Secrets Aura Cozumel: Wonderfull resort

It was my third trip to Secret Aura, Cozumel. As alway the staff, the food and the beach were great. They take good care of you. The scubadiving is amazing (did it with Martin's dive shop). I will certainly return to the same resort (Secret Aura).

Grand Oasis Cancun: Great time in Cancun

Resort is getting older, but they are keeping up on all maintenance. Staff were awesome, but there were a few minor language problems. Not all staff were as fully trained as required, but they still did there best to be helpful. Food was good. Some restaurants would run out of more popular menu items. I will definitely stay there again on my next vacation to Cancun.

Paraiso de la Bonita: Great place but.....

This is a super relaxing place,great service , accomadations and food. Unfortunately the beach was unswimable and one day in particular smelled like a sewer. Too bad the seaweed is piled high on the beach and a big tractor goes back and forth in front of the lounges carrying this smelly stuff to who knows where. They have a nice covered bed on the beach which they say costs 160. US and it remained empty the 5 days we were there. I will not return unless the beach is totally cleaned and the water swimmable. Hopefully this will happen! In the meantime they should be slashing the prices!!

Dreams Jade Resort and Spa: Exceptional Resort

the grounds were kept in impeccably clean condition Food was exceptional Named brand alcohol rooms were beautiful pools were clean overall resort was very picturesque beach was stunning staff friendly and attentive

Riu Emerald Bay: great

this resort is the cleanest of clean the food seems to be going down hill the bars are not serving 5 star drinks the pools are cold execpt for the swim up bar they get in and never leave creating warm water there are a few 0f the staff that dont do squat do they miguel meaaning YOU ex. view this was our 13th time to em bay and love it

Holiday Inn Huatulco: Just wonderful

It was great. Location, staff, food,room....all 5 star. Overlooking the marina and a three minute walk to the beach made this location perfect for my. The nearby market had all of the tourist needs and gadgets looked after at great prices. Definitely will be back. Huatulco is such a pleasant place with wonderfully kind people

Riu Dunamar: top notch resort

we loved everything ...the buffet restaurant terrific every day.. .We did eat at the Steak House and were not too happy with that meal... That was the only other restaurant we ate at... We were very impressed by the cleaning staff...sweeping etc constantly...and staff all very friendly.

JOIA Paraiso by Iberostar: Paradise = Paraiso

It is very easy to describe your vacation at Iberostar Grand Paraiso.........."Paradise". Just as the dictionary describes it: A place of great beauty and happiness. Upon entering the main lobby you are stuck with a view of a botanical garden directly in front of you......One of the largest we have seen indoors. Your mouth opens wider when you look up and see a Sistine chapel equivalent ceiling. The only difference was that you could have eaten off this marble floor, it WAS that clean. Our room was off this lobby. The beauty and cleanliness continued outdoors. It appears every blade of grass, bush, tree or flower is manicured. These appear to be expertly placed throughout the property and around the larger salt water pool and slightly smaller fresh water pool. This is all accented by the architecture of the buildings themselves and various columns surrounding the pools and walkways. Beauty is not only on exhibit with the property, buildings and overall grounds, but most importantly it is displayed by the staff of the Grand Paraiso. It is their overall approach to you - can we get anything for you, do you need anything, how can we be of service. Specifically, I want to highlight a few individuals who made our vacation most special, and one of the best ever. We had pre-booked a few a la carte restaurants before leaving home. The others were expertly booked upon arrival by Maili at the building 72 concierge. She may be small in stature, but she stood very tall on results. Some of these reservations we changed numerous times during our stay, and on each occasion Maili delivered, without hesitation. She also surprised and overwhelmed us with rose petals at our dinner table one night, followed by rose petals leading to our hot tub and bed. The whole arrangement was very spectacular and very thoughtful. Any fantastic vacation is always as a result of the people that do what they believe is small or inconsequential. However to my wife and I, these all added up, to really be a big deal and leave a genuine impression of caring: * Marcelo, Humberto, Juan, Joel and Santiago (aka Ryan Gosling) - the pool team *Upon request, collectively each day, these gentlemen offered suggestions on best options for dinner per our selected restaurants. In each occasion, they were 100% spot-on. *Marcelo, upon request and without hesitation applied sunscreen to my and many other individuals backs *Humberto and Joel found cushions and additional chaise loungers when they heard we were looking for some *Juan, took the time from his busy schedule to retrieve the Gourmet restaurant menu, so we could discuss and choose the best options for us. He actually ran on his injured leg, so that we were not left waiting * Santiago (aka Ryan Gosling) went out of his way to find my wife a comfortable floaty that would accommodate her sore back We spent time on the beach, a few days by the larger salt water pool, but mostly we camped out at the fresh water pool. Our decision was mostly based upon the incredible service offered by Mirna. You were never left wanting for anything while Mirna was on duty. A little known fact we discovered a few days into our vacation. Mirna makes her own drinks, as she is also a licenced bartender. Her margarita's were the best we have had anywhere. She always appeared just as you were thinking about another beverage, her timing and service was impeccable. The activity team was great as they positioned all activities with enthusiasm, but were never pushy. We participated in the excellent aquafit classes run by Ivan M. and Eloy (Teddy Bear). You cannot complete a review without mentioning the incredible quality of the food offered, as well as the plentiful options. Toni's was our favorite, but they were all incredible, as was the service. A special shoutout to Javiar (Toni's), Olivia (Bella Vista), Alberto (Bella Vista) and Jordan (Gourmet). Olivia made gluten free options for my wife upon request. Jordan, upon hearing the conversation between the table beside us and my wife and I made our evening. We were discussing how we each enjoyed our wine selection. Jordan set up a private wine tasting allowing each couple to sample and choose the best. This was in addition to Jordan's incredible and attentive service. Wine tasting was also offered by the resort sommelier, Richard. Richard did an excellent job featuring many interesting and outstanding red and white selections. Our last night capped off an incredible week of very happy and enjoyable times. Upon completing an excellent dinner at the new Caribbean restaurant, we stepped out into an awesome live band performance. The 10 piece band was perched on a floating dock in the large pool. Their music had many people dancing wherever there was any space. Iberostar Grand Paraiso offers a "Paradise" setting, but what set it apart from any other resort we have visited, were the incredible people that genuinely want to ensure you have the best vacation possible. All I can say is that they succeeded. We want to join the growing number of repeat Grand Paraiso customers as soon as possible.....there is no question we will be back.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Dream vacation

