Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Beautiful Resort!

This resort was amazing! The grounds were gorgeous, the pools were amazing and the staff was wonderful. The food was delicious in buffet and restaurants and the entertainment was great. We stayed in the adult only building # 83 which was perfect in every way. We especially loved the Brazilian Grill at los Corales , the Mediterraneo, and the Don Pablo. I wish the water was a little deeper at the beaches but still very nice. Riu Cancun: HOT SPOT

Hotel and location is excellent. Rooms were functional spectacular views crazy comfy beds. Only down fall NO Mimosa for breakfast:( Service was great! Great food! Drinks...don't remember haha Entertainment staff was fantastic! Beach was beautiful Beach walk to the light house is a must!

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Great Resort

This resort was wonderful. The pools are big therefore never feeling overly busy. The a la cartes restaurants are great especially the Italian ones. The waiters and waitresss were very attentive. We would definitely go back to this resort.

Riu Santa Fe: SO SO

was disappointed about the noise from the construction next to the hotel and when we first entert the room the smell was bad and the view was the back of the Riu Palast overall the quality was not as good as for 2 years ago the price was 500$ more per person and I found out that the same deal from Calgary 500$ cheaper i would recommend this hotel only if there is a notice about the construction it will go on for at least for 2 years . I found the price not fair for the situation .

Dreams Huatulco: amazing resort

The people there are very friendly, the place is always being clean and the weather was sunny and hot everyday. great vacation spot, will return. loved it. This is a very beautiful resort and the people that work there plus the people that visit were great. love it

Secrets Huatulco: Not bad

This was our third time at this resort and we felt it was starting to look a bit tired. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately we were given a room with two double beds, we asked for a room with a king size bed but they could not accommodate us.

Crown Paradise Club: Suprised!

After reading reviews I was surprised with the food service and resort itself. The buffet had fresh fruit smoothies in the morning. The buffet was huge with lots of options. Then only part I wasn't happy with was, the two resorts crown paradise club and crown paradise gold were said to be I interchangeable for food and drinks and some staff said it was ok for us to eat on the other side and then we were refused by another staff.

Very Good: Food was fresh and tasty. Value was good. Family Resort. Entertainment. Teen Room. Kids Club. Amenities. Wave Rider. Towel and sun lounger availability Average: The room cleaning service was good when they showed up. Pool side service was sporadic Not so Good: The beach had a lot of seaweed. Iberostar Waves Paraiso del Mar: Great Time !

Resort & rooms very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bartenders amazing .. loved Victor at the pool bar... Beach was ok .. windy .. lots of seaweed. Never a problem finding chairs at beach or the pool ... which was amazing . Disappointed in the A-la-Carte restaurants .. food was good but the presentation not as good as our last year visit to the Iberostar in Puerto Plata DR. and felt as if we were being rushed. Requested a room overlooking the pool .. which we got, but didn't realiz [... read more]e you couldn't see it for the "jungle view" .. it wasn't bad ... just not noted you wouldn't be able to see the pool. We stayed in block 13 ... long walk up to lobby if you didn't use the golf cart shuttles .. would request block 15 or 16 next time. Overall great place .. would go back again.

Occidental Cozumel: Familiale en plain nature très agreable

Hôtel de lux en plain nature,mer calme, pas de roches.petits bungalow vue dans la verdure,chambres larges,confortables et propres.Restauranrs agreable. Personnel souriant accueillant. Vacances reposantes.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Excellent Amenities

Very large resort that has everything you could possibly want. The size makes it a little spread out, however there is a very effective trolley transit system to shuttle you around to wherever you need to go (it's also walkable if you don't mind a bit of a hike). The grounds are extremely well kept, and the food is quite good (buffets offer a wide variety of choices, and the a la carte restaurants - that I visited - were delicious). If you want a more quiet experience, you absolutely want to choose Tulum or Akumal (both have easier access to the beach as well). All in all, a very enjoyable stay. The resort definitely lived up to expectations.

Breathless Riviera Cancun: Foamy Fun

Lots of action (if you want it it). Beautifully clean resort with amazing staff. Always joking and having a good time the staff seem like they really enjoy what they do which is refreshing. The restaurants were awesome and we were able to visit each one. We never ate at the buffet in the evening but I'm sure it was good as the breakfasts were great. Riu Caribe Cancun: nice resort

resort was nice and clean food was bland and drinks was watered down i guess that crowd control sunwing was 1 hour late leaving each way other then that it was good outside shops was nagging and taxi drivers rip you off

Grand Sunset Princess: Beautiful resort

Very picturesque, friendly staff, many a la carte options...many a la carte options..... only area for improvement would be the food quality.... while certainly nothing wrong with it... I would say it was only average compared to other resort I have been to in other countries

Barcelo Maya Caribe: Everything you want

This is my second time at this resort. Couldn’t ask for a nicer place. Very clean food is great. Can snorkel right out front of the palace resort is best. I will say one thing to be aware of and not sure if the tripcentral reps would even be aware of. The last few days of our trip a business convention arrived and took over one side of the buffet. Iberostar Waves Cozumel: Absolutely LOVED this place!!!

Beautiful grounds, excellent staff, and terrific food! This place totally exceeded our expectations! Room: We had a room by the pool area which couldn't have been better. Rooms are small, very basic, not all that sound proof, but nice and clean (great porch). Food: We ate at two of the specialty restaurants (Mexican & Steakhouse) - highly recommend both. And whenever we ate at the buffet restaurant we always found a nice variety of delicious food. Staff: The best! Occidental Cozumel: Beautiful resort!

Lovely well looked after resort in the midst of beautiful vegetation. The staff were very friendly and worked hard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. Great service at the snorkel rental area as well.

Grand Oasis Cancun: Hugely Disappointing

Very dated, very basic bare bones, hated the food, hated that basic services were few and far between, staff were decent, rooms were clean, but the plumbing left a lot to be desired, 2 elevators that hold a max of 6 people that might or might not work to move a huge amount of people from their rooms to the lobby is absolutely absurd. Fans are definitely required to circulate air in the hallways of the buildings. The check in/out time was great, I heard from others that we were extremely fortunat [... read more]e in that dept. The tiered system with the wrist bands is pretty extreme, when you can’t go into a coffee shop for a cup of coffee, because your wrist band won’t allow you to, well, that’s just insane. Also the limitations on the restaurants is just not cool. Anywhere that was considered half decent to eat was off limits. I could continue, but it’s not favourable, so I’ll stop. Best place we found to eat was at the taco kiosk at the food court.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Beyond my Expectations

This resort was a 5/5 in every aspect. The beach was beautiful, the rooms large and clean, the food was fantastic and the staff were super friendly and attentive. There is absolutely nothing I would change.
