Paris Las Vegas: Excellent location on the Vegas strip

This hotel did not disappoint. Easy check in, clean rooms, plenty of places to get a good meal at any time of day/evening. People were happy and helpful. The only negative was the lingering odour of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel.

Monumental Hotel Orlando: Great resort!

We found the resort quiet and clean. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Our room was ready when we arrived at 11 am and we received our key card right away. The pool looked great but the weather was too cold for me to get in. About 13 degrees! BRRR There was an ice machine on our floor as well as a vending machine. There is a resort fee that covers internet, parking etc. No big deal, I knew this before hand. Our room was on the fourth floor overlooking the pool area, it was clean and c [... read more]omfortable. The parking lot was full of cars but you rarely saw anyone, that is ok though, it was very quiet. We had cleaning come in only twice and they did a great job. We are not people who need our bed made everyday and towels are clean after you get out of the shower, so there was no need for them to clean everyday. The staff that we met in the halls were very friendly and the resort was close to everything that we wanted to do. I would recommend this resort. We checked out at 5am but there was no one at the desk. I left a thank you note along with the keycards and away I went.

The STRAT Hotel Casino and Tower: Stratosphere hotel and casino

This was my first trip to Vegas and I was concerned about pricing and most of the minimum bets of table games. I selected the Stratosphere after researching online and found it to be the best deal for the buck. It has several low minimum table games ($5) but much more important was the variety and quality of dining! I was so much more than pleased and I suggest you seek out amber the Customer Relations Manager (Amber) to see what she can offer you. Using my players card meritted points which i used on the following: Hotel Buffet- varried meat, fresh fruit and vegatables that was a staple for my trip. McCall's restaurant is a grill house that is amazing. Steak, fillet mignon and shrimp were to die for and excellent wine and service. Roxy's 50s burgers was good food with EXCELLENT live entertainment Fellini's authentic Italian restaurant …Magnifico mmm and finally MJ live.. Michael Jackson tribute was incredible. I highly recommend the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino if you are looking for a holiday, a getaway and a memory.

The STRAT Hotel Casino and Tower: Good value for the money!

This a good clean hotel featuring shopping, casino, restaurants amusement rides and a 108 storey tower. The only negative is that it's on the very north end of the strip, but if you get a bus pass it's no problem.

Golden Nugget: The Nuggett

By far the nicest hotel on Fremont Avenue. Don’t think twice about booking here. Clean, great service and tons if great food! The pool area is large and sunny and was easy to find a lounger. I will be back!

Sirata Beach Resort: Great Family Resort!

We knew prior to booking our March Break vacation that there was some construction on-going at this resort. That being said, the construction noise was minimal and only from 830am-330pm. There was no construction dust or debris blowing around anywhere and our room was right beside the Harry's Beach Bar area currently under construction. The beach area was fabulous and not crowded at all even though this was March Break! The beach was very clean, well kept and regularly patrolled by the Sheriff so there was no rowdy individuals from other hotels walking around drunk anywhere on the beach. I would highly recommend this Resort for families with children and teenagers who want a relaxing vacation. One of the restaurants on-site the "Compass Grill" was outstanding and I can't say enough good things about the Manager - George, Waiter - Bryce and even the bartender - Chris who ensured that all our meals were prepared and served with the outmost care, as our daughter has a life-threatening food allergy. George was right on top of everything and communicated the need for 100% certainty and quality control of our daughter's meals. Waiter - Bryce was very knowledgable about food allergies and ensured every part of our daughter's meals were perfect!!! It is always nerve racking when eating at restaurants due to possible cross-contamination of food in the kitchen, but our daughter and as parents we felt very relaxed and confident in both George and Bryce who personally ensured every meal was prepared to perfection and offered substitutes to accommodate our daughter's needs. George and Bryce worked together to ensure our daughter had a variety of meals to choose from and even made her a special dessert to accommodate her food allergy. Excellent customer service and very friendly staff!!! I can't say enough good things about this restaurant and quality of meals. We will definitely look at returning in the future as this Resort is on the top of our list!

Treasure Island: Amazing Resort!

Treasure Island is a fantastic resort to stay at. Perfect location, and friendly staff. The only downside, is that we found that the room could have been a little cleaner. For example: there was food on the floor from previous guests.

Aqua Palms Waikiki: Good location

We thought the room we had was good and the Wednesday evening with drinks and food was enjoyable. The coffee in the morning was also good. The only problem I had was that I did not get my messages when my cousins and also my friend's nephew phoned several times and my friend in Vancouver called 3 or more times until finally she told the front desk to put a note under my door.

