Grand Palladium Kantenah: A beautiful resort staff where very friendly.

The grounds are very lush and well groomed. Public areas are kept clean and the decor in all the lobbies is beautiful. The room was kept very clean and the decor very pleasing. The dinning areas are wonderful lots to choose from the food and drinks very good.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Fell Short of Expectations

Resort is large but well laid out. Food only marginally better than Cuba but price a lot higher. Wine served is the worst we have come across. Constantly harassed by staff trying to sell spa and time share packages. Service staff were very good and helpful. Only went there because of destination wedding which they do a good job of. Would not go back as we prefer smaller resorts.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Very Kid Friendly

I travelled with my 20 month old son by myself from Vancouver and met my sister (3 kids) and parents at this resort. It was very kid friendly with a 16" pool with slides for kids and a zoo onsite (monkeys, rabbits, parrots, turtles, etc.) my son wanted to see a couple times a day! The beach was a little tricky to swim with little ones but fine for looking for shells and putting feet in the ocean. There was surfing and boogie boarding right from the beach. The a-la-cartes were also very good but difficult with a toddler!

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: nice resort

For a Resort only being 8 years old and having a 4.5 rating. the place was not up to a 4.5 star rating in my book. The grounds were nice not great. The Hotel rooms were out of date and dark needed a good cleaning and paint. No WiFi in the rooms complained all week still nothing done. The la cart restaurants the food was terrible not just me we had a group of 10 people .The staff was great they always had a smile. The buffet was fine.

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Nice resort but more palapas required for the beac

We really liked our stay, the front desk were very helpful, the room was nice and clean. It was very hard to find available shade from the sun on the beach,as there was not enough palapas available to shade the guests from the sun. The spa was nice, massages were excellent but expensive and some of the staff were not aware of the specials. I had to wait for 45 mins to get my massage although I was prepared and arrived early for my treatment

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Perfect Vacation Spot

This is our fouth stay at the Grand Palladium in Jamaica and we absolutely love this resort. It is beautiful and so relaxing. I love the atmosphere around the resort from the lobby to pools, I wouldn't change a thing.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Amazing resort

I loved the palladium it was beautifully designed, and the grounds well kept. The rooms were very spacious and beds super comfy. The bathroom had a large jet tub and large walk in shower. The maid kept our room immaculate and met all our needs...the fridge was always stocked with water, drinks and beer. The buffets were really good, something for everyone. The main pool is massive and beautiful and well maintained, always lots of chairs available all day long. The beach had 3 sections and the cove was the best part of the three. Someone was always available to bring u drinks to your chair...super service. i would highly recommend this piece of paradise to everyone.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: average resort

Resort was decent. .. food average at best... our was was terrible very damp all day everyday.. pillows and sheets damp and had a very bad oder... no fans in the bathroom. . Room had a bad oder all the time because they use the same stinky mop and water in every room... notified the front desk. .they didnt seem to care about anything there... Overall wasnt a very good experience and will not be recommending it to anyone. ...

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: ALMOST PERFECT

This has been our 4th trip to Punta Cana and a different resort every time. We had the perfect spot for a room by the pool and all the buffets and restaurants as well as the beach. Could not ask for much better a resort maybe just a little to big for us but we got use to it as the week progressed. There was no fight for chairs and very spacious pool decks and beach was beautiful maybe a little to much sea weed but cant control that. I would go back to this resort and if I had a family pools are set up for them. People that worked there were more then happy to help even though I did here some rumblings from other people but we do tip and I think this could of made a little difference but we had good room as well as bar service with minimal tipping every day. Over all had a great trip and met some very nice people from different as well as my home country. If any one complains about the overall resort they are to fussy. The only thing that maybe we were a little disappointed in was the live theatre kind of the same thing every night but did not have to go if you did not want to. My wife and I were both very happy and cant wait to go again

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Great resort

The resort it self is awesome, the food is average. I had my wedding there and it was ecerything I could imagine except for the meal. I had a private function and had to pay $45 USD a plate (I am Canadian so that would be about 56.00) I had steak and it was worse than the buffet steak. We went to the steak alcart the next night and it was amazing there. VERY dissapointed about that. I wouldnt reccommend doing a private meal for a wedding.

Grand Palladium Palace: Nice Stay but very large resort

The grounds and rooms are beautifully kept. We payed for a loft room in the Grand Palladium Palace but received an upgrade to the Royal Suites. We were happy to receive this upgrade because the only restaurants we ended up liking were the ones we could not have gone to without the upgrade. In general the resort is very nice but tooo large for us. We will look for a smaller resort next time. This would be great for a large group

Grand Palladium Palace: Great resort, property, food, staff and weather,

Buffets were amazing as were the a la carte restaurants. I am disabled and the staff was respectful and very accommodating. The rooms, as well as the grounds were kept very clean. Nightly entertainment in the various hotel lobbies was very good. The wifi throughout the property was good most of the time. Flight and transfer logistics all went smoothly. We were very pleased with this vacation.

