Grand Oasis Cancun: Horrible Resort

Honestly this was my worst vacation ever. I want to first off say it has nothing to do with the employees. They were all very nice but the quality of this resort is beyond horrible. The food was the worst I’ve ever had and made me not want to eat at all. No flavour just bland overall and the same things everyday. The alcohol selection was extremely basis for a 4 star and all the expensive bottles were filled with water to make it look like they had expensive stuff but they didn’t. The checki [... read more]n process took over 1hr with only one person working the checkin desk and multiple employees walking around. I would never recommend anyone to go and stay at this resort. My friends and I would never go back and are extremely disappointed on how this hotel is rated as a 4 star but is barely even qualified for a 2 star. You really need to re-evaluate the rating of this resort.

Sandos Cancun: Great Resort

We went for 7 days to this resort. It is great for couples, not recommended to come with children. Food was very good, big selection of restaurants, rooms are nice and cozy maybe lacking a bit of lights in them. Staff is very nice and friendly and always willing to help. The pool areas are very beautiful as well as the beach. The resort does have different night activities planned out each day, but it still seems like its lacking some entertainment during the day.

Royalton CHIC Cancun: Fantastic Resort

We stayed at the Royalton Suites in Cancun and really enjoyed the facility and services. We arrived very late and were able to order room service upon our arrival on our room television 24 hours a day. The resort also has 5 a la carte restaurants that were really good—especially the Mexican and Asian offerings. We dined at each at least three times and every dish we ordered were excellent. The evening entertainment offered a Queen, Micheal Jackson, and Bruno Mars show that we really enj [... read more]oyed. In fact, you did not have to leave the resort to fully enjoy your trip. The resort is safe and well protected yet only a bus ride from the town centre where we bought some souvenirs for friends and families. Overall, I would fully recommend this friends and anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxing time under the sun in this friendly and upscale resort. I will keep my eyes peeled for special pricing here>

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Had a Great Time!

Our group of 7 adults had a great time at this resort last week. The food was fantastic. We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. Despite being a large group we were able to get into most of the al a carte restaurants with very little wait. The beach is amazing - lots of trees and shade and plenty of distance to walk. It was never a problem to get a beach chair.

Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: Dirty30 at the Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa in Cancun Mexico

I recently stayed at Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa in Cancun Mexico for my 30th birthday. I was so insanely happy with this resort and heres why: The Staff: absolutely amazing! they take the time to get to know you, are always so friendly, and quick to get you whatever you need. The Food: incredible! the buffet was always stacked, and the restaurants on the resort (which were also included with your stay - no extra fee) were amazing! Hotel: very clean! and hotel cleaning staff had our room spotless everyday. The Beach: perfect! white clean sand, no seaweed, and you can walk out for quite a distance into shallow water. lots of different types of rentals on the beach as well if you like to seadoo or paraglide. I would highly recommend this resort to someone travelling to cancun!

Wyndham Grand Cancun: Excellent trip

Omni hotel is very nice and updated. Rooms were spacious and clean, food was good and very Americanized. There’s plenty of selection for places to eat throughout the day, lots of stairs to get to the beach and back but doable! Only complaints are booking the a la carts (there was a glitch in their system so we couldn’t book the Italian on their app and had to wait to do it in person), their entertainment at night wasn’t very long and there’s not many places for big groups to sit at in th [... read more]eir lobby bar (small tables so you can’t play cards well, and you’re stuck sitting far away from some of the group if you have more than 5 people on your trip). Otherwise would go back again, staff was wonderful and very accommodating/pleasant to deal with. Their drink called “Omni paradise” is delicious give it a try!

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres: very nice resort and excellent food

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres: Our favorite resort yet!

We loved this resort! We chose a swimup room with jacuzzi...room was very spacious and had 2 bathrooms, large deck with jacuzzi. The only thing...be careful when booking a swim up to ask if you are on the sunny side of the building. We found we didn't get sun in our area. We were in an adult section of this resort. We had a consierge/butler, premium beer (Corona, Coors Lights & Heikekin restocked in fridge daily, snacks supplied daily (peanuts, chips & chocolate bars), 1 free session at the hydrotherapy spa, 1 quart of premium alcohol, 24 hour free room service, each night our blankets were turned down at bedtime and ready to climb into bed. Bags were delivered to our room at check in and picked up at our room for check out time by bellboy. We had a designated section on beach with awesome service for drinks. The Steak restaurant was our favorite and other than that we enjoyed the buffet and the restaurant by beach...Mar House! It had awesome salmon, burgers, etc. Ice cream was delic too! Entertainment at night wasn't the best but we weren't really too concerned by that as we were tired out anyway. Sports bar has great drinks...Ernesto Lu Cio was a fantastic bartender, he was fun and went out of his way to get to know us!! We would have loved huts on the beach but they had cabanas with no closed in top...so shade was hard to find !! We would cover the top of the cabana with large towels to block some sun. Beach was beautiful!!! We have been to resorts in Puerta Plata, Punta Cana, Riviera Maya and have cruised...but this was our best yet! Food was top notch!! We would have to struggle to pick out a fault....finding shade on beach and having more sun at our swim up is all that really comes to mind. We booked with Trip Central...Eliana Anton was our agent, very obliging...all went smooth! Excellent vacation and highly recommend. I expect this resort will go up in price within the year or so as they advised us they are striving to become a 5 Diamond resort. Lastly, I want to mention our butler JD....he truly made our vacation and hotel experience as best it could be, he greeted us as we arrived and took us on a mini tour of the hotel showing us everything, so we had a good feel where all was located, this was so helpful as it saved us time in days to come as we knew exactly where we wanted to go! JD would check in regularly to make sure our needs were met and strived to make our trip a special one! He was fantastic at his job and is a real compliment to the Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres Resort!!! We will be revisiting this resort as it was all and more than we had hoped for!! And the weather was perfect too!

Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: Absolutely Fabulous!

Our stay at Panama Jacks in Cancun was fabulous. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the grounds are beautiful and the property itself, inside and out is kept spotless!!! There was a mix up with our room when we arrived, which was late at night, but they took care of the issue as soon as I mentioned it the following morning - making the change nothing more than a slight speed bump. I really  [... read more]liked that the lobby is the center of pretty much everything, making it easy to enjoy all the services the resort has to offer. Also the hours for the various restaurants was very accommodating, giving us the choice to dine when we wanted. I highly recommend Panama Jacks Cancun!

Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: Amazing resort

I loved everything about Panama Jack's Cancun. The grounds,rooms and restaurants were spotless, the staff were incredible and there were so many you never waited for anything. The only thing I would add is a bigger pool. There were a lot of families so lots of kids in pool. There is a kids pool but most used the larger one. Not a big issue, just a thought.

The Pyramid Cancun: Good time with friends :)

Overall really enjoyed this resort! We got a free upgrade to ocean view which was awesome... only downfall was they were doing a lot of construction in the building which could be loud at times. Room was on smaller side but clean and adequate. No issues with hot water... although the toilet acted up a few times. Staff was always very responsive to any issues. Mini fridge was restocked daily (Coors Light; Coca Cola, Water) Food was awesome! Beach and pool areas very clean. Lots of things  [... read more]to do a night time as well. Lots of security. WiFi worked throughout the resort. It's a big resort so be prepared to do a lot of walking... took a few days to learn how to navigate. Definitely worth the extra money to upgrade to the Pyramid.

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres: Brand new and gorgeous

Majestic Elegance Playa Mujeres is a brand new resort and beautiful. The service for the most part was outstanding, food was great and the entertainment was better than most. Shout out to Jordan from the entertainment team, Orlando from the pool bar, Luce and Abby Gail from the Sky Lounge!! The only issue we encountered was our swim up room in building 5 was in the shade all day and the pools were very cool but I believe they are now heated. The beach was great, seaweed cleaned multiple times pe [... read more]r day, beautiful sand and turquoise waters! The front desk staff could be a little more friendly (one guy in particular). The guys at the piano bar were great and quick to make a iced coffee or flavored cappuccino/latte. The resort is big but not too big and the setup flows very nicely. Likely will not return as that is not our thing, we like to checkout other areas and destinations and never repeat for the most part. 5* all the way! Lots of negative reviews but people need to remember that this place is only 8 weeks old and will get to the standard it set out to be!

Riu Palace Peninsula: "Fantastic resort"

My wife and I stayed at RIU PP Jan 16-23 we had a wonderful time.A true 5 star resort.The staff are amazing hard working people (Alicia,Luis in the buffet are great).Bartender (Max) at Plaza bar,amazing.We will recommend this resort to everyone.

Iberostar Selection Coral Cancun: Fantastic Resort

Beauty hotel, awesome grounds, well manicured common areas, pools and beach front. Room service and accommodations was a fantastic experience. Restaurants and Buffet were excellent. Nightly entertainment was top drawer. Enjoyed our 10 day stay to the Max .

NYX Hotel Cancun: Small Resort - Big Heart

This resort is small, but it carries a lot of punch. If you are looking for drinks on the beach, nightly entertainment, great pools and lovely spaces, give it a try. the whole place is really well kept, have friendly staff, and the food was fantastic. We had a great week-long stay.

Iberostar Selection Coral Cancun: Amazing Resort

The Iberostar Selection Coral Level is fantastic and ranks at the top of the many hotels we have stayed at. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are fantastic and well kept. Room service staff are amazing and housekeeping is fantastic. It probably has the best food I have ever eaten in the Riviera Maya. It is always fresh and the menu options are delicious and different daily. I would recommend this hotel resort to anyone wanting an amazing stay

Atelier Playa Mujeres: Fabulous resort

Very clean and smells great with aroma therapy. The food is fabulous. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are luxurious and very clean. The beach is beautiful. Very comfortable furniture throughout the resort. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

Grand Sens Cancun: clean fun resort

Oasis Sens moved to a new location. I stayed at the original location and was anxious coming to a new hotel. The hotel is modern and kept very clean. Staff is friendly and make the resort. Activities hosted by Nelson, who I met before, is amazing and works the crowd like a professional. He deserves a raise. Pool temperature is too cold to enjoy and was mostly empty. A number of hot tubs were warm on arrival and cold by departure which is so wrong. Listed as a party resort yet the last call  [... read more]for drinks is 12:30 which is far to early. Huge disappointment to many of the guests. Lunch food comes from the kitchen in the main building and carried out to the tables. Arrives cold and the minimum wait is a half hour to an hour to get your sparse cold meal. Buffet is limited and repeated every night. For lunch go next door to the grill on the beach at the Oasis Palm. Also a greater choice of food at there evening buffet. Let me manage the resort for a year because it has great potential.

TRS Coral: Amazing resort. Great service.

The resort was stunning. Modern clean and great attention to detail. Everyone working there was very attentive and friendly. Our butler was on point always able to help. Had a junior swim up suite was amazing.

Occidental Tucancun: Excellent resort

The resort was great! I loved that the beach was so close and right in front of you. The staff are amazing and the food was good. The night shows were great and enjoyed them very much. The bartenders worked so hard to please everyone and did it smiling. Antonio and Lorenzo were great!!! The check in is very very slow and the check out is also slow. That's my only complaint. Everything else was excellent! Very clean and happy place.
