clean enough but they charged for Every! Single! thing! i have been to a lot of places but this was the first time i had to pay for water in a hotel, also the staff were very rude. there is no restaurant in the hotel as well, just a small cafe with some decent over priced food Scam alert: the gift package they try to give you is a huge scam, dont get fooled with the gifts they say they will give you, there are so many restrictions on them that its not worth it. also for some rea [... read more]son you have to give them your credit card information before even being qualified for the package and since i refused, they very rudely told me im not qualified and just told me to go get my $40 deposit back. why they needed my credit card information for a 90 min presentation is beyond me

Bellagio: Nice time

The Bellagio Hotel was always top notch. Alas it is starting to look a little tired. Rooms seemed lack lustre and the fixtures in the elevators were filled with dead bugs. The shower area did not drain properly but the bed was comfortable. The MGM may be our next choice as it is smoke free and has a lovely Italian inspired food court.
