Grand Palladium Palace: Overall a good break

Our experience on the day of arrival was disappointing. We waited additional 21/2 hrs after check in time for our room key only to walk in to a room already occupied! We were told "that is your room, have the bell boy remove the luggages in the room"! We insisted to be assigned another room instead. The service in general is average however the resort and the beach are fantastic. We find the food quality of the a la carte restaurants average so we dined at the buffet restaurants many times over.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Amazing Resort

This resort was amazing...gotta say beautiful grounds, people and service!!! A la carte restaursants were great and the staff very attentive. Night life, even for ones with kids, was great along with the kids characters and breakfasts, simply great. Buffet was good but I felt could have been more selection however, never went hungry. Grand Palladium Palace: An amazing resort for anyone to go.

It's an amazing resort, the service is excellent the staff cannot ask for anything better, we had an amazing time. The grounds are amazing the beaches, the food is awesome, the entertainment was excellent.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: BEST VACATION EVER

my wife and I travelled to Jamaica at the beginning of march and stayed at the grand palladium lady Hamilton. this was no doubt the best vacation of our lives. the resort is something out of a book spacious, clean beautiful landscaped grounds an incredible group of employees exceptionally friendly helpful very professional and always smiling and asking if you would like anything. Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: fantastic resort

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Palladium. Beautiful hotel with lots to do. Hotel staff was exceptional. Would definitely go back. Our only negative comment would be the buffet food got tired quick, more selection would have been better. Thankfully the unlimited a la carte restaurants made up for that.

Grand Palladium Palace: Beautiful Resort with great a la cart restaurants

We loved our loft room, the grounds are beautiful and well kept, restaurants are clean and most staff friendly, attentive and speak fairly good english. David, a waiter at the Buffets was amazing and very attentive. The food at the buffets could use some improving but was better than the buffets on our trip to Cuba. The a la carts were really good, the Japanese, Brazillian, Steak House and the Bamboo were my favorites. The beach is beautiful, the pools were very nice. Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Where do I go now???

After this amazing vacation... I don't know where I will go to top this one. Amazing staff, activities, food and VIEWS. Spacious clean & classy rooms with endless places to see in the resort. I didn't hit the same view twice and didn't have enough time to eat and or to have a drink in every spot available. The beaches were beautiful; nice and sandy with clean clam waters This is a great place to sun & fun on the beautiful beaches of Jamaica.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: It was our third time back! !

We had a wonderful time. ....the new kids pool was great....we also love Bhogali! Staff are friendly and helpful. .....the resort is gorgeous. The jerk hut on the beach is great and the Mexican restaurant has been updated since our last trip and we enjoyed it.The option to go to the a la carte restaurants every night is a bonus as well☺

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Great week

Great location and beach lots of place for long walks . Restaurant are all good. Beeper system at restaurants is great idea.Waves are fun but watch out for rocks when they push you in!! Have lots of chairs

TRS Turquesa: I'll be back!

Adult only, peaceful, clean upgraded rooms with free wi-fi and excellent service. Check in was a breeze with Edwin (amazing customer service), no towel game to play, just change them when you need to with a swim up bar or great poolside service for drinks. Walk to the left for a lovely long walk on white sand or go to the right for some beach side shopping, but be prepared for usual shopping annoyances. The adjoining resorts are all available with shuttle services by trolley or train on a freque [... read more]nt basis. They could use a few more "signs", as we did a few extra loops walking, looking for places. Booking a la cartes was easy. The spa is a lovely way to spend the end of the day or get out of sun for awhile. Say hi to Rubin at the pool bar! We stayed an extra hour and took a taxi to airport for $35 US.

Grand Palladium Palace: Great vacation

We were upgraded to Royal Suites and the rooms were exquisite. Free WiFi was included but was often slow and it didn't work on all of our devices. Staff were extremely friendly and the grounds were well kept. Meals were all good, particularly the Japanese Restaurant. We've stayed at the Palladium before and were not disappointed with this trip.

Had a wonderful vacation at this resort. Food was amazing, beaches were great and the staff is always pleasant and accomodating. You have to remember you are in Jamaica, so service isn't as fast as you are used to.

Grand Palladium Palace: Not impressed with the management

Our vacation was from Feb 8th to Feb 15th. When we got to the hotel they did not give us any information regarding the hotel. We went to book our a la cartes and were told they are first come unless you are a Royal member. In some cases that meant standing in line for an hour or more. I did not book a vacation to stand in line. The hotel checked us out a day before so my husband had to provide them with our information again so we could stay our last night. Over all excellent family oriented resort, pleasant and helpful staff, very clean, nicely laid out easy access to all beaches, pools, and bars. Rooms where large with whirlpool tub and well stocked mini fridge.