The staff is what made this vacation exceptional for us. They are hardworking, friendly and always helpful. The grounds for this adult only hotel was kept immaculately. The food was always well prepared and delicious with always plenty to eat. The drinks at the bar was always stocked with my favourite type of gin 'Bombay '. On every occasion the snack bar was always well stocked.

Tropicana Hotel: Tropicana Hotel Puerta Vallarta, Fabulous

I booked a Superior Room, when I arrived it had 2 double beds, next day we moved to a room with a King Bed. Was nicely painted, had a great shower and bathroom. Air Conditioning worked great and best of all It was the first floor in the Renovated tower. It looked out over the ocean and we could hear the waves at night. Boy cant get much better than that. We had the breakfast plan , you got scrambled eggs, pancakes, French toast, fruit yougurt , granola. All in all we picked a good place and the [... read more] location is great for restaurants and shopping. Lots of palapas but they do play the towel game, so go early. Nice stretch of beach to walk on also. I would return here again.

Barcelo Huatulco: Great resort

Barcelo is a great resort. Spacious clean modern rooms. Beautiful views from upper floor rooms and grounds. Beach and pools were fantastic for all ages. Had a lovely family vacation. incredible weather and hospitality in local towns.

Barcelo Huatulco: Amazing vacation!

This was an amazing vacation! We had amazing service in this beautiful resort. Although not Sunwings fault for the delay on the trip home- super annoying and made for a long day. They did a great job with our restlessness :). Super customer service. All in all would highly recommend.

Barcelo Huatulco: Fantastic resort!!

Couldn’t say enough wonderful things about this resort and of course the area of Huatulco is one of the nicest areas we have been too in Mexico. Food was fantastic, many choices, buffet changed up every night. Oscar our pool drinks guy was the best! Made sure we were never thirsty. Resort was perfect size, rooms were nice and clean. Beach was beautiful, a bit of an undertow to be careful with young kids. Lots of activities for young and old. Very close to downtown and safe. Would retu [... read more]rn to this hotel in a heartbeat. On that note, there were many people at this hotel who had been there 3-4 times already, which speaks volumes. The only issue was the no free wifi anywhere in the resort, seems very odd. But we will return for sure!!!

Barcelo Maya Palace: Had a fantastic time at an amazing resort!!

The grounds were so clean and beautiful!! The staff was pleasent and very helpful!! Was nice that we had access to all of the resorts on the strip and went from one to the other and so on. The food was great at all the buffets and the a la carte restaurants we excellent!!! The rooms were spacious and welcoming

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Lovely resort!

We had a few hiccups but it ended being a great vacation. They sprayed our room twice for bugs and after that we didn't see anymore. Our Jacuzzi didn't work but within 5 mins the man was there to fix it. They gave us an interview and wrote down all the areas that we thought they could improve on. They really aim to please and accept any constructive criticism. Pools were clean, lots of lounge chairs, great games around the pool and good entertainers at night.

Canto Del Sol: Dated but nice

Overall the hotThe rooms seemed small and only 50% will get an ocean/pool view, the rest get the side of a building, balconies are about 2x8'. Food was good, drinks were good, service was good but many times they didn't understand what was being asked, so they would smile and nod, or say yes and walk away. Now that I have been there, and if the price is right I would return.

Paraiso de la Bonita: Gorgeous rooms

Just returned from 5 days at the Zoetry La Bonita This is our 2nd time visiting . 1st the good -gourgeous rooms Very friendly stafff Great food for the most part , service a bit slow but the staff work really hard and our great I think there just under staffed at times Now the bad !!!! Horrible beach absolutely unswimable so different than our last visit which was not the best beach but certainly way better I have photos from 2015 and this year and omg what a difference I would have  [... read more]definitely not booked this resort had I known that -I’m a beach person don’t go into pools so definitely disappointed!!!!! Also there was a constant smell coming from the beach that made me feel ill at times One day while laying on the beach a tractor dropped a bunch of seaweed and we had to leave the smell was so overwhelming!!!!! This resorts should not be charging this amount of money until they fix this problem!!!! This was my first time and I’ve been to Mexico resorts all over Mexico at least 25 times that I’ve not got in the Ocean :((

Riu Flamingos: Vacation Perfection

Top quality hotel with every service and need fully taken care of. Premium food and alcohol along and plenty of nightly entertainment and activities. Resort was cleaned constantly and we had zero complaints. A must try resort!

Grand Sunset Princess: Vacation 2018

Resort is very nice, nothing over and above. Clean, great staff, food was as average as any other resort we have visited in Mexico. Liked the fact that they have more than 1 swim up bar. Makes the pools less congested around the bars.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso del Mar: Great vacation

everything was perfect, gardens were amazing, room comfortable and clean, food was pretty good, staff was really polite and efficient at every post...beach was beautiful except for the algue I felt safe and will definitely go back
