Grand Park Royal Cozumel: Wonderful

Loved the heat crystal clear water and the ambience! Food was good,staff extremely pleasant and overall a terrific holiday! I really wish there was a long sandy beach to walk on. There was one problem, in the evening there was no lounge area to sit in. What was there was not enough

Riu Dunamar: Amazing trip

We absolutely love the Rui Dunamar, the food the service was impecticable and delicious ,all the à la cartes were great. If you are going in an early excursion the sports bar as packed lunches. The service is awesome, the beach is beautiful and goes for miles, thé waterpark is great but hurts if you burn lol The management will sit with you if you have any issues ,we stayed week but wished we booked two! Visit isla mujeres , pay a taxi 20$ to go to ferry and then pay for a golf [... read more] cart 45$ a day bring your drivers license and enjoy what it has to offer, snorkel at the beach at Mia hotel for free beautiful fish ... all and all we enjoyed this vacay so much and we travel so much. Ocean Maya Royale: Every thing we needed was readily accessible

My 3rd time going to this resort. Love it because it’s a smaller resort and no matter where you are on the resort everything is near by. Food lodging and shows were fantastic. I will go back next year. The staff are cannot do enough for you. The only negative I have is that our room was not made up from when we came back from the pool or beach. After I contacted the front desk, everything was rectified. Also sad that we could not swim at the beach, but pools were great.

Paradisus Playa Del Carmen Roulette: Amazing Resort

The resort was absolutely amazing from the grounds to the staff the food everything. We went on a recommendation by a trip central agent and we can not thank her enough. It was our first time in Mexico. We hope to return next year with the kids

Grand Riviera Princess: Beautiful amazing resort!

This was our second trip to this resort. We loved it so much we had to go back! And we will be back again, it never fails to disappoint! This time we stayed in the Junior Deluxe Suites instead of Platinum and it was just as nice. Everything is so clean here and the gardens are beautiful. All the staff are so friendly and work so hard to make sure you have an amazing vacation. There are so many different pool areas to lounge by or head to the beach. The entertainment team also do a fantastic job keeping everyone happy - the beach foam party was so much fun! Would highly recommend this resort to anyone.

Las Brisas Huatulco: Wonderful time away!

The Las Brisas is a home away from home! The staff were wonderful and attentive...even the waiters on the beach! The guests were mostly Canadian and Mexican. And the surroundings are lovely...the pools are beautiful, and the adults-only section was nice. The 3 lagoons (water sports; swimming; snorkelling) were amazing! We will return someday!

Riu Palace Pacifico: Loved the resort!

We really liked that the resort property was a little smaller than the other RIU resorts so getting around with our little ones was very easy. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The nightly shows were also excellent!

Crown Paradise Golden: Wonderful place to stay!

Please tell Shauna that I really enjoyed myself! Although, the resort is not a 5*, more like a 3*. Clean, really friendly, helpful staff, great food, lots of variety. Pools were always clean & a very nice beach! I would go back again! And, please give Shauna a raise! She was extremely, helpful. Very, patient & compassionate! She helped ease a very trying, time for me!

The Pyramid Cancun: not happy waste of time

This resort is very loud noise,number one party place not for people going to relax we have booked in 5 star but doesn't feels that you are treated as five star accommodation never go back and recommended to any one who just going for relax. This vacation was waste of money and time for me.

Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos: Very nice - enjoyeable

Good value! A compact resort with good facilities, service and food. Nice beach, but too bad can't swim in that windy, cool ocean (end Feb.) with strong undertow. Nice beach otherwise, although more chairs with cover recommended. Enjoyed the pool - temp was good for us and close to snacks, bar (swim up). Waiters were prompt and pleasant.We enjoyed the Michael Jackson show, but the rest of the entertainment wasn't very good. The a la carte restaurants were limited to two as we aren't in to sushi. [... read more] We would have enjoyed a better selection of wines. Altogether a nice resort in a town where we could wander downtown and feel safe.There was a good choice of excursions and much enjoyed the whale watching and town tour.We would recommend this resort to friends.

Tropicana Hotel: Amazing and friendly

This is our second year staying at Tropicana,and we feel like coming back home, the amazing people who work there make us feel like family great service and ongoing upgrades in the facilities, thanks again always looking forward to our next visit

El Dorado Seaside Suites: Fantastic Resort!