Grand Palladium Palace: All we could ask for in Punta Cana-da!

Clean rooms; beautiful beaches and great service (although sometimes on "DR time). Must try the Coco Loco! Had a great (and very muddy) time on the Punta Cana Boogies! Only downside was pushy local vendors.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Almost perfect!!

The grounds are beautiful ,everything is clean and well kept. It is a big resort but you can get what you need very easily. Maid service did forget too leave us towels twice but no big deal. Food was excellent and enjoyed the pool side entertainment.

Grand Palladium Palace: EXCELLENT RESORT.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS RESORT WAS GREAT. WE HAD A LOFT SUITE WITH THE BALCONY FACING THE POOL. FOOD WAS GREAT. THE STAFF WERE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP YOU. WE FEEL THIS WAS THE BEST RESORT WE HAVE BEEN TO SO FAR, AND WE HAVE BEEN TO PUNTA CANA 3 TIMES.

TRS Turquesa: Great Resort

Grounds were gorgeous. Staff tremendously pleasant and helpful. The beaches and the water were pristine. My favourite part. The food was good, not great. The beer was frigid. The rooms we had were clean but dated. I'd say time for an upgrade.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Wonderful Family Vacation Without Compromise!

We just returned from this gorgeous resort and can't wait to return! My husband, myself and 3 children had an amazing time- kids are 8,6,4yrs old. Jamaica has been a favorite destination with Sandals top notch before kids so we will thrilled to find a family resort with these standards! Rooms were beautiful , clean, mini bar refreshed, huge shower and whirlpool tub. The restaurants and buffets were delicious with theme nights but still great variety for kids. The Asian restaurant was our favorit [... read more]e. Between the beach, pools, waterpark, beach volleyball and beach soccer , gym and entertainment it was fun filled! Is like to send out a special thank you with hugs to Sunshine, Candy, and Spice at the kids club! Our kids begged and nagged to go to the kids club every day and made fast friends giving my husband and I some alone time without guilt! The kids performed in the show every night which they loved and brought us to tears! Thanks so much to the staff at the Grand Palladium Jamaica!

Grand Palladium Kantenah: What a Beautiful Huge Resort!

The resort was beautiful and so well kept, I've never seen such a clean place. Rooms were immaculate and fridge restocked. The staff were awesome and so friendly, especially the one bell hop named Alex (Alejandro) who found carts for us as much as possible and the lobby bartender Jose who remembered our drinks. The buffets were average, beach bars fantastic and the a la cartes were amazing especially the Japanese and Brazilian restaurants. I think the downfall of the resort is how huge it is. The one day we waited over an hour to take the train to see the rest of the resort so we ended up giving up and felt we had wasted too much time doing nothing. This ended up being amusing though because then the following day, we swear they came every 5 seconds. Way too much walking. It didn't take long to get from our rooms at 45 block to the lobby, but to where all the action was, we felt we wasted too much time travelling, which took away from precious drinking time lol. From what we heard from other guests, the rooms in Colonial and Rivera Maya section weren't as nice which was also unfortunate because we would want to stay in that section next time since Kantenah had no entertainment. Everything happened at night in the lobbies at Colonial and Riviera or White Sands section so again you'd have to travel. The entertainment was awesome, so much fun!!! I didn’t have a chance to see the disco because I danced the night away in the lobbies. My husband got lost the first night coming home from the disco and it took him 4 hours to get to our room, he had asked for help but didn’t receive any. He was not happy at all. We also had one evening where the power went out in the whole resort – pretty scary when you don’t know where you’re going. I was a little disappointed because it happened around dinner time and I missed out on an a la carte dinner and there were no apologies from management. Part of the beach and shoreline were rocky but over to the Riviera Section is was amazing. It would have been nice to have corona there too but not a big deal. The drinks were awesome and they would remember what you drank. The sol was good but draft beer got to my tummy so not sure if maybe the lines were dirty. I'd still recommend the resort. Abundance of wildlife right around you, from flamingos to alligators to the iguanas – amazing. Crazy staff were fantastic – the games were so much fun!! They had markets all over the place and I didn't feel hassled. If I could guarantee the quality of cleanliness and beauty in my room in the Colonial or White Sands/Riviera Section that I got in Kantenah – then I’d definitely go back!