Grand Palladium Colonial: A great time for my husband, myself and our 2 kids

Our stay was fantastic. The resort was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful. My kids (15months and 6yrs old) both loved the kids water park and spent their entire time going from the ice cream bar to the water slides. The adult pool was nice and warm and there was always music going and activities to do during the day. Night time was great as well, my kids just loved hanging out in the lobby and dancing to the music. Food was good, a la cartes being way better than the buffet, but that' [... read more]s expected. We went in mid April and never waited more than 5-10 minutes to be seated at A La Carte restaurants. The kids daycare was ok. My youngest son didn't want to be dropped off but staff were good with him when we did drop him off. The radio they provide us put us at ease since they could instantly let us know if something was wrong. Overall a fantastic experience. Rooms are a bit noisy if there's a party group in your suite area but can't blame ppl for having a good time. the wildlife is also amazing and fun to see the kids enjoy it. Can't wait to go back! (Be ready to walk a lot since the resort is very big)

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Release those crocs!

Crocodiles on display had inadequate space and water habitat for quality of life. It pained me every day to see them in such conditions. My family consists of 3 adults but our third bed was inadequate for an adult. F & B were adequate. Thrilled to discover an espresso bar on the beach but were 4 days into our vacation already. Directory map was poorly done. Salt water pool was a long ride/walk & looked more like a cesspool...huge disappointment. Best efforts of crews to clear seaweed daily from  [... read more]the beach were futile. Resort is huge...long walks to get anywhere. Had a good time despite all of that. People were great. Will look for something more intimate next time.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Great Family Trip

Very nice property for a family-oriented trip in Jamaica. Visited with two other families - 13 in total, 7 under 7-years old - and found lots to do for everyone. Easy/quick transfer from the airport. Beautiful property and layout. Huge pool and brand new kids splash pad, as well as a choice of beaches. Excellent, friendly staff (special notice for the Kids Club leaders who were not only personable, but also led nightly "mini shows" featuring the little ones). Good food, and wide range of options [... read more] - Blue Lagoon for breakfast, Jerk Hut at lunch and variety of a la cartes for dinner (Indian and Steakhouse amongst the best). Exceptional (strong) drinks from all the bars, with best eveings at the Infinity Bar. Highly recommended for groups like ours, but met people who had a similarly positive experience from singles and couples young and older.

Grand Palladium Palace: Nice vacation

We just came back from staying at Grand Palladium Palace. First I will start with the front lobby, it is very nice they have live entertainment nightly which is nice, great if you want to sit and relax and enjoy the music. Next we were in a loft, there was 4 of us 2 adults and 2 children 10&12. The room was nice, clean, there was some wear and tear on furniture. What I didn't really like were the stairs and railing going to the beds on the upper level. Next the food, the buffet is good, a good selection, I find the food to be very tasty. What I did not like was the service, the wait staff was slow to clean up a table to sit and also were not quick with clean up of plates on table. The buffet close to the pool was great, great service great food. The a la carte you don't have to make reservations but if you want a spot you must go at 5:30 to reserve for that day. Entertainment was ok not that many activities going on a bit in the morning at beach and then again at 3:30 by pool they did not post this anywhere. I like a bit more variety. Also the entertainment crew which were great Julio, Julianna and Lilianna were a lot of fun. The only thing I didn't care for is constant need for the hotel to keep asking for reviews. They would take you to the lobby and wait next to you while you fill it out. Lastly the night shows although I found them amazing dancers beautiful costumes, it was too much dancing every night. There were no other kind of shows , I like when they get the guests involved as well or change it up. I did forget 1 thing I do enjoy my coffee/cappuccino but only the lobby has this, they do not open till 9am. You do have coffee makers in room although I wish that there were places you could go and get coffee yourself . All in all I would say that it is a nice resort but they would need to change a few things. I would not return to this hotel again. We have been to Punta Cana several times and preferred the hotel we were at prior.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Great Atmosphere

The grounds were amazing, loved the natural environment and all the animals running around. There was always lots of shade to be had even on the beach, and we didn't find the walking to be too much, we needed the exercise! However if you're tired, it's quite easy to catch a train or a golf cart to travel around. I loved the 4 resort system as it provided variety, but I would say by far Kantenah is the best especially when it came to the beach. Definitely book a Mayan Suite, they are beautiful an [... read more]d convenient. The only con was the food wasn't great... but not a deal breaker for me.

Grand Palladium Palace: Beautiful resort....but!

We had a 14 day stay at the Palace in march 2015. Beautiful beach and grounds. Food is good with lots of a la carte restaurants. This resort is very busy! We we're given a room in the 92 block. It was under construction! So...2 weeks of hammering, cutting, drilling in our building, from 7 am to 7 pm. Sometimes no water, no electricity. Our card reader for the door stopped working upon arrival, took a while to get fixed. Same with electricty slot inside room...card did not work...so no electricit [... read more]y! We spent a lot of time at front desk begging for another room. Overbooked!! Would I go back? Maybe not. When they say first impression is a lasting impression...the bad made our stay very unpleasant from day 1.

Grand Palladium Colonial: Beautiful Resort

The rooms and grounds were always kept clean and the staff were very friendly. My friend and I are became sick from the food. Not sure what it was that made us sick but we didn't drink the water. Went on a Cenote trip that was amazing at Azumal.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Great Resort

The hotel was amazing the rooms were clean and really nice. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The buffet and all the restaurants were delicious with a good variety of food. would go back there.
