Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Grand punta cana

Terrible customer service. The hotel front desk give limited information. Customer service act like you are bothering them when you ask something. We didn't feel welcome or wanted in the hotel. You have line up for food and never enough. Also, you have to asking drinks and they never bring, they never give spoon and never have enough plates. No one wants to talk you.

It's a three star our stay was a disaster...thanks to ALICA DAWSON our room was like the pit stop of the car race...NOT THE PLACE TO SPEND MY 45 WEDDING ANNIVERSARY...WE WASTED OUR MONIES ...WASTED OUR TIME ...OUR 45 ANNIVERSARY WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FANTASTIC....WHAT A DISASTER IT TURN OUT AT YOUR PLACE

I really enjoy my stay. The hotel staff is very friendly and efficient. Is clean, well attended and maintained. The buffets have many options and very good and tasty. I have no complaints whatsoever. Really satisfied and happy!

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Amazing Resort

This is the first solo trip and I’m very happy I went to this resort in that wonderful destination. I have no complaints whatsoever and I look forward of coming back in the future. Everything was top notch!!!!

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Decent Resort

Overall good experience however, some things to point out. We stayed in Villa 11 and the lighting in the nighttime was horrible. We had to use our flashlight on our phone to walk up the stairs. Amenities are dated and cleanliness was about a 6/10. Also, I have never experienced so many ants on a beach before. The workers pour people's leftover drinks into the sand. I understand it's difficult but, maybe get a bucket to pour the sweet drinks as it is a bit unpleasant. Also, please label your food accordingly at the buffet (people have certain dietary restrictions). On the positive side, the food was amazing and had a great selection. I, especially loved the pasta and omelet bar. We also, loved the pool and the waterpark for the kids. Staff was pretty friendly and accommodating and entertainment in the nighttime was good.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Family friendly hotel, excellent

Overall everything is good, but need to train staff to speak English, was very limited. Also need to put proper labels on food trays. The beach needs to clean more frequently, too much seaweeds. Very nice lobby entrance, bar is easily accessible for all kinds of tasty drinks

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Not as good

I have been to this resort twice before this time in 2013 and in 2015. Both times you could use all the pools, bars,buffets,beaches and shows no matter which part of the resort you booked into. NOW you can only use the resort you booked into things. If you book into Coba, you can only use Coba Beach, buffet, bars, pools, shows. They give you an arm band when you arrive letting all the other areas know you aren't welcome there, and they are strict about not letting you use the other areas.We Won [... read more]'t be back.

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Good average resort

Pool and beach were great. Buffet decent. Gourmet and Brazilian alacstres good. Drinks are generic and should include more for the price. Rooms clean and spacious. Spa disappointing as they didn’t accept the offer posted in lobby. So take a picture of all offers to show them. So they can’t cheat you Staff very good.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Very nice resort

Hotel room is very nice. Service is fantastic. However, the beach is full of rock, you will need to navigate carefully to get into the water. The water is very clear and you can see the bottom of the sea. For the hotel: It's loud at night , not the hotel's fault. It's just other guests that always talk loudly in the corridor at night. They should get rid of the carpets on the hallway in some buildings, very old and smelly.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Good resort

Grounds well kept. Beach area very clean. Water crystal clear. Lobby area well kept. Entertainment ok. Food good. Pleasant staff. Beach bar only accessible to visitors with upgrade on the part where the beach was nicest.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: AMAZING RESORT.

Exceptional and Incredible Resort. Amenities and Services was above and beyond our expectations. Unique vacation experience, great adult resort. Lovely Beach Front view close to all amenities. Location, and cleanliness was excellent. At the Main Buffett everyday consisted of a different theme. Abundance of food, pastries and fruits. Coffee shop and sports bar is a must. Bahia Principe Explore Coba: My 50th Birthday Trip

To be totally honest everything was OK with the exception of the following .. 1 King Bed and a couch bed , never heard from the desk about moving to to a room with two beds AC was poor , ceiling fan had one speed Slow .. called the desk, they sent two set of repair personnel twice and yet never offered to switch the room .. I won't be revisiting this resort or chain based on this experience

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: A FUN TIME AT AN AMAZING RESORT

I’d like to shout out to Albert from the Lobby bar, Jerimias and Jesus at front desk, the Entertainers Jose, Carlos, Braynel, Edwin, Rayki and so many more. JEAN (cart driver) WE LOVE YOU❤️. This was a girls trip and we felt so safe w the staff from their kindness and joyfulness. I am already thinking of the next trips and to go back! The entertainment on the resort was 10/10! Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Okay Resort

Hotel was great. Food, staff and pool. My room had no A/C, we did notify them but nothing. The beach is very rocky, so make sure you have water shoes. Everything else was great. Jose, our server was the best.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Amazing Resort!

This is our 3rd time at this resort and we absolutely love it. It has a lot of activities/entertainment for adults and families with young children. The staff is super friendly just very personable. The kids club is awesome! The buffet has a selection that anyone would enjoy however the carribean food is very very good! I have no complaints about this hotel at all and the price is just right. Can't wait to go back next year! Sandy :)

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: It's "okay" .. needs some improvement

It was okay for the most part .. the pool is beautiful and the beach is gorgeous but that's about it. The food at the specialty restaurants was very poor qualify. We ended up cancelling most of our reservations after the first two and ate at the buffet for meals instead. The staff, while friendly, tend to be pretty unprofessional (yelling across restaurants, taking shots with guests at the pool) The rooms are acceptable although they do need quite a bit of work once you look closer. Mold on the [... read more] walls around the AC vent, Our fridge never really got cold and they only had beer, no liquor like in Mexico. We had no cold water the entire time .. hot water only to shower and brush our teeth. Our door lock was broken the entire 10days and would lock us out of our room every single day. We called maintenance, managers, concierge and absolutely no one would help us, they kept saying to come to the lobby to get new cards (the battery in the door handle was weak) ... The pushy vendors and the Privilege Club reps were awful! Very aggressive both on the beach and with the P.C reps constantly hassling you while on holiday. They called our room at 8:05am the 2nd morning we were there, waking us up than again the next morning at the same time .. that time when I said no, they said they'll send someone to our room at 11am. They just won't take no for an answer. The pool DJ would sometimes play easy Caribbean style music which was very nice, but than would play very loud rave music and hwled constantly be yelling in the microphone over the music ... Very difficult to just relax by the pool. We'd go back to the Dominican forsure, but very likely not to this resort. We've been to Grand Bahia resorts before and Mexico is far far better than Punta Cana for food, service, resort and value.

CAPPUCCINO!!! resort was amazing, stay and entertainment was also amazing!! Entertainment team made the stay amazing and enjoyable, games were very fun to participate in! Food and cleanliness were great! Overall an amazing stay, staff did their absolute most to try and accommodate and everyone was super friendly!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Best Resort By Far!!

Me and my wife stayed here for 7 days. We had an exceptional experience. There is 24/7 Room service at no extra vharge. All the staff are extremely friendly. We appreciated jose at the buffet and marianne at the excursion desk. And the life guards at the smaller jacuzzi pool where very tentative and alert looking out for our saftely constantly. The hotel was great service was great food was great everyone was helpful the manager Carlos went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay we enjoyed our stay here and would certainly go again!