Holiday Inn Resort Lake Buena Vista: Nice place to stay

This is second time we stayed at this hotel and we loved it both times. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Rooms were kept clean and tidy. We got the room with balcony which was very nice and roomy. I would recommend this holiday Inn to anyone.

Tuscana Resort: Tuscana Resort - Great Place for our Family Vacation

The Tuscana Resort was perfect for our five day holiday in Orlando. Having the amenities in the spacious condo gave us options. The pool setting is lovely and we enjoyed the bar and grill that was available. The location is central to shopping and to Disney attractions.

Waikiki Beach Marriott: Great location

Clean hotel, friendly staff, located on the beach right at the break walls. Close walk to the Zoo, bus stops right at the hotel. Very nice view from the balcony. Complementary chocolates at check-in a nice touch. Check-out is at 11:00am, and with our flight at 10:50pm, bell hop services will hold your bag for the day, and hotel offered us their complementary hospitality room which offers TV, computer, a washroom and shower facilities to freshen up before our flight. This allowed us to visit the  [... read more]zoo on our final day, and walk the strip one more time after checking out of our room.

The Signature at MGM: A relaxing stay!

Impressed by how close we were to the action, while feeling like we were in a quieter family friendy hotel. The room was very modern and larger. Nice jacuzzi tub. The upsell on the room view is worth it..but be careful to offer 10 not their 20 for it.

Staybridge Suites Lake Buena Vista: Super family suites

This was our second time staying here and everything was great. The two-bedroom suite is perfect for families, especially with teens who each get their own bed as well as the parents. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Pool is very nice. Breakfast is included every morning and everything is fresh and tasty. Good location - close to the parks (they have a shuttle as well), restaurants and shopping.

Excalibur: Love staying at the Excalibur

We had requested a strip view room from trip central and did not have it. Very disappointing when arriving after traveling 24 hours and very tired. Did pay extra two days later and moved to the one that we had thought we had paid extra for when booking. When booking was made " Strip View " was not written the the notes. Excalibur blamed it on Trip Central not making the notation.

Treasure Island: Outstanding Customer Service!

The staff at Treasure Island went over and above the call of duty to make our vacation in Las Vegas, a most remarkable one! While checking in, our daughter mentioned that we were there to celebrate my birthday. Not only did they upgrade our room to a "Suite", but they also sent a bucket of chilled champagne up to our room....on the house! We were genuinely overwhelmed by this kind act of generosity! Our room was enormous with 2 full bathrooms, 2 walk in closets and the living area space was larg [... read more]e enough to host a house party in :-) The restaurants in Treasure Island were above standard too, and at a reasonable cost. The meals were amazingly delicious, generous in portion sizes and easy on the pocket book which was important to our family. We will definitely be going back to T. I....they rock!!!

Mandalay Bay: Wonderful, amazing resort! We love it!

Everything is clean! Our room was awesome! Service is perfect! Love this hotel, hope we can come back and stay there again. One of the best hotels in Vegas I believe. Because of the vey comfy bed and unbelievable view, we don't want to leave our room :) Please send our thanks to the wonderful staff, great management !

Sheraton Vistana Resort: Beautiful resort

The resort is very friendly environment and clean. I highly recommended to friends and families. The location has nearby shops and restaurants as well amenities. Our stay makes us feel at home. The villa is well furnished with a perfect view of nature. There is a mini golf nearby at reasonable price perfect for family recreation.

New York New York: Pretty good

The location was great as well as the food options! Rooms were average but the view was stunning. Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. Would recommend. If you're looking for a luxury experience id go somewhere else though. 😊

W Las Vegas: Excellent Suite

Delano is actually a tower connected to Mandalay Bay with it's own check-in lobby. The casino is in Mandalay as are the shops and most of the restaurants. The "entry" to Delano is under the parking garage so not a sunny first impression.Just inside the door and enroute to the reception is dark and really over scented with something wafting through the vents. The one bedroom suite has simplicity and quite stylish. It has a large bathroom + a small bathroom in the entry, very nice. No free  [... read more]coffee (or water) here.

Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino: Average

Average resort, but shuttle service isn't that great. Needs more frequent bus services. The room is recently clean, but the shower wouldn't turn off. There's no coffee maker and they charge $4.5 for each bottle of water, which is insane.
