Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: Great Vacation Experience

The vacation was amazing and the experience at this hotel was excellent. The Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, rooms are well kept and the Service is excellent. I was able to make great use of all the facilities at the hotels. I competed in the Gym Fitness challenge at the Beach and won. It was organized by the following amazing people: Nicole; Alexis, Pamela and Juan. I made use of the Tennis court as well and got excellent Training from Juan who is a fantastic Tennis in [... read more]structor. Also, participated on the Yogo & Abs Training, which was organized by the amazing Pamela. My other great experiences are the Flow Rider water surfing which is amazing experience for me to learn how to surf. The Lazy River is amazing experience as well. Jorge De La Cruz at the Bar is very amazing with excellent customer Service skills. Jorge went further to taking me Spanish lessons with every opportunity he has with me. The VIBETEAM is amazing at organizing daily activities. Angel and Darling are amazing guys who are helpful and fun to be around with.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Loved this Resort!

Everything about Royalton Riviera Cancun was fantastic, entertainment, food, staff, our room and overall atmosphere of the resort. We loved our week there and would return over and over. We did a 3 family vacation and every single one of us could not make a single complaint about anything.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Beautiful Resort!

Very beautiful resort. Staff were fantastic, starting from the welcome to the wave goodbye. They made our trip worth while. Variety of shows to float everyone’s boat. I would 100% recommend Royalton to everyone, whether family or adults at the hideaway.

Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: nice resort, beautiful beach

Great things: the amazing friendly staff, the beautiful white sand beach Good things: the room was nice, really modern for Cuba Ok things: food was ok but we found it limited. Loved the hot dogs on the beach, and the pizza (although we didn't find this until our last day!). It would be nice to offer more vegetarian options. We often decided to go to the resort next door for buffet or restaurants instead. It would also be great to eliminate the timed seating at dinner. The resort is suppose [... read more]d to be reservation free, however, the butlers give you your dinner reservations when you arrive. Needs work: the pools do not have any shaded areas to relax in except for the bali beds. However, all the beds were "taken" by people's towels by 7:30am or earlier. We almost never saw people using them, only saving them. It was really disappointing as we couldn't use the pool all week even though we really wanted to. To solve this it would be great to remove people's towels when they leave, or add more shade with some umbrellas. Then more guests might be able to enjoy the pools. It would be great to add a small store into the resort to buy items like sunscreen, toiletries (if you forget any), food etc. Overall we liked this resort and thought the staff were the nicest we've ever encountered!

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Some growing pains

A new resort that has some problems with communication - but make a good attempt to resolve issues. Staff were the friendliest that we have encountered and food was excellent. Issues arose around promotions on the hotel TV that staff were unaware of, difficulty booking large group for dinner, special services, loungers reserved and cabana rentals.

Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: Excellent resort!

New. Clean. Good service. Excellent food: the brazilian restaurant was among my best eating experience in 20 years traveling down south. The beach was slightly sub-par in comparison with the beach facing other hotel due to strong waves. Note that we took the Diamond club, which allowed to reserve the restaurants and eat breakfast by the beach.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Great resort

The hotel was very nice. The grounds/surroundings were very Royaltonesque - lots of concrete but done very well. We traveled with two kids and they loved the splash pool. The food was amazing with tons of variety. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had an issue with the fan and a/c and both were addressed immediately. The beach was swamped with seaweed - not that this was a problem of the hotel in particular as they diligently tried to clear it every day. The problem was the whole coast of Ca [... read more]ncun was swamped with seaweed. Lastly, our check in was a little chaotic but at least that was over with on the first day.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Amazing weather and good food

this hotel was a dream when it first opened in 2015, everything top notch to promote its opening...we just came back from there and it has dropped from top notch to just another nice resort in the mayan Riviera!!! The buffet restaurant is not that good so everyone goes to the featured restaurants, which are good( the dorado was our fave). The sports bar has slipped in my opinion, along with the martini bar. Overall the weather was the best and still had fun, just not like a 5star anymore...3.5 to 4star maybe, the beach has a ton of seaweed washing up now and was weird to notice that it was brought up around the grounds below the rooms to do god knows what with, but could not sit on our balcony due to the stench from it :(

Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: Fastastic Holidat!

