Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana: Resort was ok

Hotel was out of date. The service wasnt great. Took them 3 days to replace my broken phone. Wifi wasnt free which agent told us it was. We paid 50 a person and the wifi didnt work in our room. The hotel looked run down from other dreams resort I've been too.

Dreams Riviera Cancun: Resort is a Beautiful place..

Hotel very nice.. Grounds are nice.. Food good.. They only thing I didn't like they try to sell you vacation package to this Hotel and there sister's Hotel.. Which I didn't like.. They said we will have breakfast together and disguse the hotel packages.. No Thank-You..

Dreams Riviera Cancun: Great Resort

Stayed at Dreams Riviera Cancun from August 1-8. It was a great resort. Checkin: extremely easy and quick. Welcomed us with a cold towel and champagne. The lobby is amazing! Be wary of the VIP SERVICES. They are really selling time shares in exchange for resort credits which are confusing to use as you cannot use all of them I'm one place. Steaks were [... read more] always tender but sometimes the food was salty. The Japanese restaurant food is overrated and doused in soy sauce. But overall good food. No reservations requires other than the Japanese restaurant and no wristbands. Rooms: clean and ac worked well. Awkward bathroom with no privacy. We were in room 1111 which was a ground floor with partial ocean view. The room smelled moldy and damp a little but if u open the door for a bit the problem went away. They were cleaned everyday and you received an itinerary every night. Only stocked with coronas and no liqueur but stocked everyday. ServiCe: excellent! They say yes to everything and super nice! Treated like royalty! Vibe: too many kids if ur not with any. They took over the pools. Especially thE swim up bar. They shouldn't be allowed in the infinity pool with the bar. Beach; too much seaweed even though they tried to clean it up everyday. People reserved seats and took more towels they needed which meant the resort ran out at times. People even took some for the following day. Sometimes workers would removed towels from chairs if u ask them to find you a seat in the shade. There is no real night life and the resort isn't near anything so be prepared to relax. Many weddings everyday! And the resort is small so at times it seems like half the resort is unavailable. Overall excellent Experience for families.

Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya: Friend's wedding

We went to Dreams Puerto Aventuras for a friends wedding. The wedding was spectacular. Would we go to this resort again? No...It was a very family friendly resort, so lots of kids, activities for the kids etc. Very noisy, crowded beach, the sand seemed like it was trucked in, dirty... Slow service in restaurants and for drinks. Dreams Riviera Cancun: BEST WAY TO SPEND A FAMILY VACATION!!!

The resort was super clean had amazing service the food was exceptional the place overall was the best place to visit if your looking to spend some time in Mexico !!! Water was so blue !!! Needless to say I definitely will be back to vacation here, the staff were also so friendly

Dreams Riviera Cancun: WOW!!!

awesome. Just don't buy anything from the venders that come to the resort!!!!I bought a "one of a kind" ring and the exact ring was at the Cancun airport for less than 1/2 the price!!!!! Other than that........great!

Dreams Huatulco: Lovely Vacation

My husband and I travelled with our 15 year old daughter and 18 year old son, and found the hotel wonderful. We usually travel 4.5 to 5.0 star hotels in the Caribbean, and found that this was lovely, but not one of the best we have been to. Honestly thought for a Dreams property that some standards would be higher. The food was good, staff very pleasant, especially the staff serving drinks around the pool. Did find it was often difficult to get four lounge chairs together after breakfast, and ne [... read more]ver did get four together at the beach during our entire week-long stay. Rooms were clean and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Town was quite small, but enjoyed our day out seeing the sites and eating locally, although kids would have preferred to stay at the hotel. Didn't get a chance to do tours or watersports as our daughter broke her ankle two weeks before we left :( Huatulco was a lovely change from Mayan Riviera/Cancun/Puerto Vallarta - stunning views.

Dreams Riviera Cancun: Mixed feelings...not a 5 star

Hotel is nice, grounds are clean & staff are wonderful. We sought out Carlos' service area at the pool, he's amazing and always smiling. However, attention is required with food which is rather bland with little variety. Dirty room service trays from other rooms left out for hours. We paid for an oceanview room which was limited at best and we opted to pay even more to upgrade a few days in to our trip. Transition to new room was challenging though.

