Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Exceptional experience
Rooms were immaculate, very spread out so it didn't feel like the massive resort it is. Stayed in building 10, part of the Golden service, super quiet. Super friendly people and can't wait to go back
Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabos: Holiday inn los cabos
The resort was wonderful, spotlessly clean, great staff. We had requested a ground floor as my husband has mobility issues. Not sure where they originally would have put us but when I asked again for ground floor the registration staff upgraded us with no cost for a wonderful ground floor with nice patio and hammock over looking main pool area. There are three pool areas, main pool with lots of action and music, a family type pool with lots of structures and play things for children and a small [... read more]
Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Amazing resort!
Very nice and kid friendly resort. Very clean grounds and friendly staff. Beach good but with some rocks and large amounts of sea weed which the staff work on removing every day. Excellent food. Lots to discover around the resort, animals roaming the forest and relaxing trails and paths as well as a cool cenote right on the grounds.
Azul Ixtapa Grand Resort: Very Good Vacation Spot
The hotel is very nice , modern amenities, very friendly staff, very good restaurants. The Lobby bar was trying to be too many things to everyone a sports bar , pool/ ping pong games room & live entertainment, could use a separate lounge area for the live entertainment. The buffet felt a little like a cafeteria but the food was always good. The pools are nice - love the infinity pool. Very limited beach if you want to walk along a beach it's not the right spot for you. Hotel rooms all have a gre [... read more]
Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Excellent resort!
Very well run, great staff! Very well organized. Lots to do on the large property. No complaints! Thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing vacation! Hoping to do it again! Travel Agent was very helpful and gave lots of supporting information.
Hotel Castillo Huatulco: Great Smaller Resort
Spent two weeks at Castillo, had a great time. This is smaller resort. Rooms are basic but always clean, we were fortunate enough to get one of the large balconies which is nice. Food was good but is a smaller buffet but always a choice of something to eat, does have lots of mexican type food which is why we go. The location is great as right in Santa Cruz so can walk anywhere always felt safe. The beach club which is a ten minute walk or take a shuttle is fabulous, can sit by the pool or u [... read more]
El Dorado Seaside Suites: A MAAZ ZIIING!!
ABSOLUTLY loved our swim up!! service was immedicable and attention to detail was unexpected and was so lovely....while on the beach[in a lovely beach bed I must say] cold clothes brought around as well as popsicles and cold water on a regular basis and the trays of fresh fruit and the delicious wee sliders...yum. so decadent! the staff were incredibly friendly, happy and on point! my husband and I were just saying as well we've never met so many nice people as we did on this trip.... all the me [... read more]
El Dorado Seaside Suites: Incredible Resort
This resort has very friendly hard working staff, amazing food and couldn’t be any cleaner. Only downfall this past visit was the seaweed on the beach, but the workers worked non stop to try and clear it. Not the resorts fault just mother nature’s.
Palacio Mundo Imperial: Amazing resort!
This is an amazing hotel with modern amenities, great food in many varieties. The recreation pool areas are clean and well-planned, the promenade area is amazing for the evening strolls. The restaurants are very nice, especially Mizumi with its variety of Japanese food. All in all, these were 7 days in near paradise )))
Friendly Fun Vallarta: Very efficient and friendly Hotel
I had an amazing time at the Friendly Vallarta, they had very great food and entertainment. Rene is a very hard working and friendly beach attendant. I have now stayed there 6 times and looking forward to February 2019!
Barcelo Maya Palace: Great resort with a few flaws.
This hotel was beautiful, clean and very well groomed grounds. The service staff were very attentive, friendly and polite. The specialty restaurants provided excellent food and selection. On the negative side, we were very disappointed with: 1.) The buffet food. Although there was a good variety for both breakfast and lunch, any foods that were not specifically ordered and cooked on a grill were cold, when they should have been hot. 2.) The beach. We loved the fact that we could [... read more]

Dreams Huatulco: excellent customer service!!
Great resort, fabulous amenities, excellent customer service, superb location. Older demographic, nice and quiet and relaxing! I would not recommend this resort to a younger crowd. A lot of pools to choose from but hard to get a chair beyond 7am.
Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Wonderful Holiday!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Grand Bahia Principe Coba. Melanie Johnson did a great job recommending this to us. Staying at the Premier Coba site was a perfect choice. We had great service from all the staff and the facility was beautiful. One item that I particularly enjoyed was the bottled water. Bottled water was plentiful and all the restaurants provided bottled water as a staple, the ice is also made from bottled water so no need to worry about getting sick from that. T [... read more]
Barcelo Huatulco: Great people, great service and great weather.
Overall I would rate the experience a 9 out of ten and the only reason for not getting a 10 out of 10 is due to the fact that the exclusive or alacart restaurants were not that good. Service again excellent but the food quality was disappointing. We went to the Mexican and Japanese restaurants and it was not good at all which doesn't make any sense. We also went to the Italian which was very good. This then made our decision to venture out into town for dinners which were awesome. The people are [... read more]
Grand Park Royal Cozumel: Peaceful Resort
This resort was nice. It was clean and an intimate size. The a la carte restaurants were good especially the seafood one during the day! So delicious. The snack bars are pretty good even the one buy the main building across from the main buffet. They serve chicken wings and they are good. This is not the place for you if your looking for a beach but the pool areas definitely make up for that. No nightlife but your close enough to go outside the resort to local bars or clubs if that’s wh [... read more]
Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Blue bay - fantastic food
Everything was great, was a lot of seaweed at the beach, but that is everywhere apparently, didn't affect us......also buildings are very dated, which didn't matter other than the bathtub design. The staff is great and the food is excellent. You can swim in the ocean....a nice lazy river is a ten minute walk from the beach.
Barcelo Huatulco: Wonderful Resort!
The Barceló Huatulco was a great resort that 32 of our family travelled to recently. The staff is extremely friendly, providing great service at all times. The swimming pools are perfect, as they have an adults pool, a middle pool for teens, and a kids pool with waterslides. The food was great at the breakfast and lunch buffets. Our room was an Oceanview which was the best view we have ever had on any of our vacations. My wife took part in the Garra Rufa fish treatment at the outdoor spa and en [... read more]
Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Disappointed!
At a glance, the hotel is very pretty. Grounds are very well kept and clean. Service staff are very friendly and work very hard. I feel we paid quite a bit of money ($2,139.00) on the pretense we were to receive luxury service. We paid additional fees for the "Sapphire Club" All inclusive-Ocean view and I'm not sure how it is even categorized. As for ocean view- the only way to view the ocean was to step out to the railing on the terrace and crank your head to the left. We were suppose to be pro [... read more]
Paradisus Los Cabos: Nice resort
We have been to many of the Paradisus resorts and had very high expectations of this one before we arrived and left a little disappointed . We felt the food was good but but lacked variety , bars closed earlier than we preferred , as with all resorts we go to the pool chairs are all scooped up before sunrise and sit vacant most of the day . They have done a nice job with the upgrades and renovations , they made a nice beach bar but its lacks a bathroom facility close by .
