Grand Palladium Kantenah: Great , Clean Resort

This restort is huge, the rooms are spacious and exceptionaly clean , staff where welcoming and very helpful. The beach was maintained daily, both pools were refreshing and inviting. Iwould recommend this restort to everyone whos looking to relax as well as those looking for adventures.

Grand Palladium Palace: Beautiful resort and great service!!

We loved food, there was more than enough variety of food. We tried 3 restaurants and service was very good. we loved the resort beautiful beach. Resort has a market too. It is a huge resort so there is enough to walk around.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Beautiful resort

This is our 5th time staying at this resort and love it there!! The grounds are gorgeous and plush. The beach is quite nice with an area of coral that you can snorkel at. There are 5 or 6 beautiful pools to chose from. The food is fantastic!!

Grand Palladium Palace: Great resort !

Very clean, staff were very pleasant and friendly . Always someone available for help or to provide a ride anywhere. Great room service and maid service. The food was awesome , there was wi-fi available on the resort free of charge .

Grand Palladium Palace: very clean

Just returning from from the Grand Palladium.This resort is large,but well kept.the staff is very friendly,and helpful.my complaint about here is the restauants set up.I did not find this good at all.They say first come,but when arrive,did you reserve????If this is first come ,why did we need to reserve?Needs something done about that.Our room was good,cleaned everyday,downfall in the room,not a big one but a helpful one,TV channel guide would be nice.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Amazing resort

Was clean and well maintained. The air conditioner did not stay on while out of the room this made the room and our clothes smell musty. The staff were very friendly and the maids always did a very good job cleaning our room.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: big and beautiful

we enjoyed it. resort is beautiful, food is great. lots to do for kids. beaches-some are very good, others are hard to swim, because of the rocks. stuff is friendly for the most part. trying to sell massages all the time though, but not too annoying.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Disappointing

The hotel was overall disappointing, it was certainly not a 5 star resort at best a 4 star. Although it had a beautiful swimming pool and grounds the beaches were rocky and you needed to wear water shoes. The themed restaurants were very disappointing and the entertainment much the same every night, although the hotel staff dancers were very talented it would have been nice to see a show with some audience participation. Considering the price we paid I expected much more for my dollar!

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Wonderful time!

Arrived early, around 1030 am. As expected, our room was not ready. We changed and headed for the beach. Hotel was large, but surprisingly easy to get around. Nice clean rooms, great a la cartes, and no problem getting in with no reservations required. And a wonderful beach. Overall, a great week. I would recommend this hotel.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Beautiful resort.

Beautiful, clean resort full of friendly staff and lots to do. The resort is very close to the ocean too which is a nice bonus for those who don't like to walk far from their room to play in the sand.

Grand Palladium Palace: amazing resort

this resort/hotel/restaurant was great, friendly service,clean rooms/sidewalks/pools/beaches bed were comfortable, easy access to other resorts, nice little stores,lots of excursion opportunity. Grand Palladium Kantenah: Great resort

Vast resort, lots of vegetation, great food and people. We returned for a fourth time but they did not know we were repeat customers although the travel agent advised them and we personally sent the hotel an email. They do not seem to recognize the value of repeat customers which was a little disappointing. We booked in october for a trip in March 2015 and were given rooms very far away from the beach - we were upset as we book early so we can get first pick. Grand Palladium Kantenah: Good Resort

Pool and beach excellant. Food good. Grounds too big for people our age. We found we had to walk too far from our room to the pool and buffet. Standard room was clean and spacious however mattrass was lumpy. We should have upgraded to a Jr. suite as our friends did.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Loved every minute of our stay

I have only good to say about all of this. I especially LOVED the pool as i am not a great swimmer. The excerise bikes in the pool was a great idea and i took advantage of those every day. All resorts should follow this. Beaches were ok, would recommend water shoes for sure.

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Amazing Resort

This is an amazing resort in the Punta Cana area. We took our family of 5 and had two bedroom lockoff. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The Beach is where we spent most of our time. Beautiful white sand beach. Great for swimming, long walks and relaxing. Never had to worry about getting chairs at the beach or pool areas. The resort grounds are well maintained with long winding paths and beautifully maintained gardens. They have a sports area with tennis, archery, badminton, ping pong, soccer and basketball. We used these facilities every morning and had a great time. Overall service was friendly and adequate. We would recommend this resort to all ages as the resort(s) is quite large with many things to do. We did not leave the resort as we felt it had everything to offer for our family.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: awesome

Excelent hotel. Great food. Nice beach and entertainment. Friendly staff. Good transportation to the airport. Flexible hours for restaurants. Several small pools around the resort. Very clean and organized.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Awesome Resort Awesome Vacation!

We had an amazing time at the resort! Lots of things to do - water polo, ping pong, dance lessons, sailing, silly games, snorkeling, and more! There were nightly activities/shows too! I liked the Musical review night. The food was amazing! Such a variety and the specialty restaurants were good. We didn't like the Sushi place but the Steak place and the Mexican were wonderful! White sandy beach, beautiful weather and very kind people!

Grand Palladium Riviera Resort And Spa: Great March Break Experience

The Grand Palladium is huge and it takes a while to get used to getting around. The junior suite was well configured and suited our needs. Availability of movies would have been a plus. A great feature for our pre-teens was the soccer pitch / tennis courts / mini putt area; and the main pool at the Riviera was also very popular. Overall, employees were courteous, friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back. This is a great region for a family vacation, and we felt we got excellent value for the experience at the Grand Palladium.

Grand Palladium Palace: Very large resort

The grounds are beautiful and most of the staff were helpful. A la carte restaurants are good but the favourites (Italian and Japanese) are more difficult to get into unless you go very early. Trolley around the resort is a nice added feature to help get around. Beach area is very clean with smooth sand and the two BBQ's at lunch time were good. Grand Palladium Palace: Beautiful resort

The Grand Palladium Palace is a beautiful, well maintained resort. The beach front is gorgeous, and there were always ample beach chairs to choose from. The beach bars were convenient and the mid-day BBQ offering was great. The pools are very nice, and again there were a lot of beach chairs available. For an all inclusive resort, the food was quite good. The breakfast choices were ample, but I do wish that breakfast was offered later than 10am. There are next to no options between 10am and 12pm [... read more] in terms of food, so if you miss breakfast you're out of luck. The main complaint I have about the resort is the a la carte dining system. There are MANY a la carte choices, but unless you pay the upgrade fee to be in the Royal Suites, you cannot make reservations. This meant lining up each evening to give our names to the hostess and then waiting sometimes an hour to get a table. Also, the food at each restaurant didn't always match the theme (for example turkky breast with cranberries at the Mexican restaurant). I should also mention the beautiful sports facilities - tennis courts, badminton, volleyball and soccer, as well as a decent sized gym. Overall it was a great experience. We had some great service, and some service that was not helpful nor friendly, but I think that is more a cultural issue.