Dreams Huatulco: wonderful vacation

hotel was impeccably clean, very friendly staff, amazing views overlooking Tangoluka bay. You could not ask for better weather. It was sunny and hot every day. The resort is nicely situated on the calmer side of the bay, with a gentle breeze blowing most days. Food and beverages were top notch.

Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana: Clean Resort Friendly Staff

The hotel is well maintained and there are good dining options. We did not have the ungraded room and it was great except the beds. The only other issue was there wasn't enough loungers to keep out of the sun. That's a same as the rest was perfect.

Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana: Loved the entertainment!

My wife and I had a fantastic time in the Dominican. We were celebrating my birthday and we were treated like a king and queen. If you have the option to upgrade to the elite section of the resort, do so because that is where the best restaurant is. The reservation restaurants were much better than the al a cart. The rooms were beautiful, the service was fantastic and the report was fun. Great entertainment and a wonderful beach. What more can you ask for?

Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana: Fabulous Resort

Dreams Palm Beach was the first all inclusive that I have been to and it was everything that I had hoped for and more. My daughter came with me and she has been to many other resorts and she said she would go back with her friends! The staff couldn't do enough for us, especially Gasolina! The resort is not huge so get to know many of the staff. The food at the ala carte restaurants was excellent especially the Japanese one. Going back next time with my husband!

Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa: Fine

We were very impressed. Grounds were extremely well groomed and the staff could not do enough for you. It was so nice to be able to walk about and not have to rely on a trolley system. Only negative was the distance from the airport.

Dreams Huatulco: Nice resort

First impression was to compare with other dreams which was a mistake after changing room (we were on ground floor with people passing by) we were happy beach was nice. drinks too Dining was soso overall can't complain will try my other Dreams

Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana: Good Resort

Visited Dreams Punta Cana in April 2013. Was a good resort with an excellent long, winding pool. Food was pretty good to a general 4 star quality. Good entertainment staff. Beach was windy for most of the days that we were there. Only real downside was that the resort is pretty isolated and away from a lot of things, so if you are planning on doing a lot of excursions, this is probably not the best resort to go to. But otherwise, a pretty good 4 start value hotel.

Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana: Very nice hotel, not too long, not too short

Very nice hotel. Fast Check in . Room: very clean. Food quality; good Beach : Bavaro beach is better. Service: Lobby bar very good service, other bar its so-so Restaurant; Service 3/5 ..... I will recommend this hotel, but i will not got again. I've prefered Grand Bahia principe Ambar

Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya: Amazing Resort

To start off, the best thing about this place was the service. The way people catered to us was outstanding (thanks to all but in particular to Amado)! My wife's glutan allergy was not a problem here as staff went out of their way to accommodate. The rooms were also very nice. We were on our honeymoon so our room was always prepared in a fancy way. The best part w [... read more]as complimentary 24 hour room service. The beach while a tad small was also very nice. Great for kids as well! The only thing we really didn't like was the misleading way they tried to get us to join their "rewards" program. We were told we were going for a romantic honeymoon breakfast and would take only 90 minutes at their sister resort. It ended up being the same breakfast buffet as ours and sitting with a salesman for 3 hours trying to get us to join. Regardless of this we will be going back.

Dreams Los Cabos: Resort was beautiful!

The staff we terrific, friendly, more than willing to help. Rooms were clean and very modern. I would recommend this hotel for any couples looking for a relaxing time. Great for honeymooners with the romantic settings.

Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana: Fantastic....Dreams Palm Beach

Our first time in Punta Cana. This was a wonderful experience for us. Being that my husband is blind,we certainly chose the most accommodating hotel to meet his needs. The staff in all areas were most helpful and pleasant. Before we left for home,we already decided that we'd return again in 2014.

Fiesta Americana Riviera Nayarit: first dream

This was my first time to a Dreams Resort. It was ok but not what I would call 5 star. I've stayed at Sandals and that was much better. The noise level at the resort was way to loud late at night. We asked to have our room changed further away from the night club and were accommodated. With a room change the noise was better, but not quiet. The resort has a quiet time policy that was not adhered to nor enforced during our stay. The staff were very friendly and the food was good, and the Italian  [... read more]restaurant was excellent. Grounds were clean and tidy however our rooms were in need of repair/maintenance. The first one had a water leak. Not as clean as I would expect from a high end Resort. All said I had a good time and am happy with what we got for the price. If it wasn't for the noise, I would say I'd definitely go back. Right now it's a maybe.