Highly recommend this property. Food was magnificent, staff wonderful! Awesome pools. Transfers to and from airport seamless. Bars were super fun with great entertainment. We will definitely be back!

Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Cancun: Family -friendly. Resort

First time in an all inclusive resort.The resort was fantastic an the staffwas friendly an courteous,an they treated our entire family with respect, an they ensure my daughter who had a severe peanut allergy was taken care off .Not many activities for my teenage son.For a family friendly resort Azul beach resort is the place.

Barcelo Huatulco: Very comfortable

This hotel is awesome!! Absolutely nothing to complain about! Fernando was our bar waiter and was amazing worked tirelessly. Location is perfect. Very clean. All the restaurants were great. Might have over eaten just a bit.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Love the resort, my favorite

My family have been going there every year for the last four years, we love the staff, grounds the vendors on the beach and all amenities. The only quirk we had noticed this year (Mar. 8-17/2018) was that the food has seemed to take a scale downward, still good but out of a 10 that I normally would give, it has stepped down to about a 6.5-7. Still love that place

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Great Resort!

It was our third time there so obviously we really enjoy the resort. The past two times we were there we requested where we'd like to stay and each time we didn't get it. Both times it took us 3 moves to finally get what we wanted, a little disappointing but having 2 weeks vacation it didn't infringe too much on the holiday!

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Family vacation

We just returned from Azul Fives and I can't say enough about this resort. The staff is so hard working, friendly and constantly make sure you have everything you need and want. The grounds are absolutely meticulous. You feel like you are surrounded by the rain forest. Food absolutely exceeded our expectations. This place is worth visiting again and again.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Loved the Hideaway Royalton riviera

Okay I did a lot of searching before picking this resort and I choose perfectly. From the moment we arrived at the Royalton riviera hideaway every single staff member was amazing. Diamond club at the hideaway I highly recommend. A welcome drink was given to you as soon as you arrived. They took our bags so that they could be delivered to our room. We were then escorted through the resort to the Diamond club Lounge were we were registered and also given a glass of champagne. We went and changed i [... read more]n the main lobby into our bathing suits and were headed to the beach because our room wasn’t quite ready. I didn’t want to take all of our things to the beach so we went back to the lobby to give them to the bell boy so he could escort them to our room. But much to our surprise they had already been taken to our room as it was ready! We got to our room and it was spectacular! Ocean front, huge, balcony with jacuzzi. There was a welcome message from out two butlers, Michelle and Evanisto. Not more than two minutes later Michelle was at our door, introduced herself, asked if we needing anything and could she unpack for us, what would we like to drink etc., showed us how the tv worked, how we could order food etc. She told us when she would be working and when Evanisto would be working. After she left the door knocked again and it was a concierge with a bottle of champagne. We left our room to explore a bit and ended up sitting in the lobby and just gazing graciously at how beautiful everything was. Franklyn (Franko) the front concierge across from the spa came over, introduced himself and them offered to get us drinks. Can you say wow! When we went to the beach on the diamond club hideaway section where we were always greeted with a smile by Raul. He offered us towels, laid them out for us, and was always coming around to service everyone with drinks. He took excellent care of his resort guests. We had a great time at the pool as well. Jorge was always looking after us and he would let us know when he was going to be leaving and who would be looking after us like Gabriella who was also so accommodating. Oscar at the Dorando was a spectacular waiter as we ate there many times and all of the staff were so friendly and willing to please. I wish I could remember everyone’s name and if I had known that it was important for the review I would written them all down. I also have to mention how clean this resort was! Not one single detail was overlooked...

All Ritmo Cancun Resort And Waterpark: Unique, quiet resort!

We loved it there! It was Clean, great food loved the buffet and fine dining! great staff they were friendly and very helpful! My kids loved the water park, fun day games put on by staff! The weather was fantastic

Grand Oasis Riviera: Great family place

Lovely grounds, attentive and well organized kids club. Hotel needs to get a better system for cleaning seaweed. While seaweed itself is natural and unavoidable, leaving it plastic bags for several days is an eyesore to what would otherwise be just a naturally beautiful beach.