The Royalton in Santa Maria is beautiful and luxurious. The top infinity pool and cabana beds is very relaxing, The service at the bottom pool and the beach will spoil you. We had a beautiful junior suite which is larger than the standard room, very large bathroom, closet and private balcony. it was very close to the upper restaurants and main lobby. Thee are three restaurants, not counting the beach grill (which is excellent), Sunset, Senses and Eggcelence. that are all ala cart, even the [... read more] breakfast is ala cart. Our two butlers took very, very good care of us The beach is spectacular, no seaweed, no smell....and there are lots of chairs on the beach and pool in the sun and shade. We will be back next year

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Amazing Resort

We stayed in the adults only section. Loved it. The food is fantastic with lots of options. The rooms are modern and clean. This was our second stay at a Royalton property. This one also did not disappoint.

upon arrival at the airport we were greeted by our Sunwing Rep, this process to the bus was very smooth and quick. arriving to the resort we were hoping that this would most likely be the family drop off and that we would surely be driving to a second location for the adult portion of the resort (Hideaway). however to our dissappoitnment that was not the case. we were greeted by very friendly staff and once the paper work and logistics were worked out, off to our room. again with disappointm [... read more]ent knowing that because we were walking the adult resort was certainly going to be close to the large family building. I would like to stress when you are booking this hotel for an adult couple, strongly stress that this is a large resort and a very family oriented resort. the Hideaway thougbeit their adult version, was not ours. with the very small selection of 2 restaurants we had to find our way over every night to choose a restaurant with many playful children and extreme wait times, in fact some we never made because of this very reason. there was not a lot going on for us either. we did however enjoy a few evenings dedicated to us at the Hideaway. I can say that the resort itself was lovely, and not much was missed in way of services, but I will not go back and would only recommend as a family resort. the staff were amazing and as lovely as ever. I love Mexico and the amazing people that live and work there.

Over 75 of us attended our son and daughter-in-law's wedding at the beginning of April, 2019. It could not have been more perfect. Wedding was amazing, the staff worked so hard to make sure this day went exactly how they had planned. There was something for everyone. Quiet places if you wanted peace or lots of activities throughout the day if you like to keep busy. Food was awesome and the resort and rooms were well taken care off. The entire holiday was amazing. The resort itself (Hideaway adults only!!) was so clean, well maintained, excellent staff, the food was off the hook, the weather was great. I cannot say enough nice things about it. I would definitely go back and have told many people about it!!!!

Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: Great vacation

The Royalton in Cayo Santa Maria is a beautiful resort with the best staff we have ever dealt with.This is our 11th trip Cuba and the 2nd to the Royalton. We certainly will be back. The only negative would be the extended bus ride from Santa Clara.

Royalton Cancun is the cleanest Resort we have been to. The food is excellent the staff very helpful and friendly. A little disappointed in our room we had garden view and it was a forest no flowers just bush very disappointed. We have been travelling with Trip Central since 2012 and travelled twice a year with Trip Central’s assistance. The flight with sun wing was also disappointing a half a cup of pop or water. Trip central sends us a $100.00 voucher that we will never use, I suggest trip central should pre book our seats free of charge in place of a voucher we will never use. We have not received any incentive for using Trip Central since 2012. Not even a discount on our flights

We had an amazing time at this resort. The staff were friendly and accommodating especially with the kids. The food was great and the rooms and premises were kept clean which was very important to my family and I. The entertainment at night was also fantastic! The ambiance was great at night and day and the resort was beautifully lit at night. Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Destination Wedding- PERFECT RESORT!

We just returned from having our destination wedding at the Royalton. It was PERFECT. We had a group of 77 people with us, and every one of them loved it as well. It was a large enough resort people were able to do their own thing, but at the same time there were lots of places to meet and hang out with everyone as well. Definitely caters to everyone's vacation needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food was fantastic. The views are spectacular as well. Pictures truly don't do it [... read more] justice. Our wedding day was amazing. We got married at the Sky Terrace and it would be hard to find a more beautiful place to get married. Our reception was on the beach and the staff did an amazing job to make sure it went smoothly. Specifically, our wedding coordinator Caty was the best! She made sure every second of our day was as least stressful as possible. HIGHLY recommended this resort for anyone considering a destination wedding or for anyone looking to get away. Can't wait to go back!!!

I don’t have one complaint about this resort! The food was phenomenal and so was the service, everyone was friendly and always available. This resort has something for everyone, families, groups, wedding parties, if you stay at this resort you won’t be disappointed!
